虚拟物流在国际配送中的应用研究

为了有效整合社会闲散的物流资源,提高企业的国际竞争力,实现高速、安全、低成本的虚拟国际配送,运用SWOT分析法论证了虚拟物流应用于国际配送的可行性,并系统的描述了虚拟国际配送中心的运作模式、业务流程、组织结构设计和运作流程,最后提出从企业和政府两个方面来构建虚拟物流应用于国际配送中的保障措施。     

生鲜农产品冷链物流效率评价研究

以我国31个省区市为研究对象,使用2012—2019年面板数据,运用三阶段DEA模型测算我国生鲜农产品冷链物流效率。结果表明:我国生鲜农产品冷链物流效率呈逐年上升趋势,大部分地区生鲜农产品冷链物流产业处于规模效率递增阶段;信息化水平、基础设施建设水平、对外开放程度,以及创新发展水平对投入指标的松弛变量产生了显著的影响;华中、华东、华北和华南地区的生鲜农产品冷链物流效率高于全国平均水平,东北、西南和西北低于全国平均水平;规模效率是制约生鲜农产品冷链物流效率提高的最主要因素。针对上述结果提出了相应的对策建议,可为国家或地方政府制定冷链物流产业发展政策提供决策依据与参考。     

Emergency Logistics

The concept of emergency logistics was proposed first in China and aboard first. The emerging background, definition , research content, theory value and application potential of emergency logistics were stated. The government harmony mechanism, mobilization-in-mass mechanism, legal safeguard mechanism and emergency passage mechanism were discussed. Realization way of emergency logistics by constituting emergency disposal organization, establishing technological platform and starting using emergency measures were put forward.     

Information Technology System of Virtual Logistics Enterprise

The conception of virtual logistics and virtual logistics enterprise are introduced,and the importance of information technology in virtual logistics organization is indicated.Then the four layer structure of the support system of virtual logistics enterprise is propaed,which are information collection technical,information share technical,information disposal technical and the theory and methods of information management.The five-layer construction of information system of virtual logistics enterprises is built.This paper can be of instructive significance to the building of the virtual logistics enterprise's information platform.     

我国粮食物流体系建设探究

粮食物流体系是粮食商品实体运动的依托和保证,也是粮食流通发展水平的重要体现。加强粮食物流体系建设是降低粮食物流成本、提高物流效率的需要,也是粮食商品流通通畅运行和进一步发展的客观要求。本文对我国粮食物流体系的建设情况进行了分析,指出了当前粮食物流体系建设中存在的主要问题,并就如何建设和完善粮食物流体系提出了具体的设想。意在对我国粮食物流的科学运作和管理水平的提高起到促进作用。     

Modeling Method and Application of Virtual Environment

The virtual environment is the important and indispensable part of virtual reality The method of modeling virtual environment is studied and discussed, based on the research of the basic theory and key technology of virtual reality. Taking the indoor virtual environment modeling as an example, the whole design object, design idea, design rules and the key technologies of indoor virtual environment modeling is dissertate systematically. The modeling objects are reusable and interactive owing to the adaptation of object-oriented and agent-oriented techonlogy. The actual scene is classified according to structure and layer so as to the scene was managed effectively and displayed more quickly. So the system had the properties of immersion, interaction and imagination at some extent.     

基于AHP-熵权法的生鲜农产品冷链物流安全评价

为提高生鲜农产品质量和优化资源配置,本文以生鲜农产品冷链物流为研究客体,构建了考虑仓储、运输、包装、配送、搬运的生鲜农产品冷链物流安全评价指标体系;并采用AHP法与熵权法相结合的综合赋权法,对综合评价指标的权重进行确定;在此基础上运用模糊物元法对生鲜农产品物流安全进行综合评价;同时选择常州某市场的4家冷链物流商为研究对象进行实证分析。结果表明,在该评价指标体系中,权重较高的评价指标排名对综合排名有重要影响,冷链物流商家应重点关注权重较高的指标并提高其相应能力。

河北省农产品冷链物流发展现状、问题与对策

在乡村振兴的战略背景下，城乡居民消费的升级对农产品冷链物流提出了更高的要求。近年来国内冷链物流市场快速增长，但冷链物流设施建设滞后，存在明显的短板，已不能适应农产品市场的流通需求。河北省农产品生产具有重要的战略地位，在对河北省农产品冷链物流建设现状进行调研总结的基础上，从规划布局、技术标准、信息化建设、创新模式和构建冷链物流体系等方面提出了推进河北省冷链物流建设的对策和建议。

新疆羊肉冷链物流发展现状及建设路径分析

羊肉易腐损、保质期短,冷链是羊肉质量安全保障的重要手段。以新疆羊肉冷链物流作为研究对象,构建了基于双质量耦合的羊肉冷链物流体系框架;基于体系框架,剖析了新疆羊肉冷链物流现状及发展的影响因素;结合新疆地区的经济结构、区域优势及冷链物流发展实际,从硬件基础设施建设、冷链技术提升、人才建设、运营组织化提升等多维度提出了羊肉冷链物流的建设路径,为新疆冷链物流的发展提供借鉴。     

中国蔬菜物流体系的现状与发展

研究蔬菜物流体系对于增加菜农收入和丰富居民菜篮子具有深远意义。中国现代化的蔬菜物流体系建设起步晚,又无相关成功经验可以借鉴,虽然得到政府和市场层面的重视,但是近些年来的成功探索尚不多见。在总结中国蔬菜物流体系现状的基础上,分析了目前中国蔬菜物流体系存在的5个典型问题,并针对问题提出了建议和具体措施

基于因子聚类分析的区域农产品物流能力评价——以河北省为例

本文应用因子分析和聚类分析法,结合统计数据,以河北省11市的统计数据为样本数据,通过SPSS16.0软件对电子商务环境下区域农产品物流能力进行实证研究,得出了各市的农产品物流能力得分排名,并依此进行了聚类分析,提出了河北省农产品物流中心规划建议。结果表明,在分析区域农产品物流能力过程中运用因子聚类分析法,所得结论客观、可信、较有说服力,为区域物流规划提供了重要参考和依据。该方法对其他区域物流规划也有较好的借鉴作用。     

相变储能在冷链物流中的应用与研究进展

本文主要研究储能技术在冷链物流中的应用进展,探讨仍需解决的问题。对比分析了有机、无机和复合相变材料的优缺点,介绍了相变材料在流化冰预冷技术和温度调节包装中的应用,综述了蓄冷板与传统运输模式结合的蓄冷式冷藏装备的应用进展。相变储能技术的节能减排特性使得其在冷链物流中得到了广泛的应用。相变材料性能的提升、蓄冷包装结构的完善、蓄冷式冷藏车温度场的精确模拟等是今后蓄冷技术在冷链物流中应用的研究重点。     

Analysis of Third Party Logistics Integrated Profits

As specializing third party logistics, logistics companies do not participate in the goods' dealing. They get profits from serving customs. However ,they hunt for not only general profits, but integrated profits. This article analyses the source, character and allotment of integrated profits from the point of view of economics. At last, the article points out that the logistics companies should progress to logistics integrated logistics providers.     

Simulation for Logistics in Steel-making Process of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation

To solve potential scheduling problems in production after renewal of continuous casting process in Vanadium-extracting and Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation (PISCO), how to model and simulate logistics system in steel-making processhas been discussed. A series of simulatingtests for logistics system in steel-making processhave been conducted based on inputs of presentsteel-making processof PISCO. In the tests, cases of regular schedule case and cases with repairing converter have also been regarded as essential simulation condition. It has been shown that three casters can not start at same time in order to ensure continuous hot metal supply for casters when three kinds of steel are made. It has also been shown that the simulation system for logistics system in steel-making processis valid and can be used for simulating logisticsin upcoming 100% continuous casting process of PISCO. The better schedule scheme of production and reasonable match of converter-caster in time and capacity can be achieved with the help of using simulation approach.
