选择40只2月龄獭兔,在低蛋白日粮水平下研究其对赖氨酸的需要量。饲粮赖氨酸水平分为0.5%、0.65%、0.80%和0.95%4个处理。基础日粮CP14.31%,其他营养水平均参考NRC(1997)推荐值。经回归分析得到2个方程,结果表明,当獭兔赖氨酸日采食量达0.68g时,获得最佳增重效果;采食量为0.689g时,饲料转化效率最高。以平均日采食量93.71g计,饲粮赖氨酸水平应为0.73%,达到最佳生产效果。  相似文献

在一个28天的生长试验中,选择294头断奶后3天、初始体重14.9磅(6.76千克)的保育仔猪(PICTR4×1050)来评估标准回肠可消化(SID)赖氨酸水平对仔猪生长性能的影响。将仔猪分到6个处理中,每个处理7栏,每栏饲养7头仔猪。在第0、第7、第14、第21和第28天时对仔猪和料槽进行称重,计算平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比。采用两阶段饲粮体系进行饲喂,第0~14天饲喂处理饲粮,而第14~28天饲喂一种普通饲粮。所有饲粮都是粉状形式。6个SID赖氨酸水平分别为1.15%、1.23%、1.30%、1.38%、1.45%和1.53%。从第0~14天,当SID赖氨酸水平从1.15%提高至1.30%时,仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量有所升高(二次趋势,P〈0.002),从1.30%SID赖氨酸水平开始处于平台期,3个更高的饲粮赖氨酸水平没有带来额外的益处。随着饲粮赖氨酸水平提高,饲料利用率也有所改善(线性,P〈0.0001)。从第14~28天饲喂普通饲粮时,各处理仔猪之间的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比无显著差异(乃0.36)。对于整个试验期(第0~28天),从平均日增重和平均日采食量两个指标来看,第0~14天时饲喂1.30%SID赖氨酸的仔猪获得了最大的改善(二次趋势,P〈0.05);然而仔猪全期料重比无差异(P〉0.11)。综上所述,15~25磅(即6.8~11.3千克,1磅=0.45千克)仔猪的SID赖氨酸需要量是1.30%或者3.86克赖氨酸/兆卡代谢能(1卡=4.18焦)。  相似文献

在一个28天的生长试验中,选择294头断奶后3天、初始体重15.1磅(6.8千克)的保育仔猪(PICTR4×1050)来评估提高标准回肠可消化缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率对仔猪生长性能的影响。将仔猪分为6个处理。采用两阶段饲粮体系进行饲喂,第0~14天饲喂处理饲粮,而第14~28天饲喂一种普通饲粮。所有饲粮都是粉状形式。6个标准回肠可消化(SID)缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率分别为57.4%、59.9%、62.3%、64.7%、67.2%和69.6%。该饲粮中SID赖氨酸水平是1.30%。每个处理7栏,每栏饲养7头仔猪。在第0、第7、第14、第21和第28天时对仔猪和料槽进行称重,计算平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比。第0~14天,当缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率从57.4%提高至64.7%时,仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量有所升高(二次性趋势;P〈0.01),之后可观察这两个指标略有提高。随着饲粮缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率提高,饲料效率也有所改善(线性;P〈0.02),但与平均日增重和平均日采食量一样,缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率高于64.7%时饲料效率也略有改善。第14~28天饲喂普通饲粮时,各处理仔猪之间的平均日增重和平均日采食量无显著差异(P〉0.27);然而随着之前饲喂的饲粮中缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率提高,仔猪料重比变差(二次性趋势;P〈0.02)。对于整个试验期(第0~28天),阶段1中仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量产生的线性反应对全期数据(第0~28天)有影响,导致仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量随缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率提高而提高(线性;P〈0.003),然而缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率超过64.7%时未观察到仔猪生长获得改善。各处理仔猪全期料重比无差异(P〉0.20)。因此,15~25磅(即6.8~11.3千克)仔猪获得最佳生长所需的最小缬氨酸与赖氨酸比率是64.7%。  相似文献

本研究表明,在生长育肥猪日粮中添加10%(DM)的鲜牛粪,在低日粮水平下可获得376.39g的日增重,略低于对照组(P〉0.05)。鲜牛粪经适度加工,不影响日粮适口性和猪的采食量。牛粪资源存量大,饲用前景广阔。  相似文献

用20周龄的商品代北京红开产蛋鸡150只进行饲养试验和磷代谢试验,研究饲粮非植酸磷水平对20-40周龄阶段蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋及蛋壳品质、血清生化特性和饲粮植酸磷表观消化利用率的影响,进而从多方面综合评价中型褐壳产蛋鸡的饲粮非植酸磷适宜水平,同时测定产蛋鸡对饲粮植酸磷的消化能力。试鸡按完全随机设计以体重随机分为5个处理组,分别喂以含非植酸磷0.20%、0.25%、0.30%、0.35%和0.40%及含钙量均为3.5%的玉米一豆粕型饲粮。饲粮非植酸磷水平对鸡的产蛋率、蛋重、产蛋量、采食量、饲料效率、蛋壳强度、蛋品哈氏单位、蛋形指数、血清白蛋白、球蛋白和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性无明显影响(P>0.18),而对蛋壳厚(P<0.04)、蛋壳重(P<0.07)及植酸磷表观消化率(P<0.05)有显著影响。蛋壳厚、蛋壳强度及蛋壳重 0.20%非植酸磷水平组最大,此时鸡对饲粮植酸磷的表观消化率高达70.5%,但随饲粮非植酸磷水平的增加,上述4项指标均恒定降低,在0.30%-0.40%非植酸磷水平,蛋壳厚(P<0.04)和蛋壳重(P<0.07)明显降低,在0.25%和0.40%时植酸磷表观消化率分别比0.20%水平组降低17.7T和21.4个百分点(P<0.05)。结果表明,北京红中型褐壳产蛋鸡在20-40周龄阶段的饲粮非植酸磷水平以0.20%(实测值为0.23%)为宜;中型褐壳产蛋鸡对饲粮植酸磷有很强的消化能力。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮粗蛋白质与赖氨酸水平对北京油鸡(简称油鸡)育雏期生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选择1日龄油鸡混合雏1 350只,随机分为9组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只鸡(公母各占1/2)。采用3×3因子试验设计,饲粮粗蛋白质水平分别为17%、18%、19%,赖氨酸水平分别为0.85%、1.00%、1.15%,分别统计0~3周龄、4~6周龄和0~6周龄生长性能,6周龄末测定血清生化指标。结果显示:1)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对4~6周龄油鸡周平均采食量及周平均体增重有显著影响(P<0.05),粗蛋白质水平为19%时周平均采食量(251.85 g)与周平均体增重(85.52 g)最大;饲粮赖氨酸水平对4~6周龄油鸡料重比有显著影响(P<0.05),赖氨酸水平为1.00%时料重比最低(2.95)。0~6周龄饲粮粗蛋白质水平对油鸡周平均采食量有影响显著(P<0.05),随着粗蛋白质水平增加周平均采食量逐渐增加,且在粗蛋白质水平为19%时达到最大值(184.58 g);赖氨酸水平对周平均体增重与料重比有显著影响(P<0.05),1.00%和1.15%赖氨酸组的周平均体增重均...  相似文献

将30头大长北经产母猪随机分为3组,产后饲喂0.60%(I组),0.80%(II组),1.00%(III组)3种赖氨酸水平的泌乳期饲粮,研究饲粮赖氨酸水平对泌乳母猪生产性能及血液,奶生化指标的影响,结果表明,增加饲粮赖氨酸浓度对哺乳21天的母猪体重,采食量,断奶至再发情天数(P>0.10)和21日龄的平均窝仔数,仔猪腹泻率无显著影响(P<0.05),21日龄仔猪窝重随着饲粮赖氨酸浓度的增加而显著增加(P<0.06),初生至7日龄(P<0.06),14日龄(P<0.03)和21日龄(P<0.01),的窝增重均随饲粮赖氨酸浓度增加而增加,产后14天猪乳蛋白II组,III组极显著(P<0.01)高于I组;固形物含量II组显著(P<0.05)高于I组,产后21天猪乳固形物含量II组显著(P<0.05)高于I组,泌乳期母猪血清尿素氮[浓度I组显著(P<0.05,泌乳14天),极显著(P<0.01,泌乳21天)高于II组,III组;白蛋白浓度II组显著(P<0.05),高于I组,从本次试验的结果看出,在生产条件下,大长北母猪泌乳期饲粮赖,氨酸水平以0.80-1.00%为宜。  相似文献

在一个28天的生长试验中,选择282头断奶后3天、初始体重16.1磅(7.3千克)的保育仔猪(PIC TR4×1050)来评估用合成氨基酸代替鱼粉对其生长性能的影响。将仔猪分为6个处理,每个处理有7个重复,其中5个重复每栏有7头猪,而另外2个重复每栏有6头猪。在第0、第7、第14、第21和第28天时对仔猪和料槽进行称重,计算平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比。采用两阶段饲粮体系进行饲喂,第0~14天饲喂处理饲粮,而第14~28天饲喂一种普通饲粮。所有饲粮都是粉状形式。6个处理饲粮中鱼粉添加水平分别为4.50%、3.60%、2.70%、1.80%、0.90%和0。随着鱼粉用量减少,合成赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸水平都有所提高,以满足最小氨基酸比率。提高含有3.60%鱼粉和不添加鱼粉饲粮中的谷氨酰胺和甘氨酸数量来维持赖氨酸与蛋白质的比率。第0~14天,当鱼粉用量减少以及合成氨基酸水平提高时,仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比无差异(P〉0.29)。第14~28天(普通饲粮饲喂阶段),未观察到对仔猪生长性能有显著影响(P〉0.09)。对于整个试验期(第0~28天),各处理仔猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量无差异(P〉0.16)。对于料重比,可发现存在一个二次效应(P〈0.04),那就是鱼粉添加量处于中间水平(2.70%和1.80%)时仔猪料重比获得少量改善的结果。综上所述,这些数据表明,当满足最小氨基酸比率时,在15~25磅(即6.8~11.3千克)仔猪饲粮中可以用合成氨基酸来替代鱼粉。  相似文献

试验研究了宁夏常用饲粮中不同硒水平(添加硒0,0.15,0.30,0.45,0.60mg/kg)对生长育肥猪生产性能的影响。结果表明:(1)在饲粮中添加不同水平的硒,对各个饲养阶段生长育肥猪的日增重、日采食量和饲料报酬没有明显影响。但从全期来看。饲粮中添加硒0.30mg/kg时日增重最高。料重比最低。(2)综合肉质品质各项指标的测定结果。饲粮中添加硒0.30,0.45,0.60mg/kg时,肌肉保水性、嫩度较好。以饲粮中添加硒0.30mg/kg时为最好。补硒组肉色评分、肌肉新鲜度和抗应激能力均较缺硒组高,肉色评分以饲粮中添加硒0.30mg/kg时最为理想。(3)在宁夏缺硒地区的玉米-豆粕、胡麻饼型饲粮中。从满足正常生长发育的代谢需要、改善肉的品质及降低发病率等方面综合考虑。在15~90kg体重的生长育肥猪基础饲粮中建议添加0.30mg/kg硒为宜,饲粮硒水平为0.33mg/kg,特别是在15~30kg体重的仔猪阶段。从降低发病率的角度考虑。硒的添加量可适当提高。  相似文献

选择100 头体重(21-15 ±1-92) kg 的三元杂交( 杜洛克×长白×大约克) 生长猪, 探讨其对苏氨酸需要量。以可消化氨基酸为基础配制饲粮。饲粮苏氨酸水平分为0-50% 、0-55 % 、0-60 % 、0-65 % 和0-70 % 5 个处理, 各处理饲粮其它组分相同。经回归分析得到2 个方程, 分别求导得出: 当苏氨酸(ThrI) 日采食量为10-05 g 时, 平均日增重(ADG) 最高; ThrI为7-93 g 时, 饲料转化率(FCR) 最高。对ADG 及FCR 进行综合考虑, ThrI以9-0 g 为宜。以平均日采食量1-42 kg 计, 饲粮苏氨酸水平应为0-63 % , 赖氨酸∶苏氨酸为100∶74。血清游离氨基酸及血清尿素氮检测结果与上述结论较为吻合。  相似文献

将55头21日龄断奶的雄性仔猪随机分为5组,各组仔猪饲喂赖氨酸含量为0.60%、0.80%、1.00%、1.20%和1.40%的试验日粮21d。42日龄结束饲养试验时进行葡萄糖灌注试验,观察赖氨酸采食量对早期断奶仔猪生长发育和胰腺内分泌的影响。结果表明:早期断奶仔猪体增重与赖氨酸采食量为强正相关,根椐体增重指标,21~42日龄阶段,仔猪的赖氨酸采食量不应低于3.16g/d,日粮赖氨酸含量不应低于1.40%。赖氨酸严重缺乏(采食量小于1.45g/d)时,胰岛素的分泌量下降,对高血糖应激的反应能力降低。  相似文献

A total of 490 crossbred weanling pigs were used to evaluate the responses to and the subsequent interaction between dietary dried whey and crystalline L-lysine.HCl on postweanling growth and feed efficiency at two periods postweaning. The experiment was conducted as a 2 x 5 factorial arrangement of treatments in a randomized complete block design to evaluate two levels of edible-grade dried whey (0 or 25%) and five dietary lysine levels ranging from 1.10 to 1.50% in .10% increments using a corn-soybean meal mixture as the basal feedstuff. Pigs were allotted by weight, litter, and sex to seven replicates at weaning (23 +/- 2 d) and fed their treatment diets for a 35-d period. Daily gain and feed intake were greater (P less than .01) for both the 0- to 21- and the 22- to 35-d periods when dried whey was fed; the relative magnitude of the response to dried whey was greatest during the initial 21-d period. Growth responses during the 0- to 21-d period were, however, independent of dietary lysine level, suggesting that dietary lysine at a level of 1.10% is not the limiting nutrient in a corn-soybean meal diet or a corn-soybean meal diet with dried whey. From 22 to 35 d postweaning a linear growth response to lysine level occurred when the dried whey diet was fed, but no response was detected when lysine was added to the corn-soybean diet, resulting in a diet x lysine level interaction (P less than .10).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

杜洛克猪48头,体重27kg左右,分6组。试验前期(27~60kg)日粮的消化能均为13.67MJ)/kg,后期(60~90kg)均为13.44MJ/kg。粗蛋白1、2、3组前期均为18%,后期均为16%;4、5、6组前期均为16%,后期均为14%。同时配合3种赖蛋比水平6.6~6.9%,6.1~6.25%及5%。试验结果表明:4、5、6组平均日增重、饲料利用率及胴体瘦肉率都略高于1、2、3组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在前期,以第5组平均日增重最高(达782克),极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01);饲料利用率2.41,极显著好于其他各组(P<0.01)。后期以第5组平均日增重最高(875克)。试验前期,第5组获得最佳的日增重(822克),极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01),饲料利用率2.98,胴体瘦肉率65.79%,与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。在两种粗蛋白水平组内,均以赖蛋比6.1~6.25%的第5组和第2组生长速度最快(822克和778克)。说明在相同的能量水平下,赖蛋比是影响生长速度的主要因素。  相似文献

1. Calorimetric studies were conducted with groups of five chickens to determine if availability of metabolisable energy (ME) changed with increasing concentrations of corn oil or tallow added to six diets.

2. There was no significant difference between the diets in the regression equations relating ME intake and energy retention. There was a slight increase in partial efficiency with increasing ME intake, from 82% at the mean daily intake of 1 874 kJkg W 0.75 to 85% at the highest intake of 2 300 kJ/kg W0.75.

3. Energy retention was greatest at the highest concentration of tallow (140 g/kg) in the diet; there was an indication that availability of ME may be greater for tallow than for oil at a similar ME inclusion rate when compared at the mean daily intake of ME. Without any lipid in the diet, partial efficiency was 77% and energy retention was lower than on the diets with added oil or fat.  相似文献

1. New Hampshire chicks were fed on diets containing 0 (control), 0-7 (A), or 1-1 (B) ppm of aflatoxin B1. In two trials 1-d-old chicks were offered ad libitum the three diets for 14 d. The gaseous exchange of five chickens from each group was measured for 3 or 4 d, the same diets being fed, at 2, 3, 4 and 5 weeks of age in two series of experiments. The controls were fed at the lower intake of the two other groups. Following each series of experiments at the various ages, birds were starved for 24 h and their heat production was re-measured over the next 24 h. 2. Mortality was highest and growth and food conversion poorest where the diet with the highest aflatoxin concentration was fed. Mortality was confined to the first 2 weeks. 3. Performance of birds in the chambers was improved in the second series due to differences in food intake. It also improved with age suggesting some resistance to the toxin. 4. Mean respiratory quotient was 0-97 for fed chickens on diet B. This was significantly different from 0-92 for the two other groups. Similarly, during starvation the RQ was 0-76 compared with 0-73. 5. birds fed on diet B generally grew better, retained more nitrogen and had a better energy balance in the respiration chambers than the other two groups. Metabolisability of dietary energy was less (68.5%) for all groups at 2 to 3 weeks than when older (70%) but availability of ME was the same (71%) for all groups. 6. Heat production (kJ/kg0-75) of starved birds on diet B was significantly lower than the other two groups, while endogenous nitrogen excretion was higher. 7. Water consumption (ml/g food and g/100 g body weight) was greatest for birds on diet B. 8. Although aflatoxin in the diet substantially reduced intake there was no indication that at these reduced levels of intake, nitrogen or energy metabolism were measurably impaired.  相似文献

用72头3周龄断奶仔猪探讨5.5-12公斤仔猪日粮的蛋白质和赖氨酸的适宜水平;用30头猪做消化代谢试验,探讨仔猪对各种营养成分公的消化率。结果表明:赖氨酸和蛋白水平对仔猪日增重有显著的影响,而对氮沉积、赖氨酸消化率及干物质消化率无显著影响。采食含19%粗蛋白、1.08%赖氨酸日粮仔猪的全期日增重较高(272克)。在此增重水平下,每日需1860千卡消化能,100.7克粗蛋白和5.88克赖氨酸。  相似文献

A study was carried out to determine the microbial and nutritional characteristics of dry feed, liquid feed containing fermented liquid cereal grain, and fermented liquid compound feed, and their effect on gastrointestinal ecology and growth performance of piglets. Three dietary treatments were designed: dry feed (DRY); fermented liquid cereal grain feed (FLG); and fermented liquid feed (FLF). The FLF was prepared by removing three times daily 50% of the mixture (feed and water) stored in a tank at 20 °C and replacing it with an equal amount of fresh feed and water. The FLG was similarly prepared but fermenting only the cereals (barley and wheat) and adding the remaining ingredients immediately before feeding. One hundred and twenty weaners were fed the diets during 6 weeks from weaning. The dietary content of lysine (g/100 g protein) was 6.01 in the DRY diet, 6.21 in the FLG diet, and 5.46 in the FLF diet. Feeding piglets with the FLG diet resulted in a higher density of yeasts, a higher concentration of ethanol in the GIT, and a change of the bacterial population of the stomach compared to feeding FLF. The FLG group had a numerically higher daily feed intake and daily body weight gain compared to the FLF group, but the values were not significant. Feeding liquid feed containing fermented liquid cereal grains as a means of avoiding microbial degradation of free amino acids in the feed and increasing feed intake by improving palatability seems promising.  相似文献

1. This study was conducted to examine whether oral administration of lysine solution affect food intake and the ventromedial hypothalamic (VMH) monoamines in chickens fed on a lysine-free diet.

2. Chickens were assigned to four treatment groups. Two groups of chickens were given two different doses of lysine solution (0·1?g and 0·07?g in 1?ml of saline) exogenously (orally) while being fed on a lysine-free diet, and these results were compared with a control diet plus saline group. Another group of chickens was fed on a lysine-free diet without lysine supplementation, and their results were compared with the lysine treated groups. The extracellular dopamine (DA), norepinephrine (NE) and serotonin (5-HT) in the VMH of freely moving chicken were measured by in vivo microdialysis.

3. There was no significant difference in food intake between the control diet and the lysine supplemented groups during the time-course of the experiments. Food intake significantly decreased at 4, 5 and 6?h in the lysine-free diet plus saline group compared with the lysine supplemented groups. Of the VMH monoamines, the DA concentration remained close to the baseline in the lysine supplemented groups. This DA concentration was significantly lower than the baseline in the lysine-free diet plus saline group at 3·5?h and thereafter.

4. No significant difference from the baseline was observed for NE in the lysine-free diet plus saline group. The 5-HT concentrations were close to the baseline for all groups throughout the experiments.

5. The findings suggest that oral administration of lysine solution to chickens fed on a lysine-free diet restored food intake which was associated with the variations of VMH DA concentration.  相似文献

本文旨在探讨饲粮赖氨酸水平对生长獭兔生长性能、氮代谢及血清免疫和生化指标的影响。选用平均体重为(665±123)g的断奶獭兔 200只,随机分成 5组(每组 40个重复,每个重复 1只),分别饲喂赖氨酸水平为 0.55%、0.70%、0.85%、1.00%和 1.15%的试验饲粮。预试期 7d,正试期 53d。结果表明:饲粮赖氨酸水平对平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮赖氨酸水平显著或极显著影响食入氮(P=0.0065)、氮沉积(P=0.0459)和氮生物学效价(P=0.0226),而对粪氮排出量、尿氮排出量、可消化氮、氮表观消化率和氮利用率无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮赖氨酸水平为 1.00%和 1.15%的组的食入氮极显著高于饲粮赖氨酸水平为 0.55%和 0.70%的组(P<0.01)。饲粮赖氨酸水平为 0.70%、0.85%、1.00%和 1.15%的组的氮沉积和氮生物学效价显著高于饲粮赖氨酸水平为 0.55%的组(P<0.05)。饲粮赖氨酸水平极显著影响血清免疫球蛋白 A(P<0.0001)、免疫球蛋白 G(P<0.0001)和免疫球蛋白 M 含量(P<0.0001)。饲粮赖氨酸水平为 0.70%、0.85%、1.00%和 1.15%的组的免疫球蛋白 A、免疫球蛋白 G和免疫球蛋白 M 含量均极显著低于饲粮赖氨酸水平为 0.55%的组(P<0.01)。饲粮赖氨酸水平除显著影响血清胆固醇浓度(P=0.0167)外,对血清总蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮含量以及谷丙转氨酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合考虑本试验所测指标,生长獭兔的饲粮适宜赖氨酸水平为 0.55% ~0.70%。  相似文献
