This paper discusses the idea and design procedures of applying the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to throttle actuator of automobile engine of AMT. It is presented that the structure of electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator, the composition of the control system, the control algorithms and the experiment results of the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The experiment results and the application show that applying fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to the electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator can ensure the fast response, the stability and the higher control precision and meet the requirements of the actual application.  相似文献

Based on the control mode and characteristics of engine of vehicle equipped with AMT, the control goals of engine revolution speed of starting control and shift control were proposed. Automatic control of engine revolution speed was implemented through equipping a electronic throttle in terms of mechanic throttle. Fuzzy controller of engine revolution speed was developed and implemented in the AMT control system. Good performance of the electronic throttle was shown by the rig test data. The control requirements of engine revolution speed were satisfied well by the fuzzy controller.  相似文献

The system efficiency of ISG (integrated starter/generator)type medium hybrid electric vehicle (HEV)is optimized by combining transient and global optimization method under given driving mode,and energy management strategy of the hybrid system is optimized to reach the highest hybrid system efficiency. In order to avoid dynamic fuel increasing caused by engine throttle mutation during driving mode shifting or acceleration,closed-loop control of inertia moment of engine and compensation control of motor torque are adopted to coordinate the medium hybrid system to suppress over fuel injection of the ICE caused by engine throttle mutation. Model of medium hybrid electric vehicle is built and simulation is carried out. The results show that the throttle coordinated control can improve fuel economy,under the condition of guaranteed dynamic performance.  相似文献

A method which is used for calculating steady vibration response of shipping propulsion shafting connecting with a coupling with nonlinear hysteresis characteristics are studied. On condition that the nonlinear dynamic stiffness and hysteresis damping of the coupling be considered, on the basis of GLM(Galerki Levenberg Marquard) method, a method called SSGILM(Separate System Galerkin and Improved Levenberg-Marquardt)to be used for calculating steady vibration response of propulsion shafting with local nonlinear dynamic stiffness and hysteresis damping, is proposed. A simple example is given out and the analyses show that it is effective to calculate steady vibration response of the shafting with local nonlinear dynamic stiffness and hysteresis damping by SSGILM method. From initial response values given arbitrarily, the automatic search algorithm in SSGILM method can converge the given initial response values to the response values accorded with required accuracy quickly; nonlinear dynamic stiffness and hysteresis damping of the coupling have different effect on vibration response of the shafting at different range of frequency. At the area of close nature frequency of the shafting ,displacement amplitude of the shafting is bigger. Beyond the range, the characteristics of the coupling have restraint effect on vibration of the shafting.  相似文献

采用电子鼻和电子舌,通过主成分分析(Principal component analysis,PCA)、线性判别分析(Linear discriminant analysis,LDA)对不同规格番茄酱的风味品质进行检测区分,定量辨别不同规格番茄酱之间的风味差异。结果表明,不同规格番茄酱嗅觉、味觉指标丰富,热破番茄酱在短链烷烃类、醇醛醚酮等类和芳香成分、有机硫化物类物质成分上高于冷破番茄酱;味觉差异主要表现在酸味、苦味、咸味和鲜味指标上,冷破番茄酱酸味、咸味强于热破番茄酱,热破番茄酱苦味和鲜味均高于冷破番茄酱。  相似文献

Aiming to solve the problem of nonlinear uncertainties LuGre dynamic friction and non-symmetric dead zone in the robot,this paper presents a sliding mode robust robot control algorithm,compensates for the uncertainties of robot manipulator respectively LuGre dynamic friction with fuzzy radial base function (RBF)neural network and asymmetrical dead zone with fuzzy logic,trains parameters of nonlinear dynamic friction and asymmetrical dead zone real-timely and adaptively,to achieve an accurate reproduction of the actual robot system,and proves the Lyapunov stability of the algorithm. The simulation of a two-degree-of-freedom robot manipulator proves that the algorithm improves the trajectory tracking accuracy,the control torque stability and friction torque stability of the robot. Meanwhile,it is found that control moment pulse compensation error,rhombus attractor in the kinetic properties of the friction model of robot manipulator,and lacking of dead zone compensation cause nonlinear kinetic phenomena,such as limit cycle oscillation of control system. And the estimation of ε in the dead zone inverse model plays a decisive role in the accuracy of the system.  相似文献

The system can adjudge active power and inactive power of water turbine according to the requirement. The operators in active-control level give the value of active power and inactive power for water turbine by computer workstation. PLC of LCU run the power control procedure by net communication in order to realize power adjust. The power adjust of water turbine mainly by speed control system and magnetization system. The 2-D Fuzzy PID Control Model is proposed in order to carry out power adjust of water turbine . In this new method the parameter of PID can self-neaten on line according to power deviation and power deviation rate. By means of this procedure the machine unit can obtain given power value rapidly, exactly and stably. It can make the power adjust of monitor and control system obtain good control characteristic and robust, and it is benefit to extend the work life of machine unit.  相似文献

The construction and function of high temperature melt viscosity test instrument are introduced in this paper. And the character of temperature control system is given. In order to improve dynamic and static performance of the temperature control system, a new method is proposed which combines threshold control with adaptive fuzzy PID control. While the current temperature of the heating furnace is much lower than the given temperature, threshold control works in order to protect system and improve dynamic performance. When the current temperature is close to the given value, adaptive fuzzy PID control works to improve static performance. At last, simulation and experiment results validate the proposed control method.  相似文献

Base finite element solution for the calculations of flux and torque of Switched Reluctance Motor, the state equation of SRM is thus educed. In addition, according to the fact that it is difficult to attain the ideal effect with the regulatory linear control method because of the double salient pole SRM structure of stator and rotor, fuzzy control is proposed and used in the sliding mode control to form a intelligent sliding mode control. We emphasize the introduction of the design method of the intelligent sliding mode control and present the control diagram. 在农作物金银花干燥期间,为了满足干燥热风的温度和风速的稳定性要求,针对热风炉出风口热风温度与设定的温度值滞后和稳定性差等问题,设计了一套以单片机STM32作为核心处理器和模糊自适PID算法作为参数控制器的控制系统,实现模糊自适PID算法对参数进行调整。利用Matlab语言建立模型,对整套控制系统进行仿真分析。结果表明:出风口热风温度的稳定性能达到95%以上,该研究方法提高控制系统的性能,有利于农作物干燥的质量和效率。  相似文献

In the intelligent control system with microprocessor controlling, the development of embedded software requires some simple and practical intelligent control algorithms. The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. 对粮食或食品进行烘干处理有利于运输、储存与后续加工,而在干燥过程中对温度的控制非常重要。为对比不同算法在温度控制方面的差异,使用西门子S7-200 SMART可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable logic controller,PLC)进行程序设计,并采用昆仑通态触摸屏实现人机交互。同时,为达到提高温度控制精度的目的,通过对传统比例-积分-微分(Proportion-integral-derivative,PID)控制算法与模糊控制算法进行改进,设计了模糊PID复合控制算法和模糊PID切换控制算法。采用梯形图语言对上述4种控制算法进行编程,并进行PLC控制烘干箱的试验验证。结果表明,新设计的模糊PID复合控制算法和模糊PID切换控制算法均在一定程度上反映了其结合要素各自的优点,能有效克服传统PID控制算法动态特性差和模糊控制算法稳态特性差的缺点。当温度由30 ℃升至设定温度72 ℃时,与模糊PID切换控制算法相比,模糊PID复合控制算法能将调节时间缩短6 s,且稳态误差减小0.1 ℃。  相似文献

Aiming at the control of electronic stability control system(ESC)which can enhance the handling stability in limited condition,the hierarchical control structure control strategy of ESC including main loop and servo loop is proposed. The first order sliding mode control is used in the main loop and the sliding mode plane and control law are designed. The output of main loop is the accessional yaw moment. The nine points with five states control which can approximately simulate human thinking is used in the servo loop. The brake pressure is controlled by the servo loop aiming at the desired slip rate and the accessional yaw moment is generated by brake force. The driver in the loop simulation bench is designed and the online test of the control strategy is carried on. The test results indicate that the handling stability and active safety are enhanced remarkably by the ESC control strategy in the drive condition of low adhesion road and driver handling vehicles immoderately,and the testing facticity and the pertinency of developed control strategy are improved by the driver in the loop simulation.  相似文献

Carburization is a complex manufacturing process with serious disturbance and time delay,which is multi-variable and uncertain.It is difficult to set up an exact mathematic model.Moreover,by means of conventional control methods and experience,satisfying control result can't be obtained.In this paper,according to the characteristic of controlled-object,Fuzzy control method has been chosen to design a Fuzzy-PI controller and a mixed-PID Fuzzy controller.The result of simulation shows that the robust performance and control result of the new Fuzzy controllers is better than the conventional PID controller.The overshoot is smaller.It is helpful to improve the quality of carburizing workpieces.  相似文献
