为探讨氟对鸡甲状腺摄碘功能的影响,选用250只I日龄蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组50只,饲喂相同的全价日粮。第I组:正常对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠,使日粮中氟的含量分别为500,1000,1500,2000mg/kg,实验期为150d,每隔30d采集血样,测定血清中氟含量、甲状腺中碘含量,观察试验鸡的临床表现,结果表明,成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型;实验鸡日粮含碘量正常,各中毒组甲状腺中碘含量在整个实验期内均不同程序地低于对照组,呈明显的剂量-效应和时间-效应关系,甲状腺中碘含量变化和相应时期的血清氟含量间呈显著的负相关(r=-0.814)。说明氟能明显地抑制甲状腺摄取和聚集碘的能力,干扰碘的正常代谢,进而影响整个甲状腺的结构和功能。 相似文献

选用 1日龄蛋鸡 2 5 0只 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 5 0只 ,饲喂相同的全价日粮。第 1组为正常对照组 ;第 2、3、4、5组在日粮中添加不同量的氟化钠 ,使日粮中氟的含量分别为 5 0 0、10 0 0、15 0 0、2 0 0 0 m g/ kg。试验期 15 0 d。每隔 30 d采集血样 ,测定血清中氟、甲状腺激素 (T3、T4 )的含量 ,观察试验鸡的临床表现。结果表明 ,本试验成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型 ;各氟中毒组鸡血清中 T4 含量在整个试验期内均低于对照组 ,且呈明显的剂量—效应关系 ;在早期 ,各中毒组血清 T3含量不同程度地高于对照组 ,而中、后期则低于对照组 ,且与血清中氟含量呈显著的负相关(r=- 0 .85 3,P<0 .0 1)。由此可见 ,氟中毒明显破坏机体内甲状腺激素的代谢 ,影响甲状腺机能的正常发挥。 相似文献

为探讨氟对鸡甲状腺滤泡旁细胞结构的影响及氟引起甲状腺肿的机理 ,选用 2 50只 1日龄蛋鸡 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 50只。第 1组为正常对照组 ;第 2 ,3,4,5组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠 ,使日粮中氟的含量分别为 50 0 ,1 0 0 0 ,1 50 0 ,2 0 0 0mg/kg。试验期为 1 50d。测定血清中氟、钙含量 ,制作甲状腺组织切片和超薄切片 ,分别观察甲状腺滤泡旁细胞显微和超微结构的变化。结果表明 ,成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型 ,试验中后期 ,血清中氟与钙之间呈显著的正相关 (r=0 637,P<0 0 1 ) ;氟化物导致甲状腺滤泡旁细胞增生及损伤是氟导致甲状腺肿的机理之一。 相似文献

This study assessed the effects of dietary selenium (Se), iodine (I) and a combination of both on growth performance, thyroid gland activity, carcass characteristics and the concentration of iodine and selenium in Longissimus lumborum (LL) muscle in goats. Twenty‐four bucks were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments: control (CON), basal diet without supplementation, basal diet + 0.6 mg Se/kg dry matter (DM) (SS), 0.6 mg I/kg DM (IP), or combination of 0.6 mg/kg DM Se and 0.6 mg/kg DM I (SSIP) and fed for 100 days. Animals fed diet SSIP exhibited higher (P < 0.05) body weight and better feed conversion ratio (FCR) than those fed other diets. Dressing percentage of goats fed the supplemented diets was higher (P < 0.05) than that of the control. Carcasses from the IP group had higher (P < 0.05) total fat proportion than the SSIP group. The levels of both elements were significantly elevated (P < 0.05) in LL muscle in supplemented goats. Thyroid follicular epithelial cells of IP and SSIP animals were significantly higher than those of CON and SS groups. The study demonstrated that the combined Se and I dietary supplementation improves growth performance, carcass dressing percentage and increases the retention of Se and I in goat meat. 相似文献

This experiment was conducted to determine if the 3 most commonly used water sanitizers in commercial broiler chicken production affected the stability of enrofloxacin (ENR), when each was administered concurrently with ENR to broiler chickens via the drinking water. To that effect, the in vitro antibacterial activity of the solution of each ENR-sanitizer product (ESP) was compared to that of ENR alone. Also, bioavailability (F) studies of ESP were carried out in chickens and compared to the corresponding values of ENR in drinking water without sanitizer. Water sanitizers tested were iodine (as iodine-polyvinylpyrrolidone), chlorine (as sodium hypochlorite), and a citrate-based sanitizer from grapefruit extract. They were mixed with ENR in sterile de-ionized water, and the resulting substances were regarded as ESP. Then, the referred studies of ESP were carried out. Results showed that ESP of ENR/sodium hypochlorite decreased both the antimicrobial activity, as well as maximum serum concentration (Cmax) and F of ENR in chickens. ESP of ENR/citrate-based sanitizer increased both the in vitro antimicrobial activity and Cmax and F values of ENR at the 2 highest concentrations tested. ESP of ENR/iodine reduced both in vitro antimicrobial activity and Cmax values of ENR at the highest concentrations tested. This study demonstrated that interactions between water sanitizers and ENR must be considered when medicating chickens via the drinking water to meet pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics ratios. 为探讨氟对FRTL细胞甲状腺球蛋白(TG),甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)和钠碘转运体(NIS)基因表达的影响,传代培养FRTL细胞,在对数生长期用氟化钠处理,使培养液中的氟浓度分别为20、10、5、2.5、1.25 mg/L,同时设空白对照细胞.培养72 h后收集细胞;采用半定量RT-PCR分析FRTL细胞TG、TPO、NIS mRNA和β-actin表达水平.试验结果表明,与对照细胞相比,较低浓度氟化钠处理的FRTL细胞TG基因表达量代偿性升高,随氟质量浓度增加(5.0 mg/L以上),TG表达量显著降低(P<0.05);各个浓度氟化钠处理的FRTL细胞TPO、NIS基因表达量均下降或显著下降(P<0.05).由此可知,氟化物降低了甲状腺细胞TG、TPO、NIS基因表达水平,造成甲状腺摄取和利用碘、甲状腺激素合成、贮存、分泌功能障碍,进而导致甲状腺结构和功能异常. 相似文献

为研究饲粮碘添加水平对獭兔氮代谢、血液成分及内脏器官发育的影响,试验选用体重相近的3月龄獭兔200只,随机分为5组(每组40个重复,每个重复1只试验兔),分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6 mg/kg碘(碘的添加形式为碘化钾)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期53 d。结果表明:饲粮不同碘水平对獭兔的沉积氮(RN)有显著影响(P < 0.05),并且添加水平为0.8 mg/kg时达到最大值。饲粮碘的添加水平对獭兔血液中促甲状腺激素(TSH)、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)、游离态的四碘甲腺原氨酸(FT4)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)有显著的影响(P < 0.05),并分别在添加水平为0.4、0.8、0.8 mg/kg和0.8 mg/kg时达到最大值。另外,饲粮不同碘水平对獭兔的内脏器官发育和脂肪沉积无显著影响(P> 0.05)。综合本试验测定指标,3~5月龄生长獭兔饲粮适宜的碘添加水平为0.8 mg/kg(饲粮中碘的实测值为0.92 mg/kg)。 相似文献
