ON THE INTERFACE BETWEEN AUTOCAD AND THE ADVANCED LANGUAGE

This paper comprehensively discusses the interface between AutoCAD and the advanced language. It presents three main ways: by means of . DXF file, SCR file and AutoLISP language. The former two have been used by some people in China. This paper presents the method with its programs for its accomplishment. As to the last one, the author has developed its application with the method for its accomplishment, the problem and the handling method for deletion of library function. AutoCAD can be used as support software for microcomputer CAD. This paper provides some references for technical personnel concerned. The programs in this paper have been all verified by IBM PC/XT, GWO520-CH. The pictures are drawn by DMP-56A.     

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN OF THE CORE AND CAVITY OF PLASTIC INJECTION MOULD

This paper discusses the designing of the injection mould for producing the plastic case of TV set carried out in the type IBM PC/XT (or Great Wall 0520)micro-eomputer. The procedure consists of inputting the 2-D drawings of the TV set case with the aid of sub-drawing, coding and menu specifying; setting up the mathematic model according to the relationship between the plastic part and the mould; designing the core and caving of the mould and finally displaying and plotting the drawing of the mould. The connection between the Auto CAD software and the advanced language for orogramming and the data convertion is also discussed.     

DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER AIDED PROCESS PLANNING SUBSYSTEM FOR A CAD/CAPP INTEGRATED SYSTEM

Based on Group Technology, a CAD/CAPP integrated system is developed. This paper mainly covers the research work of the CAPP subsystem. In this subsystem, geometric and manufacturing information is obtained from the CAD data base, modular block programming and full Chinese menu are adopted, process planning is produced with the semi-generative method, and process card involved the operation charts is yielded by printer. The operation is simple and convenient, and the performance is quick. The ? CAPP subsystem is successfully integrated with the CAD subsystem. The subsystem is an advanced CAPP system.     

PROCESSING OF CHINESE CHARACTERS IN THE REAL-TIME SUPERVISORY SYSTEM

This paper presents a method of solving the problem of Chinese charactor information processing by building special Chinese charaacter library and simplifying Chinese character input/output technique in real-time supervisory system. It is successful to apply this method to the TF-200 Data Processing System. This method can be applied to other similar system. It is feasible to use Chinese characters in the language environment which Operation System (OS) supports.     

Research of CAD System for Space -grid Structures Based on ObjectARX

This paper first presented the architecture of the CAD system for space - grid structures based on ObjectARX, then some key technologies were studied to realize the system, such as interface control method on MFC, graphic database and parametric drive. A CAD system for space -grid structures based on ObjectARX was develooed with AutoCAD API and the Object- oriented technique.     

MATLAB和VB在温室环境模型构建中的混合编程研究

旨在找到一种MATLAB和VB混合编程的方法,实现日光温室热环境模拟模型软件的可视化编写。采用基于组件对象模型COM（component object module）的方法,研究了MATLAB和VB在模型构建中的混合编程。采用MATLAB软件编写M.源函数文件,实现理论模型中的工程计算和图像图形处理功能,M.源函数文件编译成功后,通过COM方法转换为可被独立调用的组件;采用VB软件编写主程序文件,实现良好的人机交互功能。在主程序中完成模型各项参数的赋值后,再调用COM组件进行理论模型的计算与绘图。COM组件方法可以实现MATLAB和VB的混合编程。以此构建的日光温室热环境模拟模型软件,可在主程序输入各项参数：室外气象条件,温室结构、热性能等,模拟室内热环境的变化。     

Reduction of micro-environmental variation in a selection field of rye

Summary With mass selection it is impossible to adjust single plant performance for variation in purely private growing conditions (including instability of development). This was demonstrated by using the character initial kernel weight when honeycomb selection is applied. Further, it was investigated whether reduction for variation for kernel size, depth of sowing and orientation of the kernel at sowing results in reduced phenotypic variation for the mature plant characters on which the selection is based. The conclusion is that with mass selection it is very rewarding to apply a precision drill and to use sieved seed when sowing a selection field. The orientation of the kernel may be neglected.     

INTRODUCTION TO A NEW AUTOPROGRAMMING SYSTEM FOR NC LATHE

This paper deals with the BCH autoprogramming system based on the principle of "representing shap with numbers", With this system, the organization of turning process can be accomplished by inputting only some codes and a few characteristic parameters, and the NC block instructions to control the NC lathe via control unit can be output in turn so that it is possible to write a part program at the shop floor which is benifitian for developing a new programming method to be used in a multistage computer manage system with communicating interface.     

THE LSP METHOD FOR INTERFACING AUTOCAD WITH HIGH-LEVEL LANGUAGE

On the basis of comparing with usual methods,a method for interfacing AUTOCAD with high-level language by LSP file is proposed in thispaper.It solves the problem that a large number of graphics are drawn continuallywhile DXF and SCR file are not in a condition to use.This method is simple andconvenient to make good use of AUTOCAD graphic functions.     

THE METHOD AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PRINTER FOR MULTI-FUNCTIONAI GRAPHS

In this paper,a method for communication with the prin-ter in programming is presented,and typewriting multi-functionalgraphic with the printer is realized.The driving progeam of typewrit-ing graphs is designed and in it the contacts are given.The programcan be called conveniently by other program languages and the situationof using it on the EPSON,CP132,DL3400 et cetera is excellent.Thereduction and expansion,rotating,clipping,making up and typewritingin a given position for the typewritten graphs are realized conveniently,the line of graphs are beautiful,and the velocity of typewriting issatisfied.     

THE PRINCIPLE AND EXPERIMENT OF TRANSIENT LINE-SOURCE METHOD FOR MEASURING THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF BLOOD

According to the analysis of one-dimensional radial unsteady heat conduction in an infinite medium,a transient line-source method to measure thermal conductivity of blood is provided, which is effective,accurate and easy to be carried out. By means of this method,it takes only a few seconds to accomplish the measurement. This would be a particular advantage for blood since it coagulates very quickly. With a simple apparatus,experiment has been performed and the results match the existing data of blood' s thermal conductivity very well.     

丰抗号小麦的选育和若干性状选择的探讨

本文对抗锈、越冬、抗倒伏、熟期和籽粒灌浆等性状的选择进行了探讨.研究结果表明:①正确选配亲本对选育优良品种具有重要的意义.洛夫林10号对锈病和白粉病的抗性突出,且遗传传递力强,在灌浆和落黄等特性的传递方面表现也好.有芒红7号不仅越冬性好,遗传传递力强,而且是一个配合力较强的早熟亲本.它和特晚熟的洛夫林10号杂交后,通过各世代连续“中中选早”选出了中早熟的丰抗7号.可见,二者都是我国北部冬麦区不可多得的好亲本.②两个高杆品种杂交后,选育出了比较矮的后代——丰抗2、5号(株高80—85厘米).此试验表明,在矮化育种中可取材广泛些,除着重应用矮杆基因种质外,还可以选用一些综合性状好的中杆或高杆品种.     

大白菜采种株与其秋后代间数量性状的相关性

用10个品种的21个大白菜自交系,研究了春播采种株与其秋后代间数量性状的相关性.研究结果表明,秋季产量和单株重与春季的始花期、叶宽、柄宽、叶重、叶数、叶面积和柄厚呈正相关;春秋季间的叶数、柄宽、叶宽、叶重、叶面积、叶长和叶形指数呈正相关;始花期与秋叶数呈正相关;春叶长与秋结球率呈负相关,与株高和球高呈正相关.始花期与秋后代性状的相关遗传进度最大.为了改良秋性状,应重视对始花期的选择.     

Design and manufacturing integration support system for sheet metal processing shop of electrical equipment

Under the mode of customization-oriented multi-varieties and small-batch production, the requirement of design and manufacturing integration exists in sheet metal processing shops, which has the characteristics of great varieties of sheet metals, huge design data and heavy production tasks. To meet the requirement, an integrated operation mode for sheet metal processing shop of electrical equipment is presented. The mode realizes the information sharing and business collaboration from the sheet metal 3D CAD, 2D outspread, process design, optimal sheet metal layout, NC programming to NC machining. The integration framework based on service oriented architecture(SOA), function structure and operation process of the system is constructed. The system has been applied to an electrical equipment manufacturer in Chongqing, and good results are obtained.     

THE CALCULATION OF FLOW USING SEMI-IMPLICIT METHOD FOR PRESSURE-LINKED EQUATIONS

This paper briefly introduces Patankar-Spalding Method, which is systematical, active and widely applicable in numerical heat transfer and fluid flow. The corresponding dependent variables, diffusivities and source terms for the general differential equations under all circumstances are explained. By using this method the calculation of two-dimentional Poiseuiue Flow and Couette Flow compared with exact solutions are proved to be high precision. with two-dimentional path-flow in the heat convertor intersification devices as an example, the tilted method is used with FORTRAN 77 programming, and the calculation is done on a SIEMENS 7570c minicomputer.     

PAYING ATTENTION TO USE SIMPLEX METHOD FOR OPTIMAL MULTIPARAMETER IN THE DESIGN OF CONTROL SYSTEM

In the design of control system using simplex method for optimal multi-parameter,if the difference in number between the greatest and the smallestparameters is very great,the optimization process converges very slowly.Evenoptimal parameters can't be found at all.This paper studies the problem,analyses its cause and poses a resolution means.A testing example shows thatthis means can solve the above problem well.     

Robot Manipulator Lettering Technology and Motion

Lettering robot manipulator is a kind of teaching and science popularization device which is fit for schools and science museums and so on. The basic construction, parameter and control system are introduced. The homogeneous transformation equation of manipulator is created according to the Denavit-Hartenberg method, and the kinematics solution and inverse kinematics solution are analyzed. The present state of vector font handling in CAD/CAM application is summarized. Because it is difficult to analyze directly the format of TTF font file and to get the outline of a certain letter, we call the windows API function GetGlyphOutline to read the data of TTF vector font in windows system. On the dot array mongline font we have vectorize it with VC++.Through the wectorised data and kinematics equation,the track programming and control and so on can be realized.     

SUBSTRONG CONVERGENCE OF THE FUNCTION SEQUENCE ON THE TOPOLOGICAI SPACE

The limit of convergent continuous function sequencemay be discontinuous.This makes difficults both in theory and applica-tion.For example,it makes the condition for operation of limits of integralof the function sequence become very strong.In general,it requiresuniform convergence to the function sequence.Therefore it is very imp-ortant to study such convergence as the limit of continuous function sequence,the limit is continuous.This paper studies a known substrong converg-ence of a function sequence in topological space and proves the necessaryand sufficient conditionof this convergence.     

THE STUDY OF ANTIFRICTION BEARINGS STAMPING PILLOW BOLOCK

The conditions that the stamping pillow block replaces the founding pillow block is discussed with testing, analyzing, computing and simulative experimenting. In addition,the stamping pillow block s effects on the working internal clearance, the fitting characters and the bearings' durability are analyzed. And finally, the practical parameters of the stamping pillow block are obtained in different working conditions.
