The products include traditional printed abstracting and indexing journals, a variety of electronic database which are retrieved through remote on-line and CD-ROM. A quantitative survey of rice planthoppers in paddy fields is important to assess the population density and make forecasting decisions. Manual rice planthopper survey methods in paddy fields are time-consuming, fatiguing and tedious. This paper describes a handheld device for easily capturing planthopper images on rice stems and an automatic method for counting rice planthoppers based on image processing. The handheld device consists of a digital camera with WiFi, a smartphone and an extrendable pole. The surveyor can use the smartphone to control the camera, which is fixed on the front of the pole by WiFi, and to photograph planthoppers on rice stems. For the counting of planthoppers on rice stems, we adopt three layers of detection that involve the following:(a) the first layer of detection is an AdaBoost classifier based on Haar features;(b) the second layer of detection is a support vector machine(SVM) classifier based on histogram of oriented gradient(HOG) features;(c) the third layer of detection is the threshold judgment of the three features. We use this method to detect and count whiteback planthoppers(Sogatella furcifera) on rice plant images and achieve an 85.2% detection rate and a 9.6% false detection rate. The method is easy, rapid and accurate for the assessment of the population density of rice planthoppers in paddy fields.  相似文献

Cow's milk constitutes a significant food for babies when mother's milk is insufficient. The purpose of this work is to offer a fermented milk, potentially hypoallergenic, using selected Lactobaeillus acidophilus and Bifidobacteria sp. for their proteolytic activities. The fermentation is evaluated by the rate of lactic acid production and by the bacterial enumeration at 45 ℃. The rate of acidification obtained by mixed cultures (La + B. longum, 63.8 ± 3.5 °D) and (La + B. breve, 43.4 ± 1.67 °D) compared with the control (milk) (18.6 ± 1.31 °D). The result of the best hydrolysis was obtained by (La+ B. longum) (154.88 ± 30.33 ug/mg) which corresponded to a better release of the a-NH2 functions (103.32 ± 12.81 umoles/mg) compared with control (307.2 ± 11.54 ug/mg and 10.25 ± 0.44 umoles/mg ). The best synergy was obtained by (La + B. bifidum) (13 × 10^6 cfu/mL and 60 × 10^6 cfu/mL) and reached 95 × 10^10 cfu/mL and 119 × 10^10 cfu/mg at the end. The electrophoresis of fermented milk revealed the presence of soluble proteins (a-Lactalbumin and β-Lactoglobulin). The Enzyme Linked Immtmo Sorbent Assay showed the results of residual antigenic activities of β-Lg (1.4 ± 0.23 ug/mg), a-La (0.012 ± 0.004 ug/mg) and bovin serum albumin (0.014 ± 0.005 ug/mg)by the associations (La + B. longum), (La + B. bifidum) and (La + B. bifidum) compared with the control (14.43 ± 5.91 ug/mg, 0.183 ± 0.062 gg/mg, 0.05 ± 0.008 ug/mg) respectively. Lactic fermentation reduced to a significant antigenic reactivity of principal whey milk proteins.  相似文献

The industrial production of the phosphoric acid is important and makes itself in a big number of countries. The by-product descended of this industry, residuary gypsum called phosphogypsum, poses a major environmental problem. The aim of this work is to identify and to value the potentialities of valorization of the by-product phosphogypsum produce in Morocco, for a use in the domain of agriculture. They can contain 1% to 6% of free acids. The idea is to use this acid to partially solubilize natural phosphate and to make the final product richer in phosphorus (about I0% of total P205 half soluble) and therefore more attractive on the agronomic and economic plan. For mixtures phosphogypsum/natural phosphate, a study of clarification is necessary, by varying the proportions of products, the humidities, mixing techniques, the ripening time to achieve a final interesting product. The dynamics of the phosphor in soil has been measured by the Olsen method and the one in the plant has been measured after drying in the steamroom to a temperature of 70 ~C to 75 ~C during 72 hours. A trial hold is incinerated. The ashes are taken by acid hydrochloric extract and the phosphor is measured out with the help of an UV spectrometer to 430 nm. The pH has been followed with the help of a pH-meter. The phosphor presents a remarkable dynamics in mixture with the phosphogypsum.  相似文献

Verticillium wilt is a severe disease in eggplant caused by Verticillium dahliae.Polygalacturonase-inhibiting proteins (PGIPs) have been shown to be involved in preventing the invasion of fungus including V.dahliae.Cloning genes encoding PGIPs is quite valuable for plant resistance breeding to Verticillium wilt.In this study,a cDNA encoding the polygalacturonase-inhibiting protein was isolated from Solanum torvum by RT-PCR and RACE,designated StPGIP (accession no.FJ943498).The cDNA sequence of StPGIP was 1 097 bp long and contained an open reading frame of 990 bp.The predicted amino acid sequence of the gene consisted of 329 amino acids and had conserved LRRs.The StPGIP protein had a high identity with PGIPs from other species.Analysis of StPGIP expression at the mRNA level by RT-PCR showed that the gene was expressed in all organs and could be induced to increase expression by V.erticillium dahliae infection.  相似文献

This paper provides a model to identify the most appropriate packaging system (i.e. the industrial process by which the product is hygienically coupled with the container) for different liquid foods. The model developed is grounded on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) methodology, a powerful and flexible tool used in decision making. To select the appropriate packaging system, the model takes into account several factors, including packaging material, cost, safety, performance (e.g., speed and accuracy), plant reliability and flexibility, which may directly or indirectly affect the suitability of the process. Moreover, the chemical and physical properties of commercial liquid foods, and the packaging technology are included in the model as further variables to be considered for the final choice. We try to answer the following research questions: is a filling system appropriate for a given liquid food? Is it compatible with a defined packaging technology? When several filling systems are available for a given liquid food, how can the most appropriate one be selected? The ease of application of the model and the robustness of the results provided have been tested on a sample of 59 commercial liquid foods, for which the model allowed to identify the most suitable packaging system, providing useful practical guidelines. The model was developed in close collaboration with a panel of experts, operating in the beverage bottling industry, and validated by the same experts; thus, the resulting tool is suitable for use as a decision support system by food and bottling industries.  相似文献
