试验旨在研究微酸性电解水消毒对肉鸡舍内微粒和微生物浓度的影响。选择2栋肉鸡舍,一栋作为对照组,不进行电解水消毒,另一栋作为试验组,分别使用有效氯浓度为30 mg/L和50 mg/L的微酸性电解水对鸡舍进行消毒;之后进一步对试验鸡舍内使用2种浓度的电解水消毒,并对其消毒前后的舍内微粒和微生物的变化进行测定。结果表明:2种浓度电解水消毒的试验舍其微粒浓度均显著低于对照舍(P0.05);试验舍内微粒浓度在采用2种浓度电解水消毒后均显著低于消毒前(P0.05);50 mg/L有效氯浓度的电解水消毒后舍内微生物浓度显著低于30 mg/L有效氯浓度的电解水消毒后(P0.05),30 mg/L和50 mg/L有效氯浓度的杀菌率分别为35.21%和50.36%。因此,微酸性电解水消毒可以有效降低肉鸡舍微粒和微生物的浓度,并且50 mg/L有效氯浓度比30 mg/L有效氯浓度的杀菌效果更好。 相似文献

本试验研究饮用微酸性电解水对罗斯308肉鸡生长性能和行为的影响,旨在为微酸性电解水在肉鸡养殖中的应用提供参考。选择体重相近、健康的10日龄罗斯308肉鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饮用常规饮用水,试验组分别饮用余氯为0.3、0.5、0.7、1.0 mg/L的微酸性电解水,试验期21 d。结果表明:10~30日龄,0.7、1.0 mg/L电解水组的饮水量比对照组增加了9.27%和7.67%(P<0.05),0.7、1.0 mg/L电解水组的平均日采食量较对照组均有增加(P>0.05),0.7 mg/L电解水组平均日增重比对照组降低了11.99%(P<0.05),0.5 mg/L电解水组的耗料增重比比对照组降低了12.29%(P<0.05),0.5 mg/L电解水组死淘率最低;试验组的站立、采食、饮水频率均高于对照组,0.5 mg/L电解水组的振翅行为最低。综上,饮用微酸性电解水对肉鸡的生长性能以及行为有积极的影响。 相似文献

微酸性电生功能水在奶牛场的消毒效果研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
微酸性电生功能水(Slightly Acidic Electrolyzed Functional Water,SAEFW)是在无隔膜电解槽内将一定比例的低浓度氯化钠和稀盐酸电解生成。其pH介于4.5-6.5之间,有效氯以HClO形态存在,杀菌力强,作用后可迅速分解且无化学污染。本研究在自行设计的微酸性电生功能水装置的基础上,对SAEFW在奶牛场奶牛乳头药浴、挤奶杯、人员和毛巾等环节消毒效果进行了研究。结果表明,随着有效氯浓度的增加,SAEFW杀菌率逐渐提高,当有效氯为40mg/L时,杀菌率达到91.21%,与乳浴常用消毒剂“滴宝”的杀菌率91.97%相当;结果还表明奶牛乳房药浴必须有一定的停留时间。用低浓度有效氯20mg/L的SAEFW直接冲洗乳房皮肤,除菌率达93.59%,不低于用有效氯40mg/L的SAEFW和“滴宝”浸泡药浴效果,且综合了清水冲洗和乳房药浴两个步骤,简化了生产程序。SAEFW在挤奶杯、污染毛巾和挤奶员手消毒方面均有明显效果,优于相同有效氯的NaClO的杀菌率。SAEFW杀菌作用受有机物等环境因素影响,连续乳房药浴和挤奶杯消毒最好制备有效氯浓度稍高的SAEFW,或在事先充分清洗基础上再行消毒。本试验结果为SAEFW在奶牛场的消毒应用提供了一定的参考。 相似文献

犬病防治一直是警犬工作的一个重要内容,直接关系到警犬的繁殖、训练和使用.近几年某警犬基地犬大量死亡情况时有发生,临床症状多种多样,死亡年龄大多在出生后2月龄以内,虽然在饲养管理、饲养方式和疾病防治上都采取了多种措施,但效果都不明显.笔者根据以往临床资料和临诊报告,对该基地警犬近几年的死亡情况进行了调查分析.结果表明,从2005年-2008年2月以来,死亡警犬共337头,死亡年龄主要集中在1月龄到2月龄的仔犬,不同年份死亡数量为:2005年59头,2006年73头,2007年165头,2008年仅2月份之前达36头;死亡类别可分为初生死胎114头,先天发育不良死亡47头,因病死亡153头,死因不明23头;引起死亡的主要疾病为犬细小病毒感染性疾病. 相似文献

Some pharmacokinetic parameters of selamectin were determined in male (n = 5) and female (n = 5) Beagle dogs following a topical application at a dose rate of 6 mg/kg. The plasma concentration versus time data for the drug were analysed using a one-compartment model. The maximum plasma concentrations of 12.72 +/- 5.13 ng/ml for males and 22.65 +/- 11.95 ng/ml for females occurred around 5 days after administration. The area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) was 192.08 +/- 63.85 ng.day/ml for males and 370.97 +/- 146.87 ng.day/ml for females. The mean residence time was the same in males and females (12.55 days). This study reveals a sex-influence on the disposition of selamectin in the plasma of dogs, which implies that further information will be needed for correlation with efficacy studies in dogs. 相似文献

This study evaluated the virucidal efficacy of acidic electrolyzed water (AEW) against African swine fever virus (ASFV) and avian influenza virus (AIV), according to the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (APQA) guidelines for efficacy testing of veterinary disinfectants. AEW (pH 5.0–6.5) was prepared using a commercially available “Electrolyzed Water Generator” with a free chlorine concentration (FCC) of 5–140 ppm, and its efficiency in reducing the titer of ASFV and AIV was tested in a suspension under low- and high-level organic soiling. Under low-level organic soiling conditions, AEW with FCC ≥40 ppm was effective against ASFV; under high-level organic soiling conditions, AEW with FCC ≥80 ppm was effective against ASFV. Under low-level organic soiling conditions, AEW with FCC ≥60 ppm was effective against AIV; under high-level organic soiling conditions, AEW with FCC ≥100 ppm was effective against AIV. The virucidal effect of AEW seemed dependent on the FCC and the presence of organic soiling. Based on these data, we recommend the following minimum FCCs in AEW treatment for routine disinfection in veterinary field under low- and high-level organic soiling conditions: for ASFV, 50 ppm and 100 ppm; and for AIV, 75 ppm and 125 ppm, respectively. In conclusion, the virucidal effects of AEW against ASFV and AIV emphasize its potential utility as a disinfectant, and we suggest considering organic soiling conditions while using AEW for implementing effective control measures for field applications. 相似文献

The difference of blood biochemical indicators between dogs in plateau and in plain was compared in this experiment, which would provide the basic data for understanding the plateau environment adaptability of the dogs. We collected blood samples of Kunming dogs and Malinois in plateau and plain areas, respectively.And 4 blood indicators including superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were tested. The results showed that compared with the Kunming dogs in plateau and plain, the difference of SOD and GSH-Px was significant (P< 0.05),the difference of LDH was extremely significant (P< 0.01), and the difference of CK was not significant (P> 0.05). Compared with the Malinoises in plateau and plain, the difference of SOD and LDH was significant (P< 0.05), the difference of GSH-Px was extremely significant (P< 0.01), and the difference of CK was not significant (P> 0.05). Compared with the Kunming dogs and Malinoises in plateau,the difference of GSH-Px and LDH was extremely significant (P< 0.01), the difference of CK and SOD was not significant (P> 0.05). It indicated that the Kunming dog had an altitude acclimatization, which provided a new idea for establishment of the animal model of plateau disease, and was more suitable for the working dog. 相似文献
