秦岭黑河流域鱼类资源现状调查   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解秦岭黑河流域鱼类资源现状,分别于2014年4、8、11月调查了黑河库区和上游水源地流域鱼类组成及其多样性。结果显示:调查共发现鱼类3目5科14属15种。其中鲤形目2科11属12种,占总种数80%;鲇形目2科2属2种,占总种数13.3%;鲑形目1科1属1种,占总种数6.7%。流域内优势种鱼类有拉氏(Phoxinus lagowskii)和秦岭细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok),稀有种有中华鳑鲏(Roodeus sinensis)、高体鳑鲏(Roodeus ocellatus)和黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)。黑河库区(海拔549 m)鱼类物种多样性高,群落结构稳定,而上游流域(海拔649~1 323 m)鱼类物种多样性急剧降低,群落结构脆弱。  相似文献

This study evaluates the effectiveness of two fish passes at two hydropower dams (Canoas I and II) in the Upper Parana basin, which form part of a cascade of three reservoirs. Fish from 12 migratory species (3089 specimens) were captured during their ascending, reproductive migration and were tagged with hydrostatic tags. The recapture data (294 specimens over two consecutive years) showed that there is a strong tendency for the maintenance of ascending migration through reservoirs with fish passes but with differences in migratory activity within the same species. No eggs, larvae or juveniles of these species were found in samples collected over 5 years in the reservoirs above the fish passes. These data suggest that fish passes have contributed to the restoration of the migratory routes of adult fish but that in the absence of suitable spawning or nursery habitats for these species; they probably act as ecological traps and do not contribute to the recruitment of the species.  相似文献

Abstract –  The northeast of British Columbia is subject to rapid development by the oil and gas sector. In addition, forestry, tourism and agriculture are all affecting the environment. Knowledge of fish distributions in the region is limited, yet such information is important if environmental impact assessments are to be taken for future developments. Data from fish inventories for 261 stream reaches from the Milligan Creek, Halfway-Graham River, Fort Nelson River and Gataga River were analyzed using canonical correspondence analysis, with fish presence being related to a suite of environmental variables. The most important environmental variables affecting the species of fish present in a reach were water temperature, boulder cover and reach width. As water temperature and, to a lesser extent, reach width, can be affected by industrial development in a number of ways, there is a likelihood of environmental impacts associated with the current spate of development in the region.  相似文献

嘉陵江北碚江段人工鱼巢增殖效果调查   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探索人工鱼巢的增殖效果,于2014年2月15日—4月20日,在嘉陵江北碚江段郭家沱和三圣庙产卵场投放人工鱼巢对该区域产黏性卵鱼类进行增殖。结果显示:在两水域人工鱼巢上产卵的为鲤(67.2%)和鲫(32.8%),产卵集中在3月中旬-4月上旬,产卵均有4次峰值,分别粘附鱼卵814.6万和2 194.6万粒;推算本研究投放的人工鱼巢至少可为200组鲤、520组鲫亲鱼提供繁殖场所,增殖鲤58.0万尾、鲫28.4万尾,增加鲤400.4 t、鲫8.7 t,经济价值达491万元。  相似文献

2012—2013年3—9月在郁江金陵江段开展了漂流性鱼卵、仔稚鱼补充群体定点调查监测。结果显示共有鱼卵、仔稚鱼21种(类),隶属4目8科。优势种为䱗 (Hemiculter leucisculus) (22.2%)、鰕虎鱼(Gobiidae)(15.0%)、䱻属(Hemibarbus) (14.4%)、银鮈 (Squalidus argentatus) (7.2%)和银鲴(Xenocypris argentea) (5.5%)。每年流经金陵断面的卵苗总量平均为1.29×108尾,以产黏性卵和沉性卵鱼类仔稚鱼为主,产漂流性卵鱼类仔稚鱼占卵苗总量的22.3%,未采集到四大家鱼鱼卵和仔稚鱼。卵苗发生在5—8月,以6月为盛期,月平均卵苗密度达0.041 4 ind·m–3。鱼卵密度、仔稚鱼总密度与径流量之间具有极显著正相关关系(P<0.01,n=270),径流量与䱗、银鮈、䱻属仔稚鱼密度之间也存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05,n=270)。与历史资料对比,郁江鱼类产卵场功能发生了较大的变化,四大家鱼产卵场基本消失,仅赤眼鳟(Squaliobarbus curriculus)、鲮(Cirrhinus molitorella)、银鮈等小型产漂流卵鱼类还能成功补充,但资源量较小。径流量的年际波动是影响郁江中游早期资源补充的重要因素。  相似文献

以历史和调查资料为基础,介绍了莱州湾及黄河三角洲的地理位置及其发育史,指出莱州湾是一个年轻的海湾,而黄河三角洲则是一个不稳定的河口三角洲。莱变地质构造复杂,东部为上升区,西部属沉陷区;黄河三角洲则属于淤泥岸坡,沉积物呈从东向西,由南向北逐渐细化为特征,其水文特征因地处暖温带北缘、属季风气候区。在陆上气候、黄河冲淡水和黄海冷水团交互影响下,本水域形成温、盐季节变化显著,逆时针环流、往复流性质的潮流及  相似文献

基于CART算法的长江口鱼种丰富度预测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
长江口是西太平洋最大的河口生态系统和典型的生态群落交错区,预测鱼类生物多样性对评价其生态系统有着重要的科学指示意义。结合2012―2013年长江口15个站点的渔业资源和环境调查数据,利用分类与回归树(CART)算法中的回归树算法,构建了长江口鱼种丰富度预测模型。基于1-SE准则,最优决策树的复杂性参数设置为0.067,结果表明,盐度、溶解氧和季节是影响长江口鱼类生物多样性的主要因子。此外,使用2014年的观测数据对回归树模型预测的长江口鱼种丰富度予以验证,均方根误差(RMSE)、平均相对误差(ARE)和平均绝对误差(AAE)值的统计结果显示,回归树模型在春、夏季的预测效能优于秋、冬季,模型总体上呈现出了较好的预测能力,表明利用CART算法对长江口鱼种丰富度进行预测是可行的。  相似文献

为了解三峡水库开展试验性生态调度后长江中游监利江段鱼类早期资源现状,本研究于2018年、2019年的5—7月对该江段卵苗种类组成、资源量、产卵场及生态水文指标开展了调查,共鉴定出鱼类7目14科54种(属),其中产漂流性卵鱼类26种。仔鱼组成以贝氏䱗()(占15.2%)、沙鳅属(粒、324.2×108尾;2019年分别为35.9×108粒、1140.7×108尾。监利江段成为鳊()等鱼类的重要产卵场。生态调度对监利江段贝氏䱗、鳊、银鮈等鱼类的自然繁殖有明显促进作用。产卵量与涨水持续时间、流量累积涨幅呈正相关。监利江段涨水持续时间4 d及以上,流量累积涨幅3500 m3/s及以上时,产卵量可占当年调查期间鱼卵总规模的8.4%以上。建议继续开展并优化生态调度,加强对监利江段鱼类早期资源的基础研究。  相似文献

Abstract –  Differences in the life history strategies employed by otherwise ecologically similar species of a fish assemblage may be an important factor in the coexistence of these species and is an essential consideration in the conservation and management of these assemblages. We collected scales to determine age and growth of four species of the catostomid assemblage (northern hogsucker Hypentelium nigricans , spotted sucker Minytrema melanops , notchlip redhorse Moxostoma collapsum and robust redhorse Moxostoma robustum ) of the Savannah River, Georgia–South Carolina in spring 2004 and 2005. Robust redhorse was the largest species; reaching sexual maturity at an older age and growing faster as a juvenile than the other species. Spotted sucker did not achieve the same size as robust redhorse, but reached sexual maturity at younger ages. Notchlip redhorse was intermediate between the abovementioned two species in age at maturity and size. Northern hogsucker was the smallest species of the assemblage and reached the sexual maturity at the age of three. Both robust redhorse and spotted sucker were sexually dimorphic in size-at-age. The range of life history strategies employed by Savannah River catostomids encompasses the range of life history strategies exhibited within the family as a whole.  相似文献

Aquaculture of Spinibarbus denticulatus (Oshima, 1926), a fish species indigenous to North Vietnam and Eastern China, is constrained by lack of fingerlings for stocking ponds and cages. As these fish do not naturally breed in captivity, carp pituitary extract (CPE), luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone analogue (LHRHa) with domperidone (DOM) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) were administered at various doses to induce ovulation. A first set of experiments evaluated the response to LHRHa (30, 40 and 50 μg kg−1) with or without DOM (10 mg kg−1), CPE (20, 30 and 40 mg kg−1) and HCG (3000, 4000 and 5000 IU kg−1). A second set of experiments evaluated the dose response to LHRHa (30, 35, 40 and 50 μg kg−1) primed with 6 mg kg−1 of CPE, and HCG (3000, 3500, 4000, 5000 IU kg−1) primed with 6 mg kg−1 of CPE. The treatment groups were compared with each other and the control (injected with 0.9% saline solution). Only 25% and 50% ovulation resulted when treated with LHRHa at 40 and 50 μg kg−1, whereas 100% ovulation was achieved with an addition of DOM to LHRHa. Both 30 and 40 mg kg−1 CPE induced 100% ovulation. However, HCG (4000 and 5000 IU kg−1) induced ovulation in only 33% of females. When primed with CPE, the minimum dose of LHRHa required was 35 μg kg−1 to achieve 70% ovulation. Priming HCG with CPE also resulted in 100% ovulation, and the minimum effective dose of HCG to induce ovulation was 3500 IU kg−1 with 60% ovulation. Fertilization and hatch rates observed in this study with different hormonal stimulation were high (80–93%). The results indicate that while the use of combined hormone strategy has no apparent advantage over a single hormone strategy, LHRHa+DOM (40 μg kg−1+10.0 mg kg−1) and CPE (30 mg kg−1) are most effective in consistently inducing ovulation and thus can be used for commercial hatchery production of S. denticulatus larvae.  相似文献

为探讨长江上游珍稀、特有鱼类国家级自然保护区对金沙江下游现有鱼类资源可能发挥的替代生境保护作用,在对金沙江下游鱼类进行多次实地采样调查基础上,结合历史文献记载,梳理了金沙江下游的鱼类名录,并与“保护区”内的鱼类物种多样性进行了对比。结果表明,分布于金沙江下游的鱼类共有194种,其中土著鱼类162种,隶属于5目15科79属;分布于“保护区”内的鱼类197种,其中土著鱼类187种,隶属于6目21科94属。进一步分析显示,既见于金沙江下游又见于“保护区”的土著鱼类129种,反映出两者在鱼类种类组成上有较大的相似性;“保护区”内未能包括的仅见于金沙江下游的鱼类多为金沙江下游支流或附属高原湖泊中生活的种类,“保护区”在一定程度上可以发挥金沙江下游替代生境的作用。  相似文献

2005-2008年对珠江下游西江江段6个采样点进行鱼类多样性调查,共采集鱼类96种,隶属于13目29科75属,辐斑虫纹东方鲀(Takifugu vermicularis)、南方波鱼(Rasbora steineri)、西江鲇(Silurus gilberti)等8种为西江新记录鱼类。西江鱼类群落多度大于1%的种类有17种,前5位依次是鲮(Cirrhina molitorella)、(Hmiculter leucisxulus)、赤眼鳟(Squaliobarbus curriculus)、广东鲂(Megalobrama hoffmanni)、子陵吻虾虎鱼(Rhinogobius giurinus);多度小于0.1的有28种。西江鱼类群落以定居性、杂食性种类为主;与历史比较杂食性、定居性鱼类种类所占百分比上升,肉食性、洄游性、半洄游性鱼类所占比例下降。聚类分析发现西江鱼类群落可以分为3个类群,即:上游类群、中游类群和下游河口类群;物种组成差异分析结果表明,不同江段鱼类群落有明显的差异,相同生境类型江段的鱼类物种相似性较高;上游的物种多样性明显高于下游。通过个体生态学指数(autecology index)分析,西江鱼类群落底层生活、口下位、喜急流生活、肉食性种类受影响程度大,而口端位、杂食性、喜缓流的种类演变成优势种群。航道整治、大规模无序挖沙、河口水体污染、过度捕捞等因素是影响西江鱼类群落变动的主要原因。  相似文献

根据2016—2018年的调查数据,对淮河江苏段鱼类群落结构和多样性进行了研究。共调查到鱼类56种,隶属于7目14科42属,其中鲤形目鱼类最多,占总种类数的66.07%。刀鲚(Coilia nasus)、翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)、大鳍鱊(Acheilognathus macropterus)和兴凯鱊(Acheilognathus chankaensis)分别为冬季、夏季、秋季和春季的第一优势种。刺网和地笼的年CPUE均值分别为(1190.15±220.28)g/(net·d)和(74.87±12.96)g/(net·d)。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef种类丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数分别为2.88~3.85、2.75~4.74和0.74~0.81。丰度/生物量曲线表明,冬季、夏季和秋季鱼类群落处于中度干扰状态,春季群落处于严重干扰状态。聚类分析结果表明,各季节淮河江苏段不同区域的鱼类群落相似性均低于57.02%。SIMPER相似性百分比分析结果也表明,盱眙断面和金湖断面不同季节的鱼类群落组成平均相似性仅为41.85%和36.23%,而盱眙断面和金湖断面平均相异性达到了71.21%。  相似文献

The Chishui River is the last free‐flowing tributary of the upper Yangtze River, China, which has an important role in fish conservation. This study aimed to explore the spatial organisation of fish assemblages in this river. Field sampling was conducted biannually between 2015 and 2017 at 41 sites from its headwater and downstream. One hundred and twenty‐two fish species were captured, including 34 endemic, 15 threatened and six exotic species. Fish assemblages varied significantly along the longitudinal gradient. Based on cluster and ordination analyses, 41 sampling sites could be divided into five site‐groups, corresponding to the headwater, upstream, midstream, downstream and the Xishui‐branch, respectively. The splitting of fish assemblages was consistent with the geographical divisions. However, fish species changed gradually along the longitudinal gradient rather than abruptly, which was consistent with the River Continuum Concept (RCC). In the headwaters and upstream, fish assemblages were mainly dominated by cold‐water and rheophilic species, while in the lower stretches, fish assemblages were dominated by warm‐water and limnophilic species. According to null models, fish assemblages were significantly nonrandomly structured at the basin scale, but randomly structured at the regional scale. This study is an important step in understanding the assembly rules of fish assemblages in this free‐flowing river and provides useful information for future fish conservation and ecological restoration.  相似文献

Biotelemetry, ichthyoplankton and genetic data can provide detailed information about the migratory dynamics and reproductive cycle of freshwater fishes. However, few studies have combined these techniques in Neotropical systems. The objective of this study was to examine the migratory and reproductive dynamics of Prochilodus costatus in the São Francisco River watershed, south‐east Brazil, by comparing the ecological importance of two rivers to the species, an undammed segment of the São Francisco River and a dammed segment of one of its main tributaries, the Pará River. In total, 215 fish were radio‐tagged over three years (2014–16). Eggs and larvae were sampled at seven locations and analysed by PCR to identify Prochilodus spp. ichthyoplankton. Most radio‐tagged individuals (97%) used the undammed segment of the São Francisco River as spawning migration route, even those captured and released in the Pará River. Fish migrated to spawn from late September to late November with the arrival of the rains and returned to feeding sites from December to May after spawning. The highest densities of fish eggs and larvae were recorded in the upper reaches of the São Francisco River during months of peak river discharge. Returning fish showed high fidelity to sites occupied before spawning migration. Fish spent roughly 71% of the year at feeding sites, 25% at spawning sites and 4% moving between them. This study provides novel information about the migratory dynamics of Neotropical fishes and underscores the key role of undammed river segments for the conservation of Neotropical migratory fish species.  相似文献

Despite their economic and ecological importance, migratory fishes of the Lower Mekong Basin (LMB) remain understudied, which hampers effective management to sustain valuable fisheries and address serious threats such as habitat degradation, development and overharvest. From a list of potential knowledge needs, a group of fisheries professionals most frequently identified six top priorities for managing migratory fishes in Cambodia: (1) population abundances and trends, (2) life cycles and life history, (3) migration timing and triggers, (4) migration routes and distances, (5) locations of key habitats and spawning areas, and (6) environmental and habitat requirements. These needs are discussed along with nine relevant methodologies for addressing them, including fisheries-dependent and fisheries-independent sampling, reproductive techniques and captive studies, otolith and genetic analysis tools, and tagging and imaging techniques. A suggested research framework is also presented to inform adaptive management of migratory fishes. While emphasis is given to Cambodia, the analysis is also applicable to other LMB countries, given that migratory fishes occur throughout the basin and migrate across borders. It is suggested that a robust research and monitoring agenda is required to prioritise knowledge needs and select appropriate methodologies to answer questions vital to inform sustainable migratory fish management in Cambodia.  相似文献

Abstract – The River Purtse was historically a significant Atlantic salmon spawning river in the Gulf of Finland (Baltic Sea). After the establishment of oil shale mining and processing in the catchment area in the late 1920s, the salmon population went extinct. By the 1970s, the river was heavily polluted and the lower reaches lacked any fish fauna. However, since the 1990s, pollution from oil shale mines was greatly reduced and water quality started to improve. The first fish species to repopulate the polluted area were gudgeon and nine‐spined stickleback. The first salmon parr from wild spawning were recorded in 2006. Up to 2009, a total of fifteen fish species have been recorded including trout and the sensitive bullhead. This study illustrates the natural recovery of the fish fauna following water quality improvement.  相似文献
