This article deals with the research on the features and collaborative process of independent development of key automobile parts. It generally employed concurrent engineering theory and technologies of Internet & Intranet, computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM) and product data management (PDM). Field knowledge on independent development of key automobile parts was concluded and a set of concurrent collaborative environment and key enabling supporting technologies that face the independent development of automobile body panel dies were also built up. Meanwhile it introduced the secondary development methods of knowledge based engineering (KBE) to implement the knowledge transformation of designing and manufacturing experiences for an enterprise. To research the problem of plastic art design and emulation of products with the virtual reality technology can short the product development cycle and reduce the cost. This paper discusses the information based on the product feature ,solid model with parameters, the structure and function of this system. Combined the product properties with its solid model. Proposed a method with CAD to create the model of the product based on features in the product design. Military petroleum equipment is one of main logistical equipment. The characteristics and organization of the petroleum equipment are analyzed and the design flow chart and concurrent design frame of the petroleum equipment CAD system is built up . The CAD system includes three subsystems, which are engineering subsystem, management subsystem and supporting environmental system. A solid model, assembly structure and strength of oil tank in vehicle are analyzed by integrated CAD/CAE/CAM software I-DEAS. In this paper a new optimal method is proposed to design the parameters of PSS. Due to lack of estimation during initial stage of traditional physical design process for industry product, the efficiency of conduct development is low with high cost. A basic framework of twisted blade virtual design is set up based on the theory and method of product virtual design, and aiming at the thermodynamic process of middle or lower stage of steam turbine. The molding rule of twisted blade is found by thermodynamic computation program. The study of blade virtual design is carried through from 3-dimensional modeling to simulation test. The combination of thermal power theory, computer simulation technology and CAD system forms a kind of design method with the superiority such as high efficiency, low cost and good decidability is represented in the virtual design of turbine blade.  相似文献

A new design method for the individual hip joint endoprostheses is proposed. By picking up the contour lines from the femur's CT images and making them closed and smoothed, a solid model of the femur is reconstructed using the contour lines by CAD software. An individual anatomical hip joint endoprosthesis is designed with the inner contour curves of the medulla cavity in CAD software. Utilizing the APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language) and the CT value per pixel in the CT image for developing a program through which every element of the bone can get its own material property. The finite element model's anisotropy and inhomogeneity of bone material are realized, then the endoprosthesis and the femur-stem contact finite element model can be built in ANSYS. Based on this, calculation on the contact model can be processed. It is feasible to checkout the rationality of the design by comparing the stress distribution in the femur with the situation before replacement. And the results reveal that the method is more reasonable and reliable.  相似文献

The method of applying CATIA V5 to hydro-structure is explored and a scheme of 3-D visual reinforcing CAD System is designed. The dynamic data exchange is the key to the realization of the collaborative design based on Internet. The features of data for collaborative design based on Internet are analyzed. The data transformation, the data transmission and the data transaction of collaborative design based on Internet are researched. The system configuration and organization mode of dynamic data exchange for collaborative design Internet-based are developed, in which, STEP serves as the product data exchange standard, and ORACLE is the kernel database of the system, so that each of the CAD systems can synchronously access the ORACLE database, share and exchange the design information. The STEP-ORACLE serves as the organizing mode of dynamic data exchange for the collaborative design based on Internet, which realizes the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data between the different platforms and CAD systems.  相似文献

Based on Group Technology, a CAD/CAPP integrated system is developed. This paper mainly covers the research work of the CAPP subsystem. In this subsystem, geometric and manufacturing information is obtained from the CAD data base, modular block programming and full Chinese menu are adopted, process planning is produced with the semi-generative method, and process card involved the operation charts is yielded by printer. On the base of the fairing of free-form surface reconstruction from 3D data points, this paper probes one method based on shape constraints. By making physical model as objective function and using geometric constraints, free form surface reconstruction is realized based on the idea of energy optimization.
