监测点分为养殖环节、流通环节和候鸟等野禽迁徙环节。养殖环节的监测点以乡镇为单位,流通环节的监测点以交易市场为单位。野禽迁徙环节监测点以迁徙路径或野禽栖息地为单位。预警预报监测点的设置要考虑各地畜牧业生产实际和流通环节等因素,以具有代表性、普遍性为原则。监测点的工作以年为单元进行策划,这有利于数据分析和决策。 相似文献

[目的 ]构建重大动物疫病暴发流行预警指标体系。[方法 ]以禽流感和口蹄疫为例,采用文献调研法和德菲尔专家咨询法中的专家会议法初拟重大动物疫病预警体系的框架和指标;应用德菲尔专家咨询法评价预警指标的重要性、可操作性;应用组合权重法比较各指标综合影响的大小,并将指标分类。[结果 ]筛选出禽流感和口蹄疫预警预报一级指标6项(易感动物、饲养管理和免疫情况等)以及二级指标14项(免疫效果、环境消毒、温度等),并将指标分为三类(关键指标、重要指标和一般指标)。[结论 ]初步构建了重大动物疫病暴发流行预警指标体系。 相似文献

旨在通过对围产期奶牛能量负平衡指标与其他血液生化指标的分析,初步建立围产期奶牛氧化应激的预警体系。本试验以能量负平衡为判定标准,BHBA>1.2 mmoI/L,NEFA>0.4 mmoI/L,GLU<3 mmoI/L为发病组,BHBA<1.2 mmoI/L,NEFA<0.4 mmoI/L,GLU>3 mmoI/L为健康对照组,各采集围产期发病组和对照组各25头奶牛的血液并对血中能量代谢、矿物质代谢、微量元素代谢、氧化应激、免疫抑制指标进行独立样本T检验和spearman相关分析,并利用logistic二元逻辑回归预测疾病,最后利用ROC分析确立分界值和诊断效果。结果显示:发病组奶牛血液中的Ca、GSH-Px、CAT、Ve、Mg、Se、Cu水平小于健康组;发病组奶牛血液中的IL-1、IL-6、CRP、IL-2、HP、TNF-α的水平高于健康组,表明能量负平衡的奶牛机体存在氧化应激并伴有炎症和矿物质代谢紊乱。奶牛血液中的Ca、Mg、GSH-Px、CAT、Cu、Se、Ve与BHBA呈显著的负相关,IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、HP、TNF-α与BHBA呈显著的正相关;奶牛血液中的Ca、Mg、GSH-Px、CAT、Ve、Cu与NEFA呈显著的负相关,IL-2、HP、TNF-α与NEFA呈显著的正相关;奶牛血液中的Ca、GSH-Px与GLU呈显著的正相关,IL-6、HP与GLU呈显著的负相关。经回归分析确定Ca、Mg、GSH-Px、CAT、Cu、Se、Ve、IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、HP、BHBA 13项指标与围产期泌乳奶牛氧化应激相关,经ROC分析确立GSH-Px、CAT、Se、IL-6、IL-2、TNF-α、BHBA 7项指标可作为氧化应激发生的预警指标。结果表明,因此,能量负平衡、VE、Se缺乏、炎性因子增多和矿物质代谢紊乱是奶牛产后氧化应激发生的风险因素,但VE和Ca未成为氧化应激的预警指标。初步证实了围产期奶牛氧化应激发生的预警指标,为今后更有效的监控和预防奠定理论基础。 相似文献

Background
The objective of this study was to describe aspects of case study herds investigated by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (DAFF) in which animal welfare incidents occurred and to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be monitored to enhance the Early Warning System (EWS). Despite an EWS being in place for a number of years, animal welfare incidents continue to occur. Questionnaires regarding welfare incidents were sent to Superintending Veterinary Inspectors (SVIs), resulting in 18 herds being chosen as case study herds, 12 of which had a clearly defined welfare incident date. For each study herd, data on six potential KPIs were extracted from DAFF databases. The KPIs for those herds with a clearly defined welfare incident date were studied for a consecutive four year window, with the fourth year being the ''incident year'', when the welfare incident was disclosed. For study herds without a clearly defined welfare incident date, the KPIs were determined on a yearly basis between 2001 and 2009.Results
We found that the late registration of calves, the use of on-farm burial as a method of carcase disposal, an increasing number of moves to knackeries over time and records of animals moved to ''herd unknown'' were notable on the case farms.Conclusion
Four KPIs were prominent on the case study farms and warrant further investigation in control herds to determine their potential to provide a framework for refining current systems of early warning and prevention. 相似文献15.

Bluetongue (BT) is a vector-borne animal disease of economical importance due to the international trade restrictions likely to be put into place in a country once the infection is discovered. The presence of BT and its vectors in countries adjacent to Switzerland stresses the need of implementing a surveillance system and to raise disease awareness among potential stakeholders. A national survey in Switzerland 2003 indicated freedom of Bluetongue virus (BTV), although a single individual of the main BT vector Culicoides imicola was caught in the canton of Ticino. The survey also demonstrated that potential BT vectors, C. obsoletus and C. pulicaris are locally abundant in Switzerland. Therefore, a new surveillance method based on sentinel herds in high risk areas was implemented in 2004 for the early detection of both an incursion of BT vectors into Switzerland, and potential virus circulation among cattle. 相似文献

为了早期预测奶牛分娩时发生低血钙症的可能性,本试验在黑龙江省A和B两个集约化牛场(均有250多头泌乳牛)随机选取产前15~2d和分娩当天奶牛作为实验动物。通过检测试验奶牛分娩当天组血浆钙浓度,明确分娩奶牛低血钙症发病率;通过检测试验奶牛产前和分娩当天血浆中镁离子(Mg2+)、钾离子(K+)和无机磷(P3+)的浓度,阐明奶牛产前血浆中各离子水平与低血钙症的关系,对产后低血钙症发生风险起到预警作用。结果显示:产后低血钙症在牧场A的发病率为90.32%,在牧场B为86.67%;两牧场产前奶牛与分娩当天奶牛的血浆P3+、K+、Mg2+差异极显著,血浆P3+、Mg2+水平与血钙水平呈显著的正相关,血浆K+水平与血钙水平并没有显著的相关性。根据受试牛工作特征曲线(ROC)分析确定了牧场A产前预警值为血浆Ca2+2.11mmol/L,敏感度为100%,特异度为88.2%;血浆P3+1.83 mmol/L,敏感度为75.0%,特异度为82.4%。牧场B产前预警值为血浆Ca2+2.12mmol/L,敏感度为98.7%,特异度为88.5%;血浆P3+1.90 mmol/L,敏感度为98.7%,特异度为65.4%。结论:奶牛产前血浆Ca2+和P3+浓度超过预警值可作为奶牛产后低血钙发生的早期风险预测依据。 相似文献
