The accurate calculation of the deformation capacity of structures is very important to performance-based seismic design, which satisfies the explicit deformation demands. The method to evaluate drift capacity of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) confined reinforced concrete circular columns under simulated seismic loading is focused. Firstly, the moment-curvature relationship of FRP confined sections of reinforced concrete (RC) circular columns is simulated by numerical analysis. It is found that the calculated ultimate curvature is significantly less than the test result, and the difference is controlled by the axial load ratio of the tested columns. According to the numerical and the test results, an equation is proposed to modify the calculated ultimate curvature. Based on this, the drift capacity can be predicted with the equivalent plastic hinge method. The calculated result agrees well with the test result when FRP amount is low, but it is significantly larger when FRP amount increases. Finally, the main parameters exerting influences on the drift capacity of the FRP-confined RC circular column are analyzed.  相似文献

为研究箍筋约束再生混凝土的单轴受压应力应变全曲线,对9个直径为500 mm、高度为1 500 mm的再生混凝土圆形柱进行试验,采用20 000 kN伺服液压试验机进行位移控制加载。试验参数主要为纵筋率、箍筋间距与直径、加载应变速率。试验结果表明,箍筋间距、配箍率对试件延性影响较大。当加载应变速率由0.000 003/s增大到0.003 3/s时,试件的峰值应力增大1.14倍。分析表明,再生混凝土应力应变全曲线与普通混凝土类似,但下降段较普通混凝土陡峭,脆性更为明显。  相似文献

Based on the test of high strength concrete (HSC)short columns confined with stirrups 8 under axial loads and 6 under small eccentric loads, the influence of stirrups confinement on stressstrain relationship and related parameter under monoaxial compression are studied, and the effect of the type of stirrups, stirrup ratio, etc. on the HSC columns ductility is analysed. Besides, the strength and deformation behavior of HCS columns under small eccentric compression are explored.Based on the experimental study, the complete stress-strain curves of confined HSC and the formula for calculating the related parameter are presented in this paper.  相似文献

Based on experimentthatal results,we conclude that confinement in regional confined concrete(RCC) columns is more efficient than that in normal confined concrete(NCC) columns.As loads increase,NCC column sections tend to become round;the corner concrete in the core area may break;and,the strains of external stirrups tend to drop slightly after the peak load.RCC columns,however,remained thoroughly rectangular and the stirrup strain increased steadily.The failure mode of RCC columns was totally different from that of NCC columns.While NCC columns tended to fail in shear,followed b a rapid drop in load carrying capacity,the RCC columns developed gaps in their midsections and the columns separated into several slender columns.After a long deformation period,the RCC columns retained approximately 40% of their load carrying capacity.It can be expected that this characteristic may benefit the anti-seismic capacity of structures.  相似文献

Aiming at confined concrete with stirrups and carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) respectively, the major influence factors of mechanical behavior of confined concrete under axial compression were studied based on reported experimental data. The equations for calculating the peak stress, peak strain and ultimate strain were proposed respectively for confined concrete with stirrups and CFRP. Contrastive analysis shows that the behavior of confined concrete with stirrups is better than confined concrete with CFRP in low characteristic value, whereas the conclusion is contrary in high characteristic value.  相似文献

采用简化的纤维增强混凝土应力应变关系,根据截面变形的平截面假定和截面力的平衡方程,推导出塑性铰区采用纤维增强混凝土柱在不同极限状态时的曲率。根据各极限状态点曲率,求得截面上各分布力,对截面形心轴取距,到塑性铰区采用FRC柱的开裂、屈服、峰值和极限点的弯矩表达式。与试验结果对比表明,计算值与试验值吻合较好。  相似文献

钢管混凝土FRP混凝土(SCFC)组合柱是新近提出的一种新型组合柱形式。提出考虑外钢管与FRP的双重约束效果,采用双剪统一理论分析了SCFC组合柱外钢管、外层混凝土、FRP管以及内层混凝土的应力状态,根据静力平衡条件得到了SCFC组合柱的轴压承载力计算公式,其与试验结果能够较好吻合。分析了含钢率、FRP与钢的相对配置率、FRP径厚比以及FRP管直径对轴压承载力提高系数的影响,结果表明:随着含钢率的增加、FRP与钢的相对配置率的提高以及FRP径厚比的减小,SCFC组合柱轴压承载力提高系数都有一定程度提高;内FRP管直径与外钢管边长之比在0.65~0.75之间时,轴压承载力增益效果较好。  相似文献

Considered strength classes of concrete, ratio of structural steel to concrete, ratio of steel tube to concrete and eccentricity ratio of load, 6 test specimens of steel tubular columns filled with structural and concrete are designed. The damage phenomena of specimens are described in detail and the failure mechanism is analyzed. The results show the initial failure of the specimens are began from the yield of steel tube, the ultimate failure are ended from the buckling of steel tube caused by the expansion of core concrete. Due to the existence of structural steel, the ductility of specimens is superior to steel tubular columns. Before the yield of steel tube, the plane cross-section assumption of specimens can be put into use. The ultimate bearing capacity of specimens is increased with the increase of strength classes of concrete, ratio of structural steel to concrete and ratio of steel tube to concrete. But the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility are decreased with the increase of eccentricity ratio.  相似文献

为完善圆钢管混凝土轴压长柱极限承载力的计算理论,对比分析了中国国家标准GB 50936-2014和CECS 28:2012中轴压短柱极限承载力的N0计算公式,并把GB 50936-2014中基于套箍系数的N0计算公式改写成统一的形式,提出了基于正则长细比的轴压长柱的稳定系数计算式,并通过36个试件的对比,对计算式的精度和适用范围进行了分析。研究表明,现行国标GB 50936-2014中基于套箍系数的N0计算公式更为精确,基于N0计算公式和本文的稳定系数,可以计算得到更为精确的轴压长柱的极限承载力。  相似文献

桩-岩(土)接触面力学特性的研究是桩基承载机理研究的基础。通过红层泥岩桩岩接触面大型直剪试验,研究了红层泥岩桩岩接触面的力学特性,结果表明:接触面剪应力先随剪切位移增大而增大,在达到峰值后,剪应力随着剪切位移增大而降低,并最终趋于稳定值,应力应变曲线呈现出应变软化的特征。根据剪切试验结果,推导出桩岩接触面应变软化本构方程。利用fish语言对FLAC3D中自带的理想弹塑性接触单元进行二次开发,并应用开发的模型对桩岩接触面直剪试验进行了数值模拟,分析剪应力与剪切位移之间的关系,证明了该本构能够较好地模拟接触面间的应变软化特性。  相似文献

The mechanical behaviors of the interface between coarse-grained soil and concrete are investigated by simple shear tests under conditions of cemented soil slurry (clay mixed with cement grout). The results show that the relation curve between shear stress and shear strain appears stress-strain softening and shear dilatation is significant. The point of peak strength and the position when the shear dilatation occurs are related to normal stress. In addition, shear dilatation occurs before the shear stress reaches peak value. In shear failure state, with the same height, the shear displacement increases as the normal stress increases. While with the same normal stress and at the same height, the shear displacement increases as the concrete content increases. A particle flow model of simple shear test between interface between coarse-grained soil and concrete is constructed by PFC (particle flow code). The disturbed height of the sample and the main influence factors are determined by analyzing the laws of particle motion at different heights inside the sample. The PFC results show disturbed height of the sample is related to maximum particle diameter of the soil, normal stress and roughness of the interface (with or without slurry) etc. In terms of the coarse-grained soil, the shear displacement is significant in the area which is close to the interface and about 3-4 times of the maximum particle diameter, and informed the obvious shear band. Further, the thickness of the interface can be regarded as the value.  相似文献

In order to study the mechanical properties and structural properties of soft dredger fill under lateral deformation. Based on true triaxial and WF stress path apparatus, lateral unloading undrained tests were carried out. The results derived from true triaxial test, WF stress path test and routine triaxial shear test were analyzed. The contrastive conclusions are as follows: The stress-strain curve of true triaxial unloading test shows a softening behavior, which is different from the hardening behavior for that of conventional triaxial shear test. With the increase of initial confined pressure, the dilatancy of soil transfers from shrinkage to expansion. The structural yield stress of the unloading soil with true triaxial test method is dramatically larger than that with the latter two tests due to the effect of intermediate principal, which exhibits a nonlinear growth as the coefficient of intermediate principal bd stress jumps. The shear strength indexes of unloading soil with true triaxial test is larger than that with WF stress path test. Compared with the results of routine triaxial test, the internal friction angle of true triaxial test is bigger while the cohesion is smaller.  相似文献

火灾下无防火保护的结构构件温度会迅速上升,从而造成钢材和混凝土的强度明显下降。为了研究火灾下钢管约束型钢混凝土柱的受力性能,考虑火灾下钢管约束型钢混凝土柱的不均匀温度分布及温度对材料力学性能的影响,提出了火灾下受轴心荷载作用的钢管约束型钢混凝土柱承载力的计算方法。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对提出的计算方法进行了验证,结果吻合较好。进而采用该计算方法对影响高温下承载力的参数进行了分析,研究表明:随着构件截面尺寸的增加以及混凝土强度和钢材强度的提高,构件的承载力逐渐增加,而钢管壁厚的改变对承载力并无太大影响。利用有限元软件ABAQUS分析了荷载比、构件尺寸、钢管壁厚等因素对构件耐火极限的影响,发现耐火极限随着荷载比和钢管壁厚的增加而减小,随着构件尺寸的增加而增大。  相似文献

为研究焊接加固热作用及不同初始负载对工字形压弯钢柱承载性能的影响,基于考虑热影响的热结构耦合分析方法进行了热源模型热输入改进,并考虑初始几何缺陷、初始残余应力及摩擦等,完成了不同负载下焊接加固的3个工字形压弯钢柱的模拟分析。研究了焊接位移时程、腹板应力应变重分布及荷载位移关系,通过有限元分析与相应试验结果对比验证,进而获得了试验无法获得的焊接温度场、翼缘与加固板间的焊接应力应变重分布以及翼缘边缘屈服承载力等结果,并将承载力结果与规范计算结果对比,考察了现有设计方法。结果表明,焊接顺序决定焊接变形的发展过程,焊接热输入和初始负载共同决定持载焊接的位移变化范围和焊接残余变形的大小;初始负载越大,应力应变重分布往偏心受力方向发展更多,承载力越低,而初始残余应力不影响极限承载力;采用考虑热影响的有限元方法具有一定可行性和总体安全性,规范设计方法仍有可提升空间。  相似文献

为了探究再生混凝土结构的耐久性能,对5组不同钢筋锈蚀率(0~9%)的再生混凝土梁式试件进行加载试验。分析不同钢筋锈蚀率对再生混凝土梁式试件的钢筋应变、局部粘结应力、粘结滑移和极限粘结应力的影响。结果表明:钢筋锈蚀率大于3%时试件底部开始有细微锈胀裂缝出现;锈蚀率越大,荷载作用下钢筋应变沿锚固位置的变化曲线越平缓;局部粘结应力沿锚固段呈现出双峰分布,峰值主要集中在加载端和自由端附近;加载端附近位置滑移现象最先发生,远离加载端滑移现象延后;随着钢筋锈蚀率的增大,极限粘结强度先增加后降低,极限荷载下的滑移值增大。  相似文献

In order to make fire resistance design of high strength steel columns in building structures, the numerical calculation method on load bearing capacity of high strength steel columns at elevated temperature was investigated. By taking the mechanical property of high strength steel at elevated temperature into consideration, extension was made on the inverse calculation segment length method and the program to compute the load bearing capacity of high strength steel columns at elevated temperature was performed. The program was adopted to compute the load bearing capacity. The results obtained by the program and the finite element analysis were compared and good agreement had been found. The influence of magnitude, distribution mode of residual stress and initial geometry imperfection on ultimate load bearing capacity was analyzed by employing the program. It is shown that the extended method can be is shown used to calculate the load bearing capacity of high strength steel columns at elevated temperature; the magnitude and distribution mode of residual stress had little influence but the geometry imperfection have significant influence on ultimate load bearing capacity.  相似文献

Through the comparative tests of prestressed and non-prestressed brick-walls un-der the repeated lateral loading,the effect of the prestress-force to the strain distribution in the non-prestressed bars of the structural columns has been investigated.This effect is beneficial:the pre-stress-force will reduce the value of strain in the bars of the lower part in the columns and uniformize the strain distribution along the whole height of the columns.Furthermore,instead of a strainreduction,the strain of prestressed be will increase along with the increasing of the lateral load.Thus,the coefficient of prestress-force-increase could be calculated in the tWo stages of the crack-resistance and ultimate bearing capacity.As a result,both the prestressed and non-prestressed barsare able to give the potential of their bearing capacity a full play,and improve the earthquake-resis-tant property.  相似文献

表层嵌贴预应力FRP板条加固钢筋混凝土结构技术可充分发挥FRP材料强度,且不需设置永久锚具,具有较大的潜力。以试验得到的嵌贴FRP混凝土粘结滑移关系为基础,建立了嵌贴预应力CFRP板条与混凝土的粘结应力微分方程,并根据边界条件推导了方程的解析解,得到了嵌贴预应力CFRP板条放张后界面粘结应力、CFRP拉伸应力的分析模型。与试验结果的比较表明,该模型得出的界面粘结应力及CFRP拉伸应力与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,考虑放张后CFRP混凝土界面不出现剥离的条件,分析了粘结界面能抵抗的最大容许预应力。  相似文献

The mechnical characteristics of concrete is sensitive to the strain rate and it is crucial to consider the effect of load rates on the behavior of reinforced concrete (RC) structures subjected to dynamic loads such as severe earthquakes. In this study, numerical simulations on the dynamic behavior of typical RC column specimens under dynamic loadings with different load rates were performed. Concrete constitutive model considering the strain rate effects proposed by the CEB code was employed with a fiber model to characterize the nonlinear strain rate dependent behavior of RC columns. The developed dynamic fiber element model was validated by comparing the simulated results of four RC column specimens with the fast loading test results. Results show that the developed fiber element model can predict the behavior of RC columns with acceptable accuracy. After valiating the proposed fiber elemen model considering the strain rate effect, the load carrying capacity of different RC columns with various longitudinal reinforcement ratios and volumetric stirrup ratios were simulated. Results show that the trends of the influences of longitudinal reinforcement ratios and volumetric stirrup ratios on the load carrying capacity of the RC columns under dynamic loadings are different.  相似文献
