The experimental ascertainment of the pure feed protein flowing into the duodenum on the basis of the calculation of the difference between the NH3-free crude protein flowing into the duodenum and the bacterial crude protein determined by means of DAPA showed the following results after the testing of 28 different rations at a dry matter intake adequate to the production level: With a variation of the pure protein in the crude protein content of the ration between 40 and 90%, the quota of feed protein flowing into the duodenum is 52.5%, and with a variation of the pure protein in the crude protein content between 80 and 90% it is 40.6%. The quota of feed protein flowing into the duodenum shows a negative correlation to the apparent digestibility of the organic matter (y=231.7 -2.52x +/- 14.5). With a DM-intake adequate to the production level the quota of feed protein flowing into the duodenum is neither influenced by the flow rate (kg digesta/kg DM-intake) nor by the 'dilution rate' (g bacteria-free DMD/kg live weight 0.75/h).  相似文献

The flow of the individual amino acids (AA) into the duodenum was determined after the feeding of 28 different rations to young bulls supplied with duodenal re-entrant cannulae in the live weight range between 140 and 460 kg. The distribution of AA into AA of bacterial origin and AA from the feed was made by difference calculation between the AA at the duodenum (corrected by the endogenous AA quota) and the AA from the bacteria crude protein, with our own results based on a constant AA composition of the bacteria crude protein; by the regression analysis from relative values according to AAD/app. dig. org. m. = a + b AAF/app. dig. org. m. and by the regression analysis of the absolute values according to AAD = b1 app. dig. org. m. + b2 AAF showed the same results from the regression methods but deviating ones from the difference method. The calculation of the flow of the individual AA into the duodenum from the AA content of the ration and the content of app. dig. org. m. of the ration is possible. The equations derived for this purpose of the individual AA are given.  相似文献

The influence of the composition of the rations on the content of diamino pimelic acid (DAP) and N in the bacteria dry matter and on the flow of bacteria crude protein into the duodenum, determined with DAP as marker, was determined on the basis of experimental investigations with young bulls provided with duodenal cannulae and with 28 different rations whose details are described. At a production level corresponding to dry matter intake and a variation range of the crude fibre content of between 11.3 and 29.1% in the DM, a content of N-free extractives between 50.9 and 77.4% in the DM, a content of soluble carbohydrates ibetween 5.3 and 6.4% in the DM, a crude protein content of between 6.4 and 17.1% in the DM and a pure protein content of between 4.9 and 15.5% in the DM, the DAP content of the bacteria DM amounts the 0.350 g 100 g DM +/- 0.090 the N-content of the bacteria DM amounts to 7.37 +/- 1.08 g/100 g DM, there are no relations between DAP- and N-content in the bacteria DM and the content of the individual carbohydrate fractions of the ration, there are positive relations between DAP- and N-content of the bacteria DM, the flow of bacterial crude protein into the duodenum amounts to 133 +/- 14 g/kg truly fermentable organic matter or 130 +/- 14 g/kg apparently digestible organic matter, there is a negative relation between bacteria crude protein at the duodenum (BCPD)/kg truly fermentable organic matter and the crude fibre content of the ration, there is a positive relation between BCPD/kg truly fermentable organic matter and N-free extractives and soluble carbohydrate content as well as the digestibility of the organic matter of the ration, there is no specific influence of the flow rate (kg digesta/kg intake of org. matter) or the dilution rate (g bacteriafree org. matter D/kg LW075/b) on BCPD/kg truly fermentable org. matter, there is a dependence of BCPD/kg truly fermentable org. matter on crude protein concentration in the ration in the concentration range of 6.4-9.0% crude protein in the ration (provided endogenous CP equivalents are used).  相似文献

The following values were derived from experimental studies of the crude protein (CP) and amino acid (AA) metabolism of growing fattening bulls, the detailed results of which were described in installments 1-6, for the ascertainment of the content of apparently digestible total protein at the duodenum (ADTPD): a) partial method: Degradation quotaCP = NPN + 0.69 X g pure protein/CP; g AD feed PD = g CP (1 -decomposition quotaCP) X 0.72 or g AD feed PD = 0.31 X g pure protein X 0.72; g ADBPDE = 0.149 X g AD org. matter X 0.80 X 0.72 (ADBPDE = apparently digestible pure bacteria protein at the duodenum, dependent on energy release in the reticulo-rumen; g ADBPDN = g CP X (degradation quotaCP) X 0.80 X 0.72 (ADBPDN = apparently digestible pure bacteria protein at the duodenum, dependent on CP supply of rumen microbes); g AD total PD = g AD feed PD + ADBPDE g AD total PD = g AD feed PD + ADBPDN; b) summarizing method: AD total PD = 0.429 + 10.9 X 0.80/CP in % AD org. matter X (CP intake) X 0.72; AD total PD = 0.196 + 16.6 X 0.80/pure protein % AD org. m. The requirement of AD total PD was calculated under consideration of the endogenous urine N, skin N and hair N losses as well as protein retention per kg live weight assuming a utilization of 0.70 for this partial performance. The experimental determination of the apparent digestibility (AD) of the NH3-free crude protein at the duodenum (NH3 fr. CPD) showed a value of 65.7% at a standard error of +/- 3.6% for the section of the digestive tract between proximal duodenum and end of rectum. This standard error can only be insignificantly diminished due to the existing relation between AD of NH3 fr. CPD in dependence on the CP concentration in the ration (y = 56.4 + 0.598 x +/- 3.17; r = 0.501xx) so that this relation has no practical significance. The criticism of AD CP is correct from a point of view of digestion physiology. There is only agreement between AD PC and AD NH3 fr. CPD in a CP concentration range between 12.5 and 14.0% CP in the DM, which, however, applies to a large range of the production sphere in the rearing of young bulls. It excludes, however, the low live weight range with high live weight gains.  相似文献

The amount of ideal protein, represented by the first limiting valine (Val), for optimising the growth performances of weaned hybrid piglets was studied. Feeds were formulated based on the ideal protein concept and on a constant essential/nonessential amino acid (AA) ratio and net energy (NE) level. The animal performance trial was composed of five dietary treatments ranging from 0.57 to 0.81% calculated apparent (app.) ileal (il.) digestible (dig.) Val. The piglets, male and female in equal numbers (11 replicates x 6 piglets/pen x 5 treatments) entered the trial at about 4 weeks old (average live weight 8.1 kg). The piglets were a cross product of Piétrain sire x hybrid dam. Feed intake and weight were recorded every two weeks until the end of the trial at 10 weeks of age (average live weight 20.6 kg). The requirement was expressed in st. il. dig. AA-units, as this unit approaches available AA better than app. il. dig. AA. The standardised (st.) il. AA digestibility coefficients (DCAA) were determined for two feeds, close to the animal performance optima, in a digestion trial with four T-cannulated piglets of approximately 6 weeks old. The feed independent endogenous nitrogen excretion was measured with a protein-free feed; although this technique underestimates the actual endogenous N-losses, it provides a reasonable estimate of basal endogenous N-losses. The determined st. il. DCAA were lower than the calculated st. il. DCAA, based on the CVB (2000); this might be linked to the higher than expected crude fibre content of the experimental feeds. The Val-requirement necessary to optimise ADG and FCR was similar and amounted 0.70% st. il. dig. Val, which corresponded with a st. il. dig. Lys-level of 1.03%.  相似文献

In 3 experiments a total of 242 total metabolism experiments with ad libitum feeding (experiment 1), 75% (experiment 2) and 62% (experiment 3) of the energy level of the 1st experiment and approximately equal protein and amino acid doses in experiments 1-3 were carried out with 8 castrated male fattening hybrids each (large white X land race pig) X line 150) in the live weight range between 30 and 120 kg. On average, feed intake over the whole live weight range was 2.24; 1.79 and 1.50 kg/animal and day, the corresponding daily live weight gain was 729, 533 and 396 g. With regard to the digestibility of the energy and the nutrients and the metabolisable energy in % of the gross energy there was no relation to the development of the animals. The intake of metabolisable energy per kg live weight decreased with ad libitum feeding and with the advancing development at the end of the experiment in contrast to the beginning of the experiment to 53%, energy retention to 56%. The utilisation of metabolisable energy for body energy retention, taking account of a maintenance requirement of 450 kJ/kg live weight 0,62 on the average of the 3 experiments was 68.4 +/- 1.9, 70.3 +/- 2.0 and 64.3 +/- 2.6%. Energy retention in experiments 1 to 3 amounted to 8.6, 6.8 and 5.3 MJ at the beginning and to 18.1, 12.2 and 8.0 MJ per animal and day at the end of the experiment. Protein energy retention of the pigs (live weight 40 kg) was 26% of the total energy retention in experiments 1 and 2 and 49% in experiment 3. In experiments 1 and 3 protein retention decreased to 15% of the total energy retention, in experiment 2 protein retention remained constantly at 22% between 60 and 110 kg live weight and then decreased to 18%. Consequently, the N-balances were 23-16 g, 16-20 g and 16-9 g/animal and day. The chemical composition of the carcasses was strongly influenced by the level of nutrition. At the beginning of the experiment the protein content averaged between 49 and 57% and the total fat content between 31 and 38% of the dry matter. At the end of the experiment the carcasses of the animals from experiments 1-3 had crude protein contents of 28, 33 and 42% and total fat contents of 66, 61 and 50% of the dry matter.  相似文献

The duodenal passages of non-ammonia nitrogen (NAN), amino acid N (AA-N) and microbial N (MN) were measured in seven duodenal fistulated dairy cows (6130 kg FCM/305 d) during lactation receiving 30 different rations similar to those used in dairy practice. The rations consisted of roughage (protein-rich silages, hay) and concentrate mixture (corn, barley, oat) in a ratio of 60:40 on a DM basis or roughage/concentrate mixture/fodder beets in the proportions 60:20:20 or 60:0:40 respectively. N supplements consisted of soya bean meal and peas meal (untreated or treated with formaldehyde in each case), rapeseed meal, fish meal and urea. DM intake varied between 9.6 and 19.1 kg/d, the crude fibre content between 166 and 270 g/kg DM, the crude protein (CP) content between 111 and 184 g/kg DM, the AA content (N basis) of the CP between 51 and 82%, the unfermentable CP content of the CP between 23 and 49% and the organic matter digestibility between 70 and 79%. The duodenal passage of NAN was 24.2 +/- 2.7 g/kg DM intake, 34.9 +/- 4.1 g/kg apparently digestible organic matter (in total tract, DOM), 43.3 +/- 5.5 g/kg apparently digestible carbohydrates or 4.2 +/- 0.5 g/MJ net energy fat, (y +/- s, n = 90). The value measured for AA-N was 16.8 +/- 2.9 g/kg DM intake, and that for RNA-labelled microbial CP was 146 +/- 26 g/kg DOM. NAN passage (g/kg DM intake) correlated more closely with the duodenal digesta flow rate (DFR) (kg digesta/kg DM intake) as an intrinsic animal factor (r = 0.78) and with the rumen content dilution rate (RDR) (passage of microbial-free organic matter at duodenum/kg BW0.75.h) as a ration dependent factor (r = 0.64) than with the UDP fraction (% of ration CP) (r = 0.50) or other ration parameters. It was concluded that the specific effect of protein concentrates in mixed rations on duodenal NAN yields in lactating dairy cows is lower than hitherto assumed. The duodenal NAN yield of a single feedstuff or ration (g/kg DM) in cows is dependent on animal and feeding factors. The DFR could represents a suitable target for breeding activities.  相似文献

Daily dry matter intake in young growing double-muscled bulls, fed indoors on grass, was estimated based on forty-four intake data from 28 animals, ageing at least five months and weighing up to 400 kg live weight. Intake was measured during five consecutive days using one of eighteen cuts of grass. Fresh meadow grass (mainly Lolium perenne) was fed ad libitum and two kg dried sugar-beet pulp was offered per animal and per day. Animal live weight averaged 278 +/- 82 kg and mean total daily dry matter intake amounted to 5.05 +/- 1.59 kg or 73.6 +/- 13.7 g per kg metabolic weight, while pulp dry matter intake amounted to 1.49 +/- 0.50 kg per day. Regression analysis showed that animal as well as feed characteristics could explain up to approximately 90% of the variation in daily dry matter intake. The supplementation resulted in an extra daily dry matter intake of 0.68 g per g pulp dry matter. Intake of double-muscled animals was considerably lower than previously reported for non-double-muscled cattle. An extra supplementation of young grazing double-muscled animals could be advised from these findings, while extra protein should also be considered.  相似文献

Digestibility of nutrients was determined in healthy calves and in those with diarrhoea at the age of two and three weeks. The total collection of feces and indigestible marker methods (with Cr2O3) were used. High equality of results and statistically non-significant differences between the method of a total collection of feces and indigestible marker one in the suckling calves (Tab. II) confirm the suitability of using these two methods to determine digestibility. Based on the composition and commercially recommended feeding guide of milk replacer, it is clear that it has lower digestible energy, Zn and Fe intake. Slightly higher digestible crude protein and Mg intake, optimum Ca and P intake, all these values were calculated for 1 kg of live weight (Tab. I). Nutrient contents is responsible for nutrient ratio which is unbalanced and for low contents of digestible energy (76.5 KJ per g of digestible crude protein) instead of recommended values of 100-110 KJ per of digestible crude protein in milk replacer in suckling calves. In six clinically healthy calves fed with milk replacer Laktavit twice a day, an apparent digestibility of organic matter was found to be 95.7 +/- 1.8%, crude protein 93.5 +/- 1.8%, fat 94.5 +/- 1.4%, carbohydrates 97.2 +/- 1.5%, Ca absorption was 86.5 +/- 2.8%, P 95.3 +/- 2.9%. Young bulls of average live weight 130 kg, with rumen cannulae and re-entrant cannulae of the proximal duodenum, were fed on a diet of maize meal from whole plants, potato starch and a mineral mixture, containing 7.6% crude protein in DM (group IV). For three groups the diet was supplemented to contain about 17.5% crude protein with groundnut oilmeal (group I), grundnut oilmeal and urea, 27 and 31.2% of dietary N (group II) or urea alone (group III). The content of gross energy was similar in all diets. The amount of total N entering the duodenum in groups I to IV was 61.6, 59.2, 49.9 and 38.0 g/day and apparent digestibility of N in the stomachs was -0.4, 5.8, 21.6 and -44.4%. Total amount of amino acids in the duodenal digesta was, in the same order, 257, 261, 215 and 170 g/day, equivalent to 80, 116, 165 and 127% of intake. The ratio of the amounts of essential to nonessential amino acids was in feed 0.84 and in duodenal digesta in all groups 0.98. The amount of lysine in duodenal digesta was 1.5, 2.0, 3.5 and 2.5 times its intake in the same order of the groups.  相似文献

A survey was taken of dietary management and training schedules of 54 horses competing in two 160 km endurance races. A total of 52 owners, representing 54 horses, responded to a questionnaire distributed prior to the races. Diet and training schedules were compared between horses that successfully completed the races and those that were eliminated for metabolic reasons. Horses that completed the races were 11.5 +/- 4 years old, weighed 429 +/- 4.5 kg and were ridden 61 +/- 32 km a week when training. Feed intake was reported as "free choice hay or pasture" by 34 of the respondents. Dry matter (DM) hay intake in these horses was estimated to be 3% body weight (kg) minus the kg DM of grain fed, assuming a maximum intake. They were fed 12.3 +/- 2.3 kg feed per day consisting of 10 +/- 2.3 kg hay and 2.3 +/- 1.4 kg of grain. Most had free access to salt and were fed 1 +/- 1 vitamin/mineral supplement per day. Based on Nutritional Research Council (NRC) values for nutrient content of the reported feeds, diets contained 60 +/- 5% total digestible nutrients (TDN), 12 +/- 2% crude protein, 27 +/- 4% crude fiber, 0.72 +/- 0.4% calcium and 0.29 +/- 0.06% phosphorus. Maximum caloric intake was estimated to be 31.9 Mcal per day. Studies of the energy metabolism at maintenance and growth levels after the feeding of rations with a crude protein content of 17-24% and 44-47% resp. were carried out with hybrid pigs of line 150 in the live weight range between 10 and approximately 50 kg. This paper gives information on the methods and the outlay of the experiment and presents results concerning feed intake, live weight development and digestibility. Feed intake increased on average with growing live weight by 30-35 g DM/kg live weight. Feed conversion ranged from 1.2 to 1.8 kg DM/kg live weight gain in the first period and from 2.3 to 3.2 kg DM/kg live weight gain in the last period. The digestibility of the energy in the rations with a crude protein content of between 17 and 24% averaged 80% and that of the rations with a crude protein content of 44-47% averaged 86%. In the course of ontogenetic development the digestibility increased up to about 30 kg LW. The influence of the nutritional level on the level of digestibility was unequal in the experiments. In one experiment a decrease (1% unit) and in two experiments an increase (1-3% units) of the digestibility after the feeding of growth level in contrast to maintenance level could be observed. The change of rations with a varying protein content did not result in an influence on the digestibility level in comparison with the constant feeding of one ration.  相似文献

In an N balance experiment with male crossbreeding lambs at an age of 3 ... 4 months four different rations were given differing in energy concentration (high greater than 700 EFU cattle/kg DM and low less than 650 EFU cattle/kg DM) and in the energy source (sugar, starch or crude fibre) with crude protein intake being almost equal. The rations contained 2% urea. Microbial protein synthesis in the rumen was assessed according to ROTH and KIRCHGESSNER (1978) (1), RYS et al. (1975) (2) and BICKEL-BAUMANN and LANDIS (1986) (3) on the basis of allantoin excretion in urine. The highest ruminal protein synthesis quotas were 868 ... 921 mg protein N per kg LW0.75 in (2). In (3) 723 ... 766 mg protein N/kg LW0.75 were synthesized. From the 15N labelling of the supplemented urea and the excreted allantoin it could be calculated that 26 ... 40% of the microbial protein resulted from the urea-N of the ration. Despite a high crude protein content of the ration of between 16 and 17% in the DM and a relation of NPN: pure protein of 0.95 the utilization of the NPN in the ration was relatively high but slightly lower than the utilization of pure protein. The variants with higher energy concentration showed as a tendency higher allantoin excretion in spite of slightly lower dry matter intake and a slightly higher NPN utilization than the variants with lower energy concentration.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to establish whether the inhibitory effect of fat feeding on fibre digestion has been underestimated due to the substitution of fat for corn starch. A high fat intake has been shown to lower total intestinal tract apparent digestibility of crude fibre in horses but, since fat was substituted for nonstructural carbohydrates, including starch, the specific effect of fat could not be ascertained. The possibility could not be excluded that starch also inhibits fibre digestibility, so that the fat effect observed earlier would have been underestimated. In this study, the intakes of iso-energetic amounts of soyabean oil, corn starch or glucose were compared as to fibre digestibility. Unlike starch, glucose is fully absorbed by the small intestine and, therefore, is not expected to influence fibre fermentation in the caecum and colon. Six trotters were fed rations high in soyabean oil (158 g/kg dry matter), corn starch (337 g/kg dry matter) or glucose (263 g/kg dry matter) according to a 3 x 3 Latin square design. Apparent crude fibre digestibility was similar for the rations with corn starch (mean +/- s.d., 70.7 +/- 3.06% of intake, n = 6) or glucose (71.0 +/- 1.90%), but was significantly depressed by fat feeding (56.5 +/- 7.65%). Similar observations were made for apparent digestibilities of neutral and acid detergent fibre and of cellulose. It was concluded that the addition of fat to the feed ration of horses has a specific inhibitory effect on fibre utilisation and, therefore, reduces the amount of energy provided by dietary fibre.  相似文献

In connection with the measuring of parameters of the protein metabolism in parallel experiments, the energy metabolism of 6 chickens (origin Tetra B) in the live weight range between approximately 100 and 1,800 g was determined under conditions of restricted energy supply. 3 animals each received a feed mixture containing 20% (animal group 1) and 38% (animal group 2) crude protein. The amount of feed was daily increased by 1.5 g DM. The digestibility of energy and nitrogen was independent of the age. 66.3 +/- 3.3% and 64.0 +/- 5.0% resp. of the metabolisable energy were utilised for protein and fat retention. The energy maintenance requirement, determined at a live weight of 2,000 g, was independent of protein supply and averaged in the two animal groups 434 +/- 40 kJ metabolisable energy/kg live weight 0.75 . d. The result of multiple regression was, for the growth period investigated, an energy maintenance requirement of 403 +/- 32 kJ metabolisable energy/kg live weight 0.75 . d. 1.77 and 1.38 J metabolisable energy resp. were required for 1 J protein or fat retention. The energy requirement for protein retention was independent of the degree of protein supply. The results from the measuring of energy metabolism are discussed in connection with the kinetic parameters of protein metabolism ascertained in parallel experiments.  相似文献

Lambs of an age of 2 or 4 months and of an average live weight of 14.7 and 27.4 kg resp. received rations consisting of 44% cereals, 46% dried sugar beet pulp, 6% wheat starch, 2% urea and 2% mineral-vitamin mixture. The crude protein content was 17.1 and 15.9% resp. in the dry matter, that of native crude protein 10.6 and 9.4% resp. During a 6-day N balance period 8 and 16 g 15N urea resp. with a 15N excess (15N') of 9.26 and 9.40 atom-% were fed orally instead of commercial feeding urea. There were no significant differences between the two age groups with regard to the digestibility of the organic matter and the crude nutrients. The average N balance of 372 +/- 85 mg/kg LW 0.75/day were in the intermediate range of N retention capacity and accounted for 26 +/- 5% of the consumed N. N retention in per cent. was slightly lower in younger lambs. Projections of urea utilization in a quasi stationary state resulted in an efficiency of the utilization of 33 +/- 4%. The dismembering of the lambs at the end of the main period showed between 0.02 and 0.22 atom-% 15N' in the total N, TCA precipitable N and amino acid N of the meat. At between 0.24 and 0.38 atom-% 15N' they were highest in the heart and jaw muscles. The quota of 15N' amounts found in the total N of the meat were 10.6 +/- 3% of the 15N-intake and 20.1 +/- 5.1% of the 15N' amount remaining in the body. The bones contained 7.7 +/- 1.7% and the fleece 7.9 +/- 3.1% of the 15N'-intake. Generally seen, the total N and urea utilization was slightly lower in younger lambs than in older ones.  相似文献

1. The effects of food intake on growth and carcase composition of male and female meat‐type Pekin ducks were investigated between 14 and 56 d of age and between 0.416 kg (14 d) and 2.5 kg live body weight.

2. Males grew faster between 14 and 56 d of age and contained less fat and more protein and water in the eviscerated carcase at 56 d than females.

3. For both sexes, food : gain ratio deteriorated as food intake increased from 0.49 ad libitum intake to ad libitum intake. Growth rate, carcase weight and carcase fat content increased linearly with increase in food intake. Carcase fat content at 56 d was more sensitive to change in the amount of food consumed than either growth rate or carcase weight.

4. Between 0.42 kg (14 d) and 2.50 kg live body weight, growth rate and food :gain ratio improved as food intake was increased from 0.61 ad libitum to ad libitum. Males grew faster and produced leaner carcases than females.

5. Carcase fat content at 2.50 kg live body weight (1.60 kg carcase) increased in a curvilinear fashion with increase in food intake, and the magnitude of the response was lower for females than for males. A similar interaction existed between the effects of sex and the amount of food consumed for the proportions of protein and water in the eviscerated carcase at 2.50 kg live body weight.  相似文献

In two growth experiments with 30 lambs per group the influence of urea (1-2% of the ration) and straw (20-30% of the ration) on the performance was studied under conditions of intensive fattening. The content of native crude protein in the rations varied between 10.1 and 18.4% of the DM. In experiment 1 the lambs of the two groups which received mixed feed for fattening lambs without urea on average consumed with 1.02 and 1.11 kg DM resp., 696 and 757 EFUcattle resp. and 173 and 189 g crude protein resp. per animal and day. The groups with wheat or barley and urea consumed 1.06 and 0.96 kg DM resp., 714 and 627 EFUcattle resp. and 209 and 155 g crude protein resp. Their weight gain of 247 g/animal and day was 24% and that of 230 g resp. 26% higher than that in the control groups without urea. The lowest dry matter intake (0.91 and 0.82 kg resp.) was shown by the animals of the groups which received wheat or barley without urea. In the second experiment the control group achieved an average daily weight gain of 327 g at an expenditure of 2.24 kEFUcattle/kg weight gain. Despite a partly higher dry matter intake, the daily EFUcattle intake was between 12.2 and 24.5% lower in the straw groups and energy expenditure increased between 12.0 and 27.8%. Urea supplements of between 1 and 2% improved dry matter, EFUcattle and crude protein intake and thus weight gain.  相似文献

为了研究不同能量蛋白水平对淘汰荷斯坦奶牛消化代谢、肉品质的影响。采用单因素随机设计,选择体重相近的健康淘汰荷斯坦奶牛32头,随机分成4组,Ⅰ组(低营养水平)、Ⅱ(中营养水平)、Ⅲ(较高营养水平)、Ⅳ(高营养水平),试验分两期进行。结果表明,随着日粮营养水平的增加,各试验组粗蛋白、粗脂肪表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05),其中Ⅲ组最高,分别达到72.47%和80.64%;Ⅳ组背膘厚度比Ⅰ组提高了73.33%(P<0.05)。日粮营养水平能显著影响熟肉率、肉中脂肪和脂肪酸含量。其中,Ⅲ组熟肉率最高,为49.73%,比Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组分别提高6.03%,7.87%和4.30%(P<0.01);牛肉中脂肪含量Ⅰ组最低,为4.08%,Ⅳ组最高,达到6.94%;各试验组牛肉中多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅳ组PUFA含量最低,为3.67%,Ⅱ组最高,达到5.93%,Ⅱ组比Ⅳ组提高61.58%(P<0.05),Ⅲ组PUFA含量比Ⅰ组、Ⅳ组分别高2.47%和58.31%(P<0.05)。因此,淘汰荷斯坦奶牛育肥营养水平建议值为:体重410~470 kg,干物质采食量为11.03~11.53 kg/d,DE摄入量为147.86~150.05 MJ/d,CP摄入量为1.57~1.66 kg/d(DM);育肥牛体重470~530 kg,干物质采食量为10.76~11.23 kg/d,DE摄入量为149.18~151.21 MJ/d,CP摄入量为1.53~1.62 kg/d(DM)。  相似文献
