基于OGRE和MPI的虚拟场景多机并行渲染

本研究实现了一种用于静态虚拟场景漫游的分布式的多通道并行渲染系统。系统采用OGRE(O-OGraphics Rendering Engine)进行场景渲染,MPI构成消息传递环境,介绍了与OGRE相关的视角分配算法和渲染同步问题。实验证明,该系统能取代昂贵的图形工作站,成本低,且易于扩展,有很好的应用前景。     

Turbulent transport reduction by zonal flows: massively parallel simulations

Three-dimensional gyrokinetic simulations of microturbulence in magnetically confined toroidal plasmas with massively parallel computers showed that, with linear flow damping, an asymptotic residual flow develops in agreement with analytic calculations. Nonlinear global simulations of instabilities driven by temperature gradients in the ion component of the plasma support the view that turbulence-driven fluctuating zonal flows can substantially reduce turbulent transport. Finally, the outstanding differences in the flow dynamics observed in global and local simulations are found to be due to profile variations.

Frontiers in surface scattering simulations

Theorists have recently made substantial progress in simulating reactive molecule-metal surface scattering but still face major challenges. The grand challenge is to develop an approach that enables accurate predictive calculations of reactions involving electronically excited states with potential curve crossings. This challenge is all the more daunting because collisions involving molecules heavier than H2 may be accompanied by substantial energy exchange with the surface vibrations (phonons), and because an electronic structure approach that allows molecule-surface interaction energies to be computed with chemical accuracy (1 kilocalorie per mole) is not yet available even for the electronic ground state of molecule-metal surface systems.     

黄酮类化合物抑制小胶质细胞活化的构效关系研究

探讨系列黄酮类化合物抑制脂多糖(LPS)诱导的原代大鼠小胶质细胞激活的构效关系。采用MTT分析法检测细胞存活率;Griess法测定LPS激活的小胶质细胞NO释放的变化。在0.3～30μM浓度范围内,8种黄酮类化合物与LPS联合应用对小胶质细胞存活率无显著影响;黄酮、白杨素、芹菜配基、汉黄芩素、四羟黄酮5种黄酮类化合物可显著抑制LPS激活的小胶质细胞NO产生,而二羟黄酮类3种化合物(二羟黄酮、柚皮素、儿茶素)对细胞NO无显著抑制作用。黄酮类化合物母核结构中C-23,双键可能对抑制小胶质细胞激活很重要,其抑制作用的强弱取决于分子的取代类型。

Suppressing wall turbulence by means of a transverse traveling wave

Direct numerical simulations of wall-bounded flow reveal that turbulence production can be suppressed by a transverse traveling wave. Flow visualizations show that the near-wall streaks are eliminated, in contrast to other turbulence-control techniques, leading to a large shear stress reduction. The traveling wave can be induced by a spanwise force that is confined within the viscous sublayer; it has its maximum at the wall and decays exponentially away from it. We demonstrate the application of this approach in salt water, using arrays of electromagnetic tiles that produce the required traveling wave excitation at a high efficiency.

具有生物熏蒸能力的几种植物材料的筛选*

 选用棉花枯萎菌、黄瓜腐霉菌和白菜根系非致病镰刀菌作为指示菌株，在马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基上测定芥蓝（Brassica alboglabra L. H. Bailey）、结球甘蓝（B. oleracea var. capitata）、白花椰菜（B. oleracea L. var. botrytis L）、球茎甘蓝（B. oleracea var. gongylodes）、苦菜［B. integrifolia （West） O.E.Schulz］、芹菜（Apium graveolens L.）、黄瓜（Cucumis sativus L.）和大葱（Allium fistulosum L.）的生物熏蒸能力。结果表明，不同材料的组织捣碎粉末对3种菌均具有抑制作用，其中芸苔属植物的熏蒸抑菌效果好于非芸苔属植物，球茎甘蓝熏蒸效果较稳定，且效果最好，在第7d对棉花枯萎病菌的抑制效果仍然达91.9%；但各植物抑菌效果均随着培养时间的延长而逐渐下降。     

Computer simulations of self-assembled membranes

Molecular dynamics simulations in three dimensions of particles that self-assemble to form two-dimensional, membrane-like objects are presented. Anisotropic, multibody forces, chosen so as to mimic real interactions between amphiphilic molecules, generate a finite rigidity and compressibility of the assembled membranes, as well as a finite line tension at their free edges. This model and its generalizations can be used to study a large class of phenomena taking place in fluctuating membranes. For instance, both fluid and solid-like phases, separated by a phase transition, are obtained and some of the large-scale properties of these membranes studied. In particular, thermal undulations of quasi-spherical fluid vesicles are analyzed, in a manner similar to recent experiments in lipid systems.

几种杀菌剂对火龙果茎斑病的室内抑菌试验

采用生长速率法在室内测定了5种杀菌剂对火龙果茎斑病病原菌的抑制作用,结果表明:5种药剂在高浓度下具有较好的抑菌效果,最好的是42%克菌净WP,其余依次为50%多菌灵·硫WP、50%福美双WP、70%代森锰锌WP和70%川东甲托WP,EC90依次为1 071.52、1 412.54、4 466.84、4 677.35、8 317.64 mg/L.
