With an inelastic dynamic analysis program developed by the authors, seismic response analysis of regular RC frames designed to Chinese codes in different earthquake fortification zones are carried out. The results indicate that the displacement responses of structures are improved due to the more rigorous limitation on the inter-story drift under frequent earthquakes in the revised codes. The frames in seismic-intensity-9 zone designed to the former codes and the revised codes form plastic energy-dissipated mechanisms mostly With beam hinges, which can satisfy the requirement of seismic performance expectably. The frame in seismic-intensity-8 zone designed to the former code forms a plastic energy- dissipated mechanisms mostly with column hinges and shows a risk of occurrence of story-sway mechanism, while the frame in seismic-intensity-8 zone designed to the revised codes exhibits a relatively improved seismic performance but still with excessive column hinges, which suggests a need to further increase the column moment amplification measures for this kind of frames. The frame in seismic-intensity-7 zone shows a somewhat improved seismic performance than the frames in seismic-intensity-8 zone, but the protection to columns by the seismic measures is sill insufficient, which indicates that the column moment amplification measures for this kind of frames should be enhanced further.  相似文献

Based upon the detailed analysis for the influence of unfavorable live load distribution on multistory frame beams and columns in regions of earthquake intensity category 8, a few conclusions have been achieved on that when the unfavorable live-load distribution should be considered and when not. To investigate the seismic behaviors of frames in frame wall structures (dual system), which may be different from those of frame structures, two frame wall structures were designed conforming to current Chinese design codes. One is a twenty four story building on the Zone of Fortification Intensity 8 (0.3g), and the other is a thirty story building on the Zone of Fortification Intensity 8 (0.2g). Then inelastic dynamic response analyses of the two structures were conducted with series of inputs of ground motions in a rare earthquake level. The seismic behaviors of the two structures were investigated preliminarily. It was found that the columns and beams of the frames in the frame wall structures did not experienced yielding under strong earthquake, while coupled beams in walls were the major energy dissipation elements with their post yielding plasticity. And the bases of some walls formed hinges as well. The reasons for the frames of dual system remained non yielding states were analyzed and discussed from the aspects of their favorable load carrying state and strengthening measures for them in dual systems in Chinese design codes. A preliminary proposal was made that it may be feasible to loosen moderately some seismic fortification measures concerning the frame in the dual system with a height exceeding 60m on the Zone of Fortification Intensity 8.  相似文献

With the flexibility-based fiber model,the seismic behaviors of RC structures with specially shaped columns,designed according to the current code,are analyzed under unidirectional rare earthquakes using nonlinear dynamic analysis method.The beam strength is calculated with or without consideration of the diaphragm and its reinforcement.The results are compared and the conclusion has been drawn that the bending capacity of beams would be increased due to the effect of diaphragm and its reinforcement,and which would change the failure mechanism of RC frames under rare earthquake,especially in high intensity areas.Therefore the influence of the diaphragm should be considered during the seismic design of the type of structure.  相似文献

Based on the principle of interactive analysis,the deformation equation of hybrid structure which contains rigid character value is established using the analysis of the frame - shear wall structure for reference, considering the rigid zone between concrete beam and concrete - tube, the shear deformation of concrete - tube, axial deformation of steel frames and semi - rigid connection between steel columns and concrete beams. Assuming the hybrid structure to be a continuous elastic structure with infinite degree of freedom, a free vibration equation has been built and the formula for calculating free vibration period has been deduced. The influences of various parameters to the coefficient of free vibration period relating to rigid character value are discussed according to some diagrams. It is shown that the rigid zone can lessen the free vibration period but the shear deformation of concrete - tube, axial deformation of steel frames, and the semi -rigid connection between steel columns and concrete beams can enhance the free vibration period.  相似文献

Two monolayer concrete frames with the same reinforcement, KJ1 and KJ2, were designed. KJ1 was designed to simulate low cyclic reversed loading test under weak earthquake. Besides, the fire response test, including temperature rising and lowing, was made by fixing the axial compression ratio of the column. For KJ2, the fire response test at the fixed axial compression ratio was made. The deformation response of the concrete frames in fire was studied. Comparative analysis of the apparent phenomenon, temperature curves, bearing capacity change of the frames were made based on the test results of KJ1 and KJ2. According to the simplified temperature distribution, the ultimate bearing capacity of the column under the high temperature was preliminarily determined. It is illustrated that the calculation results and finally test phenomenon are consistent according to the simplified section.  相似文献

采用非线性有限元分析程序ABAQUS对无粘结体外预应力CFRP片材加固简支钢筋混凝土T形梁后进行数值模拟,该模拟梁共4根分别为3根梁侧对称加固,1根为梁底加固均为四点波形齿锚固预应力CFRP带。对比结果显示,数据模拟与试验结果在构件屈服以前的承载力、变形以及极限承载力吻合程度较好,构件屈服以后的变形差别较大,因此,可在一定程度上有效替代试验分析方法。依据吻合程度最好的TL3参数设计了“两点锚固”和“四点锚固”的模型进行模拟分析。通过对锚固点数及加固量改变的对比分析可知,依据加固构件的弯矩改变各段加固量及布置锚固点数的方法既可以保证加固效果不降低,又可以节约CFRP材料。  相似文献

Based on experimentthatal results,we conclude that confinement in regional confined concrete(RCC) columns is more efficient than that in normal confined concrete(NCC) columns.As loads increase,NCC column sections tend to become round;the corner concrete in the core area may break;and,the strains of external stirrups tend to drop slightly after the peak load.RCC columns,however,remained thoroughly rectangular and the stirrup strain increased steadily.The failure mode of RCC columns was totally different from that of NCC columns.While NCC columns tended to fail in shear,followed b a rapid drop in load carrying capacity,the RCC columns developed gaps in their midsections and the columns separated into several slender columns.After a long deformation period,the RCC columns retained approximately 40% of their load carrying capacity.It can be expected that this characteristic may benefit the anti-seismic capacity of structures.  相似文献

提出了一种新型土坯墙房屋,对新型土坯墙房屋承重墙体的受力及抗震性能进行试验研究。设计三片新型土坯墙试件,研究土坯墙体在竖向荷载和反复水平荷载作用下的破坏过程、破坏形态、滞回曲线和骨架曲线特征以及墙体水平承载力和变形能力等,同时,研究新型构造措施对土坯墙抗震性能的作用。试验表明:新型土坯墙体的破坏模式与配筋混凝土小型空心砌块相似,土坯墙体具有良好的承载力和变形能力。新型构造措施对墙体整体抗震性能作用明显,其连接构造至关重要。与计算结果比较得出,在建筑抗震概念设计原则指导下,抗震设防7度区采用新型土坯墙建造二层房屋具有可行性。  相似文献

600 MPa级钢筋是一种新型高强度钢筋,为研究该钢筋应用于异形柱结构体系的可行性,对7根不同轴压比、体积配箍率和钢筋强度的混凝土T形柱试件进行低周往复荷载试验,分别对其承载力、位移、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化和耗能性能进行研究,综合评估其抗震性能。研究结果表明:配置600 MPa级钢筋的混凝土T形柱具有良好的变形能力和承载能力,提高配箍率能有效提高试件的抗震性能,提高轴压比可以提高试件的承载力,但降低其变形能力。随着钢筋强度的提高,试件的承载力显著提高。  相似文献

To achieve sustainable development of construction industry, the application of HRB500 reinforcement with high strength and high ductility in RC structures is being promoted in civil and structural engineering in China. But few studies focus on seismic behaviors of RC structures reinforced with HRB500 bars. In this analysis, three RC frame structures on the Zone of Fortification Intensity 8 (0.3g) in China reinforced with HRB500, HRB400 and HRB335 bars respectively, are designed confirming to the latest draft of the revising Code for the Design of Concrete Structures. Then inelastic seismic response analyses of the three frames with multiple inputs of ground motions are conducted. The seismic response rules and seismic performances of the RC frame reinforced with HRB500 bars are compared with those frames reinforced with HRB400 and HRB335 bars. The analytical results indicate that under ground motions in rare earthquake level, the maximum displacements of the frame reinforced with HRB500 bars are roughly the same as those of the frames reinforced with HRB400 and HRB335 bars, while the rotation ductility demand of elements in the former structure is smaller than those of elements in the latter structures. It is also found that the frame reinforced with HRB500 bars develops a plastic energy dissipation mechanism that is dominated by beam hinges under major earthquake, and the maximum inter storey drift of the frame can satisfy the requirement in the Code for the RC Frame Structures.  相似文献

Progressive Collapse Analysis (PCA) is the base of quantitative assessment of progressive collapse-resisting capacity and progressive collapse-resisting design. There has been heightened interest among researchers of civil engineering in PCA. PCA of planar RC frame is carried on by vertical nonlinear dynamic analysis based on alternate load path method. According to responses of damage structure, progressive collapse-resisting capacity of remaining structure is evaluated. Two cases of removal of elements are analyzed, removal of columns at different stories on the same axes one by one and removal of all columns on the same axes at the same time. According to analysis of the effect of failure duration on structural progressive collapse, it is showed that the response of remaining structure is highly sensitive to failure duration of elements. The results indicate that vertical nonlinear dynamic analysis is an efficient method of progressive collapse-resisting design and progressive collapse-resisting capacity analysis.  相似文献

The inelastic dynamic response analysis program for frame-shear wall structures developed by the authors is introduced firstly, in which the multi-vertical-line-element model was adopted for shear walls and the refined single-component model was used for beams and columns in frame.By analyzing three-story structural models tested in shaking-table in a famous foreign research institute, the validity of the modeling of shear wall in the program was verified. The analytical results indicate that the inelastic dynamic responseof shear walls under random ground motion input can be predicted effectively withthe program. Finally, with the preliminary discussion of some key points in modeling of shear wall, some suggestions areput forward for further improving and refining the multi-vertical-line-element model.  相似文献

The accurate calculation of the deformation capacity of structures is very important to performance-based seismic design, which satisfies the explicit deformation demands. The method to evaluate drift capacity of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) confined reinforced concrete circular columns under simulated seismic loading is focused. Firstly, the moment-curvature relationship of FRP confined sections of reinforced concrete (RC) circular columns is simulated by numerical analysis. It is found that the calculated ultimate curvature is significantly less than the test result, and the difference is controlled by the axial load ratio of the tested columns. According to the numerical and the test results, an equation is proposed to modify the calculated ultimate curvature. Based on this, the drift capacity can be predicted with the equivalent plastic hinge method. The calculated result agrees well with the test result when FRP amount is low, but it is significantly larger when FRP amount increases. Finally, the main parameters exerting influences on the drift capacity of the FRP-confined RC circular column are analyzed.  相似文献

The refined plastic-hinge method is one of the simplified advanced analysis methods. The second order effects of the whole structure and its members, geometric imperfections and residual stress as well as the feature of semi-rigid connections can be taken into account in this method. The refined plastic-hinge method can be used in advanced analysis and design of planar steel frames, while its use in the advanced analysis of space frames needs to be developed. The technique associated with the dealing of different inelastic factors in advanced analysis of both the planar and space steel frames with practical refined plastic-hinge method and the available way to extend planar frame analysis to space frame analysis are reviewed in detail. Based on evaluation of the basic principle and error of the modal pushover analysis method, an improved method is suggested by selecting rational values of stiffness reduction parameters of beams and columns in a reinforced concrete frame corresponding to the global target displacement ductility ratio. A 10 story and a 16 story reinforced concrete plane frame are designed as examples to investigate the influence of higher modes. Nonlinear seismic responses of the two frames under excitations of seven earthquake waves of varying earthquake intensities are selected to be the reference points for a comparison study. The changing rules of the results of modal pushover analysis and modified modal pushover analysis with respect to various natural fundamental periods and different earthquake intensities are studied. Research results show that the error of modal pushover analysis and modified modal pushover analysis will not increase with a larger fundamental period, which implies that modal pushover analysis can cover the effect of higher modes reasonably. When the degree of nonlinearity of the structure is more severe, the modified modal pushover analysis we suggest could decrease the error of normal modal pushover analysis to a certain extent.  相似文献

According to the code and technical regulation,an irregular RC frame with specially shaped columns has been designed,which situated at the area of fortification intensity 8. Subsequently,the nonlinear dynamic analysis has been carried out for the structure by inputting ground motions in two directions. After summing up the calculation results,this paper has examined seismic performance of the structure under the rare seismic actions and given a primary evaluation on the structure to see if it could achieve the predetermined anti-seismic aims. It indicates that the structure designed according to the codes can achieve the predetermined anti-seismic aim under the rare earthquake.  相似文献

To analyse size effect of high-strength concrete column under small eccentric loading, experimental analysis was carried out on 3 categories of different sizes of high-strength concrete columns under small eccentric loading. The columns' section size was 200 mm × 200 mm, 400 mm × 400 mm and 800 mm × 800 mm, respectively. Failure mode, ultimate strength, deformation capacity and cross-sectional strain distributing rules were compared to get the size effect law. The results show that the compressive failure mode and cross-sectional strain distributing rules of HSC column under small eccentric loading are basically the same, and the size effect isn't obvious. Ultimate strength and deformation capacity of HSC column under small eccentric loading have size effect obviously. With increase of section size, safety reservation of ultimate strength is reduced and deformation capacity also reduces.  相似文献

Gerechte designs are row and column designs which have an additional blocking structure formed by spatially compact regions. In this paper, and a companion paper (B ailey et al. 1990) we consider the correct analysis of these designs. In this paper we discuss the purpose of gerechte designs, and we note that the regions are not orthogonal to the rows and columns. This means that the usual sums of squares for rows, columns and regions are not additive. We show how the correct analysis can be performed, either through the use of appropriate formulae, or by the use of a statistical package. In the companion paper we show that the correct analysis cannot be justified by a randomization argument, and we outline other developments in analysis and design that may be more satisfactory.  相似文献
