Barrows with an average initial weight of 55 kg were fitted with simple T-cannulas at the distal ileum. The animals were fed a protein-free diet that consisted of 79.7% cornstarch, 10% sucrose, 3% Alphafloc (a source of cellulose), 3% canola oil and a vitamin-mineral premix. The pigs were fed 700 g of diet twice each day, at 0800 and 2000. A balanced amino acid mixture or a saline solution was administered intravenously while the protein-free diet was fed. Ileal digesta were collected for 24 h following a 7-d adaptation period. The administration of amino acids reduced (P less than .05) the recovery of endogenous protein from 18.5 to 12.7 g per kg dry matter intake. For the amino acids, the reduction was only significant (P less than .05) for proline, from 3.6 to .6 g per kg dry matter intake. If the total endogenous protein losses are assumed to be constant and the differences in the amino acid composition of non-reabsorbed endogenous protein, as observed in this study, are used to calculate true ileal digestibilities, differences in the digestibilities of the indispensable amino acids are large (up to 7.4 percentage units for threonine). The amino acid composition of endogenous protein determined in pigs fed a protein-free diet and parenterally administered with amino acids should provide a better estimate for the calculation of true amino acid digestibilities when based on the determination of true protein digestibility by the 15N-isotope dilution technique.  相似文献

Nine barrows with an average initial weight of 60 kg were fitted with simple T-cannulas at the distal ileum. The animals were fed four different protein-free diets according to an incomplete latin square design. Diet 1 (control diet) consisted of 79.7% cornstarch, 10% sucrose, 3% Alphafloc (a source of cellulose), 3% canola oil and a vitamin-mineral premix. Diets 2, 3 and 4 contained, respectively, 4% pectin, an additional 7% cellulose and an additional 10% canola oil, each included at the expense of cornstarch. Feces were collected during 3 d following a 7-d adaptation period. Thereafter, digesta were collected during two 24-h periods with a 24-interval between periods. The pigs were fed 800 g of feed twice at 0800 and 2000. Added pectin increased (P less than .05) the recovery of endogenous protein in ileal digesta from 19.8 diet (diet 1) to 24.0 g per kg dry matter intake. This increment was largely due to increases (P less than .05) in glycine and proline from 1.9 to 2.4 and from 6.2 to 8.4 g per kg dry matter intake, respectively. In feces, only added cellulose increased (P less than .05) excretion of endogenous protein (8.4 vs 11.1 g/kg DM intake) and of most amino acids. Including additional fat did not affect the quantity of endogenous protein and amino acids recovered in ileal digesta or feces. Small but significant differences (P less than .05) were observed in the amino acid composition of endogenous protein recovered in ileal digesta when the different protein-free diets were fed.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

本试验验证植酸和植酸酶对纯化饲料饲喂肉仔鸡的内源性矿物质和氨基酸在回肠中流量的影响。选取96只17日龄雌性Arbor Acres(AA)肉仔鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4只。按照2×2因子进行试验,按两个水平添加植酸磷(2.0或4.0g/kg;在基础日粮的基础上),添加或不添加大肠杆菌源性植酸酶(500FTU/kg),用相同的纯化基础日粮饲喂肉仔鸡到21日龄。结果表明,植酸显著降低回肠中Fe(15%)和Cu(18%)的流量(P0.05),对Mn、Zn、Mg、K、Ca的降低并不显著(P0.05)。补充植酸酶可显著降低Mn(8%)、Fe(21%)和K(13%)的流量(P0.05),对Zn、Cu、Mg、Ca的降低并不显著(P0.05)。植酸提高了大部分回肠中氨基酸的流量7%~27%,显著减少了Thr的流量(P0.05)。植酸酶显著减少了回肠中氨基酸的流量4%~22%(P0.05)。植酸和植酸酶的交互作用显著提高了回肠中K、Cys和Tyr的流量(P0.05)。结果表明,植酸可能通过增加内源性损失减低氨基酸的利用率,在饲喂纯化饲料的基础上提高矿物质的利用率;添加微生物植酸酶可能通过降低肉仔鸡肠道中内源性损失提高矿物质和氨基酸营养。  相似文献

以密码子使用频率为指导进行低蛋白日粮氨基酸生物配比。低蛋白日粮中添加氨基酸能显著改善猪的生产性能。对照组与试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的日增重分别为 5 6 1 0 7g± 4 8 0 2g ,389 2 7g±2 7 31g ,5 2 6 79g± 33 72 g和 4 76 71g± 39 5 9g。结果表明 ,密码子的使用频率可以作为指导氨基酸生物配比的参考依据。  相似文献

In a difference experiment the apparent precaecal (pc) and total intestinal (tot) nutrient digestibility and amino acid (AA) absorption of 5 yeasts (n-alkane yeasts Fermosin and Paprin, molasses/molasses distillers residue yeast, two sulfite waste liquor yeasts) were studied. The two n-alkane yeasts were very highly digested pc, the difference to tot digestibility is only small in most cases. In contrast to this, the pc and tot digestibility values of molasses/molasses distillers residue yeast differed considerably more. The probable reason for this is too hot drying due to which pc digestibility, particularly of the crude protein, and pc AA absorption are considerably reduced. In the two sulfite waste liquor yeasts, sulfite waste liquor residues containing lignin impair especially the crude carbohydrate digestibility and the energetic feed value; the better processing conditions of origin A, however, reduced considerably the negative effects. The results confirm that each yeast origin has its specific particularities, which have to be taken into consideration when they are used in feeding.  相似文献

The amino acid content of the liver, brain, serum and leg muscle of broiler breeder female chicks was not influenced appreciably at 4 and 8 weeks of age by feeding a diet containing sub‐optimum levels of lysine. The feeding of the low‐lysine diet produced a slight effect on the amino acid content of the breast muscle and a decided effect on the amino acid content of the skin and bone marrow at 4 and 8 weeks of age. The amino acid content of the heart tissue from chicks which received the 0.53% lysine diet was higher at 4 weeks of age. No explanation for this observation can be offered. The more decided changes were produced in the bone marrow of the chicks fed the low‐lysine diet at 4 and 8 weeks of age.

There is a possibility that feeding the low‐lysine diet had an effect on protein synthesis in the bone marrow. Chicks fed the low‐lysine diet had apparently overcome the lysine deficiency in the synthesis of protein of the bone marrow at the end of the 12th week.  相似文献

1. A total of 240 Ross 308 broilers were used to investigate the effect of sodium (1·5 or 2·5?g/kg), phytate-P (0 or 3·2?g/kg), and phytase (0 or 1000 FTU/kg; 2x2x2 factorial) on endogenous amino acid flow using the enzyme-hydrolysed casein method.

2. The ingestion of phytate increased endogenous amino acid flow (~30%) compared with the phytate-free control diets. Phytase reduced endogenous amino acid flow only when fed in concert with phytate, resulting in a significant phytate x phytase interaction.

3. Increasing dietary sodium concentration from 1·5 to 2·5?g/kg reduced endogenous amino acid flow by around 10%. This reduction of endogenous flow was particularly evident in diets which contained phytate, resulting in a significant sodium x phytate interaction for several amino acids, including Thr and Ser. Further, high sodium concentrations muted the effect of phytase resulting in a significant sodium x phytase interaction for some amino acids.

4. The concentration of Asp, Thr, Ser and some other amino acids was increased in the endogenous protein in response to the ingestion of phytate. Both sodium and phytase essentially restored the composition of endogenous protein to that of the phytate-free control. Further, as both sodium and phytase had similar effects there were significant interactions between sodium and phytase for most amino acids, such that one was only effective in the absence of the other.

5. These data confirm previous reports that phytate is a nutritional aggressor, causing quantitative and qualitative changes in endogenous protein flow. However, this is the first report which has shown that dietary sodium concentrations play a role in the severity of this antinutritional effect and consequently may blunt the efficacy of exogenous phytase. The mechanism is obscure, though it has been previously demonstrated that sodium can disrupt phytate:protein complexes, thus mitigating one of the mechanisms by which phytate exerts its antinutritional effect.  相似文献

分别采用无抗舍养、无抗放养、有抗舍养和有抗放养四种方式对固始鸡进行养殖,测定不同养殖阶段鸡腿肉、胸肉和肝脏中的氨基酸含量,以研究不同养殖模式对鸡肉品质的影响。结果显示,在舍养条件下,有抗养殖与无抗养殖比较,随着养殖时间的延长,无抗养殖的总氨基酸含量略高于有抗养殖,而呈鲜味、必需氨基酸含量有抗养殖略高;放养条件下有抗养殖与无抗养殖比较,总氨基酸、呈鲜味氨基酸、必需和非必需氨基酸,无抗养殖均略高。对不同养殖模式的总体比较,氨基酸总量放养条件时较高;必需和非必需氨基酸以及呈鲜味氨基酸放养条件时显著提高。有抗养殖与无抗养殖总体比较,总氨基酸、必需和非必需氨基酸有抗养殖较高,呈鲜味氨基酸差异不显著。经分析可知,无抗养殖有助于提高鸡肉中氨基酸、必需氨基酸和呈鲜味氨基酸的含量。在放养条件下,无论是有抗养殖还是无抗养殖,鸡腿、鸡胸和肝脏中的氨基酸总量总体水平均高于舍养,其中天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸相对较高。  相似文献

The amino acid composition in the chyme and faecel protein after feeding pigs with different diets is described. It is to be stated that chyme protein cannot necessarily be considered homogenous. Faecal protein shows less considerable variations in its composition and deviates distinctly from the composition of the faecal bacteria. The quota of bacterial crude protein was calculated according to the content of 2,6 diamino pimelic acid. In the chyme protein (end of the ileum) it amounted to approximately 30% and in the faecal protein to approximately 50%.  相似文献

The study was conducted to determine the effects of feeding a 16% CP diet, a 12% CP diet, or a 12% CP diet supplemented with crystalline Lys, Trp, and Thr (12% CP + AA diet) in a thermal-neutral (23 degrees C) or heat-stressed (33 degrees C) environment on various body and physiological measurements in growing pigs. Heat-stressed pigs were given a 15% lower daily feed allowance than thermal-neutral pigs to remove the confounding effect of feed intake caused by high temperature. No diet x temperature interaction was observed for any variables (P > 0.09) except for pig activity and pancreas weight. At 33 degrees C, pig activity and pancreas weight did not differ among dietary treatments (P > 0.05). In contrast, at 23 degrees C, pigs fed the 12% CP diet had greater activity than those fed the 16% CP diet or the 12% CP + AA diet (P < 0.05). Pancreas weight was greater for pigs fed the 12% CP + AA diet than those fed the 12% CP diet (P < 0.05) when maintained at 23 degrees C. Compared with 23 degrees C, the 33 degrees C temperature decreased pig activity, heat production, daily gain, feed efficiency, and affected the concentration and accretion of empty body protein and ash, as well as weights of heart, pancreas, stomach, and large intestine (P < 0.05). Pigs fed the 12% CP + AA diet attained similar levels of performance and rates of empty body water, protein, lipid, and ash deposition as pigs fed the 16% CP diet (P > 0.10). Pigs fed the 12% CP + AA diet had lower serum urea plus ammonia nitrogen concentrations (P < 0.01) and total heat production (P < 0.05) compared with those fed the 16% CP diet or the 12% CP diet. These results confirm that, with crystalline AA supplementation, growing pigs fed a 12% CP diet will perform similar to pigs fed a 16% CP diet. The data further indicate that lowering dietary CP and supplementing crystalline AA will decrease total heat production in growing pigs whether they are housed in a thermal-neutral or heat-stressed environment.  相似文献

Twelve gilts, with an average initial BW of 38 kg, were fitted with simple T-cannulas at the distal ileum and two catheters in the external jugular veins. The animals were fed twice daily (0800 and 2000) 700 g of one of four diets containing either soybean meal, canola meal, wheat, or barley as the sole protein source. 15N-leucine was infused continuously for 9 d at a rate of 40 mg/kg of BW daily via one of the jugular catheters. Blood samples were taken during feeding. Ileal digesta samples were collected continuously for 24 h on d 7 and 9 of the infusion period. 15N-enrichment excess in leucine and isoleucine in the trichloroacetic acid (TCA)-soluble fraction of blood and in digesta were measured using single-ion monitoring gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Assuming that the 15N-enrichment excess in leucine and isoleucine in the TCA-soluble fraction of the blood is similar to that in endogenous protein secreted into the digestive tract and that the amino acid composition of endogenous protein is constant, the contribution of endogenous to total protein in ileal digesta was calculated using the 15N-isotope dilution technique for leucine and isoleucine, respectively. These contributions were much smaller for the 15N-leucine than for the 15N-isoleucine isotope dilution technique: 7.1 to 11.0 vs 21.8 to 24.9 g of protein/kg of DM intake. The values obtained with the 15N-isoleucine isotope dilution technique were close to those obtained with the 15N-isotope dilution technique as described in a previous publication.  相似文献

Four experiments were conducted to determine whether betaine (BET) could replace dietary methionine (MET) in diets for weanling pigs. Pigs in each experiment were allotted to treatments on the basis of weight in a randomized complete block design. Each treatment was replicated four (Exp. 4), five (Exp. 1 and 2), or six (Exp. 3) times with five or six pigs per replicate. In Exp. 1, pigs were fed a diet formulated to be deficient in total sulfur amino acids (TSAA) (negative control; NC) or the NC + 0.05 or 0.10% MET or BET during Phase 1 and 0.035 or 0.07% MET or BET during Phase 2. Growth performance was not affected (P > 0.10) by dietary treatments, indicating that the diets were not deficient in TSAA. In Exp. 2, graded levels of TSAA (0.74, 0.79, 0.84, 0.89, or 0.94%) were fed. Overall ADG was increased (0 vs added MET, P < 0.07) in pigs fed TSAA levels of 0.79% or greater, but gain:feed was not affected (P > 0.10) by diet. Overall ADFI was increased (linear, P < 0.08) and plasma urea N (PUN) was decreased (quadratic, P < 0.01) as the level of TSAA was increased. Most of the change in ADG, PUN, and ADFI occurred between 0.74 and 0.84% TSAA. Thus, the 0.74% TSAA diet was used in Exp. 3 as the NC. In Exp. 3, the diets included the following: 1) NC, 2) NC + 0.05% MET, 3) NC + 0.10% MET, 4) NC + 0.039% BET, or 5) NC + 0.078% BET. The addition of MET resulted in increased (linear, P < 0.10) ADG, ADFI, and gain:feed, but MET decreased PUN (linear, P < 0.05). Daily gain, ADFI, and TSAA intake were not different (P > 0.10) between pigs fed 0.05% MET or 0.039% BET, but gain:feed was decreased (P < 0.01) in pigs fed 0.039% BET compared with pigs fed 0.05% MET. In Exp. 4, a 2 x 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments was used (MET, 0 or 0.072%; cystine, 0 or 0.059%; or BET, 0 or 0.057%). Overall ADG and gain:feed were increased (P < 0.10) in pigs fed MET. The intake of TSAA was increased (P < 0.05), and PUN was decreased (P < 0.10) in pigs fed MET or cystine. Overall ADFI was increased in pigs fed BET or MET independently but not affected when BET and MET were fed together (BET x MET, P < 0.10). The addition of BET to TSAA-deficient diets resulted in increased ADG, which was due to an increase in ADFI (TSAA intake). Thus, BET did not spare MET in this experiment.  相似文献
