Thirty‐six Holstein‐Friesian crossbred lactating dairy cows were used to determine the effects of linseed oil supplementation on performance and milk fatty acid (FA) profile. Three treatments were as follows: basal diet (56:44 Roughage:concentrate [R:C] ratio, dry matter basis) supplemented with 500 g of palm oil as control (PO), 500 g mixture (1:1, w/w) of palm oil and linseed oil (POLSO) and 500 g of linseed oil (LSO). The LSO supplementation had no effects on total dry matter intake (DMI), milk yield and milk composition. Compared to control cows, cows supplemented with LSO increased milk concentrations of cis‐9,trans‐11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and n‐3 FA (P < 0.05), particularly C18:3n‐3, C20:5n‐3 and C22:6n‐3. Feeding LSO reduced concentrations of milk short‐ and medium‐chain saturated fatty acids (P < 0.05) while it increased concentration of milk unsaturated fatty acids (P < 0.05). Milk proportions of n‐3 FA increased, whereas n‐6/n‐3 ratio decreased in the LSO as compared with the control (P < 0.05). In conclusion, supplementing dairy cows' diet based on corn silage with LSO at 500 g/day could improve the nutritional value of milk with potential health‐beneficial FA without detrimental effect on milk composition or cow's performance.  相似文献

The fate of carbon from long-chain fatty acids and glucose in dairy cows which were fed with protected fat was studied using stable isotope technique. The experiment was carried out on two groups of dairy cows (n=16 in each group) during the first 15 weeks of the lactation period. The cows were fed isoenergetic and isoproteinogenous diets based on corn silage. About 1.8 kg of tapioca starch in the diet of the starch group was substituted by about 0.7 kg of rumen protected fat (Ca salts of palm oil and soybean oil) in the diet of the fat group. The carbon atoms of dietary fat were naturally depleted in 13C as compared to carbon atoms of starch. Daily milk performance and lactose output were significantly (P < 0.05) higher among the cows fed with fat diet. In comparison to the starch group, the enrichment of milk fat with 13C was significantly lower, while that of breath CO2 was significantly higher in the fat group (P < 0.05). This means the fatty acids were incorporated into milk fat in preference to metabolic oxidation. Further studies showed that blood glucose is oxidized to a lower extent and is used for the synthesis of lactose to a higher proportion if the cows were fed with the fat diet. The glucose entry rate into the body glucose pool was not different between the diets. In conclusion, the dietary fatty acids perform a glucose sparing effect and improve the glucose supply for the mammary gland.  相似文献

本文旨在研究饲粮中添加黄花蒿乙醇提取物对奶牛产奶性能及乳脂中共轭亚油酸(CLA)含量的影响。试验选取体重(600±29)kg、胎次2~3胎、泌乳期(158±3)d及泌乳量(22.8±1.8)kg/d的泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛15头,采用完全随机区组设计分为3组,每组5头,进行为期40 d的饲养试验,其中1~9 d为预试期,10~40 d为正试期。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组和试验2组分别在基础饲粮中添加96和160 g/(d·头)的黄花蒿乙醇提取物。结果表明:整个试验期间,2个试验组的产奶量(第24、31和40天)、乳脂率、乳脂产量、乳蛋白率、乳蛋白产量、非脂固形物含量以及乳脂中的饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸、短链脂肪酸、中链脂肪酸和长链脂肪酸含量与对照组相比均无显著差异(P0.05);2个试验组的乳脂中CLA含量分别比对照组提高了30.7%和38.6%,其中试验2组与对照组差异显著(P0.05)。由此得出,饲粮中添加适量的黄花蒿乙醇提取物对奶牛产奶性能没有明显影响,但可以提高其乳脂中CLA含量,从而优化乳脂中脂肪酸的比例。  相似文献

选择产后150~210 d的中国荷斯坦奶牛48头,根据产奶量、分娩时间和胎次分为对照组(SFA0)、1.5%(SFA1.5)和3.0%(SFA3)饱和脂肪酸试验组,来研究饱和脂肪酸对高温环境条件下泌乳中期奶牛血液CO2、离子浓度和离子平衡的影响,旨在为合理利用饱和脂肪酸及其缓解奶牛热应激提供理论依据。结果表明,日粮添加饱和脂肪酸,奶牛血清中CO2的平均含量对照组、1.5%饱和脂肪酸组和3%饱和脂肪酸组分别为20.92,21.82和21.31 mmol/L,1.5%饱和脂肪酸组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),日粮添加饱和脂肪酸对热应激奶牛血液K、Na、Cl、Ca离子和离子平衡无显著影响,日粮添加饱和脂肪酸显著提高产奶量、乳脂和干物质含量(P<0.05)。说明饱和脂肪酸具有改善热应激奶牛生产性能,缓解热应激奶牛血液CO2下降的作用。  相似文献

Focus on the enrichment of eggs and poultry meat with polyunsaturated fatty acids has increased given their important roles in the human health. The inclusion of polyunsaturated fatty acids (especially n‐3 fatty acids, n‐3 FA) is achieved by different biological methods. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of inclusion of different oils into the feed on the production performances and fatty acids composition of the meat in Taihe Silky Fowl. A total of 80 fowls were selected at 8 weeks and randomly divided into four groups and fed with basal diet, basal diet + 4% fish oil, basal diet + 4% soybean oil and basal diet + 4% palm oil within 3 weeks respectively. The results showed that: the fowls fed with the diet inclusion of 4% fish oil had higher total gain, average daily gain, the second and the third week average daily gain than those in control group (p < 0.05). Also, inclusion of fish oil could improve the content of C22:5 n‐3 and C22:6 n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the meat significantly compared with the other three groups (p < 0.01). Meanwhile, C18:3 n‐3 and C18:4 n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids were also higher than in the other three groups (p < 0.05 and 0.01). Oils Supplementation could enhance C14:0 and C16:0 (p < 0.05) level, but they did not affect the total saturated fatty acids in the meat. Compared with the control group, fish oil inclusion could lower the C18:2 n‐6 level, higher the C18:3 n‐6, C22:4 n‐6 and C22:5 n‐6 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the meat (p < 0.05). Moreover, diets supplied with 4% fish oil reduced the total n‐6 polyunsaturated fatty acids level and enhanced the total n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids level in the meat, which resulted in that the ratio of n‐3/n‐6 was improved, and could meet the need of human body.  相似文献

为研究调控饲料对奶牛产奶量和乳成分的影响,试验选择10头年龄、胎次、泌乳天数、产奶量相近的泌乳牛,按照配对试验设计分为2组,一组为对照组(饲喂基础日粮),另一组为试验组(饲喂添加调控饲料的基础日粮)。结果表明,试验组每头奶牛日均增奶量比对照组多1.366kg(P<0.05),乳蛋白、乳脂率、乳糖、乳中干物质含量相比差异不显著。通过试验前后对比可知,调控饲料显著提高了奶牛的产奶量。  相似文献

This study investigated the hypothesis that dietary supplementation of fish oil as a source of n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) influences the expression of target genes of sterol regulatory element‐binding proteins (SREBP)‐1 and (SREBP)‐2 involved in triacylglycerol (TAG) synthesis and fatty acid and cholesterol metabolism in the liver, and moreover activates the expression of target genes of peroxisome proliferation‐activated receptor (PPAR)‐α involved in TAG and fatty acid catabolism in liver and skeletal muscle. Twenty lactating sows were fed a control diet or a fish oil diet with either 50 g of a mixture of palm oil and soya bean oil (4:1, w/w) or fish oil per kg. The diet of the fish oil group contained 19.1 g of n‐3 PUFA (mainly 20:5 n‐3 and 22:6 n‐3) per 100 g of total fatty acids, while the diet of the control group contained 2.4 g of n‐3 PUFA (mainly 18:3 n‐3) per 100 g of total fatty acids. The fish oil group had reduced relative mRNA concentrations of various target genes of SREBP‐1 involved in fatty acid and TAG synthesis in comparison with the control group (p < 0.05). Relative mRNA concentrations of target genes of PPARα involved in fatty acid catabolism in both liver and muscle, and mRNA concentrations of target genes of SREBP‐2 involved in cholesterol synthesis and uptake were not influenced by fish oil supplementation. Concentrations of cholesterol and TAG in plasma, fat content of milk and weight gains of litters during the suckling period were not different between the two groups of sows. In conclusion, this study suggests that fish oil has only minor effects on hepatic lipid metabolism, which are non‐critical with respect to milk production in sows.  相似文献

Abstract

The objective of the study was to investigate the effects of oil sources in the diet on milk yield, milk composition, and fatty acid (FA) profiles in mid-lactating dairy cows. Forty-eight Chinese Holstein dairy cows averaging 150 days in milk (DIM) at the start of the experiment (body weight = 596±19 kg; milk yield = 29.7±3.00 kg/d) were used in a completely randomized block design. The animals were assigned into four dietary treatments according to DIM and milk yield, and supplemented with no oil (control), 2% flaxseed oil (FSO), 2% soybean oil (SBO), and 2% oil from extruded soybeans (ESB). The experiment lasted nine weeks including the first week for adaptation. Milk yields, milk compositions (fat, protein, and lactose), and milk FA profiles were measured. Daily milk yield from cows fed with FSO, SBO, and ESB were higher than milk yield of the control cows (27.0, 27.0, and 26.5 vs. 25.4 kg/d). Milk fat percentage of the control cows was greater than those cows fed with oil-supplemented diets. However, increasing dietary fat content resulted with no change in fat-corrected milk yield. The FA profile of milk was changed by fat supplementation. Feeding oil reduced the proportion of both short-chain (C8:0 to C12:0) and medium-chain (C14:0 to C16:1) FAs, and increased the proportion of long-chain (≥C18:0) FAs in milk fat. Cis-9, trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in milk fat was increased from 0.38% for the control to 0.79, 1.51, and 1.56% of fat for the cows supplemented with FSO, SBO, and ESB, respectively. Feeding oils rich in linoleic acid (SBO and ESB) was more effective in enhancing cis-9, trans-11 CLA in milk fat than oils containing linolenic acid (FSO). There was a linear relationship between transvaccenic acid and cis-9, trans-11 CLA content in milk. Overall, feeding the FSO, SBO, and ESB diets increased monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids and decreased the saturated fatty acid in milk fat.  相似文献

试验评估不同水平柑橘渣对奶牛泌乳性能、养分消化及乳成分的影响。将32头泌乳性能一致的奶牛随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复2头。对照组饲喂粗脂肪水平为3%的日粮,处理组分别饲喂粗脂肪水平为5.5%的日粮同时添加0(T1)、5%(T2)和10%(T3)柑橘渣。结果显示,与对照组相比,处理组奶牛的粗脂肪摄入量、干物质和粗脂肪表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),T2和T3组奶牛粗蛋白表观消化率显著高于对照组和T1组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,处理组乳中粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05),总固形物含量显著降低(P<0.05),乳中粗脂肪产量显著降低(P<0.05)。对照组乳中C10∶0脂肪酸含量最高,而T3组乳中C8∶0脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸浓度最高,饱和脂肪酸浓度表现最低。处理组乳中n-3/n-6脂肪酸显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在高脂肪(5.5%粗脂肪)日粮中添加5%或10%柑橘渣可以提高奶牛粗蛋白表观消化率,且对奶牛的泌乳量和乳品质无负面影响。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同剂量的复合酶制剂对泌乳奶牛瘤胃发酵、营养物质表观消化率、血清指标及生产性能的影响。选择体重、胎次[(2.30±0.06)胎]、产奶量[(37.00±0.03)kg/d]、泌乳天数[(90±0.15)d]相近的9头泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成3组,每组3头。采用3×3拉丁方设计,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ分别在基础饲粮基础上添加10和20 g/(头·d)的复合酶制剂,进行3期动物试验。每期21 d,其中14 d为预试期,7 d为采样期。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加10 g/(头·d)的复合酶制剂显著提高奶牛瘤胃液中丁酸的浓度(P0.05),而对总挥发性脂肪酸和其他挥发性脂肪酸的浓度无显著影响(P0.05);2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加10 g/(头·d)的复合酶制剂显著提高奶牛对干物质、粗蛋白质和中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P0.05),对酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率也有一定的提高作用(P=0.06);3)饲粮中添加10和20 g/(头·d)的复合酶制剂显著提高了奶牛的产奶量(P0.05),且10 g/(头·d)组的4%校正乳(4%FCM)产量、乳脂产量和乳糖产量分别较对照组提高4.85(P0.05)、0.49(P0.05)和0.32 kg/d(P0.05);4)复合酶制剂的添加未对奶牛血清指标产生显著影响(P0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加10 g/(头·d)复合酶制剂能够显著提高泌乳奶牛的产奶量、乳脂产量和瘤胃液丁酸浓度,且饲喂效果优于添加量为20 g/(头·d)时。综合考虑,泌乳奶牛饲粮中复合酶制剂的推荐添加量为10 g/(头·d)。  相似文献

本试验通过在奶牛日粮中补充β-胡萝卜素制剂,探讨不同添加量对舍饲奶牛的产奶量和乳品质的影响。试验牛选用年龄、体重、营养状况相近,胎次为头胎、泌乳200 d左右的健康荷斯坦奶牛32头,采用完全随机区组设计,分为4个处理组,Ⅰ组为对照组(基础日粮),Ⅱ组(基础日粮+300 mg/dβ-胡萝卜素)、Ⅲ组(基础日粮+600 mg/dβ-胡萝卜素)、Ⅳ组(基础日粮+900mg/dβ-胡萝卜素)为试验组,基础日粮由青贮玉米、苜蓿草粉、小麦秸和精料组成。研究结果显示,奶牛在添加β-胡萝卜素后能够提高产奶量,Ⅳ组的产奶量比对照组Ⅰ提高了11.03%(P〈0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的乳脂率分别比对照组增加了6.34%和9.36%(P〈0.01),Ⅳ组的乳蛋白率比对照组增加了2.05%(P〈0.05),乳糖含量各处理组差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。  相似文献

本研究旨在考察大蒜油和肉桂醛复合物(GAR-CIN)对奶牛生产性能、乳品质、营养物质消化及血液生化指标的影响。荷斯坦泌乳奶牛50头随机分成2组,每组25头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上添加30 g/d.头的GAR-CIN,饲养试验时间75 d。结果表明:GAR-CIN能显著提高泌乳日龄为90~120 d的奶牛的平均产奶量(P<0.05),显著降低体细胞数(P<0.05)。两步法离体消化试验的结果显示,GAR-CIN能显著提高奶牛干物质体外消化率(P<0.05);内源指示剂法的结果显示,GAR-CIN能极显著提高日粮的干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的消化率(P<0.01);此外,添加GAR-CIN使奶牛血清尿素氮和葡萄糖的含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清中IgM含量显著提高(P<0.05)。说明,GAR-CIN能显著提高泌乳日龄为90~120 d奶牛的产奶量,改善乳品质,增强奶牛的免疫功能,促进奶牛对营养物质的消化。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮全棉籽比例对奶牛泌乳性能和乳脂脂肪酸组成的影响.试验采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,选择8头泌乳早期的经产中国荷斯坦奶牛(产奶量、胎次、产犊日期接近,健康无疾病),分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复1头牛.A组饲喂基础饲粮,B、C和D组分别饲喂含5%、10%、15%全棉籽的试验饲粮.每期试验28 d,其中预试期为7d,正试期为21 d.结果表明:随着饲粮全棉籽比例的增加,奶牛产奶量有提高趋势(P>0.05),校正乳产量极显著提高(P<0.01).全棉籽极显著地提高了奶牛的乳脂率(P<0.01),对乳蛋白率、乳糖率和乳非脂固形物率无显著影响(P>0.05).全棉籽极显著降低了饱和脂肪酸( SFA)的含量(P<0.01),不同程度地提高了乳中多不饱和脂肪酸( PUFA)和单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);短链脂肪酸和中链脂肪酸含量都显著降低(P<0.05),长链脂肪酸含量有不同程度的提高(P<0.05或P<0.01).结果提示,饲粮中添加全棉籽可以提高奶牛产奶量,优化乳脂脂肪酸组成,改善乳脂品质,并以10%为泌乳早期奶牛最佳饲粮全棉籽比例.  相似文献

本试验旨在探究辣木梗叶替代基础饲粮中50%苜蓿对泌乳奶牛生产性能及血浆生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取8头产后100~150 d,经产,体重、胎次、产奶量相同或相近的健康的荷斯坦奶牛,每4头为1组分为2组进行交叉试验。试验(A)组饲喂用辣木梗叶替代基础饲粮中50%苜蓿的试验饲粮,对照(B)组饲喂基础饲粮。试验分2期进行,每期18 d,其中前15天为预试期,后3天为试验期。采集血样及奶样,并记录干物质采食(DMI)量和产奶量。结果表明:1)与B组相比,A组奶牛的DMI显著增加(P0.05),产奶量有升高的趋势(0.05≤P0.10),且显著提高了乳蛋白率、乳蛋白产量和乳总固形物含量,有降低乳体细胞数的趋势(0.05≤P0.10);2)A组奶牛血浆中胆固醇(CHOL)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量显著低于B组(P0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性与游离脂肪酸(NEFA)含量有下降的趋势(0.05≤P0.10);3)与B组相比,A组显著提高了奶牛血浆中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及抑制羟自由基能力(P0.05),显著降低了血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P0.05),显著提高血浆中免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)的含量(P0.05)。因此,辣木梗叶在一定程度上可促进奶牛生产性能的提高,预防乳房炎的发生,改善奶牛血浆生化指标,提高奶牛机体抗氧化能力和免疫功能,可作为优质粗饲料应用于奶牛的生产实践。  相似文献

The effect of long‐term dietary supplementation with rutin on the lactation performance, ruminal fermentation and metabolism of dairy cows were investigated in this study. Twenty multiparous Chinese Holstein cows were randomly divided into four groups, and each was offered a basal diet supplemented with 0, 1.5, 3.0 or 4.5 mg rutin/kg of diet. The milk yield of the cows receiving 3.0 and 4.5 mg rutin/kg was higher than that of the control group, and the milk yield was increased by 10.06% and 3.37% (p < 0.05). On the basis of that finding, the cows supplemented with 0 or 3.0 mg rutin/kg of diet were used to investigate the effect of rutin supplementation on blood metabolites and hormone levels. Compared with the control group, the serum blood urea nitrogen (BUN) concentration of the 3.0 mg rutin/kg group is significantly decreased (p < 0.05). In another trial, four adult cows with permanent rumen fistula and duodenal cannulae were attributed in a self‐control design to investigate the peak occurrence of rutin and quercetin in different parts of the gastrointestinal tract, ruminal fermentation and microbial population in dairy cows. The cows supplemented with 3.0 mg rutin/kg in the diet differed from the control period. Samples of rumen fluid, duodenal fluid and blood were collected at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 h after morning feeding. Compared to the control group, the pH, ammonia nitrogen concentration, number and protein content of rumen protozoa and blood urea nitrogen were lower, but the concentration of total volatile fatty acid (TVFA), microbial crude protein (MCP) and serum lysozyme content were higher for the cows fed the rutin diets. The addition of 3.0 mg rutin/kg to diets for a long term tended to increase the milk yield and improve the metabolism and digestibility of the dairy cows.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同硒源对泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛生产性能、抗氧化性能及营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取45头产奶量、胎次、泌乳日龄相近的健康中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成3组,每组15头。对照组饲喂不添加硒的基础饲粮,无机硒(SS)组饲喂基础饲粮+0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠,有机硒(SO)组饲喂基础饲粮+0.3 mg/kg蛋氨酸硒羟基类似物。试验期91 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期84 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加硒对奶牛的干物质采食量、产奶量及乳成分没有显著影响(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,SO组血清总抗氧化能力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著升高(P0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P0.05),但SS组以上指标与对照组没有显著差异(P0.05)。3)各组中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和干物质的表观消化率差异不显著(P0.05)。与对照组相比,SO组有机物、粗蛋白质及粗脂肪的表观消化率显著提高(P0.05);SS组有机物和粗蛋白质的表观消化率提高,但差异不显著(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加不同硒源对泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛的生产性能没有影响,但与对照组相比,硒添加组的抗氧化性能和营养物质的表观消化率提高,而且SO组的效果明显优于SS组。  相似文献

To study the effects of N-hydroxymethyl methionine calcium (N-HMM-Ca) supplementation levels on serum nitrogenous compounds and free amino acids of lactating dairy cows. 30 lactating Holstein dairy cows with similar parities,milk yield and days in milk were randomly assigned into 5 groups. The results showed as follows:①Comparing with control group,the total protein,albumin and globulin in experimental groups were not significantly affected (P>0.05).On the 14th day,serum creatinine concentration in 1.5% level group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05);On the 42th day,urea nitrogen concentration in 1.5% level group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05),while the concentration of uric acid in 0.75% level group was extremely significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.01).②On the 14th day,the concentration of serum Glu,Ser,Arg,Leu,Ile,Lys and total free amino acids in 0.15% level group was highest,which were significantly or extremely significantly higher than control group (P<0.05;P<0.01).On the 42th day,serum Arg,Cys and the total free amino acids in 0.15% level group were the highest. And serum Glu,Ser,Tyr,Met,Val and Lys in 0.30% level group were highest,which were significantly or extremely significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05;P<0.01). In summary, adding 0.15% or 0.30% N-HMM-Ca on diet of lactating dairy had no significant effect on serum nitrogen content (P>0.05),but adding 0.15% N-HMM-Ca could increase the concentration of serum free amino acids. Considering all the facts,the recommended amount of N-HMM-Ca on diet of lactating dairy cows was 0.15%.  相似文献

目的 研究基础日粮中添加不同含量复方中草药添加剂对奶牛生产性能的影响。方法 本试验选取体重接近、胎次相同、体况良好的荷斯坦牛60 头,随机分为4 组,每组15 头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验I组、II组、III组在基础日粮中分别添加复方中草药添加剂200 g/d·头,250 g/d·头,300 g/d·头,试验期为30 d。结果 与对照组相比,日粮中添加250 g/d·头的复方中草药添加剂显著降低了牛奶中的乳脂率和体细胞数(P<0.05),显著提高了奶牛的采食量、产奶量和牛奶中的乳蛋白率(P<0.05)。结论 日粮中添加250 g/d·头的复方中草药剂作为饲料添加剂,可以提高奶牛的生产性能及奶牛场的经济效益。  相似文献
