Establishment and Maintenance of Grass Skiing Resort Turf Based on Climatic Characteristics of Western Sichuan

In recent years, a new type of leisure sport—grass skiing, has been introduced from abroad. However, there is no standard design system for this type of turf. This paper, based on climatic characteristics of western Sichuan, introduced the requirements of the construction of grass skiing resort turf in western Sichuan as well as its maintenance management mode, and tried to explore the standard system of turf establishment and maintenance management of grass skiing resort in western Sichuan.

四川高粱良种繁育存在的问题与对策探讨

本文对四川高粱产业发展与品种利用现状做了评述。通过对四川高粱品种繁育中存在的常规高粱品种选育滞后于杂交高粱品种选育、高粱良种繁育体系建设滞后、高粱良种繁育基地建设滞后,不适应新形势发展的分析,提出了四川发展高粱产业的当务之急是及时完善高粱良种繁育基地建设规划、加大对高粱良种繁育基地建设的投入,加大对高粱新品种选育、推广的投入等建议。     

基于LoadRunner的Web考试系统性能测试与优化

Web系统性能测试以验船师考试系统作为测试对象,结合系统性能测试复杂、多用户负载模拟难度较高的现状,重点针对该系统应用的实时性、稳定性和容错性特点,设计了一种基于LoadRunner的面向验船师考试系统的性能测试方案,对考试系统的关键环节、资源分布情况、硬件性能进行测试。在对测试结果分析的基础上,找出影响系统性能的关键性因素,提出了系统性能优化方案,并对系统进行调优。通过对验船师考试系统的性能测试及优化方法的研究,解决了该系统的性能问题,为Web应用的性能测试提供了有效的测试及优化方法。     

Development of Car Continuously Variable Transmission on the Basis of Personal Computer

During the process of developing the Car Continuously Variable Transmission, the Control rule of the system is so complicated that we have to adjust and modificate the control parameters often. Direct debugging and empoldering by using singlechip system will result in long empoldering period and low efficiency. The present article presents an empolder scheme based on the control of Personal Computer. In the empoldering process we will predigest the Car Transmission Control Unit of the Continuously Variable Transmission into an extension which is only used for parameter tracking and measurement, while the matching control of the system and the parameter monitor is achieved with the host computer. Serial communication is carried out in the communication between the host computer and the extension. In addition, we have developed the corresponding monitoring and debugging software with Visual C++ 6.0 also. The practice shows that the system has successfully realized the empoldering of the TCU(Transmission Control Unit) with great efficiency.     

Research on Market Targeting Model of Selecting Manager and Cooperation Mechanism in Commercial Bank Based on Stock Option

Selecting manager by market and improving team cooperation efficiency are two basal tasks to construct an effective human resource management system of commercial bank in China,but there are the limitations the traditional methods in explaining the players' cooperation.The paper constructs a market targeting model of selecting manager of commercial bank and a game model of team cooperation based on stock option,and then the talent identification mode and team cooperation mechanism in commercial bank are established.It is concluded that talented managers is selected but talent-less is refused owing to stock option incentive mechanism,and employee and managers holding stock plan is an incentive force to whole team if residual remains of shareholder is less than half team residual remains.     

Analysis of Current Situation and Existing Problems of Domestic Refuse Disposal in China''s Western Small Cities

China Ministry of Construction started a Netherlands Government's grant project named with 'Development and Demonstration of Feasible Technologies for Environmental Infrastructure in China's Western Small Cities' in 2003.And establishing a technical guide for domestic refuse disposal is one of the project components.In order to perform the project well,investigations were made into the current situation of domestic refuse disposal over selected representative small towns in Sichuan,Yunnan and Shanxi provinces which are located in western areas of China,and existing problems in design and construction,management,environmental monitoring,staff training and investment are analyzed.Some suggestions,mainly including setting up a national special fund for western domestic refuse disposal,moving toward integrated domestic refuse management system,establishing a particular technical guide of domestic refuse disposal suitable for western small cities and implementing charge system,are proposed in the end.

Design of GIS-based monitoring and maintenance decision support system for urban sewage pipe network

Monitoring and maintenance of sewer system is important to city water environmental management. A method for pipeline monitoring and maintenance decision support system (PMMDSS) based on geologic information system (GIS) and decision making system (DSS) is developed for upgrading sewer system maintaining efficiency. Visual basic (VB) and standardized Active X components are employed in PMMDSS, which selected SuperMap Objects as the development platform. PMMDSS integrates the spatial and model system to achieve the decision analysis for the sewer system monitoring and maintenance. An application Software is developed based on a case study in Yuechi Country of Sichuan Province. The software can be used to dynamically monitor the heath condition and provide an optimum visual decision making platform for the city sewer system.     

台州市现代农业园区建设的现状与发展对策研究

台州市地处中国东部沿海,经济和社会发展较快。台州要提前基本实现现代化,必然要实现农业的现代化。由于现代农业园区的建设对于台州市农业增长方式的根本转变,增强农业科技创新能力,建立21世纪台州市农业可持续发展的技术支持体系,适应经济全球化进程,发展现代农业,都具有重要的促进作用和深远的实际意义。因此,如何认识和把握现代农业园区建设和发展过程中存在的问题,采取切合实际的农业科技进步的对策,加快现代农业园区的机制创新和技术创新,促进台州市农业园区稳步健康发展,是摆在我们面前一个新的而又紧迫的课题。针对台州市现代农业园区建设存在的主要问题,结合台州实际提出了台州市现代农业园区发展的主要对策：重新组织制订台州市现代农业园区发展整体规划;建立合理的土地流转机制,促进土地规模经营;围绕机制创新,建立完善的现代企业管理制度;建立政府引导多元化投资体系;建立技术创新和成果产业化机制;以园区建设为契机,加快农业产业化进程;依托农业标准化,加快现代农业园区建设;加强农业合作组织,创新园区运作机制。     

四川藏区生态农业区划研究

以四川藏区32个县（市）为样本,围绕农业资源环境、农村经济发展、农业生态压力、生产基础设施,构建15项二级指标组成的四川藏区生态农业区划指标体系,运用因子分析法和聚类分析法,将四川藏区划分为金沙江—雅砻江中上游高山峡谷农林牧综合发展区(Ⅰ)、岷江—大渡河上游高山峡谷农林牧综合发展区(Ⅱ)、川西北高原山原生态畜牧业发展区(Ⅲ),为科学合理利用农业资源,指导四川藏区生态农业发展与建设提供了理论支撑。     

川东丘陵区生态循环农业发展路径研究——以四川省蓬溪县种养废弃物资源化利用模式为例

针对四川丘陵区气候资源与农业类型,选择合理的生态循环农业模式,开展养分平衡管理,是实现四川丘陵区农业绿色发展的重要途径。本研究以四川蓬溪县为例开展实证分析,为川东丘陵区生态循环农业发展提供科学依据。结果表明,依据大田作物和果园目标产量、目标施N量,测算有机肥（沼液）的施用量,项目区产生的畜禽粪便和沼液可全部在区域内就近循环利用,化肥N替代率达31%~62%。依据项目区作物和果树种植基地的粪污有机肥替代测算,项目区域尚有一定的畜禽承载潜力。该种养循环模式结合当地的主导优势产业,使种养废弃物就近科学合理利用,减少了农业面源污染的风险。最后就川东丘陵区发展生态循环农业的经营机制和发展路径进行了分析,该模式为川东丘陵区开展循环农业提供参考。     

现代装备技术创新与现代农业建设

通过介绍湖南省沅江市现代农业信息服务体系建设的做法与进展,分析了依靠现代装备技术创新,发展现代农业,是建设社会主义新农村的切入点,是构建和谐社会的重要内容,提出了进一步加强"三电合一"农业信息服务体系建设的思路。     

Realization of Multi-task Scheduling in Linux Based IPC Measurement and Control System

Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) system generally works in long duration,and so a stable software is essential for an IPC system.Linux has a good deal advantages,such as,stability in use,open source code and free of charge, therefore an IPC measurement and control system has developed based on Linux. Multi-task scheduling is the critical part in system software.A simple method to realize multi-task scheduling in IPC measurement and control system based on Linux alarm clock mechanism is presented. Linux alarm clock mechanism is implemented by the cooperation of software timers and system call that is used to install and handle alarm clock.First, Linux process timers,soft interrupt signals, relevant system call are introduced,as well as applications of Linux alarm clock mechanism in multi-task scheduling. And then an example of the application in the IPC measurement and control system is given. The system has passed longtime run test,accomplished expected functions and shown well stability, so that practicability of the scheduling method has been authenticated.     

Complex Evaluation of Competence for International Site Manager Based on Their Performance

The evaluation of competence for site manager has the characteristics of multi-factor, fuzziness and complexity. In this paper, taking use of fuzzy evaluation and multi-factor to evaluate the competence of site manager based on his performance and sets forward the evaluation based on an actual example. As a part one of the paper, mainly the indexes and weight for evaluation are formulated.     

四川丘陵区水资源评价与利用研究

四川丘陵地区水资源供需矛盾十分突出,水资源紧缺已成为该地经济发展的严重制约因素。笔者围绕实现水资源合理开发利用和提高水资源利用效率,从降水量、水资源量和水质3个方面分析论述了四川盆地丘陵区水资源现状,并从水利工程现状、可供水量、水资源供需状况等方面分析了水资源开发利用程度,指出了当前该区水资源开发利用存在的问题,从积极开源、节约用水、水环境保护、加强水资源管理等方面,提出了促进水资源可持续开发利用的对策。     

EMIS expert management information system design and implementation

To solve the problems of the existing expert management information system, such as lack of general standard and lag of technical operation, etc., an Internet-based EMIS expert management information system is designed and implemented by using ASP.NET technology and multi-layer B/S structure mode. The system integrates three functions, i.e. network reporting, online review and automatic management, unifies the expert accreditation procedures and criteria and solves the confusion problem of the expert information structure system. It also reduces complexity and cost of system development, increases integrability and scalability, and provides an effective solution for the construction of national expert management information system.     

中国农业硫信息系统探讨

在中文WINDOWS98平台上,以MAPGIS为基础操作平台,利用Visual Basic编程语言和MAPGIS提供的控件和API函数结合Access数据库软件开发了中国农业硫信息系统。根据已有数据材料和生产实践需要,系统开发了五个应用模块,分为土壤硫状况、作物硫营养、硫肥效应、土壤硫平衡、更新与设置。该系统能为农业技术推广、化肥生产销售部门以及农业科研部门提供一个土壤硫、植物硫营养和硫肥有效使用等信息管理工具。
