A comparative study is addressed between China GBL and some typical foreign Green Building Assessments, including BREEAM, LEED and CASBEE, focusing on the contents, weight system and requirement for Land Use. Through comparison, it has been found that site selection, land utilization, ecology environment are the main components of Land Use (hereafter referred to as LU). The land utilization occupied the most scores than the summation of other factor in LEED, The ecology environment occupied the most scores than the summation of other factor in CASBEE, and still the land utilization and ecology environment occupied the most scores in BREEAM and China GBL. Meanwhile, also found several common indicators being paid attentions in all GABSs. Besides, China GBL is characterized with its large amount of prerequisites than the other GBASs, and the requirements on Land Use category becomes stricter responding to higher green building labels.  相似文献

绿色建筑的实施效果依赖于设计人员对相关评价标准的理解和执行,通过对2014版《绿色建筑评价标准》的编制特点进行分析,研究其在建筑设计阶段涉及到的87项评价条款,根据不同专业及技术措施对其分类统计,计算出不同专业及技术措施的得分情况,根据这些数据分析绿色建筑设计工作的特点及侧重方向,结合建筑设计阶段8个设计专业的100余项申报文件在不同设计阶段的分布情况,总结出绿色建筑设计过程中设计人员在不同设计阶段的设计任务及工作重点,提出绿色建筑的设计对策。  相似文献

With the advent of the post-industrial era, a large number of idle old industrial buildings have been produced in the city. How to deal with idle old industrial buildings has become a reality. Taking the transformation of the factory building of Chang'an Machinery Plant in Xichang for example, the paper analyzed the recycling strategy of old industrial buildings from the basic conditions and transformation contents of the project, re-constructed the new connotation of the building, so as to exert the use value of the old industrial buildings, with a view to providing a reference for the organic renewal and sustainable development of the city.  相似文献

有机产业链的完整性是制约有机产业发展的关键因素。目前,中国国内关于产业链完整性特别是有机产业链完整性研究几乎空白,缺乏统一、有效的评价指标体系。笔者运用层次分析法构建了包括3个层次15项指标的区域有机产业链完整性评价指标体系,确定了评价指标权重的同时给出了相应指标的评价标准,使评价体系在区域有机产业链完整性评价中具有可操作性。通过万载县有机示范区的产业链完整性进行评价,综合分数为81.19分,得出其有机产业链比较完整。但在内部互补水平上略有欠缺,尤其是有机农业生产资料自给水平方面较低。  相似文献

Whether the intention of green building design can be realized in buildings needs to be verified in practice.This study firstly investigates the basic climate conditions including the monthly average temperatures,humidity,wind directions,and wind speeds in Sydney,Australia,based on which it introduces some passive design features such as natural ventilation,thermal mass,natural lighting and shading control of an educational and office building in the University of New South Wales.Then,it reviews some problems identified from the post-occupancy stage of the building and discusses the strategies to solve the problems.Finally,it suggests that to implement the design intentions and ensure the expected performance of green buildings,attentions should be paid to supervise and direct implementation of the green design strategies and techniques in the whole process(from preliminary design,working drawing design,construction,to the occupancy stage) of building practice.  相似文献

In this paper,first,three assessment systems for green building,namely the LEED(USA) and GOBAS(China) are compared with CASBEE(Japan) in respect of central concepts,mark of evaluation and result of assessment.It is expected that this research of assessment systems could be helpful to designers of architecture in different specialties.Secondly,in this paper these three assessment systems are analyzed from the position of design work.In the end,it is pointed out that to compile a design-oriented handbook for green building design is the new domain of the assessment system for green building.  相似文献

The heating and air conditioning energy consumption of residential buildings is influenced by the behavior of indoor living personnel.On the basis of research and analysis,two kinds of calculation modes reflecting the behavior of indoor living personnel are estimated.Under two kinds of different calculation modes,by using the building thermal environment simulation Toolkit DeST to simulate the energy consumption calculation for certain residential building in Shanghai,and the simulation results are compared with the research results.The influence of calculation mode on heating and air conditioning energy consumption of residential buildings in Shanghai is analyzed in this paper.In order to obtain the right simulation calculation method correctly reflecting the energy consumption of residential buildings.This method can be used for analysis and evaluation of heating and air conditioning energy consumption of residential buildings in Shanghai,and it can serve as instruction for right energy design of residence building.  相似文献

Passivh aus technology is gradually applied in kinds of projects around the world because of excellent energy-saving effect since it was invented. It is becoming a new tendency of the development of building energy efficiency. In this paper, the concept, contents, and evaluation criteria of Passivhaus technology system are introduced, and the latest domestic and foreign cases using Passivhaus technology system are analyzed. 城市工业用地评价是城市土地集约利用潜力评价的重要组成部分。以西宁市市区2008年工业用地数据为依据,选取评价指标体系,确定指标权重构建评价模型,选择样本片区作为功能区的代表,运用综合评价法评价工业功能区的土地集约利用程度,并对工业用地的规模潜力和经济潜力进行测算。结果表明:(1)西宁市工业用地集约利用处于适度利用水平,适度利用和低度利用土地分别占工业功能区用地面积的88.06%和11.94%。(2)西宁市工业用地集约利用潜力较大,其中绝对规模潜力为853.99 hm2,相对规模潜力为33.73%;经济潜力为25885.30万元,单位经济潜力为1676.51元/m2。  相似文献

在城市建筑节能研究中,政府常常依赖城市能源与碳排放模型工具制定并评估节能策略。而当前的城市建筑能耗模型受限于开发技术等因素,尚存在诸多不足,例如,考虑人行为对建筑能耗的影响,建立行为、日常活动及与环境相关的综合能耗模型。关于此类模型合理的数学形式、参数选择的方法以及不同行为的模拟方式等问题还尚待进一步研究。采用多主体(Multi-Agent)建模技术,设计集成建筑能耗模型,以住区中的居民作为模型中活动的主体,模拟使用者行为习惯、活动对建筑能耗的影响;采用ISO 13790标准模拟建筑的供热和降温需求,并在集成环境中设计统一的描述框架,以相对独立的环境模拟、行为模拟模块形式进行交互,实现热环境模拟和基于主体活动的设备能耗模拟的有机结合。研究表明,住区居民的用能行为是影响城市建筑能耗密度变化的重要因素,实现对住区主体行为特征的引导是实现城市建筑节能目标的有效途径。  相似文献

Through research and analysis on residential quarters in five large core zones in the city of Chongqing,P.R.China,it is found there are higher building volumes,smaller exploiting scale,and monotonous building forms in completed residential quarters.This leads to a series of problems influencing the living environment quality,including a low green cover rate,small open spaces,short distances between buildings,and insufficient natural daylight and aeration.By analyzing the influence of high building volumes on social consciousness,economic benefits,environmental hygiene and safety,this paper brings forward some improvement measures aimed at the problems in residential quarter construction in Chongqing.  相似文献

为研究多因素对不同热工分区办公建筑总负荷指标的综合影响,在分析了单一因素对建筑总负荷指标影响规律的基础上,采用层次分析法对分别位于哈尔滨、兰州、重庆、广州的办公建筑负荷指标进行了评价。得到了窗户传热系数Kw、玻璃遮阳系数Sc、窗墙比R在不同热工分区办公建筑总负荷指标影响因素中的权重值,并对此进行了一致性检验。结果表明:对于严寒地区的哈尔滨和寒冷地区的兰州节能建筑,各因素重要程度为R > Kw > Sc;对于夏热冬冷地区的重庆和夏热冬暖地区的广州节能建筑,各因素重要程度为Sc > R > Kw。在建筑结构优化设计中应根据各热工分区负荷影响因素的比重不同进行优先控制相应因素。  相似文献
