Clarified bayberry juice turned hazy upon storage at 25 degrees C for 6 months, and the chemical composition of centrifugally separated sediment was analyzed. Bayberry juice haze was mainly protein-tannin haze. The lyophilized sediment contained 20.4 +/- 4.3% of protein, 70.2 +/- 2.6% of total polyphenols, 7.2% of monosaccharides, and 6.7 +/- 0.6% of ash. Amino acid analyses and molecular weight distribution estimation indicated that bayberry proteins were haze-active proteins with a molecular weight less than 8 kDa. Gallic acid, quercetin hexoside, quercetin deoxyhexoside, and quercetin were found in the methanol-dissolved sample, while gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, cyanidin, ellagic acid, and quercetin were detected in the acid-hydrolyzed sample. Ellagic acid was the dominant individual phenolic (9.9 +/- 0.19 g/100 g dry weight, 55.3% of the total amount) in the sediment. Monosaccharides of rhamnose, arabinose, mannose, glucose, and galactose in the sediment were most probably the glycoside moieties of the anthocyanins, flavonols, and elllagitannins. Metal ions of calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and copper also indicated the heterogeneous characteristics of the sediment.  相似文献

采用生长抑制分析法研究从杨梅根瘤分离的10个Frankia菌菌株对9种重金属元素的抗性。一般所有供试菌株对Hg^2 和Ag^ 敏感,大部分菌株对Pb^2 (5~10mmol/L)、Cr2O7^2-(5~10mmol/L)、AsO2^-(5~10mmol/L)不敏感,部分菌株对Cu^2 、Co^2 、Ni^2 和Cd^2 也不敏感(MICs≥O.5mmol/L,有的菌株达到5mmol/L)。菌株之间对各种重金属的抗性存在较大差异,其中菌株Mda21对所有供试重金属都敏感,而菌株Mpall几乎能抗所有供试重金属,且有几个菌株能同时抗多种重金属。低浓度铅能促进抗铅菌株的生长,而高浓度铅对其生长有一定的抑制;抗铅菌株在含铅的培养基中仍具有固氮酶活性,在一定浓度范围内,随铅离子浓度的升高,固氮酶活性有所增强。Frankia菌的抗铅机理可能是其具有结合或螯合铅离子作用,对其他重金属的抗性机制尚不清楚。  相似文献

Extractable and unextractable proanthocyanidins (EPAs and UEPAs) from leaves of bayberry were characterized. Both EPAs and UEPAs were analyzed by acid catalysis in the presence of excess phloroglucinol. The main cleavage product, epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate-(4β→2)-phloroglucinol, was successfully identified. The EPAs were of the prodelphinidin type. In fact, epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (EGCG) and traces of epigallocatechin (EGC) were detected as the extension units, but only EGCG was present in the terminal units. All of the compounds exhibited a 2,3-cis configuration, and >98% of them were galloylated. The mean degree of polymerization (mDP) of bayberry leaf EPAs was 6.5, and the most abundant EPAs were the polymers, with mDP values of 9.5-26.7. The UEPAs were highly polymerized prodelphinidins consisting of EGCG and traces of EGC. In addition, EGCG, three EPA dimers, and two trimers were identified. The EPAs and UEPAs consisted mostly of EGCG, which is unusual in the plant kingdom.  相似文献

杨梅(Myrica rubra Sieb et Zucc.)是浙江著名的特色水果之一,浙江的气候比较适宜杨梅种植,但由于区域布局不合理制约了杨梅的发展.根据杨梅的生物学特性,筛选出了杨梅种植的气候区划指标,并建立了各区划指标与经度、纬度和海拔高度的空间分析模型.借助浙江省1:25万地形数据、数字高程模型(DEM)和数字化土壤图,综合考虑气候因子、坡度、坡向、海拔高度、土壤类型和土壤质地等要素,采用加权指数求和法,对11个区划指标进行量化分级,建立杨梅栽培区划指标判断矩阵.将11个区划指标适宜性等级图按照权重进行叠加分析,得到综合指数分布图.同时参照浙江省土地利用现状,将不适宜杨梅种植的地块屏蔽,分析综合指数分布规律,将浙江省杨梅种植综合气候区划划分为最适宜区、适宜区和不适宜区3个等级.最适宜种植区占评价区域面积的25.15%,主要集中在宁波、台州、温州、丽水、金华、杭州和绍兴地区的低丘陵地带;适宜区占参评土地面积的46.37%,主要分布在丽水、温州、金华、杭州和衢州等海拔高度为500~700 m的半高山区;不适宜区占评价区域面积的28.48%,主要在丽水市和杭州市的海拔在700 m以上的高山地区.本研究以期能为浙江特色作物的规划和杨梅产业的持续发展提供科学依据.  相似文献

利用ISSR-PCR方法对杨酶(Myrica rubra Sieb.et Zucc.)。植物的7个品种2个无性系进行了基因组多态性分析。选用11个引物扩增出116个DNA片段,其中48个片段呈现多态性,占总扩增片段的41.4%,依据扩增结果进行遗传距离分析,构建了分子树状图,研究结果表明,ISSR分析中产生了一些品种特有的指纹图谱。利用DNA扩增结果进行聚类分析,把供试验酶的7个品种和2个无性系分为3类,并对基本品种及种下品种群的遗传关系进行了探讨。  相似文献

The isolation and structure elucidation of antifungal constituents of the steam-distilled essential oil fraction of Artemisia dracunculus are described. Antifungal activities of 5-phenyl-1,3-pentadiyne and capillarin against Colletrotichum fragariae, Colletrotichum gloeosporioides, and Colletrotichum acutatum are reported for the first time. The relative abundance of 5-phenyl-1,3-pentadiyne is about 11% of the steam-distilled oil, as determined by GC-MS. Methyleugenol was also isolated and identified as an antifungal constituent of the oil.  相似文献

为了明确成熟期不同品种杨梅(早鲜早色和东魁)的营养生长指标与果实外观、品质性状间的相互关系,在成熟采收期,分别对杨梅7个营养生长指标、10个果实外观性状和13个果实品质性状进行测定分析。结果表明,杨梅30个性状指标的变异系数范围为2.546%~31.021%,其中维生素C(Vc)含量、果实硬度(HN)和春梢长度(BL)的变异系数较大,分别为31.021%、22.092%和15.245%。糖酸比(AS)与果实色度值L*b*C,叶片长度(LL)、宽度(LW)、厚度(LT)显著负相关,说明通过杨梅果实颜色可以预测AS,且在AS的形成过程中杨梅LL、LW和LT发挥了重要作用;叶绿素(Chl)相对含量、HN与杨梅果实多个外观品质、营养品质指标间呈显著正相关,表明在生产上可以通过提高Chl相对含量改善果实品质;杨梅BL与果实外观品质、营养品质等13个性状均为显著性负相关,证明杨梅结果枝以中短果枝为宜。本研究结果为利用营养生长指标进行优良品质性状的选择提供了一定的理论参考。  相似文献

Bayberry juice was fined with the methods of xanthan/chitosan (XC) or gelatin/bentonite (GB), and then filtered with diatomaceous earth filtration (DF) or ultrafiltration (UF, MWCO 100 kDa). Their effects on juice haze formation were investigated. The XC fining method was more effective than the GB method in removal of the total monomeric anthocyanin, total phenolics, and protein, with less haze formed in the XC fined juice. The DF reduced 2-5% of the total phenolics and 21-23% of protein, while UF reduced 19-24% of the total phenolics and 34-38% of protein, respectively. The results showed that fining and then UF can reduce but cannot eliminate haze formation in bayberry juice. The storage temperature was a critical factor affecting haze formation, and the juice was more stable when stored at lower temperature (4 degrees C).  相似文献

为了提升杨梅冷藏品质,本研究采用通径分析方法研究了采前喷施2种粒径(40和60 nm)、2种浓度(0.05%、0.10%)组合处理的金红石纳米TiO2对冷藏期间杨梅品质及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,采前喷施60 nm、0.05%金红石纳米TiO2,杨梅初始可溶性固形物(TSS)含量比对照组高21.9%,有利于杨梅早熟。冷藏15 d后,杨梅TSS含量比对照组高13.7%,发霉率比对照组低9.5个百分点。采前喷施40 nm、0.10%金红石纳米TiO2有助于杨梅的表面杀霉,提高杨梅的贮藏性能。冷藏15 d后,杨梅硬度、可滴定酸(TA)和维生素C(Vc)含量分别比对照组高19.5%、33.2%和5.6%,延缓了还原糖(RS)和TSS含量的上升,而发霉率比对照组低19.5个百分点。逐步回归和通径分析结果表明,RS含量是影响冷藏杨梅好果率的决策因子,影响杨梅好果率波动的限制因子是TSS含量,主要通过RS含量的积累而发生间接的负向作用;TA含量是影响冷藏杨梅发霉率和裂软果率的决策因子。本研究结果为促进杨梅早熟以及提高其冷藏性能提供...  相似文献

Fresh bayberries (Myrica rubra Sieb. et Zucc.) were processed into juice at an industrialized scale with four treatments: control, SO2 addition, pasteurization of the crushed pulp, and blanching before fruit crushing. Changes in anthocyanin pigments and polyphenolics (hydrobenzoic acids and flavonol glycosides) were monitored during processing. Centrifuged juice yield ranged from 73 to 78% (w/w), but only 12-27% of the anthocyanins and 20-32% of the polyphenolics were recovered in the ultrahigh-temperature (UHT) juices. Fifty-two to 58% of anthocyanins and 30-35% of polyphenolics were present in the centrifuged cakes. The initial processing steps of blanching, crushing, pasteurization, and depectinization caused a great loss of total and individual polyphenolics. Total monomeric anthocyanins were significantly higher (p < 0.05) in pasteurization- and blanching-treated samples than those in the SO2 treated samples, whereas those in the SO2-treated sample were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than those in the control juice. Overall polyphenolic levels were significantly higher (p < 0.05) in pasteurization- and blanching-treated samples than in the SO2-treated and control samples after each processing step. Important changes occurred in the polyphenolic profile with a 50-150% of hydroxybenzoic acids increase due to the free gallic acid from the flavonol glycoside-gallates during the initial processing steps. Volatile compounds of 15 Charentais melon cultivars, known to exhibit differences in their ripening behaviors and in their storage lives (wild, mid, and long shelf life), were investigated. Twenty-eight volatiles (11 esters, 8 sulfur compounds, 6 alcohols, and 3 carbonyl compounds) were isolated by direct dichloromethane extraction and analyzed by means of GC-MS and GC-FID. A considerable reduction in the aroma profile was observed for the long shelf life cultivars, in which total volatiles were 49-87% lower than in the wild or mid shelf life melons. Most of the esters such as ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl butyrate, ethyl hexanoate, hexyl acetate, and butyl acetate and sulfur compounds such as ethyl 2-(methylthio)acetate, 2-methylthioethanol, ethyl 3-(methylthio)propanoate, 3-(methylthio)propyl acetate, and 3-(methylthio)propanol with low odor values were 2-30-fold lower in long shelf life cultivars than in the others. Discrimination of long shelf life cultivars from wild and mid shelf life melons was achieved by statistical treatment of the data by principal component and variance analysis.  相似文献

Characterization of anthocyanins and flavonols and radical scavenging activity assays of extracts from four Chinese bayberry (Myrica rubra) varieties with different fruit colors were carried out. One dominant anthocyanin and three major flavonols were isolated by HPLC, and cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and two of three flavonols, myricetin and quercetin-3-O-rutinoside, were identified by cochromatography with authentic standards. Both DPPH* and ABTS*(+) cation assays indicated that the black varieties (Biji and Hunan) demonstrated much higher radical scavenging activities than the pink (Fenhong) and yellow (Shuijing) varieties, which may be attributed to much higher levels of anthocyanins, flavonoids, and total phenolics in the black varieties. Biji and Hunan had 6.49 and 6.52 mM Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) per 100 g of fresh weight, whereas the pink (Fenhong) and yellow (Shuijing) bayberries had 1.32 and 1.31 mM TEAC/100 g. Different fruit color was reflected by the surface color and pigment extract color. Color stability of the pigment was dependent on pH, and the pigment was more stable at low pH (pH approximately 1.5). The lightness (L) increased while the chroma (C value) decreased with increase of pH until pH 5, but higher pH caused a small decrease for L and an increase for C.  相似文献

Varieties of kola nuts (Cola nitida alba, Cola nitida rubra A. Chev, and Cola acuminata Schott & Endl), a group of popular Nigerian and West African stimulants, were analyzed for their content of secondary plant metabolites. The three varieties of the kola nuts contained appreciable levels of (+)-catechin (27-37 g/kg), caffeine (18-24 g/kg), (-)-epicatechin (20-21 g/kg), procyanidin B 1 [epicatechin-(4beta-->8)-catechin] (15-19 g/kg), and procyanidin B2 [epicatechin-(4beta-->8)-epicatechin] (7-10 g/kg). Antioxidant capacity of the extracts and purified metabolites was assessed by two HPLC-based and two colorimetric in vitro assays. Extracts of all varieties exhibited antioxidant capacity with IC 50 values in the range 1.70-2.83 and 2.74-4.08 mg/mL in the hypoxanthine/xanthine oxidase and 2-deoxyguanosine HPLC-based assays, respectively. Utilization of HPLC-based assays designed to reflect in situ generation of free radicals (e.g., HO(*)), as opposed to general assays (DPPH, FRAP) in common use which do not, indicate that, of the major secondary plant metabolites present in kola nut extracts, caffeine is potentially the more effective cancer chemopreventive metabolite in terms of its antioxidant capacity.  相似文献

Seed oils of 11 samples of Capparis ovata and Capparis spinosa from different locations in Turkey were characterized with regard to the composition of fatty acids, tocopherols, and sterols as well as the content of glucosinolates. The oil content of the seeds ranged from 27.3 to 37.6 g/100 g (C. spinosa) and from 14.6 to 38.0 g/100 g (C. ovata). The dominating fatty acid of both species was linoleic acid, which accounted for 26.9-55.3% in C. ovata seed oils and for 24.6-50.5% in C. spinosa seed oils. Oleic acid and its isomer, vaccenic acid, were both found in the seed oils in concentrations between 10 and 30%, respectively. The seed oils of both species were rich in tocopherols with the following composition: gamma-tocopherol, 124.3-1944.9 mg/100 g; delta-tocopherol, 2.7-269.5 mg/100 g; and alpha-tocopherol, 0.6-13.8 mg/100 g. The concentration of total sterols ranged from 4875.5 to 12189.1 mg/kg (C. ovata) and from 4961.8 to 10009.1 mg/kg (C. spinosa), respectively. In addition to sitosterol, which amounted to approximately 60% of the total amount of sterols, campesterol and stigmasterol accounted for 16 and 10% of the total sterols, respectively. The seed oils showed remarkably high contents of Delta5-avenasterol (between 138.8 and 599.4 mg/kg). The total content of glucosinolates of C. ovata and C. spinosa samples was determined as 34.5-84.6 micromol/g for C. ovata and 42.6-88.9 micromol/g for C. spinosa, respectively, on a dry weight basis, with >95% as glucocapperin.  相似文献

Extracts from leaves of aloe (Aloe arborescens Mill. var. natalensis Berger) were obtained using two methods: steam distillation under reduced pressure followed by dichloromethane extraction (DRP) and simultaneous purging and extraction (SPE). A total of 123 aroma chemicals were identified in the extracts obtained by both methods using gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. There were 42 alcohols, 23 terpenoids, 21 aldehydes, 9 esters, 8 ketones, 6 acids, 5 phenols, and 9 miscellaneous compounds. The major aroma constituents of this extract by DRP were (Z)-3-hexenol (29.89%), (Z)-3-hexenal (18.86%), (E)-hexenal (7.31%), 4-methyl-3-pentenol (5.66%), and butanol (4.29%). The major aroma constituents of this extract by SPE were (E)-2-hexenal (45.46%), (Z)-3-hexenal (32.12%), hexanal (9.14%), (Z)-3-hexenol (1.60%), and 3-pentanone (1.41%). Terpenoids were also found as one of the major constituents. The fresh green note of aloe leaves is due to the presence of these C(6) alcohols and aldehydes as well as terpenoids.  相似文献

Twenty-four flavonoids have been determined in 66 Citrus species and near-citrus relatives, grown in the same field and year, by means of reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography analysis. Statistical methods have been applied to find relations among the species. The F ratios of 21 flavonoids obtained by applying ANOVA analysis are significant, indicating that a classification of the species using these variables is reasonable to pursue. Principal component analysis revealed that the distributions of Citrus species belonging to different classes were largely in accordance with Tanaka's classification system.  相似文献

以雄安新区安新县重金属污染农田土壤为供试土壤,以Cd超积累植物红叶菾菜(Beta vulgaris var. cicla L.)为供试植物,设置不同浓度EDTA和柠檬酸(0,2.5,5,7.5,10 mmol kg?1)处理进行盆栽试验,探究螯合诱导-红叶菾菜修复Cd、Pb污染土壤的可行性。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,添加EDTA螯合剂使红叶菾菜生长及生物量均受到抑制,一定浓度柠檬酸处理能显著促进植物生长,5 mmol kg?1柠檬酸处理对植物株高、茎粗及生物量与对照相比的上升比例分别为4.52%、44.07%和50%;(2)添加EDTA螯合剂后土壤中Cd、Pb有效态含量相比对照分别提高了108.61% ~ 235.39%、67.98% ~ 224.16%,柠檬酸处理后土壤Cd、Pb有效态含量最大提高了180.07%、186.01%,EDTA对土壤重金属的活化效率显著高于柠檬酸;(3)通过对红叶菾菜地上部Cd、Pb含量及富集系数比较发现,EDTA更能促进红叶菾菜对Pb的吸收,柠檬酸更能促进红叶菾菜对Cd的吸收;(4)螯合剂处理后土壤中铵态氮、有效磷、速效钾含量显著增加。就本文试验条件、供试材料而言,螯合诱导-红叶菾菜修复铅镉复合污染土壤是可行的。  相似文献

Three peroxidase (POD) isoenzymes were purified from a soluble extract of broccoli stems. The acidic and neutral PODs were purified to homogeneity by using ion exchange and hydrophobic chromatography. The basic POD was purified by cation exchange and gel filtration chromatography. The neutral and basic PODs had molecular masses of approximately 43 kDa, and the acidic POD had a molecular mass of 48 kDa by SDS-PAGE. pI was approximately 4, 5, and 8 for acidic, neutral, and basic PODs, respectively. Optimum activity using guaiacol as the H donor was obtained at pH approximately 6 for both neutral and basic PODs and at pH approximately 4 for acidic POD. All three of the purified isoenzymes are glycosylated. Reaction rates with various substrates including guaiacol, guaiacol/MBTH, DMAB/MBTH, and ferulic acid/MBTH were different among the isoenzymes. K(m) and amino acid composition were also determined.  相似文献
