燕麦幼苗对氯化钠和氯化钾胁迫的生理响应差异   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探讨燕麦对NaCl和KCl胁迫的生理响应差异,采用水培法,研究了不同浓度NaCl和KCl胁迫对幼苗生长,活性氧代谢和渗透调节的影响。结果表明:(1)在75和150mmol/L浓度下,NaCl胁迫对燕麦幼苗的膜脂过氧化伤害和生长抑制大于KCl胁迫。NaCl胁迫下叶片中的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量低于KCl胁迫;当浓度增大到225mmol/L时,KCl胁迫叶片中O-2.,H2O2,丙二醛(MDA),可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量显著大于NaCl胁迫,而SOD,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性及谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量则相反。(2)225mmol/L KCl和NaCl处理的植株叶片水势分别为-0.867和-1.034 MPa,渗透势分别为-1.409和-1.252 MPa,说明KCl对燕麦的更强伤害不是渗透胁迫所致;经225mmol/L KCl胁迫后,燕麦叶片中Na+含量下降至对照的36.5%,而K+含量上升为对照的1.49倍,而补充20mmol/L NaCl显著提高了225mmol/L KCl胁迫下叶片Na+的含量及SOD,APX活性,降低了K+,H2O2,O-2.和MDA含量,说明离子毒害引起的活性氧积累可能是高浓度KCl胁迫对燕麦幼苗伤害大于NaCl胁迫的重要原因。  相似文献

干旱及复水对玉米叶片光合特性的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
盆栽条件下,以玉米品种户单4号为材料,设正常供水(CK)、中度水分胁迫(MS)和重度水分胁迫(SS)三个水分处理,研究了拔节期和孕穗期水分胁迫及复水对玉米叶片光合、叶绿素荧光的影响,以期为玉米补偿机制的阐明提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)干旱胁迫使叶水势(ψleaf)降低,复水后拔节期重度胁迫叶水势迅速恢复并超过对照,而孕穗期则恢复缓慢;(2)拔节期和孕穗期重度胁迫降低了叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)及光化学猝灭系数(qP),但复水5d后可基本恢复至对照;Ci最低,气孔限制值(Ls)较对照分别增加了6.85%,9.52%,Fv/Fm值分别降低了1.72%和0.61%,表明气孔限制是Pn降低的主要原因;(3)拔节期重度胁迫叶的水分利用效率(WUE)高于对照,表现出补偿效应;孕穗期干旱胁迫下WUE表现为:MS>CK>SS,在复水第一天达最大值,随后趋于降低。说明拔节期和孕穗期光合特性变化存在差异性。  相似文献

不同水分胁迫条件下温室番茄茎流和叶片水势的反应   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以番茄"金粉2号"(Jingfen 2)品种为试材,设正常灌溉(T1)、轻度胁迫(T2)和重度胁迫(T3)3个土壤水分处理,观测不同土壤水分条件下番茄植株的茎流速率和叶片水势。结果表明,番茄植株茎流速率日变化呈现明显的规律性,晴天,T1和T2的番茄茎流速率呈明显的双峰曲线,中午12:00左右气孔关闭,茎流速率出现低谷。阴天,T1和T2处理番茄茎流日变化趋势总体较为平缓。不同水分处理下番茄的蒸腾量差异明显,水分胁迫处理的番茄蒸腾量均小于正常灌溉,土壤水分胁迫程度越严重,日蒸腾量越低。随着水分处理天数的增加,不同灌溉处理番茄的蒸腾量差异逐渐缩小。叶片水势随灌溉后天数增加而逐渐减少,叶片水势T1>T2>T3。相关分析表明,影响番茄茎流的主要气象因子为太阳辐射、空气温度和空气湿度。研究认为,番茄茎流与太阳辐射、空气温度和土壤水分呈正相关,叶片水势与空气相对湿度呈负相关。研究结果可为设施番茄水分管理提供科学依据。  相似文献

硅对干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗生长及光合参数的影响   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9  
采用溶液培养试验,以两个抗旱性不同的小麦品种:低抗的扬麦9号(Yangmai.9)和高抗的豫麦18(Yumai.18)为材料,用PEG6000(聚乙二醇6000,渗透势约为-0.589MPa)模拟干旱胁迫条件,研究了硅对干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗生长、光合作用及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下,小麦幼苗的生长和光合作用显著受到抑制,加硅处理能有效地提高干旱胁迫条件下小麦幼苗的生长状况及光合作用,且1.0.mmol/L.Si处理的效果优于0.1mmol/L.Si处理。与不加硅处理相比,干旱胁迫条件下加硅处理后,小麦幼苗的鲜干重、叶片可溶性蛋白含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用率(WUE)和气孔限制值(Ls)均显著升高,叶绿素含量也有一定程度的升高;而气孔导度(Gs)和细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)显著下降,可溶性糖积累量也降低。因此,硅可显著提高小麦对干旱胁迫的抗性。  相似文献

以马蔺(耐盐碱和抗干旱的植物)为材料,在盐碱化土壤的条件下进行干旱处理,研究了马蔺抗旱的渗透调节和光合特性。结果表明:12 d干旱处理,马蔺叶片的水势(Ψw)、渗透势(Ψs)和相对含水量(RWC)分别从-0.61 MPa,-1.21 MPa和90%降低到-2.52 MPa,-2.53 MPa和76%。在干旱期间,可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量明显增加,淀粉含量降低,说明渗透调节物质提高了马蔺的抗旱性。干旱6 d,光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)下降,细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)下降,而气孔限制值(Ls)升高,说明盐碱化土壤上马蔺Pn的降低主要是气孔因素;干旱6 d后,Ci升高,Ls下降,说明Pn的降低主要是非气孔因素。干旱期间,叶片PS最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)变化不大,说明干旱情况下光合效率没有受到影响。复水后,Ψw和RWC恢复到对照水平,但Ψs仍然保持较低的水平,说明渗透调节物质起着非常重要的作用。据此,马蔺在盐碱化土壤上具有较强的渗透调节能力,使叶片的保水能力增强,维持了净光合速率和PS光化学活性,具有较强的抗旱性,是盐碱化土壤地区植被恢复可供选择的抗旱性植物。  相似文献

樱桃番茄叶片气孔特征和气体交换过程对NaCl胁迫的响应   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2  
为探讨樱桃番茄叶片气孔特征和气体交换过程对盐胁迫的响应机理,通过向营养液中添加NaCl盐,配制成0(对照)、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25 mol/L浓度的Na Cl营养液,在人工气候箱条件下对樱桃番茄幼苗进行为期21 d的光照培养。结果表明,不同浓度NaCl溶液对气孔长度、气孔周长、气孔宽度和气孔形状指数均产生显著影响(P0.05),但其最大值均小于对照。随着Na Cl浓度的增加净光合反应速率(Pn)呈明显下降趋势,且在重度Na Cl胁迫(0.25 mol/L)下Pn同其他盐浓度处理的差异均为显著水平(P0.05)。同时,樱桃番茄叶片的蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(G_s)和细胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)随NaCl浓度的增加而降低,且与对照存在显著差异(P0.05)。另外,NaCl胁迫导致樱桃番茄叶片水平的水分利用效率(water use efficiency,WUE)降低,尤其是重度Na Cl胁迫(0.25 mol/L)的WUE比对照显著降低48%(P0.05)。此外,叶绿素含量随NaCl浓度增加先升高后降低。可见,NaCl胁迫条件下叶片通过调整单个气孔形态(气孔开度大小)和气孔分布特征(气孔密度和空间分布格局)优化气体交换效率,但其在重度盐胁迫下优化气体交换效率的能力却非常有限。研究结果可为樱桃番茄耐盐品种选育和盐碱地丰产增收提供依据。  相似文献

在100.mmol/L.NaCl胁迫下,研究了外源一氧化氮供体硝普钠(SNP)处理对番茄幼苗光合作用和离子含量的影响。结果表明,外源一氧化氮能使在NaCl胁迫下的番茄幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm显著提高,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)明显下降;番茄幼苗根系、叶片中K+、Ca2+和Mg2+含量均显著提高,Na+含量明显降低。表明外源一氧化氮可以减轻盐胁迫对番茄幼苗叶片光合功能的不利影响,缓解NaCl胁迫对番茄幼苗的抑制作用。  相似文献

以玉米品种"郑单958"为材料,研究不同浓度Ca~(2+)(0~25mmol/L)对一定浓度铅(100mg/L)胁迫下玉米幼苗光合及生理特性的影响。结果表明,重金属铅明显抑制玉米幼苗的生长,与对照相比,玉米幼苗叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性分别降低57.58%,54.33%和55.21%,可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量分别降低61.15%,92.45%和74.49%;而幼苗叶片的MDA含量和细胞膜通透性明显高于对照,较对照分别增加20.89%和32.36%。一定浓度的Ca~(2+)(10mmol/L)能显著促进玉米幼苗生物量(叶干鲜重、根干鲜重)增加,与单独铅胁迫处理相比,保护酶SOD,POD和CAT活性分别增加55.43%,36.01%和87.72%,可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量分别增加55.28%,91.68%和67.16%,MDA含量下降62.03%;外源钙还有效改善铅胁迫下玉米幼苗的光合作用,其净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)均较单独铅胁迫处理条件下明显增加。外源钙对玉米幼苗铅胁迫的缓解具有剂量效应,以10mmol/L Ca~(2+)的效果最好,增强了玉米幼苗对重金属铅的抗性。  相似文献

土壤水分胁迫对杜仲叶片光合及水分利用特征的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
通过实验研究了华北石质山区4种不同土壤水分条件下3a生杜仲苗木叶片光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔限制值(Ls)、水分利用效率(WUE)等参数的光响应过程。结果表明:(1)杜仲叶片在土壤水分轻度(W1)、中度(W2)和重度(W3)胁迫条件下的光饱和点分别比对照(CK)下降12.5%、44.8%、68.5%,晴天日光合速率最大值分别比对照(CK)下降21.5%、47%、69.7%;(2)叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)呈现随光合有效辐射(PAR)增加而上升的趋势。对比CK,Tr在W1、W2和W3条件下分别下降了17%、52%和93%;(3)Gs随着PAR的增加而逐渐上升。对比CK,Gs在W1、W2和W3条件下分别下降了22.6%、67.9%、88.7%。从无水分胁迫一直到中度水分胁迫条件下,气孔限制是影响光合作用的主要原因,而土壤水分严重胁迫条件下,当PAR小于1000μmol.m-2.s-1时,气孔限制是影响光合作用的主要原因,尔后转变为非气孔限制;(4)叶片水分利用效率(WUE)对光强的适应范围比较广,W3条件下,WUE值最高。CK、W1、W2条件下,WUE相差不大,对比W3,分别下降68.6%、69.5%、67.3%。  相似文献

本文研究了快速水分胁迫对玉米光合作用的气孔和非气孔抑制的影响.快速水分胁迫下玉米叶片渗透调节能力丧失.光合强度和气孔阻力间为显著负相关、且相同的水势阈值.轻度水分胁迫下,叶片细胞间隙CO2浓度、气孔导度和光合强度下降,叶圆片放氧能力变化很小,气孔相对限制值增加,光合强度主要受气孔因素的限制.严重水分胁迫下,叶片细胞间隙CO2浓度增加,气孔导度、气孔相对限制值、光合强度和叶圆片放氧能力下降,光合强度主要受非气孔因素的限制.  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献

Abstract

A 3-year study was carried out to investigate quality parameters in 14 tree fruit and berry species grown in southern Norway. The species were blueberry, apple, aronia, sour cherry, sweet cherry, red raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, red currant and elderberry, harvested along with wild bilberry, cloudberry and lingonberry. Significant differences between species were identified for all quality parameters. The coefficient of variation between species was lowest for pH (12.5%), dry matter (18.9%) and soluble solids (25.3%), followed by titratable acids (59.3%), total phenolics (83.8%), antioxidant capacity FRAP (85.7%) and antiradical power by the DPPH-assay (97.8%), total monomeric anthocyanins (132%) and ascorbic acid (137%). Average coefficient of variation within species were lower and ranged from 4 (pH) to 62% (ascorbic acid). Only the FRAP values were significantly affected by harvesting year with lower levels in 2004 than in 2005 and 2006. There were significant interactions between species and harvesting year for dry matter, soluble solids, pH, ascorbic acid and FRAP. The results indicate generic ranges in composition within species independent upon growing location and climate, and the composition of the tree fruits and berries is not likely to deviate from these ranges. It is concluded that desirable composition of tree fruits and berries and their products should primarily be achieved by selection among species rather than searching fors broadened variation within individual species.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

Potassium (K) fixation and release in soil are important factors in the long-term sustainability of a cropping system. Changes in K concentration and characteristics of K fixation and release in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils in the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)–rice (Oryza sativa L.) rotation were investigated using a rhizobox system. The concentrations of different forms of K in both rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils decreased with plants compared to without plants, regardless of K fertilizer application. Potassium uptake by crops mainly came from the rhizosphere soil. In the treatment without K fertilizer (–K), the main form of K supplied by the soil to the crops was 1.0 mol L?1 nitric acid (HNO3) nonextractable K, followed by nonexchangeable K, and then exchangeable K. In the treatment with K fertilizer (+K), the main K forms supplied by the soil to the crops were exchangeable K and nonexchangeable K. The amount and rate of K fixation after one cycle of the rapeseed–rice rotation was greater in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The amount and rate of K fixation of soil in the +K treatment were significantly less than in the –K treatment. The cumulative amounts of K released with 1.0 mol L?1 ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) and 1.0 mol L?1 HNO3 extraction increased with the increasing numbers of extractions, but the K-releasing power of soil by successive extraction decreased gradually and finally became almost constant. The release of K was less in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The release of K in the +K treatment was similar to that in the –K treatment in rhizosphere soil, but the K release in nonrhizosphere soil was greater with the +K than the –K treatment. Overall, the information obtained in this study will be helpful in formulating more precise K fertilizer recommendations for certain soils.  相似文献
