Unfertilized oocytes are one of the most desired germ cell stages for cryopreservation because these cryopreserved oocytes can be used for assisted reproductive technologies, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection. However, in general, the fertility and developmental ability of cryopreserved oocytes are still low. The aim of the present study was to improve vitrification of mouse oocytes. First, the effects of calcium and cryoprotectants, dimethyl sulfoxide and ethylene glycol (EG), in vitrification medium on survival and developmental ability of vitrified oocytes were evaluated. Oocytes were vitrified by a minimal volume cooling procedure using different cryoprotectants. Most of the vitrified oocytes were morphologically normal after warming, but their fertility and development were low independently of calcium and cryoprotectants. Second, the effect of cumulus cells on ability of oocytes to be fertilized and develop in vitro was examined. The fertility and developmental ability of denuded oocytes (DOs) after IVF were reduced compared with cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) both in fresh and cryopreserved groups. Vitrified COCs showed significantly (P<0.05) higher fertility and ability to develop to the 2-cell and blastocyst stages than those of vitrified DOs with cumulus cells and vitrified DOs alone. The vitrified COCs developed to term at a high success rate equivalent to the rate obtained with IVF using fresh COCs. Taken together, the current results clearly demonstrate that, in the presence of surrounding cumulus cells, matured mouse oocytes vitrified using calcium-free media and EG retain their developmental competence. These findings will contribute to improve oocyte vitrification in not only experimental animals but also clinical application for human infertility.  相似文献

Recent improvements in cryopreservation of mammalian eggs enable the long-term preservation of female germ cells in several mammalian species. Nevertheless, cryopreservation of porcine oocytes is still considered as a challenge. Although the use of vitrification techniques result in reasonable survival rates, developmental competence of vitrified oocytes has been compromised. Alterations of zona characteristics, cytoskeleton, mitochondrial functions and antioxidant-defense ability caused by vitrification are among the most frequently observed malformations which may be responsible for the low developmental competence of cryopreserved porcine oocytes. Furthermore, in vitro maturation, fertilization and embryo culture technologies, which are indispensable for generating embryos from cryopreserved oocytes, generate high rates of abnormal fertilization (polyspermy) and additional stress in resultant embryos further compromising their developmental competence. As a result, embryo development of porcine cryopreserved oocytes is still at low level and to date no piglet has been produced from such oocytes. The aim of the present review is to summarize knowledge on viability and developmental competence of vitrified porcine oocytes and to give ideas for future perspectives for the improvement of porcine oocyte cryopreservation technology.  相似文献

Assessment of the developmental ability of oocytes following freezing and thawing is an important step for optimizing oocyte cryopreservation techniques. However, the in vitro fertilization of frozen-thawed mouse oocytes is often inefficient because of incomplete capacitation of spermatozoa in the absence of surrounding cumulus cells. This study was undertaken to determine whether the oocyte cryopreservation efficiency of different strains of mice could be assessed from the development of oocytes following parthenogenetic activation and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Oocytes were collected from hybrid (C57BL/6 x DBA/2) F1 or inbred (C57BL/6J, C3H/HeN, DBA/2J and BALB/cA) strains and were vitrified in a solution containing ethylene glycol, DMSO, Ficoll and sucrose. In the first series of experiments, oocytes were activated parthenogenetically by Sr(2+) treatment after warming. The oocytes from the inbred strains, but not those of the F1 hybrid, were diploidized by cytochalasin treatment to obtain a sufficient number of blastocysts. In all strains tested, parthenogenetic embryos derived from vitrified oocytes developed into blastocysts at rates between 23 and 68%. In the second series of experiments, vitrified oocytes from each strain were injected with homologous spermatozoa after warming. Normal offspring were obtained from all strains at rates between 5 and 26% per embryo transferred. Thus, the feasibility of oocyte cryopreservation protocols can be assessed easily by in vitro development of parthenogenetic embryos or by in vivo development of ICSI embryos. Moreover, the oocytes of these four major inbred strains of mice can be cryopreserved safely for production of offspring.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to examine pre- and postimplantation developmental potency of cryopreserved embryos that had undergone in vitro growth (IVG), maturation (IVM) and fertilization (IVF) of oocytes from the preantral follicle stage. An oocyte culture system for IVG and IVM was used in oocyte-granulosa cell complexes (OGCs) derived from preantral follicles in 12-day-old mice. The rate of oocyte maturation was improved by the addition of gonadotropins (FSH/LH) and cytokines (IGF-I/SCF) to culture medium for IVG. During culture for IVG, estradiol-17β and progesterone concentrations increased progressively to the latter period of culture. This culture system enabled IVG, IVM, IVF and pre- and postimplantation development. From 90 cryopreserved 2-cell stage embryos transferred into recipients after warming, 10 live pups were produced. Cryopreservation of embryos by vitrification at the 2-cell stage showed no harmful effect on development to the blastocyst stage or on the cell numbers of the inner cell mass (ICM) and trophectoderm (TE). This study demonstrated that embryos derived from oocytes grown in vitro have tolerance for vitrification and competence to develop to term after warming. This IVG-IVM-IVF technology combined with embryo cryopreservation might be useful for assisted reproduction in mice.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate fertility and full‐term development of rat vitrified oocytes after in vitro fertilization (IVF) with cryopreserved sperm. Oocytes with or without surrounding cumulus cells were vitrified with 30% ethylene glycol + 0.5 mol/L sucrose + 20% fetal calf serum by using the Cryotop method. The warmed oocytes were co‐cultured with sperm. Although the denuded/vitrified oocytes were not fertilized, some of the oocytes vitrified with cumulus cells were fertilized (32.7%) after IVF with fresh sperm. When IVF was performed with cryopreserved sperm, vitrified or fresh oocytes with cumulus cells were fertilized (62.9% or 41.1%, respectively). In addition, to confirm the full‐term development of the vitrified oocytes with surrounding cumulus cells after IVF with cryopreserved sperm, 108 vitrified oocytes with two pronuclei (2PN) were transferred into eight pseudopregnant females, and eight pups were obtained from three recipients. The present work demonstrates that vitrified rat oocytes surrounded by cumulus cells can be fertilized in vitro with cryopreserved sperm, and that 2PN embryos derived from cryopreserved gametes can develop to term. To our knowledge, this is the first report of successful generation of rat offspring derived from vitrified oocytes that were fertilized in vitro with cryopreserved sperm.  相似文献

Hyaluronidase is generally used to remove cumulus cells from mouse oocytes before oocyte cryopreservation, intracytoplasmic sperm injection or DNA injection. In general, use of cumulus-free mouse oocytes decreases in vitro fertilizing ability compared with cumulus-surrounded oocytes. The effect of hyaluronidase exposure on the quality of mouse oocytes is not fully understood. Here, we investigated the effect of hyaluronidase exposure time on the fertilization rate of fresh and vitrified mouse oocytes and their subsequent developmental ability in vitro. We found that the fertilization rate decreased with hyaluronidase treatments. This reduction in the fertilization rate following treatment with hyaluronidase was fully reversed by removal of the zona pellucida. In addition, oocytes treated with hyaluronidase for 5 min or longer had a reduced capacity to develop to the morula and blastocyst stage. The survival, fertilization, and developmental rates of vitrified-warmed oocytes were also reduced by longer exposure to hyaluronidase. In conclusion, these results suggest that prolonged exposure to hyaluronidase decreases the quality of mouse oocytes and shorter hyaluronidase treatment times may help achieve a stable and high fertilization rate in fresh and cryopreserved oocytes.  相似文献

Although procedures for in vitro fertilization with cryopreserved sperm have been published there is a lack of data indicating that the cryoprotectant and cryopreservation procedures used for those procedures were optimal. To redress this, fertilization rate of eggs exposed to sperm in vitro was used as the outcome in the optimization of raffinose concentration in the cryoprotectant (raffinose in water), volume of cryoprotectant, and freezing conditions for C57BL/6J mouse sperm. Sperm were frozen in a cylindrical Dewar with an internal diameter and height of 14.0 cm and 36.0 cm respectively. The optimal concentration of raffinose was 23-24% (510-540 mOsm/kg). The optimal volume of cryoprotectant used to prepare the sperm suspension from a single mouse was 180-400 μl, and sperm proved most fertile when frozen 13-25 mm above liquid nitrogen. Raffinose in the fertilization medium did not inhibit fertilization. Fertilized eggs transferred to oviducts of recipient mice developed into viable offspring.  相似文献

Solid surface vitrification (SSV) was compared with in-straw vitrification for cryopreservation of biopsied mouse embryos. Eight-cell stage embryos were zona drilled and one blastomere was removed. Developed morulae or blastocysts were vitrified in microdrop (35% EG + 5% PVP + 0.4 M trehalose) or in straw (7.0 M EG + 0.5 M sucrose). Following recovery, embryos were cultivated in vitro or transferred into recipients. Cryopreservation had an effect not only on the survival of biopsied embryos but also on their subsequent development in vitro. Cryosurvival of biopsied morulae vitrified in straw was significantly inferior to SSV. The post-warm development of biopsied and non-biopsied morulae was delayed on Day 3.5 and 4.5 in both vitrification groups. A delay in development was observed on Day 5.5 among vitrified non-biopsied blastocysts. The percentage of pups born from biopsied morulae or blastocysts following cryopreservation did not differ from that of the control. No significant differences could be detected between methods within and between embryonic stages in terms of birth rate. The birth rate of biopsied embryos vitrified in straw was significantly lower compared to the non-biopsied embryos. The novel cryopreservation protocol of SSV proved to be effective for cryopreservation of morula- and blastocyst-stage biopsied embryos.  相似文献

Factors affecting sensitivity of preimplantation embryos and follicular oocytes to cryopreservation were analyzed in the equine and bovine species. (1) Survival of equine blastocysts after two-step freezing in the presence of glycerol as the cryoprotective agent (CPA) was influenced by development of the embryonic capsule. The use of ethylene glycol (EG) with sucrose as CPAs improved the post-thaw survival of blastocysts and made it possible to transfer the embryos into recipient mares without removing the CPAs. In addition, early blastocysts cryopreserved by vitrification could develop both in vitro and in vivo when the embryos were exposed to vitrification solution in a stepwise manner. The vitrification procedure was also applied to the relatively large expanded blastocysts. (2) Bovine embryos produced in vitro have been considered to be highly sensitive to the process of cryopreservation. To solve this problem, Day-7 blastocysts produced in a serum-free system were cooled at 0.3 C/min rather than 0.6 C/min before being plunged into liquid nitrogen, resulting in no loss of the post-thaw viability. The supplementation of LAA in IVM/IVF media or IVC medium was effective in producing pronuclear-stage zygotes or morula-stage embryos relatively tolerable to freezing, respectively. (3) Transmission electron microscopic observation of immature equine oocytes showed that cellular injury occurred near the sites of gap-junctions between cumulus cells and the oocyte. In cattle, higher fertilization rates of oocytes were obtained when the oocytes were subjected to cryopreservation at an intermediate stage during IVM (GVBD for freezing, Met-I for vitrification). Vitrification of bovine Met-II oocytes in open-pulled glass capillaries, characterized by an ultra-rapid cooling rate (3,000-5,000 C/min), was found to avoid any harmful influence of vitrification and warming.  相似文献

Seasonally, bred wild mice provide a unique bioresource, with high genetic diversity that differs from wild‐derived mice and laboratory mice. This study aimed to establish an alternative superovulation method using wild large Japanese field mice (Apodemus speciosus) as the model species. Specifically, we investigated how the application of inhibin antiserum and equine chorionic gonadotropin (IASe) during both the reproductive and non‐reproductive seasons impact the ovulation rate and competence of embryo development after in vitro fertilization (IVF) with fresh and cryopreserved sperm. When the wild mice were superovulated by injecting eCG followed by human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), few oocytes were collected during the reproductive and non‐reproductive seasons. In comparison, the number of ovulated oocytes was dramatically enhanced by the administration of IASe, followed by isolation of ovulated oocytes 24 hr after 30 IU hCG administration. The IVF oocytes that were in vitro cultured (IVC) with medium containing serum further developed to the 2‐ and/or 4‐cell stage using both fresh and frozen‐thawed sperm. In conclusion, we successfully established an alternative protocol for collecting ovulated oocytes from wild large Japanese field mice by administering IASe and hCG during both the reproductive and non‐reproductive seasons. This study is the first to develop IVF–IVC wild large Japanese field mice beyond the 2‐ and/or 4‐cell stage in vitro using fresh and cryopreserved sperm. This approach could be used in other species of wild or endangered mice to reduce the number of animals used for experiments, or in maintaining stocks of germ cells or embryos.  相似文献

采用PBS作为冷冻基础液,分别用甘油和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作为冷冻保护液,在程序化冷冻保存和玻璃化冷冻保存条件下,研究小鼠生发泡期(GV期)卵母细胞的抗冻能力。结果表明,2种冷冻方法对小鼠GV期卵母细胞解冻后形态正常率和存活率无显著影响(P>0.05)。冷冻保护剂种类对小鼠GV期卵母细胞解冻后形态正常率无显著影响(P>0.05);但对存活率有显著影响,玻璃化冷冻采用二甲基亚砜作为冷冻保护液效果极显著优于甘油(P<0.01)。以冷冻效果较好的二甲基亚砜作为冷冻保护液,采用玻璃化冷冻不同发育阶段(GV期和MⅡ期)的小鼠卵母细胞,解冻后形态正常率无显著差异(P>0.05),但存活率GV期要显著优于MⅡ期卵母细胞(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between the rate of cooling of eight-cell mouse embryos to the temperature of liquid nitrogen (-196 degrees C) and their developmental capacity after thawing on the basis of their ability to leave the zona pellucida ('hatching') during in vitro culturing. Eight-cell embryos were obtained from superovulated female mice and divided into three experimental and one control group. Embryos from the experimental groups were cryopreserved by the vitrification method using ethylene glycol as cryoprotectant. The vitrification protocols used in the study differed in the rate of cooling of the cryoprotectant solution. Embryos from the first group were frozen in conventional 0.25-ml plastic straws, those from the second group in pipetting 'tips', and embryos from the third group, placed in vitrification solution, were introduced dropwise directly into liquid nitrogen. The control group of embryos was cultured in vitro without freezing in a culturing medium in an environment consisting of 95% air and 5% CO2. The developmental capacity of thawed embryos was assessed on the basis of their ability to leave the zona pellucida ('hatching') after three days of in vitro culturing. In the control group 95.1% of embryos 'hatched'. A significantly higher number of embryos that 'hatched' after thawing was observed in the group introduced dropwise directly into liquid nitrogen (60.0%) compared to the group frozen in pipetting 'tips' (37.9%). The group frozen in straws yielded significantly the lowest proportion of 'hatching' embryos (8.1%). These results showed that increasing cooling rates during vitrification of embryos improved their survival.  相似文献

本文旨在通过研究玻璃化冷冻小鼠卵母细胞透明带超微结构、透明带厚度(ZPT)、厚度变量(ZPTV)及双折射分值(ZPB)的影响,分析三者间的相关性,探求玻璃化冷冻液的最佳配方。选用4组应用最广泛的冷冻液配方对小鼠卵母细胞进行处理,与未处理的卵母细胞比较存活率、受精率、卵裂率和囊胚率,选出最适冷冻液配方。以新鲜卵母细胞为对照组,进行冷冻程序但并没有进行实际冷冻的卵母细胞为处理组,进行玻璃化冷冻复苏的卵母细胞为冷冻组,扫描电镜观察各组的透明带超微结构变化;检测3组细胞的ZPT和ZPB,并对ZPT和ZPB、ZPTV和ZPB之间相关性进行分析。结果发现HM+7.5%(DMSO+EG),HM+15%(DMSO+EG)+0.5 mol/L Su冷冻液组对卵母细胞发育潜力影响较小。玻璃化冷冻对ZPT(6.05±0.10μm vs 5.77±0.60μm)和ZPB(0.30±0.38 vs 1.22±0.21)有显著影响(P<0.05),且ZPT与ZPB呈负相关(r=-0.299)(P<0.05)。扫描电镜发现玻璃化冷冻造成卵母细胞透明带呈熔融状,表面凹凸不平,窗孔基本不可见,甚至出现透明带部分脱落的情况;冷冻组透明带超微结构的正常率较对照组和处理组下降,其中粗ZP(44.9%对92.9%和84.8%)(P<0.01)和光滑ZP(31.0%对7.4%和9.1%)(P<0.01)。结果表明,玻璃化冷冻影响卵母细胞的发育潜能,低温对透明带的超微结构有较大的负面影响。  相似文献

The rapid increase in the number of genetically modified mouse strains has produced a high demand for their frozen spermatozoa from laboratories and mouse banking facilities. Historically, plastic straws have been used preferentially as containers for frozen mammalian spermatozoa because spermatozoa frozen in plastic straws have a high survival rate after thawing. However, plastic straws are more fragile and are used less often than the cryotubes used for conventional cell freezing. In this study, we sought to develop a new protocol for sperm freezing using cryotubes as the container to increase the accessibility of mouse sperm cryopreservation. Epididymal spermatozoa were collected from mature ICR or C57BL/6J (B6) males and were suspended in 18% raffinose and 3% skim milk solution. We then optimized the following conditions using the sperm survival rate as an index: 1) distance of cryotubes from the surface of the liquid nitrogen at freezing, 2) volume of the sperm suspension in the cryotube and 3) temperature of warming sperm during thawing. The best result was obtained when cryotubes containing 10 μl of sperm suspension were immersed 1 cm below the surface of the liquid nitrogen and then thawed at 50 C. The fertilization rates using spermatozoa frozen and thawed using this method were 63.1% in ICR mice and 28.2% in B6 mice. The latter rate was increased to 62.3% by adding reduced glutathione to the fertilization medium. After embryo transfer, 68% and 62% of the fertilized oocytes developed into normal offspring in the ICR and B6 strains, respectively. These results show that cryotubes can be used for cryopreservation of mouse spermatozoa under optimized conditions. This protocol is easy and reproducible, and it may be used in laboratories that do not specialize in sperm cryopreservation.  相似文献

Previously, we showed that the exogenous expression of aquaporin 3 (AQP3), an aquaglyceroporin, improved the tolerance of mouse oocytes to vitrification with a glycerol-based solution. In the present study, we examined conditions suitable for the expression of AQP3 and the ability of vitrified oocytes to develop in vitro and in vivo after fertilization. After only partial remove of cumulus cells, immature mouse oocytes (germinal vesicle stage) were injected with 5, 10 or 20 pg of AQP3 cRNA and cultured for 12 h for maturation. When matured oocytes were vitrified with a glycerol-based solution, 57-61% survived regardless of the amount of cRNA injected (5-20 pg). By contrast, no oocytes injected with water (control) survived. When the zona pellucida was removed from the vitrified oocytes and the oocytes were then fertilized in vitro and cultured, the proportions that were fertilized and developed into blastocysts were higher when the amount of cRNA injected was 5 pg than 10-20 pg. When 16 blastocysts were transferred to a pseudopregnant mouse, 5 developed to term, demonstrating that oocytes vitrified after injection of AQP3 cRNA retained the ability to develop to term. The water-permeability of cRNA-injected oocytes was higher than that of control oocytes from the maturing stage to the 1-cell zygote stage, whereas glycerol-permeability was higher only at metaphase II. This indicates that AQP3 was expressed for a relatively short period of time. These results suggest that the transient expression of water/cryoprotectant channels is effective for cryopreserving cells that have low membrane-permeability, such as mammalian oocytes.  相似文献

Sperm cryopreservation is a useful tool in captive fish reproduction management, that is to synchronize gamete production, especially in the case of species as the European eel, where the time of female spawning readiness is unpredictable. Several protocols to cryopreserve sperm of this species have been described, but until recently fertilization trials were not feasible. This study evaluated the effect of cold storage of diluted sperm prior to fertilizations and tested whether a previously defined protocol for European eel sperm cryopreservation can be successfully applied in fertilization trials to produce viable offspring. In our experiment, the sperm motility was evaluated after the extraction and the best samples were selected and pooled. Until stripping of eggs and fertilization, diluted sperm samples were maintained at either 4 or 20°C, or cryopreserved, following existing protocols. Fertilization of two egg batches was attempted. Diluted sperm caused a similar percentage of fertilized eggs and a similar number of embryos and larvae, independently of storage temperature (4 or 20°C). The cryopreserved sperm resulted in a lower percentage of fertilized eggs, but embryos developed and a few larvae (‘cryolarvae’) were obtained 55 h after fertilization in one of the two egg batches. This result evidences that the tested cryopreservation protocol is applicable for eel reproduction management, although improvements will be required to enhance fertilization success.  相似文献

The Vietnamese Ban pig is a precious genetic resource that needs to be preserved. In vitro embryo production from in vitro matured (IVM) oocytes is an important tool for the utilization of cryopreserved porcine sperm. The aim of this study was to compare two media for the IVM of Ban pig oocytes. Immature oocytes were subjected to IVM either in a non‐defined (TCM‐199 + pig follicular fluid) or in a defined base medium (POM + epidermal growth factor). At the end of IVM, the oocytes were in vitro fertilized (IVF) with frozen Ban sperm. Ten hours after IVF, the oocytes were either subjected to orcein staining to check fertilization and maturation status or cultured in vitro for 7 days. There was no difference between the two IVM media in terms of percentages of oocyte maturation and blastocyst production. However, the percentage of male pronuclear formation after IVF and the total cell numbers in blastocysts were higher with the defined system. Zygotes obtained by the two IVM systems survived vitrification at similar rates. In conclusion, the two IVM systems were both effective for the production of Ban pig embryos; however, better embryo quality was achieved with the defined one.  相似文献

Mammalian embryos are most commonly cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen; however, liquid nitrogen is not available in special environments, such as the International Space Station (ISS), and vitrified embryos must be stored at −80°C. Recently, the high osmolarity vitrification (HOV) method was developed to cryopreserve mouse 2-cell stage embryos at −80°C; however, the appropriate embryo is currently unknown. In this study, we compared the vitrification resistance of in vivo-derived, in vitro fertilization (IVF)-derived, and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)-derived mouse 2-cell embryos against cryopreservation at −80°C. The ICSI embryos had lower survival rates after warming and significantly lower developmental rates than the in vivo and IVF embryos. Further, IVF embryos had a lower survival rate after warming, but a similar rate to the in vivo embryos to full-term development. This result was confirmed by simultaneous vitrification of in vivo and IVF embryos in the same cryotube using identifiable green fluorescent protein-expressing embryos. We also evaluated the collection timing of the in vivo embryos from the oviduct and found that late 2-cell embryos had higher survival and developmental rates to full-term than early 2-cell embryos. Some early 2-cell embryos remained in the S-phase, whereas most late 2-cell embryos were in the G2-phase, which may have affected the tolerance to embryo vitrification. In conclusion, when embryos must be cryopreserved under restricted conditions, such as the ISS, in vivo fertilized embryos collected at the late 2-cell stage without long culture should be employed.  相似文献

本试验探讨了不同方法冷冻保存的牛卵泡卵母细胞体外受精后的发育潜力。尽管用不同方法冷冻的牛卵母细胞大多(79.1%)形态正常,但体外受精后的受精率(13.2%)和卵裂率(8.8%)均明显低于对照组(66.7%和46.0%),卵裂后继续发育的能力严重受损。在3种方法中,玻璃化冷冻效果最好,受精率分别达到15.0%和11.1%,是值得进一步研究的一种方法。  相似文献

A heterologous in vitro system, using zona‐intact sheep oocytes, was used to evaluate the relationship between sperm factors of Iberian red deer thawed epididymal sperm and the percentage of cleaved oocytes. Epididymal spermatozoa were recovered from six males, diluted with freezing extender and cryopreserved. After thawing sperm motility (SM) and acrosome and membrane integrities were evaluated. Again, these parameters were assessed after incubation in freezing extender at 37°C for 2 h. After cryopreservation the values for SM and acrosome and membrane integrities were high (~80, 80 and 70% respectively). However, these values significantly decreased after incubation (~59, 62 and 47% respectively). Red deer thawed epididymal sperm fertilized zona‐intact sheep oocytes, although the percentage of cleaved oocytes was low (~22%). No relationship was found between sperm parameters assessed after thawing and the percentage of cleaved oocytes. Likewise, any sperm parameter evaluated after incubation was assessed in relation to the percentage of cleaved oocytes. However, acrosome and membrane integrities were near to significance (p = 0.06 and p = 0.09 respectively). Then, we conducted a reduced model with these two variables and both were related to the percentage of cleaved oocytes (p = 0.02 and p = 0.04 respectively). Thus, acrosome and membrane integrities were related to the percentage of cleaved oocytes negatively and positively respectively. It was concluded that the classical parameters assessed in deer thawed sperm samples can be good predictors of the ability to fertilize zona‐intact sheep oocytes.  相似文献
