<正> Cytomixis refers to the migration of chromatin from one cell to an adjacent one. The cytological investigation demonstrated that cytomixis and direct fusion of two cells occurred in early stage of pollen development, and resulted from genetic controlled behaviour in hybrid plants of wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Xiaoyuer mai) crossed with rye (Secale cereale L. cv. Winter rye). The frequency of occurrences of cytomixis and cell fusion was about 10％. Spontaneous seed settings in the hybrid plants were obtained.

CYTOGENETIC INVESTIGATION OF THE HYBRID BETWEEN AEGILOPS TAUSCHH AMD PSATHYROSTACHYS HUASHANICA

<正> An intergeneric hybrid between Aegilops tauschti Cosson. an annual diploid grass. and Psathyrostachys huashanica Keng, a perenmal diploid grass. The F_1 hybrid plant had chromosome number of 2n=2x=14. and was annual and morphologically intermediate between two parents. Meiotic analysis showed that this F_1 hybrid had an average of 12.20 univalants, 0.12 rod bivalents ad 0.004 quadrivalents at MI of the pollen-mother-cells. Multipolar division, irregular ctyokinesis. conjungation opening and coenocyte were observed in this hybrid. These results suggested that the D genome in the Ae. tauschii was distantly related to the N genome in the P huashanica.     

REALIZATION OF GPS／SST／SINS INTEGRATED NAVIGATION FILTER ALGORITHM FOR BALLISTIC MISSILE

Considering the domestic single navigation system of the ballistic missile, a new filter method is presented. The method integrates the information of the strapdown star tracker (SST) attitude, the position and the velocity of a high speed GPS with a strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) information into one filter, thus improving the precision of the attitude, the velocity, and the position. Finally, the GPS/SST/SINS simulation platfornt is designed. Simulation results demonstrate that the filter is robust and reliable, and the precision rises to the comparative level abroad.

Distribution of ChAT in the Diencephalon of the One Day Chicken

The distribution of choline-acetyltransferase (ChAT)-like immunoreactive structure in the one day chicken diencephalons was examined by the method of streptavidin-Perosidase (SP) immunocytochemistry. It was found that ChAT immunoreactive neurons and fibers presented in many regions of one day Chicken. Neural structure containing cholinergic neurons with varying density and immunoreactivity were the N. habexularis lateralis and N.habexularis medialis of the epithalamus, the N.rotundus, N.Ovoidalis, N.subrotundus and N.geniculatus lateralis of the thalamus, the hypothalamus, the N.decussationis supraopticae dorsalis of stratathalamus. There were also many varicose and nonvaricose fibers and terminals in the N.geniculatus lateralis and the hypothalamus. The results suggested that the diencephalons of one day chicken is richly innervated by the cholinergic neuron system.     

THE ESSENTIAL NATURE OF ORGANS IN GRAMINEAE, MULTIPLE SECONDARY AXES THEORY--A NEW CONCEPT

<正> Results of extensive comparative studies of opposite supernumerary spikelets in wheat suggest that leaf in the Gramineae arises from specialization of axial apex through expansion, planation and split to meet the need of photosynthesis. The specialized apex loses its ability of growth. Secondary growth point originating at the bottom of stelar cavity of expanded splitted axis becomes secondary segemental axis and, in turn. develops into secondary foliar organ. New segmental axes arise in this way forming shoot apex. The first segmental axis develops downward into root. Lateral roots originate at the outer stelar secondary growth points. According to comparative morphology of hooded-awn in barley, foliar leaf in the Gramineae is multiphyll originating from secondary segmental axes. Leaf blade is equal to internode, constriction to node, and leaf sheath results from longitudinal periclinal fusion of leaves. Node in the Gramineae is a special compound aggregated by many. Since all these facts are contrary to both telome and phyton theories, a multiple secondary axes theory is proposed to explain the fundamental nature of organs in higher plant including the Gramineae.     

Antioxidations and Their Correlations with Total Flavones and Anthocyanin Contents in Different Black Rice Varieties

The antioxidations and their correlations with total flavones and anthocyanin contents in different black rice varieties were studied. The results indicated that the great differences in total antioxidant capacity （TAC）, scavenging free radical capacity （SFRC）, total flavones and anthocyanin contents existed among 242 black rice varieties. Comparisons of TAC, SFRC, total flavones and anthocyanin contents of different black rice types showed that the differences between black rice and white rice, indica one and japonica one, and nonglutinous one and glutinous one were significant at 0.01 levels, respectively. This showed that the TAC, SFRC, total flavones and anthocyanin contents of japonica type were higher than those of indica one, and nonglutinous type were higher than glutinous one. According to the fast clustering procedure, 242 black rice varieties could be clustered into 10 clusters, 184 indica rice varieties into 10 clusters, and 58 japonica rice varieties into 6 clusters. Most significant （P〈0.01） correlations existed between TAC and total flavones and anthocyanin contents, and between SFRC and total flavones and anthocyanin contents of black rice, respectively. This showed that the antioxidation of black rice was closely correlated with its active compositions of flavones and anthocyanin.     

STUDY ON D GENOME OF TRITICUMAESTIVUM SSP. YUNNANENSE KING

<正> Two accessions of Aegilops tauschii Cosson. one collected from the Middle East and the other from Henan Province of China. were crossed with Triticum aestivum ssp. yunnanense King. Chromosome pairings were analysed at metaphase Ⅰ. Meiotic configurations of the hybrids were 14.14Ⅰ+5.32 ring Ⅱ+1.52 rod Ⅱ for the Middle East Ae. tauschii x T. aestivum ssp. yunanense; 14.06Ⅰ+5.29 ring Ⅱ+1.69 rod Ⅱ for Henan Ae. tauschii x T. aestivum ssp. yunnanense. The frequencies of cells which had 7Ⅱ+14Ⅰconfiguration were 87.04％ and 97.05％ for the Middle East Ae. tanschii x T. aestivum ssp. yunnanense and Henan Ae. tauschii x T. asetivum ssp. yunnanense. respectively. The results indicated that D genome of T. aestivum ssp. yunnanense is unchanged compared with the D genome donor.     

Effects of Three Drugs on Membrane Metabolism Against Cysticerci cellulosae in vitro

To investigate the effects and mechanisms of the benzimidazole carbamate and benmidine drugs on Cysticerci cellulosae and choose effective drugs on Cysticerci cellulosae, the membrane metabolism of Cysticerci cellulosae in vitro was tested after three kinds of drugs which were used respectively. The indexes included the contents of lipids, the contents of SA and the changes of the membrane fluidity. The results showed that oxfendazole could inhibit the membrane metabolism of immature and mature Cysticerci cellulosae in vitro, and albendazole only inhibited the mature one, while thibendimidine neither acted on the immature nor mature one.
