“J-11”和“中国春”与黑麦杂种胚胎发育的比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对小麦商亲和品系"J-11"和"中国春"与黑麦远缘杂交的受精作用和胚胎发育进行了比较研究。黑麦花粉能在小麦柱头上萌发,花粉管可顺利长入花柱和胚囊。"J-11"已授粉的192个子房中,91.12%既形成胚又形成胚乳,2.08%只形成胚,1.04%只形成胚乳,总受精率为94.24%,成胚率为93.20%。而"中国春"授粉的192个子房中,相应的数据是80.21%、4.17%。2.60%、86.%%和84.38%。表明"J-11"比"中国春"与黑麦的可杂交性明显更高。  相似文献

Fry et al., "Ultrasonic lesions in the mammalian central nervous system" [Science 122, 517 (1955)] should be corrected as follows: For the lesion illusrated in Fig. 1, the dosage was 40 atm acoustic pressure amplitude and 3.9(10(2)) cm/sec acoustic particle velocity amplitude. For the lesions illustrated in Figs. 2 and 3, the dosage was 41 atm acoustic pressure amplitude and 4.0(10(2)) cm/sec acoustic particle velocity amplitude.  相似文献

In the report "Site-specific nick in the T-DNA border sequence as a result of Agrobacterium vir gene expression" by K. Wang et al. (30 Jan., p. 587), figure 2A on page 588 should have shown a 3.2-kilobase band in lane b that was not visible. Also, 1.9-kilobase bands in lane c and g were not visible. A Print that shows the bands in figure 2, A and B, appears below. In addition, reference 24 should have been to J. L. Slightom, L. Jouanin, F. Leach, R. F. Drong, D. Tepfer, EMBO J. 4, 3069 (1985). In an appreciative note of the life and work of Harry J. Deuel, Jr. [Science 124, 209 (3 Aug. 1956)], J. Murray Luck wrote that Deuel "was struggling to finish the third and final volume [of The Lipides] at the time of his death." Grace C. Deuel informs us that Deuel did in fact complete the third volume of The Lipides before his last illness and that the volume is scheduled for publication early in 1957.  相似文献

Figure 4 of the report "Selective and ATP-dependent translocation of peptides by the MHC-encoded peptide transporter" by J. J. Neefjes, F. Momburg, and G. J. Hammerling (6 Aug., p. 769) stated incorrectly that a peptide with T as the COOH-terminal residue was not efficiently translocated. Resynthesis revealed that the peptide RYWANATRST is transported by rat TAP. This does not change the general conclusion that the transporters are selective, because several other peptides are not well translocated [F. Momburg et al., Nature 367, 648 (1994)].  相似文献

基于GIS的小麦-豌豆间作对麦长管蚜种群空间格局的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
 【目的】通过系统调查小麦-豌豆不同间作模式下麦长管蚜的种群密度,研究麦田生物多样性对麦长管蚜空间分布格局的影响。【方法】利用地理信息系统方法,结合传统空间分布分析方法,分析了Kriging-空间插值图、聚集度指标、Iwao的M *-m回归模型和泰勒指数回归模型。【结果】2种分析方法均表明:在麦田不同间作模式下,麦长管蚜的空间分布主要为聚集分布;但豌豆与小麦分别以2﹕2、2﹕4、2﹕6、2﹕8行间作模式情况下聚集度有所差异:2﹕2模式>2﹕6模式>2﹕4模式>小麦单作>2﹕8模式;由基于GIS的Kriging空间插值种群变化模拟图得知:起初麦长管蚜主要分布在麦田的周围,逐步向麦田中部扩散;在麦长管蚜发生的高峰期,形成了许多聚集中心,主要集中在小麦单作和2﹕2模式小区中,且小麦单作的蚜量极显著高于其它间作模式(P<0.01)。【结论】麦田合理生物多样性可以有效控制麦长管蚜种群的增长,但并不能改变其种群格局的变化趋势。  相似文献

【目的】了解广西致病性猪链球菌2型(SS2)菌株的毒力基因表型,为广西SS2的防制提供分子生物学依据。【方法】应用PCR技术对分离自发病猪的SS2菌株进行荚膜多糖糖基转移酶基因(CPS2J)、溶菌酶释放蛋白基因(MRP)、细胞外蛋白因子基因(EF)、溶血素基因(SLY)和谷氨酸脱氢酶基因(GDH)5种毒力基因检测。【结果】60%菌株的基因表型为CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY+/GDH+,30%为CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY-/GDH-,10%为CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY-/GDH+。【结论】CPS2J+/MRP+/EF+/SLY+是广西致病性SS2菌株的主要基因表型,与从江苏、四川SS2疫区分离获得的菌株基因表型一致,今后应加强对SS2毒力基因的监测,严防SS2疫情暴发。  相似文献
