测定西北农林科技大学教学试验农场种猪场健康、繁殖正常的147头长白母猪的窝产活仔猪数(X)、初生窝重(Y1)、断奶窝重(Y2),分别按照窝产活仔猪数分组进行方差分析和性状间的相关回归分析。结果表明:组间差异均呈极显著(P〈0.01),初生窝重的多重比较在窝产活仔猪数为8头和9头,10头和11头,11头和12头之间差异均不显著,其余各组之间差异显著或极显著:断奶窝重在窝产活仔猪数为10、11、12头之间差异均不显著,其余各组之间差异均呈显著或极显著。对窝产活仔猪数(X)与初生窝重(Y1)、断奶窝重(Y2)进行相关分析,其相关系数均达到极显著(P〈0.01)水平。经分析得出窝产活仔猪数在10~12头之间可取得最佳经济效益。  相似文献

测定84头新关系杜洛克母猪的窝产活仔数、分娩胎次、初生窝重、21日龄窝重,分别按照窝产活仔数分组进行方差分析和性状间的相关回归分析,探讨分娩胎次对猪繁殖性状的影响。结果表明:窝产活仔数、初生窝重、21日龄窝重组间差异均呈极显著(P〈0.01),初生窝重在窝产活仔猪数为9头和10头,7、8、9头差异不显著,其余各组之间差异显著或极显著。21日龄窝重在窝产活仔数为7、8、9、10、13头之间差异均不显著。对窝产活仔数与分娩胎次、初生窝重、21日龄窝重进行相关分析,分娩胎次与21日龄窝重指标不相关,其余各组指标均达到极显著(P〈0.01)水平。综合分析表明猪窝产活仔数在10~12头可取得最佳经济效益.  相似文献

Abstract

During two different years, 1986 and 1989, 129 and 102 ewes, respectively, were used to compare the effects of level and feeding pattern of concentrate during the last eight weeks of pregnancy. The ewes were given hay to cover maintenance, with supplemental feeding for pregnancy based on different amounts of concentrate. The control groups were fed according to Swedish recommendations, totalling 20 kg of concentrate, maximum level 0.4 kg per ewe and day (20:0.4) in a two-level pattern. The experimental groups were fed 20:0.7, 24:07 or 30:1.0 with a gradually rising feeding pattern. The treatments had a significant effect on changes in the live weight of ewes during late pregnancy and early lactation, with ewes on higher feeding levels losing less weight during pregnancy and gaining less weight on pasture. Over the whole production year, the changes during different production periods levelled out the total effect. Late pregnancy feeding also had a significant effect on lamb growth, with lambs from ewes fed on the highest feeding level growing significantly better. Lambs from ewes fed on a gradually rising feeding pattern showed significantly better growth in Expt. 1 but not in Expt. 2.  相似文献

为讨论羔羊自身因素与其超排后卵母细胞数量的关系,选取6~8周龄的健康杜晋绵羊(杜泊羊(o)×晋中绵羊♀)母羔31只,进行超数排卵,手术法收集卵母细胞,统计其卵母细胞数量,分析其与全同胞羔羊数、初生重、超排时体重的相关性.结果表明:全同胞羔羊数与卵母细胞数量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),初生重与卵母细胞数量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);超排时体重与卵母细胞数量相关不显著(P>0.05).全同胞羔羊数和初生重是羔羊超排卵母细胞数量的影响因素,但仍需进一步增加羔羊数量来验证.  相似文献

选取年龄、胎次、品种基本一致的哺乳母猪20头,随机分成对照组和试验组,试验分两批进行,每批10头。在相同的环境条件下,母猪自由饮水,饲喂同一哺乳母猪料。母猪分娩后4d内,采用原场饲养制度,逐步增加哺乳母猪采食量,第5天开始,对照组采用不限量饲喂,试验组采用限量和添加哺乳母猪补充料的饲喂方式,仔猪21日龄断奶。结果显示:两组仔猪21日龄的断奶窝重、母猪断奶后再发情时间和母猪哺乳失重等差异均不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

A total of 104 sows of different parities were studied. They were fed four diets with different phosphorus (P) levels during gestation for two reproductive cycles, while the same diet was fed during lactation. The aim was to decrease the total P level in the diet during gestation and to evaluate the effect on sow performance. The gestation treatments were low P (LP-; 3.7 g P/kg feed), low P with phytase (LP+, Ronozyme P; 765 FTU/kg feed), medium P (MP; 4.5 g P/kg feed) and high P (HP; 6.0 g P/kg feed). Daily feed allowances were 2.6 kg during gestation and 9.2 kg during lactation. Number of born piglets and piglet mortality were higher (p < 0.05) in the LP treatments than in the MP and HP treatments. No difference (p > 0.05) in the numbers of live-born piglets, piglet birthweights, sow weights or piglet weight gains was found between the treatments. Phosphorus level in sow milk was the highest (p < 0.05) in the MP treatment, while no effects (p > 0.05) of treatment were found on milk Ca levels, P and Ca levels in serum of sows and piglets, nor on the analysed mineral, fat and protein contents of piglets. The estimated average requirement of P for the entire gestation period was 4.4-4.5 g/day. In conclusion, a reduction of dietary total P content during gestation did not result in negative effects on sow or piglet performance. This suggests that it should be possible to lower the dietary P content for gestating sows, compared with earlier recommendations, and thereby reduce the environmental P pollution.  相似文献

Records from 570 scanblack mink dams with 786 lactations in the period 1989–94 were used to estimate genetic parameters for body weight and weight changes during the lactation period from parturition to 6 weeks post‐partum. Direct additive effects and effects of permanent environment were estimated using restricted maximum likelihood (REML) in univariate and bivariate models.

During the first 6 weeks of lactation, the dam lost around 15% (169 g) of the body weight at parturition, the main part, 10% (112 g), during the last 2 weeks. Older dams lost more weight than yearling dams, especially during the late part of the lactation period. Dams fed ad libitum had a higher body weight during the last part of the lactation period. The litter size, the sex of the kits and the litter weight influenced weight loss of the dam, especially in the late part of the lactation period.

The heritability of the direct additive effect was intermediate to high for body weight (h2 a 0.39–0.58), but lower for weight changes (h2 a ~ 0.15–0.38). The permanent environmental effect was important for the total body weight (c2 ~ 0.23–0.30) and less important for weight changes (c2 ~ 0.13), but still significant. The repeatability for weight changes between parities was intermediate to high (r ~ 0.19–0.52).  相似文献

选取用长白×苏白杂一代的初生仔猪24窝,按母猪胎次、泌乳力、产仔数以及平均出生重相近似的原则随机分成4组,分别在四个不同的日龄开始接受相同的补饲处理,以研究不同补饲日龄对仔猪日增重的影响。补饲日龄分别是:7~9日龄(第1组),12~13日龄(第2组),16~18日龄(第3组),以及25日龄(对照组)。试验结果表明,第1组、第2组、第3组以及对照组的断奶窝重分别为70.3kg,65.5kg,60.3kg,55.3kg,相应的窝均耗料分别为12.5kg,10.7kg,9.5kg,7.4kg。经方差分析,在断奶窝重方面,第1组与第3组、第1组与对照组间的差异极显著(P<0.01);第1组、第2组、第3组与对照组间差异显著(P<0.05)。耗料方面,第1组显著高于(P<0.05)对照组,但与其它各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,仔猪补饲越早,断奶窝重越大,平均每头收入越多。  相似文献
