SSR分子标记技术有丰富的多态性、重复性好和操作简便等优点,它已经成为植物遗传育研究中不可缺少的分子标记技术。对SSR技术的原理和特点作了介绍,分析了如何获得SSR引物,着重介绍了SSR技术在果树种质资源和构建果树遗传图谱的研究现状,指出了SSR技术将在果树科研上起到重要的作用。  相似文献

发展节水农业是实现绿洲灌区发展现代农业和建立资源节约型社会的必然选择。研究表明,河西走廊区节水农业现状是:工程节水技术是农业节水的主流技术,农艺节水技术缺乏核心,管理节水技术与实践存在脱节,各类技术的组装集成不足。该区农业节水的重点研究领域是:以水权和水资源优化配置为核心的管理节水技术体系研究,以地面改进、保护性耕作和覆盖技术为主的农艺节水技术研究,以废水、劣质水开发利用为主的开源节水技术和设施节水技术。  相似文献

为实现玉米产量潜力的进一步提高,结合玉米科研和高产开发实践就中国各玉米高产栽培技术研发阶段的具体技术、技术实质、技术创新点、高产攻关途径进行了分析探讨,明确了今后实现进一步玉米高产栽培攻关目标的技术途径。结果表明:在对玉米进行遗传改良的同时对玉米进行密植和营养(群体冠层的和土体的)同步改良是当代玉米高产开发中实现玉米产量潜力持续增进、实现玉米高产栽培攻关目标的根本途径。  相似文献

在实施“河北省第三次夏谷良种更新工程”的过程中,将生态区划理论和品种发育规律、栽培技术、新型推广模式研究及良种繁育等多个技术领域结合一起,探索出了一套新型农业技术推广体系,取得了较好的效果。其技术体系主要包括:①依据生态条件,将项目区划分为若干生态类型区;②筛选适宜的推广品种等技术主体;③进一步揭示主推品种在各类型区的特征特性和生育规律;④进行不同品种在各类型区的配套栽培技术研究;⑤探索切实可行的农技推广新模式。  相似文献

To solve some key problems existed in the manufacturing of metallic functional part via Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM), a new technique using vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion weld technique to connect the metallic slice sheets is presented in this paper. The following conclusions can be draw from the experiments introduced specially: the size in the stack direction shrink at the rate of less than 1% and the shrinking is owed to regularly error, the atom-diffusion between two combined interface occurred clearly and new crystallites shaped meanwhile, shearing intension of well connected diffusion section is more than 100 MPa and micro hardness of well-knit portion is the same to matrix's. It can be proved from the result above that the vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion technique weld is a perfect technique for connecting metallic slice sheets used in the manufacturing of metallic functional part via LOM.  相似文献

Summary A sampling technique is proposed for rapid digestibility screening of herbage grass ecotypes. Its application in the characterisation of genetic resources is discussed. The technique aims to standardize maturity and circumvent the problems of variation in stem:leaf ratio and the use of single plants versus swards.A experiment comparing the method with a standard technique using eleven ecotypes plus two controls of Lolium multiflorum is described.  相似文献

The original value monitoring for material decay is to make use of the video frequency technique, the computer image processing technique and mode identification technique for examination, processing and management of decay image of the material external appearance. Joint Regression Analysis is a widely used technique in the analysis of series of experiments for cultivar comparison. We show how this technique may be used in the selection of recommended cultivars. We apply this technique to a series of experiments on spring barley cultivars carried out from 2001 to 2004. The data in these designs were kindly made available by the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture in Brno, Czech Republic.  相似文献

充分利用中国丰富的秸秆资源发展节粮型草食畜牧业是中国畜牧业发展的重要方向。针对目前秸秆氨化技术存在的问题,开展了10多年的整秸秆氨化饲料技术创新研究,研究结果表明,整秸秆氨化饲料比传统地窖氨化饲料,蛋白质含量提高了1.33~1.46倍;饲料呈黄褐色,伴有爆米花香带酸甜味的酥脆感;牛羊采食量提高15%,消化率提高45%;每头牛每年节约饲料费500元、纯收入1200元左右。这一技术在山西省和海南省的不同地区进行了试验示范,不同作物的蛋白质含量基本稳定在10.5~11.06 g/kg。其广泛适应于中国不同类型区,对充分利用秸秆资源、促进中国规模化草食畜牧业发展具有重要作用。  相似文献

The state of the commonness technique investment in the Regional Innovation Networks (RIN) directly decides the whole Regional Innovation ability. In order to analyze the characteristics of the commonness technique investment made by the manufacturers in the RIN, this article establishes an investment model in the RIN. After analyzing the model, this article puts forward a new conclusion that under the entire market investment mechanism, RIN can reduce the commonness technique investment level in the region,which makes the gap of the region with the RIN in the aspect of the commonness technique investment bigger than the gap of the region without the RIN, and the whole practical effect of the commonness technique is much greater in the regions with RIN.  相似文献

利用微波辅助法提取玉米芯木聚糖,通过均匀设计分析,得出微波辅助法提取玉米芯木聚糖的最佳条件为:粒度50目的玉米芯,以质量分数为10%的NaOH溶液为提取溶剂,微波功率为600 W,提取时间为15 min,液固比为10:1。在此条件下,通过试验得出,玉米芯木聚糖提取率达86.7%。与传统提取方法相比,微波辅助法可显著提高玉米芯木聚糖提取率,提高了15.4%,而且微波辅助提取法大大缩短了提取时间,降低了液固比。  相似文献

选用小功率普通离心风机作为环流风机,采用不同规格PVC硬塑料管作为环流管道,合理分设安装于仓库内外,设置粮面沟网作为膜下回流管网,利用地面通风道直接投药进行分装沟网式膜下环流熏蒸,通过三年多试验和改进,该技术不仅熏蒸效果好,而且具有取材容易、安装方便、造价低廉、操作简单、维修便利等优势,是一种安全可靠、简便有效的经济型环流熏蒸技术,特别在经济条件、仓房务件、技术条件不高的广大基层粮管所(库)容易推广使用.  相似文献

The Graphic transfer technique applied in control software of a profile-followed robot for grinding turbine surface is described. Projection transformation in any axis of 3D camber on a display coordinate is realized by using homogeneous transfer matrix, which provides user with visual information of grinding and processing. 2D graphic linear transfer technique is used to provide user with uniform NC programming format and to carry out 2D grinding process for 3D profile. 3D non-linear transfer technique is successfully used to solve a series of difficult problems including coordinate transfer of controlled points in multi-coordinate system, the attitude adjustment of grinding and constant pressure grinding. All the mathematics methods used are demonstrated in practice feasible and efficiently.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the principle of THS(Traditional Holo-Spectrum) technique,and in allusion to the deficiency of THS that only can be used in stationary signal,a new holo-spectrum technique based on order tracking is proposed.By order tracking sampling technology,non-stationary signal in the time domain is transformed into stationary signal in the angle domain,then the THS technique can be applied.Through this way,the influence of non-stationary to THS is reduced and the application of THS is extended.The paper researches the principle of order tracking holo-spectrum and verified by a simulation experiment.The simulation result and error analysis demonstrate that this method can be valid used to analyze the non-stationary signal.The spectrum is distinct and the effect is apparent.  相似文献

A method to cutoff substructure low order normal modes in component mode synthesis is proposed. Frequency shifting technique is introduced in substructure free vibration differential equation. Quasi-static constraint mode is taken into coordinate transformation and the contribution of substructure low order normal modes to system middle frequency modes is reduced,thus substructure low order normal modes truncation is achieved. This technique is used to compute dynamic characteristics of a body-in-white FEM mode in the frequency band of 160~190 Hz. The results show that compared with traditional component mode synthesis,which keeps 1 836 normal modes,this method only needs 297 normal modes and saves 27.7% calculation time. It means frequency shifting technique can improve the computational efficiency for middle frequency band dynamic characteristics of complex structure.  相似文献
