The Capsicum genus is native to tropical America and consists of 27 species, five of which are used as fresh vegetables and spices: Capsicum annuum L., Capsicum chinense Jacq., Capsicum frutescens L., Capsicum baccatum L. and Capsicum pubescens R. et P. The study of the relationships among species of cultivate Capsicum species will be useful for breeding new cultivars or hybrids. This study is focused on the genetic diversity and relationships of these species that were collected in the Andean region. Ten microsatellites and four AFLP combinations were used to characterize 260 Capsicum accessions. The AFLP tree turned out to be informative regarding relationships among species. The data clearly showed the close relationships between C. chinense and C. frutescens. Moreover, C. cardenasii and C. eximium were indistinguishable as a single, morphologically variable species. Our data showed C. baccatum and C. praetermissum to be distinct species that form a compact group. In the present work, AFLP fingerprinting indicated that C. chacoense was placed in the C. baccatum complex and showed C. tovarii as a separate species. In addition, SSR data indicated that there is intraspecific differentiation in the species C. chinense, C. baccatum and C. pubescens, as the PCoA-based clustering showed a clear geographic division related to country. Even though Bolivia is considered to be the nuclear area for these species, we have found similar variability in Ecuador and Peru for several Capsicum species.  相似文献

Here, we report the karyotypes and mean haploid idiograms of the ten Asian Corchorus species (2n = 2x = 14). Chromosomes were small, with a mean chromosome length of 2.30 μm. The largest chromosome was recorded in C. pseudo-olitorius (3.50 μm) and the shortest in C. pseudocapsularis (1.60 μm). The karyotypes of the two cultivated species (C. capsularis and C. olitorius) and C. pseudo-olitorius were the most diverse and specialized, whereas those of C. depressus and C. trilocularis were the least diverse. C. fascicularis had the most asymmetrical and C. urticifolius the most symmetrical karyotypes. An increase in genome size was accompanied by increasing karyotype diversity in terms of morphologically distinct chromosome types and interchromosomal asymmetry, with uneven distribution of additional DNA throughout the karyotype. A positive correlation between interchromosomal asymmetry and dispersion index suggested that size differences between chromosomes were mainly associated with karyotype asymmetry. Karyotypes of the Corchorus species became progressively asymmetrical in the course of evolution. Relationships among the ten Corchorus species were defined by using a neighbor-joining tree inferred from inter-simple sequence repeat data. C. fascicularis and C. pseudocapsularis, with shorter karyotypes and smaller genomes, were closely related to C. pseudo-olitorius and C. capsularis, respectively, which were characterized by relatively longer karyotypes and larger genomes. However, the two cultivated species with different levels of interchromosomal asymmetries, dispersion indices and genome sizes were distantly related. Taking this molecular evidence into consideration, we have discussed chromosomal evolution in relation to karyological data including genome size.  相似文献

Summary The karyotype of Cicer arietinum L. was characterized after the use of chromosome differential staining obtained through various techniques, such as C-banding and fluorochrome staining. It was possible to individually identify all the chromosomes of this species. Moreover the use of fluorochromes with different DNA targets allowed the distinction of at least two types of heterochromatin. The importance of chickpea heterochromatin characterization is discussed in the perspective of evolutionary and breeding studies.Abbreviations BSG Barium-Saline-Giemsa banding - CMA Chromomycin A3 - DAPI 4-6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole - H33258 Bis-benzimide derivate Hoechst 33258  相似文献

Wild Rosa resources in Yunnan are very abundant and hold many important and useful traits for improving modern rose. However, many of them have no cytological data and few were karyologically analysed. In this article, karyological study of 24 wild Rosa taxa belonging to different sections was carried out by means of traditional squashing and pressing. The chromosome number of 8 taxa and karyotypes of most studied ones were reported for the first time. 22 resources were diploids with 14 chromosomes (2n = 2x = 14), while Rosa moyesii Hemsl. et Wils. and Rosa macrophylla Lindl. from Sect. Cinnamomeae DC. were hexaploids with 42 chromosomes (2n = 6x = 42). Only type 1A and type 2A been found, karyotypes of genus Rosa in Yunnan were symmetric. Also, the studied taxa differed much from each other in chromosome length, position of centromere, satellite position and satellite number, etc. The results implied that wild Rosa germplasm in Yunnan were rich in karyologcal diversity, and polyploidization might have played and were still playing very important roles in the evolution and speciation in genus Rosa, mainly in Sect. Cinnamomeae in alpine areas of northwestern Yunnan. The cytological data would supply chromosomal proofs not only for the taxonomy, phylogeny and evolution of genus Rosa in this special geological area, but also for the exploitation of useful traits of wild Rosa into the breeding of new cultivars.  相似文献

Molecular differentiation in 24 accessions representing 19 taxa of Indian Citrus has been examined through sequence analysis of Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) region of nrDNA. Sequence length in the 24 accessions of Citrus taxa ranged from 512 to 665 bp (ITS1 & ITS2 partial and 5.8S complete sequence). The ITS sequences were very rich in G+C content ranging from 61.40 to 66.60% with an average of 64.2%. Genetic distance within Citrus group ranged from 0 to 13.4% with an average of 4.6%, showing moderate rate of nucleotide divergence. The phylogeny was inferred using the Maximum parsimony (MP) and Neighbor-Joining (NJ) methods. Both MP and NJ trees separated all the 24 accessions of Citrus into six distinct clusters. The disposition of all the accessions of Citrus in separate clusters in ITS-derived dendrograms was partly in accordance with the morpho-taxonomic affinities of the target taxa. This study supports the concept of Citrus medica (citron), C. reticulata (mandarin), and C. maxima (pummelo) as the basic species of the genus. However, ITS marker could not find any clear cut differentiation between subgenera Citrus and Papeda as proposed in Swingle’s Citrus classification system. The present study also supports the distinctiveness of C. indica (Indian wild orange), C. latipes (Khasi papeda) and C. hystrix (Melanesian papeda) as true species, besides elucidating the probable hybrid origin and relationships among the cultivated species/biotypes, such as Citrus ×aurantiifolia (sour lime) C. ×limon (lemon), C. ×taitensis (Indian rough lemon), C. limettioides (sweet lime), C. ×aurantium (including sour and sweet oranges and grapefruit), and other indigenous varieties of Indian origin: C. megaloxycarpa (sour pummelo), C. karna (karna orange), C. pseudolimon (Hill lemon), ‘Memang athur’, ‘Pummelo-lemon’ and ‘Kathairi nimbu’.  相似文献

The cultivated varieties and landraces of Cucurbitaceae growing in Egypt are presented, 27 taxa, belonging to three genera, six species, and five subspecies. These characters are arranged according to their usefulness for identifications as follow: fruit characters, seed characters and trichome type. Fruit characters are a good taxonomic tool at varietal level when combined with the other vegetative characters. Two keys to 27 cultivated varieties of Cucurbitaceae (Cucumis, Cucurbita and Luffa) were constructed using the DELTA software system. One key is used for identification, and then the other is used as a confirmatory key. Those keys were built using 36 morphological characters include vegetative, floral, fruit and seed characters. There is a significant correlation between seed size and growth parameters. The growth parameters of the studied taxa included leaf length/size, petiole length and corolla length. There is a highly positive, significant correlation between seed volume and leaf size (r = 0.81831, P ≤ 0.001), seed volume and petiole length (r = 0.79112, P ≤ 0.001), seed volume and leaf length (r = 0.83566, P ≤ 0.001), and seed volume and corolla length (r = 0.59108, P ≤ 0.001).  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Excessive application of animal manure to farmland leads to phosphorus (P) loss into the surrounding water. Manure is incinerated to convert it to P-rich ash as a slow-release P fertilizer. However, the potential P loss and P availability for plants from cattle manure ash (CMA) have not been fully understood. The aims of this study were to determine the P release mechanism from CMA and to propose appropriate application rates that mitigate P loss and increase available P to soil in Fukushima, where the soil is deficient in nutrients after the replacement of cesium-137-contaminated soil with sandy mountain soil. Different P fractions in CMA were sequentially extracted with H2O, 0.5 M NaHCO3, 0.1 M NaOH, and 1 M HCl. Phosphorus contents in different fractions of CMA were in the order of HCl–P > NaHCO3–P > H2O–P > NaOH–P. Water-soluble P release of CMA was also determined by kinetic experiments for 120 h. Results showed that total water-soluble P accounted for a maximum of 2.9% of total P in CMA over 120 h due to recalcitrant P compounds formed through incineration. The Fukushima sandy soil amended with CMA at three application rates, 94, 157, and 314 mg P kg?1 (corresponding to 300, 500, 1000 kg P2O5 ha?1) was incubated for 56 days. Cattle manure compost and KH2PO4 were applied at 157 mg P kg?1 for comparison. Phosphorus release in water and CaCl2 solution from ash-amended soil was significantly lower than those from compost and KH2PO4-amended soil at the same P application rate of 157 mg P kg?1 (p < 0.05). Available P in ash-amended soil, determined by Fe-oxide impregnated strips, was not significantly different from those in compost-amended soil after day 7 and KH2PO4-amended soil on day 56 at the same P application rate. Thus, CMA reduces P losses from soil to the surrounding water while it increases P availability for plants. In comparison of different rates of CMA, P release in water or CaCl2 was significantly greater at 314 mg P kg?1 than at 94 or 157 mg P kg?1, while the percentage of available P to total P was the lowest at the highest application rate (p < 0.05), suggesting that the best application rates were 94 and 157 mg P kg?1 in this experiment.  相似文献

Twelve species of section Adenolinum from genus Linum have been studied using cytogenetic methods (DAPI/C-banding, Ag-NOR staining, FISH with 5S and 26S rDNA probes), RAPD analysis, and seed surface ultrastructure and seed coat anatomy investigation. Karyotype analysis revealed that these species have a chromosome number of 2n = 18 or 2n = 36. The DAPI/C-banding patterns enabled the identification of all chromosomes and revealed the similarities in chromosome patterns in all of the studied species. It was found that 18-chromosome plants are diploids, whereas 36-chromosome forms are tetraploids. In diploid species, 5S and 26S rRNA genes are located in similar positions on a single pair of chromosomes or on two chromosome pairs in tetraploids. Ag-NOR staining showed NOR activity in both genomes of tetraploids. RAPD analysis and seed coat anatomy investigation revealed some interspecies differences. Species from nearby areas have more similar RAPD characteristics compared with more geographically distant species. The results of this study may serve as an additional argument in favour of a monophyletic origination of the Adenolinum species and its strong isolation from other Linum species.  相似文献

Red–yellow (Pisum fulvum Sibth. et Sm.) and Ethiopian (Pisum abyssinicum A. Br.) peas have become of increasing interest to breeders in the last decade, as they have been found to be partially or completely tolerant to various biotic stresses, such as to attack by pea weevil, mildew blight or rust. A trial was carried out at the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops at Rimski ?an?evi from 2005 to 2007, with 13 accessions each of red–yellow and Ethiopian peas sown at 100 viable seeds m?2, in plots of 0.5 m2. Seed yield per plant in red–yellow pea was significantly and positively correlated with seed number per plant (r = 0.881**), pod number per plant (r = 0.839**) and number of fertile nodes (r = 0.820**). The highest positive correlation among the agronomic characteristics in Ethiopian pea was between number of fertile nodes and number of pods (r = 0.937**). Seed yield in Ethiopian pea was highly significantly correlated with number of seeds (r = 0.807**), pods (r = 0.692*), and fertile nodes (r = 0.638*). The results suggest that plant morphology of the progenies between red–yellow or Ethiopian peas and grain-type common pea could not differ significantly from that of individual parents. That means that it could be possible to develop hybrid lines that could keep the desirable morphological traits of grain-type common pea, such as lodging-tolerance and high seed yields, and to make an introgression of a specific resistance from wild pea taxa, especially by back-crosses with the former. However, one must always be aware of unpredicted outcomes as a result of rather different genetic basis of individual seed yield components.  相似文献

Genetic variations and relationships among cultivated and wild genotypes of five taxa of Indian Luffa were examined using inter simple sequence repeats (ISSR), directed amplification of minisatellite DNA (DAMD) markers and morphological characterization. Morphometric evaluation of 21 discrete characters in 51 representative accessions segregated the five taxa of Luffa in three main clusters: the two wild species (L. echinata, L. graveolens) in the first, and the cultivated L. aegyptiaca (smooth gourd) and L. acutangula (ridged gourd)/L. hermaphrodita (Hermaphrodite luffa) in the second and third clusters, respectively. Cumulative data analysis of 15 ISSR and seven DAMD markers revealed high percentage polymorphism (97.67 %), moderate genetic distance (0.06–0.72, avg. 0.51), and low heterozygosity and Shannon index values (H = 0.15; I = 0.22) across all the 76 genotypes assayed. A UPGMA dendrogram, based on the combined marker data, resolved the five taxa in two main clusters with high bootstrap support. The morphological and molecular trees showed incongruence in the number of main clusters resolved and in the disposition of the wild and cultivated taxa in different sub-clusters. The cluster analyses and PCoA plots revealed a nested grouping of the hermaphrodite luffa within the ridge gourd group. The Bayesian STRUCTURE analysis identified three genetic clusters for the five assumed taxa. Outcrossing test revealed a mixed mating system in Indian Luffa. This is the first ever report on the mating system in Luffa using molecular markers. The study also demonstrates the utility of using more than one DNA marker in the assessment of molecular diversity in a widely cultivated crop genus like Luffa with a narrow genetic base.  相似文献

Changes in the soil microbial communities and networks were monitored after planting the cover crop for 9 years. The field experiment included plots with a cover crop and without a cover crop but with weed control, and two subplots with or without chemical fertilizer (192 kg N ha?1, 108 kg P2O5 ha?1, and 168 kg K2O ha?1 each year). After applying the cover crop and chemical fertilizer for 9 years, the composition and activity of bacterial and fungal communities changed significantly (p?<?0.05), with the cover crop had greater effects than the chemical fertilizer on the composition of the soil microbial community. The relative abundances of 22 selected genera (in Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes) and two selected classes (Ascomycota) related to cover crop residue degradation increased significantly in the presence of the cover crop (p?<?0.05). Network analysis showed that the cover crop decreased the number of positive links between bacterial and fungal taxa by 25.33%, and increased the negative links by 22.89%. The positive links among bacterial taxa increased by 16.63% with the cover crop, mainly among Proteobacteria (increase of 39), Firmicutes (16), Actinobacteria (five), and Bacteroidetes (10). The links among fungal taxa were less than among bacterial taxa and were not significantly affected by cover crop. Taxa such as Thaumarchaeota, unidentified_Nitrospiraceae, unidentified_Nitrosomonadaceae, Faecalibacterium, Coprococcus_3, and Ruminococcaceae_NK4A214_group dominated the network without the cover crop but they were not dominant with the cover crop. The relative abundances of potential genes involved with the degradation of cellulose, hemicellulose, and cello-oligosaccharides increased significantly with the cover crop. Therefore, the SOC and TN contents were enhanced by the cover crop with the increase of the soil enzyme activities. Thus, the apple yield was improved by the cover crop.  相似文献

The soil organic matter (OM) content of soils in a long-term fertiliser field trial (Winchmore, New Zealand) are similar (P > 0.05) despite >60 years application of different phosphorus (P) rates. As the net primary productivity increased with P addition, greater losses of carbon (C) occur concomitantly with increased P fertility. Several hypotheses have been proposed to explain the mechanisms, including C leaching, increased earthworm activity or elevated rates of microbial activity. In this study, we found support for both direct and secondary effects of soil P on soil C through impacts on the soil microbial community. Microbial biomass, inferred through quantification of hot water extractable C, increased with soil P status and decreased with C/P ratio (P < 0.001). However, the microbial biomass had no relationship with soil organic C content (P = 0.485). Mineralisation of C substrates added to soil also increased with soil P status (total P, R 2 = 0.84; P < 0.001). These results indicated potential conditioning of the microbial community for rapid C cycling. Utilisation of different C compounds was clustered by cophenetic similarity; a distinct group of ten carbon compounds was identified for which rates of mineralisation were strongly associated with soil P status and microbial biomass. However, this alteration of microbial community size and activity was not reflected in abundances of selected oligotrophic and copiotrophic taxa. As such, the alteration may be due to changes in the abundances of all taxa, i.e. a general community response.  相似文献

Three wild carrot species have been reported in the argentinian flora: Daucus montanus Humb. et Bonpl. ex Schult., D. montevidensis Link ex Sprengel and D. pusillus Michx. There is a discrepancy among authors about the distinctive morphological traits of the last two species; thus, it is difficult to ascertain if they are truly two distinct taxa. Based on the available literature and in the search of a paradigmatic site, four collection trips were carried out in 2004 and 2005 in Buenos Aires and Southern Entre Ríos provinces. Populations were sampled at 30 sites, and local environmental parameters and associated plant species were recorded. Morphological observations and chromosome counts were carried out on 10 plants/population. Three morphological phenotypes were distinguished: one in 18 populations, all with 2n = 2x = 18, and two in the remaining 12, with 2n = 2x = 22 or aneusomaty (2n = 2x = 20, 22). Populations of the first phenotype were assigned to wild D. carota and the rest, tentatively, to D. pusillus (D. montevidensis?), till further evaluations are carried out in test sites to verify this tentative conclusion.  相似文献

A total of 198 accessions representing 18 species of the genus Cajanus, assembled at the ICRISAT genebank, was characterized for 27 morpho-agronomic traits at ICRISAT farm, Patancheru, India. Newman–Keuls test of significance for mean values indicated significant differences among the species for one or more traits under study. Mean diversity for all traits was maximum in C. scarabaeoides (H′ = 0.590 ± 0.010). First three principal components (PCs) captured 84.3 % of total variation among all species. Cluster analysis resulted in three clusters. C. albicans and C. mollis formed Cluster 1; C. cajanifolius, C. crassus and C. platycarpus formed Cluster 2 and C. acutifolius, C. scarabaeoides, C. lineatus and C. sericeus formed Cluster 3. C. platycarpus for extra early flowering (34–40 days); C. scarabaeoides for early flowering (51–118 days); C. albicans for broad pods; C. mollis, C. albicans, C. cinereus for more seeds per pod (>6) and C. crassus, C. cajanifolius, C. mollis, C. platycarpus and C. albicans for high seed protein (>30 %) were found as promising sources. Long duration perennial species such as C. crassus, C. mollis and C. albicans are good sources for forage. Five accessions (ICP 15661, ICP 15664, ICP 15666, ICP 15668 and ICP 15671) of C. platycarpus, two accessions (ICP 15653 and ICP 15658) of C. mollis and one accession each of C. acutifolius (ICP 15611), C. albicans (ICP 15620), C. cajanifolius (ICP 15632), C. crassus (ICP 15768), C. lineatus (ICP 15646), C. scarabaeoides (ICP 15922) and C. sericeus (ICP 15760), found as promising for multiple trait combinations are useful in pigeonpea improvement programs.  相似文献

Purpose

This work investigated changes in priming effects and the taxonomy of soil microbial communities after being amended with plant feedstock and its corresponding biochar.

Materials and methods

A soil incubation was conducted for 180 days to monitor the mineralization and evolution of soil-primed C after addition of maize and its biochar pyrolysed at 450 °C. Responses of individual microbial taxa were identified and compared using the next-generation sequencing method.

Results and discussion

Cumulative CO2 showed similar trends but different magnitudes in soil supplied with feedstock and its biochar. Feedstock addition resulted in a positive priming effect of 1999 mg C kg?1 soil (+253.7 %) while biochar gave negative primed C of ?872.1 mg C kg?1 soil (?254.3 %). Linear relationships between mineralized material and mineralized soil C were detected. Most priming occurred in the first 15 days, indicating co-metabolism. Differences in priming may be explained by differences in properties of plant material, especially the water-extractable organic C. Predominant phyla were affiliated to Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Chloroflexi, Gemmatimonadetes, Firmicutes, Planctomycetes, Proteobacteria, Verrucomicrobia, Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Blastocladiomycota, Chytridiomycota, Zygomycota, Euryarchaeota, and Thaumarchaeota during decomposition. Cluster analysis resulted in separate phylogenetic grouping of feedstock and biochar. Bacteria (Acidobacteria, Firmicutes, Gemmatimonadetes, Planctomycetes), fungi (Ascomycota), and archaea (Euryarchaeota) were closely correlated to primed soil C (R 2?=??0.98, ?0.99, 0.84, 0.81, 0.91, and 0.91, respectively).

Conclusions

Quality of plant materials (especially labile C) shifted microbial community (specific microbial taxa) responses, resulting in a distinctive priming intensity, giving a better understanding of the functional role of soil microbial community as an important driver of priming effect.

Little is known regarding the effect of fragmentation and human agricultural management on the genetic variation and gene flow of Cucurbita pepo L., 1753 in moderate fragmented areas in central Guatemala. We hypothesize that the genetic variation of C. pepo is affected by forest fragmentation and by traditional agricultural management. Therefore, we aim to determine: (1) the genetic diversity and genetic structure of C. pepo in the Cloud Forest Corridor (CFC) (2) the extent of genetic admixture between commercial variety (CV) and traditional landraces (TL) of C. pepo, (3) the effect of habitat fragmentation in the population genetics of C. pepo with a landscape approach, and (4) the potential relationship between traditional management practices and genetic diversity of C. pepo in the CFC. We detected the existence of high level of genetic diversity (AR = 3.43; He = 0.50), inbreeding (Fis = 0.25) and moderate population structure of C. pepo in the CFC (Fst = 0.16). No correlation between landscape and genetics was found. Also, we found high genetic admixture between CV and TL. It seems that human practices, mainly related with seed exchange patterns, could affect genetic diversity of C. pepo in the CFC. C. pepo populations in the CFC are structured, with inbreeding, and show admixture with the CV, an aspect that could affect its genetic diversity. The agricultural management influenced the population genetics of C. pepo in the CFC, but the landscape did not. We suggest that special efforts should be made to preserve the diversity of this important indigenous food source for Guatemalan people as well as their management practices.  相似文献

This study focused on clarifying phylogenetic relationships among Citrus accessions from Vietnam. Our phylogenetic analysis based on nucleotide sequences from the ITS of the ribosomal DNA included 69 accessions belonging to Citrus and related (sub)genera. Maximum parsimony and Bayesian analysis confirmed a clear separation of the three ‘true’ Citrus species (C. medica, C. maxima and C. reticulata). Confirming recent taxonomic revisions, Fortunella, Poncirus trifoliata and Citrus hystrix are clustered among the accessions of subgenus Citrus. C. × sinensis accessions revealed a close evolutionary relationship to either C. maxima or C. reticulata, thereby confirming their involvement in its hybrid origin. Also, some other hybrid taxa and their proposed parental species were investigated and their origin could in some cases be confirmed using the ITS sequence data.  相似文献

The genus Crotalaria is one of the largest within the family Leguminosae-Papilionoideae, with more than 600 species. However, few karyotypes have been described. In the present paper, five species belonging to the section Hedriocarpae were studied (subsection Machrostachyae), in order to better understand chromosomal evolution in Crotalaria. The results reveals that all species presented 2n = 2x = 16 with symmetrical karyotypes, and slight differences in the chromosome morphology. A secondary constriction was identified at short arm of the pair 1. The 45S rDNA was mapped in the secondary constriction and adjacent heterochromatin (NOR-heterochromatin) and a minor site was identified in C. ochroleuca. The 5S rDNA was mapped linked to 45S rDNA at chromosome 1 short arm in all species. Additional sites for 5S rDNA were identified in C. pallida, C. striata and C. mucronata. Heterochromatin blocks around the centromeres are not CMA+ neither DAPI+. The karyotypes of the subsection Macrostachyae are characterized by an inversion at chromosome pair one in relation to previous specialized floral species analyzed. Additional sites of 45S and 5S rDNA were assumed to be a result of transposition events by different ways. The results suggest heterochromatin differentiation and the position of ribosomal genes indicates chromosomal rearrangements during evolution. Karyotype characteristics corroborate the morphological infrageneric classification.  相似文献

Soil samples were collected in June and October from areas with three land-use types, i.e., Robinia pseudoacacia L. (RP), Caragana korshinskii Kom. (CK), and abandoned land (AL), of which the former two were afforested areas, whereas the latter was not. These areas were converted from similar farmlands 40 years prior. Illumina sequencing of 16S rRNA gene and fungal ITS gene was used to analyze soil bacterial and fungal diversity. Additionally, plant communities, soil properties, fine root biomass, and C, N, and P levels in fine root and microbial biomass were estimated. Compared to AL, the C:N:P stoichiometry in fine root and microbial biomass in the afforested lands was synchronously changed, especially the N:P ratio. Soil microbial diversities were affected by afforestation and were more related to N:P ratio than C:P and C:N ratios. Moreover, Alpha-proteobacteria, Gamma-proteobacteria, and Bacteroidetes were significantly more abundant in afforested soils than in the AL soil, and the abundances of Actinobacteria, Chloroflexi, Cyanobacteria, and Nitrospirae ranked as AL > RP or CK. For fungal taxa, Ascomycota abundance responded positively to afforestation, whereas Basidiomycota abundance responded negatively. Changes of soil microbial taxa were significantly correlated with the N:P ratio in fine root and microbial biomass, which explained 54.1 and 55% of the total variation in bacterial and fungal taxa, respectively. Thus, our results provide evidence that compositions of soil microbial communities are linked to the N:P ratio in the plant-soil system.  相似文献
