春小麦品种Lemhi中有1个基因,品种Lee、Compair和Fielder各有2个基因,每个基因能抗由Pucciniastriformis引起的条锈病.为了确定这些基因的染色体位置,将这些品种同感病的二倍体中国春(ChineseSpring)小麦及一套非整倍体的中国春小麦杂交.单体的F_1植株由细胞学确定,在温室中生长并且自交以产生F_2种子,F_2幼苗连同亲本用选择的北美条锈菌接种。结果证明:Fielder中的Yr_6是在7B染色体上,Compair中的Yr_8是在染色体2D上,又指出Lemhi品种中的Yr_(lem)是在染色体1B上;Lee中的Yr(Lel)是在5D染色体上,Yr_(le2)是在6D上;Compair中的Yrcom在染色体5B上及Fielder中的Yr_(Fie)在6D上。用北美条锈小种测试检查不出Lee中的基因Lr_7。作者建议正式命名Yrcom为Yr_(19),Yr_(Fie)为Yr_(20),Yr_(Lem)为Yr_(21),Yr_(Lel)为Yr_(22),Yr_(le2)为Yr_(23)。  相似文献
