Aerial parts of Xanthium italicum in an air tight container greatly inhibited root elongation of radish,implying that this invasive plant could release biologically active volatile organic compounds(VOCs)into the environment to affect other plants' growth.This phenomenon was further studied by evaluating the phytotoxic effects of X.italicum essential oil against two dicot plants,amaranth(Amaranthus mangostanus L.)and lettuce(Lectuca sativa L.),and two monocot plants,wheat(Triticum aestivum Linn)and ryegrass(Lolium multiforum),and analyzing the chemical composition of the oil.Among the 4 test species,amaranth was the most sensitive plant,0.5μl/mL essential oil application resulted in a 50% reduction on root elongation,and 2.5 μl/mL essential oil almost completely inhibited its seedling growth.Wheat was the least sensitive species,whose root growth was reduced to 36% of control by 5 μl/mL essential oil.The essential oil exerted moderate inhibitory effect on both lettuce and ryegrass.Compared to a commercial herbicide-Harness,X.italicum oil exhibited stronger phytotoxicity on amaranth,lettuce and wheat,but weaker activity on ryegrass.The chemical composition of the essential oil isolated by hydrodistillation from the aerial parts of X.italicum Moretti was analyzed by GC/MS.Thirty two compounds were identified,representing 94.89% of total oil,which was found to be rich in monoterpene hydrocarbons(60.71%).The main constituents of the oil were limonene(51.61%),germacrene B(6.98%),δ-cadinol(5.94%),β-pinene(5.23%),α-caryophyllene(5.1%)and bornyl acetate(3.15%).Bioassay revealed the dominant constituent-limonene,was unlikely the responsible phytotoxic compound due to its low biological activity;rather,there might be other oil constituent(s)that either act alone,or work together,and possibly assisted by synergistic effect,to display the phytotoxic activity.Our results suggested that X.italicum might produce allelopathic VOCs to facilitate its invasion success.This is the first report on the phytotoxic activity and the chemical composition of the essential oil of X.italicum Moretti from China.  相似文献

The ability to meet consumers demand for high-quality standard fruit entails the distribution of unblemished safe fruit free of chemical residues on its edible portion. Therefore, this study was focused on investigating the influence of the combined effect of aqueous plant volatiles with half strength prochloraz solution to control anthracnose and stem-end rot in the green-skinned avocado cultivar (Fuerte). This method was applied due to its practicability on bulk fruits in packhouses and the fruits were subjected to stand-alone and combined treatments to assess the development of the disease after cold storage and observe the elicitation of the residual effect of the treatments on the defence related enzymes in ‘Fuerte’. The incidence of stem-end rot was 10% by the combination of prochloraz® (500 μg mL?1; P50) with 0.1% v/v thyme oil compared to the 58.8% incidence exhibited by the untreated fruit during storage at 6.5 °C for 14 days followed by 3 days at retail shelf conditions (15 °C) (preventative application). Citral (0.1% v/v), P50 (500 μg mL?1)?+?0.1% v/v citral and yucca extract alone reduced the stem-end rot incidence to about 25% during storage. More so, thyme oil (0.1% v/v) reduced both anthracnose and stem-end rot incidence to 35% after postharvest storage and P50 (500 μg mL?1)?+?0.1% v/v thyme oil and 0.1% v/v thyme oil effectively induced the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase, chitinase and β-1, 3 glucanase in fruit inoculated with Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides through the improvement of quality and firmness of the fruit after storage.  相似文献

Fungal isolates from chilli ( Capsicum spp.) fruits in Thailand that showed typical anthracnose symptoms were identified as Colletotrichum acutatum , C . capsici and C . gloeosporioides . Phylogenetic analyses from DNA sequence data of ITS rDNA and β-tubulin ( tub 2) gene regions revealed three major clusters representing these three species. Among the morphological characters examined, colony growth rate and conidium shape in culture were directly correlated with the phylogenetic groupings. Comparison with isolates of C . gloeosporioides from mango and C . acutatum from strawberry showed that host was not important for phylogenetic grouping. Pathogenicity tests validated that all three species isolated from chilli were causal agents for chilli anthracnose when inoculated onto fruits of the susceptible Thai elite cultivar Capsicum annuum cv. Bangchang. Cross-infection potential was shown by C . acutatum isolates originating from strawberry, which produced anthracnose on Bangchang. Interestingly, only C . acutatum isolates from chilli were able to infect and produce anthracnose on PBC 932, a resistant genotype of Capsicum chinense . This result has important implications for Thai chilli breeding programmes in which PBC 932 is being hybridized with Bangchang to incorporate anthracnose resistance into chilli cultivars.  相似文献

炭疽病是辣椒上的重要病害,影响了辣椒的产量与品质。生产中,在“辛香15号”辣椒上发现了1种新炭疽病,仅在辣椒果实上发生,典型病斑为椭圆形,周围水渍状,中间呈黑色同心轮纹,无小黑点出现,对常用杀菌剂不敏感;保湿后镜检发现,该病菌产生分生孢子盘,无刚毛,分生孢子近长椭圆形,无色,单孢,大小为12.5μm×3.75μm,有油球,一端稍尖;进一步分离培养病原菌并通过柯赫氏法则验证后,初步将其鉴定为尖孢炭疽菌(Collectotrichum acutatum Simmonds)。为了获得对该病效果好的化学药剂,采用牛津杯法测定了8种化学药剂对病菌的抑制效果,结果表明:250g/L丙环唑乳油3000倍液抑制效果最好且药效持续时间长,可作为该病的候选药剂。本试验结果可为防治尖孢炭疽菌引起的辣椒炭疽病提供理论依据和用药参考。  相似文献

以番茄灰霉病菌为供试对象,系统测试了香茅油、柠檬草油、樟油、黄樟油、天然冬青油、山苍子油、肉桂油等7种植物精油的抑菌效果。结果表明:7种精油中,樟油和肉桂油对番茄灰霉病的抑制效果较好。离体活性测试中,樟油和肉桂油对番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长抑制作用的EC50分别为126.6205mg/L和128.1587mg/L,对孢子萌发的EC50分别为181.8763mg/L和228.5453mg/L;活体组织法测试表明,2种精油对番茄灰霉病具有较好的保护效果,在500mg/L浓度下,黄瓜子叶法防效均达100%,果实针刺法防效分别为52.42%和50.48%;盆栽试验表明两者在2000mg/L时,对番茄灰霉病的防效分别为59.65%和61.40%。  相似文献

为筛选出有效防治番茄叶霉病的药剂,采用生长速率法及平板涂布法测定6种三唑类杀菌剂对番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发和芽管伸长的毒力,评价其对番茄植株的安全性和对叶霉病的田间防效。结果表明,己唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇和氟硅唑对番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长的毒力均较高,EC_(50)分别为0.50、0.55、0.80、2.42 mg/L,其次为腈菌唑和四氟醚唑,EC50分别为6.92、15.08 mg/L。6种杀菌剂抑制病菌分生孢子萌发及芽管伸长的作用均较弱,对芽管伸长的抑制活性高于对孢子萌发的抑制活性;戊唑醇和四氟醚唑抑制孢子萌发的作用相对较强,100 mg/L处理的抑制率为60%~70%,戊唑醇、四氟醚唑和己唑醇抑制芽管伸长的作用相对较强,100 mg/L处理的抑制率均在70%以上。己唑醇和戊唑醇200 mg/L处理番茄植株,显著抑制其株高,苯醚甲环唑和腈菌唑对其影响相对较小,这4种杀菌剂对番茄植株的叶色及形态均无明显影响;且这4种杀菌剂对番茄叶霉病的田间预防效果均高于治疗效果,其中150 mg/L己唑醇的预防效果和治疗效果均最高,分别为90.67%和85.58%;苯醚甲环唑的最低,300 mg/L时预防效果为80.16%,治疗效果为71.68%。  相似文献

肉桂精油对4种重要果蔬病原真菌的生物活性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为进一步明确肉桂精油的农用抑菌活性,采用菌丝生长速率法、孢子萌发法和活体组织法系统测试了其对番茄灰霉病菌、苹果青霉病菌、番茄茎枯病菌和黄瓜镰刀菌4种重要果蔬病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,肉桂精油对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制效果较好。离体活性测试中,肉桂精油对4种供试菌菌丝生长的抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为272.17、324.78、316.24、326.95 mg/L;对4种供试菌孢子萌发的EC50分别为196.01、273.52、390.44、311.23 mg/L。果实针刺法试验结果表明,在10 g/L处理剂量下,肉桂精油对番茄灰霉病的治疗作用和保护作用分别为64.16%和34.90%(3 d),保护作用与对照药剂1 g/L腐霉利无显著差异。  相似文献

The screening of chemicals using agar plate tests for activity against cultures of Phoma lingam, Alternaria brassicicola and A. brassicae is described. Most fungicides which were inhibitory to growth at 20 μg/ml or less showed eradicant activity when used as seed treatments. Selected on this basis, thiabendazole, applied as a slurry at 2–5 g a.i./kg seed, showed excellent eradicant activity against seed-borne Phoma but not Alternaria when tested under laboratory, glasshouse and field conditions. Triarimol, tridemorph and azepine-A2151, nuarimol, fenarimol and imaza-lil although effective in agar plate tests against Alternaria and Phoma were phytotoxic when applied to seeds at rates sufficient to eliminate these fungi, Iprodione and fenpropimorph inhi bited the growth of the fungi at concentrations of 0.625 to 4 μg/ml and subsequent treatment of infected seeds at 1.25–2.5 g a.i. fungicide/kg seed with these fungicides proved effective against all three pathogens. Within plant protection the products from citronella oil and neem mostly were used against pests. Their application for weed control is still at the beginning. This special application, however, needs higher dosages. The possible soil contamination and the missing microbiological-ecotoxicological information initiated our laboratory trial. The dosages used were relatively high as was necessary for weed control. They allowed the investigation of dose-effect relationships. In a loamy sand soil the biomass-related dehydrogenase activities as well as the carbon mineralization (actual and cumulative CO2 formation) were measured. Because a soil with and without lucerne meal amendment was used the specific activity increase (=?LIA) could be calculated for both microbial parameters. Mostly both microbial activities were dose-dependently stimulated by the neem compound. Citronella oil at the beginning inhibited with the higher dosages and later on stimulated these activities. Most of the stimulations may be caused by the microbial decomposition of the organic compounds amended to the soil, which overlie some expected biocidal effects. This allows a preliminary estimation of the microbiological-ecotoxicological effects as less critical. Depending on the very high amounts needed for weed control, however, a final evaluation should consider additional investigations with further microbial activities and other soil organisms.  相似文献

Sensitivity to epoxiconazole of 90 single-spore isolates of Magnaporthe oryzae was determined. The EC50 values for epoxiconazole in inhibiting mycelial growth of the 90 M. oryzae isolates were 0.11–0.86 μg/ml, with an average EC50 value of 0.260?±?0.082 μg/ml. There was no correlation between sensitivity to epoxiconazole and sensitivity to carbendazim or iprobenfos. In protective and curative tests, epoxiconazole applied at 200 μg/ml provided over 70 % control efficacy, while tricyclazole exhibited better protective than curative activity. The results of four field trials performed in 2010 and 2011 at two sites showed that epoxiconazole at 112.5 g a.i/ha provided over 75 % control efficacy, which was similar to tricyclazole with 300 g a.i./ha and better than carbendazim with 562.5 g a.i./ha.  相似文献

由立枯病丝核菌引起的烟草立枯病是我国烟草苗床上危害最严重的病害之一。本研究评价了5种杀菌剂 (嘧菌酯、啶酰菌胺、氟啶胺、丙环唑和嘧霉胺) 对立枯丝核菌菌丝生长、菌核形成和萌发的影响,以及其对烟草立枯病的防治效果。结果表明:立枯丝核菌菌丝对氟啶胺和嘧菌酯的敏感性高于丙环唑和啶酰菌胺,而对嘧霉胺的敏感性较低;嘧菌酯对菌核形成的抑制作用强于丙环唑、氟啶胺、啶酰菌胺和嘧霉胺;5种杀菌剂对立枯丝核菌菌核萌发均无抑制作用。在离体烟叶的保护活性方面,12.5和50 mg/L的嘧菌酯和啶酰菌胺对立枯病的保护作用优于氟啶胺、丙环唑和嘧霉胺;在治疗活性方面,50和200 mg/L的嘧菌酯的治疗作用优于其他4种杀菌剂。因此,供试的5种杀菌剂中嘧菌酯最适合用于烟草立枯病的防治。  相似文献

8种杀菌剂对核桃炭疽病病原菌胶孢炭疽菌的室内毒力   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
由胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides引起的核桃炭疽病是目前危害山东省核桃生产的主要病害。为筛选防治该病害的高效药剂,在确定了最适菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发温度的基础上,采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法,测定了8种常用杀菌剂对胶孢炭疽菌的毒力,评估了温度对咪鲜胺和戊唑醇毒力的影响,检测了17个胶孢炭疽菌菌株对咪鲜胺和戊唑醇的敏感性,同时评价了这2种杀菌剂的预防和治疗作用。结果显示:在胶孢炭疽菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的最适温度28℃下,供试8种杀菌剂中,咪鲜胺、戊唑醇和三唑酮对供试菌株菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,平均EC50值分别为0.07、1.45和3.04 mg/L;异菌脲、代森锰锌和咪鲜胺对分生孢子萌发的抑制作用最强,平均EC50值分别为21.07、25.14和25.18 mg/L。咪鲜胺对菌丝生长的抑制作用受温度影响较小,而戊唑醇对菌丝生长的抑制作用随温度降低而增强;供试17个菌株对咪鲜胺和戊唑醇均有较高敏感性,平均EC50值分别为0.08 和 1.03 mg/L。建议在核桃炭疽病发病的不同时期,轮换使用咪鲜胺、戊唑醇、三唑酮、异菌脲和代森锰锌等杀菌剂,以有效控制该病害。  相似文献

采用生物测定方法分析了烟草叶斑病菌Didymella segeticola在菌丝生长阶段对8种杀菌剂(啶酰菌胺、苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑、氟硅唑、多菌灵、咪鲜胺、菌核净和代森锰锌)的敏感性,同时通过离体叶片法测定了8种杀菌剂对烟草叶斑病的保护和治疗作用。结果表明:供试8种杀菌剂对D. segeticola菌丝生长表现出不同的抑制活性,同时对其引起的病害具有一定的保护和治疗作用。抑菌活性最强的是啶酰菌胺,其平均EC50值为(0.047 0±0.012 0) mg/L;其次依次为苯醚甲环唑[(0.079 0±0.005 0) mg/L]、咪鲜胺[(0.29±0.08) mg/L]、丙环唑[(0.69±0.12) mg/L]、菌核净[(1.08±0.33) mg/L]、多菌灵[(1.22±0.29) mg/L]、氟硅唑[(1.38±0.07)mg/L];代森锰锌的抑菌活性最弱[(22.80±10.51) mg/L]。进一步研究表明,氟硅唑、苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑、啶酰菌胺、菌核净和多菌灵对烟草叶斑病保护作用较强,25 mg/L药剂质量浓度处理下防效均>82%;100 mg/...  相似文献

The use of botanical insecticides could be an alternative efficient pest management in Cucurbitaceae against melonworm Diaphania hyalinata and less harmful to its predator. Few studies jointly assess the efficiency of botanical insecticides, their effects on pest, and their effect on the natural enemy and target crop. Here we examine (1) their impact against the melonworm D. hyalinata, a key pest of Cucurbitaceae, (2) their toxicity to the predatory ant Paratrechina sp., and (3) their phytotoxicity to pumpkin plants. The botanical insecticides citronella oil and eucalyptus oil were highly toxic to D. hyalinata and they exhibited to be less harmful for the predatory ant Paratrechina sp. Andiroba oil, eucalyptus oil, garlic extract, and citronella oil caused feeding inhibition of the D. hyalinata larvae. Eucalyptus oil, andiroba oil, garlic extract, and rotenone inhibited the oviposition of D. hyalinata. None of the insecticides was phytotoxic to pumpkin plants. Eucalyptus oil and citronella oil have induced high mortality and altered the behavior of target pests. In addition, they were selective for the predator Paratrechina sp. and not exhibited phytotoxicity on pumpkin plants. Eucalyptus oil and citronella oil seem the most promising compounds for incorporation into melonworm management programs, because they induced high mortality and altered the behavior of target pests and were selective for the predator Paratrechina sp.  相似文献

Control of plant-pathogenic Phymatotrichopsis omnivora is difficult. In tests of volatile fatty acids (VFAs), mycelia in empty 9-cm Petri dishes with 3 or 6 μL of acetic, butyric, formic or propionic acid did not grow, but 37–67 % grew on potato dextrose agar with 6 μL VFA. Survival of sclerotia was <20 % on water agar with 154 μg/mL of a VFA or 12–40 % in sandy soil with 616 μg/mL. Survivability after 2-h immersion in 17 mmol/L varied greatly (0–100 %) depending on the VFA, but in 33–50 mmol/L, 0 % survived. This fungus was thus susceptible to VFAs.  相似文献

Pre- and post-infection activities of phosphonate and fungicides (azoxystrobin, chlorothalonil, cyazofamid, copper hydroxide, and copper sulfate) against white powdery rot on fig leaves caused by Phytophthora palmivora were determined. Phosphonate and fungicides were applied at 3, 7, or 14 days before inoculation and 16, 24, or 40 h after inoculation. Phosphonate and four fungicides (except for chlorothalonil) had protectant activity for up to 14 days before inoculation. Protectant activity between phosphonate and the four fungicides did not differ significantly. These fungicides did not have a curative activity, whereas only phosphonate had a curative activity when applied 16 h after inoculation. The pre-infection activity of phosphonate was determined in fig fields. Phosphonate provided excellent protectant activity, and its activity did not differ significantly from that of the copper fungicides. The activity of phosphonate in the life cycle of P. palmivora was compared with that of the five fungicides. Half-maximal effective concentration of the inhibition of mycelial growth was low for phosphonate, chlorothalonil, and the two copper fungicides. Mycelial growth was least affected by azoxystrobin and cyazofamid, but n-propyl gallate, an alternative oxidase inhibitor, in combination with these fungicides, significantly inhibited mycelial growth. Sporangium formation was sensitive to all compounds. Germination of encysted zoospores was sensitive to azoxystrobin, cyazofamid, and chlorothalonil and least sensitive to phosphonate and the two copper fungicides. The activity of phosphonate on mycelial growth and sporulation of P. palmivora suggests it has potential for controlling the disease.  相似文献

采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法,分别测定了烟草灰霉病菌对多菌灵、嘧霉胺、异菌脲和丙环唑的敏感性,同时通过离体叶片法评估了这4种杀菌剂对烟草灰霉病的保护和治疗作用。结果表明:4种杀菌剂对烟草灰霉病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均表现出了不同程度的抑制活性,并对灰霉病同时具有保护和治疗作用。其中多菌灵对菌丝生长的抑制活性最强,EC50平均值为0.06 mg/L,其次为丙环唑、嘧霉胺和异菌脲,EC50平均值分别为0.36、0.53和0.60 mg/L;异菌脲和丙环唑对烟草灰霉病菌孢子萌发的抑制活性较强,EC50平均值分别为2.05和2.21 mg/L,其次为嘧霉胺和多菌灵,EC50平均值分别为10.56和131.23 mg/L。异菌脲和多菌灵对灰霉病的保护作用和治疗作用均最强,当药剂质量浓度为200 mg/L时,其对离体叶片的保护和治疗作用防效分别为100%、100%和98.3%、91.8%。研究结果可为烟草灰霉病的科学防治提供依据。  相似文献

Anthracnose, caused by Colletotrichum scovillei, is one of the most destructive disease which causes massive yield losses in chili. Our preliminary study has demonstrated that fludioxonil had high activity against mycelial growth and spore germination of C. scovillei but it has not been labeled on chili. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of fludioxonil on C. scovillei infection. In greenhouse and field trials, fludioxonil was applied to chili plants to determine the duration of protection of fruit provided by this compound against chili anthracnose. Fludioxonil may have impact on the early stage of chili anthracnose infection by inhibiting the germ tube elongation and appressorium formation. Moreover, it inhibited the secondary infection of C. scovillei by inhibiting the sporulation, germination of spores and formation of appressoria. Fludioxonil provided high level of protective activity for up to 96 h, as well as excellent curative activity of within 24 h in vivo tests. In field trials, fludioxonil can reduce the incidence and severity of chili anthracnose while giving a higher chili yield. These results suggest that fludioxonil could be a promising fungicide for anthracnose control in chili production.  相似文献

测定了6种植物精油对家蝇的熏蒸及触杀作用。结果表明,6种精油均对家蝇有较强的熏蒸活性,且表现出一定的触杀活性。熏蒸毒力次序为:黄樟油(LC50=1.7695 μL/L)>八角叶油(1.8930 μL/L)>肉桂油(5.8074 μL/L)>留兰香油(6.2123 μL/L)>香茅油(6.5801 μL/L)>薄荷素油(9.4500 μL/L);触杀活性较好的为黄樟油,其次为 留兰香油、香茅油和薄荷素油,而八角叶油和肉桂油对家蝇的触杀作用较差。  相似文献

Early anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum acutatum has become an increasingly serious disease on green, unripe bell pepper fruit in Florida. This contrasts with earlier reports of anthracnose occurring on bell pepper primarily as a ripe-rot disease of mature, colored pepper fruit caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Management of anthracnose on green bell pepper fruit using fungicides and a commercial inducer of systemic acquired resistance, acibenzolar-S-methyl (ASM), was evaluated during three seasons. In two of the three trials, all the fungicides tested including azoxystrobin, fludioxonil + cyprodinil, mancozeb, famoxadone + cymoxanil, copper hydroxide, and ASM significantly increased the number of marketable fruit compared with control plants. These trials identified fungicides that could contribute to a successful pest management program on pepper for controlling anthracnose caused by C. acutatum. The cross-infectivity potential of C. acutatum was investigated on tomato and strawberry by in vitro and field inoculation. Anthracnose lesions formed readily on wound-inoculated detached fruits of all hosts in in vitro assays. Under field conditions, after inoculation, anthracnose lesions occurred on pepper fruit but no lesions of anthracnose were found on either ripe or unripe tomato or strawberry fruit in adjacent plots.  相似文献
