试验旨在研究日粮中添加酵母或酵母代谢物产品对奶牛生产性能的影响。选择70 头中国荷斯坦泌乳奶牛,按产奶量、泌乳天数和胎次等情况配对分成7组,每组10 头,其中试验1组为对照组,其余6组为试验组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,该日粮主要包含20 kg青贮、3 kg干草、2 kg苜蓿干草和9 kg泌乳期奶牛精料补充料。试验组在饲喂基础日粮的基础上再分别添加60 g益生素酵母1、50 g益生素酵母2、10 g益生素酵母3、10 g益生素酵母4、15 g益生素酵母5和15 g益生素酵母6。试验期为50 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期40 d。结果表明,不同的酵母或酵母代谢物产品对奶牛产奶量和奶成分有不同程度的影响,添加益生素酵母2试验组奶牛的产奶量与对照组相比增加显著( P<0.05)。不同的酵母及酵母代谢物产品对牛乳成分也有不同程度的影响,益生素酵母1、益生素酵母2和益生素酵母3显著提高了牛奶中乳脂含量(P<0.05);益生素酵母4显著提高了牛奶中蛋白含量(P<0.05);不同酵母或酵母代谢物产品对牛奶中干物质含量无显著影响;在体细胞数方面,添加益生素酵母2、益生素酵母3和益生素酵母4的试验组牛奶中体细胞数有一定的降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,本试验证明饲料中添加酵母及酵母代谢物能提高奶牛的生产性能。 相似文献

本研究选择7株酿酒酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae,编号为XR4、YL5、YN7、XL8、BC、SL、AQ)、5株产朊假丝酵母菌(Candida utilis,编号为SC18、SR12、YJ2、YD6、BY)及1株热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis,编号为BR),采用体外产气法研究其对体外瘤胃发酵参数的影响。结果显示,与对照组相比,活性酵母菌株对产气量均未产生显著影响(P>0.05);酵母发酵饲料SC18、XR4、BY、AQ和BC组产气量显著升高(P<0.05),且这5组产气量增长率均优于其对应的活性酵母组(P<0.05)。13株酵母菌中的10株活性酵母及其发酵饲料均能使菌体蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05),且大部分活性酵母菌蛋白增长率均高于其对应的发酵饲料(P<0.05)。活性酵母及其发酵饲料对氨态氮含量均未产生明显影响(P>0.05)。活性酵母YD6、BR、SC18、YL5、XR4、SR12、BY、BC组总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酵母发酵饲料YD6、BR、YJ2、SC18、SR12、SL、YL5、XR4组总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,活性酵母可显著提高菌体蛋白含量及挥发性脂肪酸含量,其中BY、XR4、BC效果更佳;酵母发酵饲料可显著提高产气量、菌体蛋白含量、挥发性脂肪酸含量,其中SC18、BY、BC效果更佳;酵母发酵饲料在增加产气量、总挥发性脂肪酸含量上效果要优于其活性酵母。 相似文献

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of active yeast and yeast fermented feeds on rumen fermentation parameters in vitro.13 strains active yeasts and their fermented feeds (7 strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae,namely XR4,YL5,YN7,XL8,BC,SL and AQ;5 strains of Candida utilis,namely SC18,SR12,YJ2,YD6 and BY,and 1 strains of Candida tropicalis,namely BR) were chosen and rumen fermentation parameters were measured by in vitro gas production technique.The results showed that:There was no significant effects of active yeasts on gas production (P>0.05),however,the gas production of SC18,XR4,BY,AQ and BC groups was significantly increased by the fermented feeds (P<0.05).Meanwhile,the gas production rate of those fermented feeds was significantly higher than the corresponding active yeasts (P<0.05).10 yeast strains and their fermented feeds significantly increased the bacterial crude protein production (P<0.05),and the protein growth rate of most of these active yeasts was higher than that of fermented feeds (P<0.05).The activie yeasts and fermented feeds showed no significant effect on ammoniacal nitrogen content (P>0.05).Active yeast (YD6,BR,SC18,YL5,XR4,SR12,BY and BC) and yeasts fermented feeds (YD6,BR,YJ2,SC18,SR12,SL,YL5 and XR4) could significantly increase the total VFAs comapred to control group (P<0.05).In conclusion,active yeast could significantly increase the contents of bacterial crude protein and total VFAs,especially the BY,XR4 and BC. Gas production,bacterial crude protein and VFAs were significantly increased by fermented feeds,especially SC18,BY and BC. 本研究采用体外产气量法,以全日制混合日粮(TMR,精粗比60∶40)为发酵底物,比较了两种典型酵母制剂活性干酵母(active dry yeast,ADY)和酵母培养物(yeast culture,YC)对体外产气量、产气动力学参数、甲烷(CH4)含量及瘤胃发酵参数的影响,同时根据24 h产气量预测了酵母制剂对底物代谢能(ME)、有机物消化率(OMD)及微生物蛋白(MP)产量的影响,旨在比较二者在体外瘤胃发酵影响上的差异,为进一步揭示其应用效果的差异机制及其合理应用奠定基础。结果显示,ADY及YC组产气量相近,但YC组12、24、48 h的产气量均高于ADY组;ADY组发酵前期的产气速率较对照组降低了15.3%(P>0.05),YC组较对照组升高了19.4%(P>0.05),YC组较ADY组升高了41.0%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,YC显著增加了CH4气体含量(P<0.05),显著降低了H2及CO2的含量(P<0.05)。ADY显著降低了H2含量(P<0.05),但对CH4及CO2气体无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,ADY和YC对发酵液的pH、总挥发性脂肪酸均无显著影响(P>0.05),但均显著升高了发酵液中氨态氮(NH3-N)的浓度(P<0.05)。ADY对个别挥发性脂肪酸比例无显著影响(P>0.05),YC有升高乙酸比例、降低异丁酸比例的趋势;与对照组相比,ADY及YC对预测的底物OMD、ME及MP产量无显著影响(P>0.05),但YC组各预测指标均显著高于ADY组(P<0.05)。综上所述,YC与ADY在对发酵底物的体外瘤胃产气量、气体成分含量、产气速率及发酵参数的影响上存在差异。 相似文献

This study was conducted to compare the effect of active dry yeast(ADY)and yeast culture(YC)on gas production,dynamics of gas production,methane content and rumen fermentation parameters by in vitro gas production technique,and the values of ME,OMD and yield of MP were also predicted according to 24 h gas production,in order to further reveal the mechanism of the difference effect and lay a foundation for those reasonable application.The results showed that ADY and YC had similiar effect on gas production, however,the gas production of YC group at 12,24 and 48 h were higher than that of ADY;Compared to CON group,the rate of gas production in earlier fermentation period was increased by 19.4% in YC group and decreased by 15.3% in ADY group(P>0.05),and that of YC group was significantly increased by 41.0% than that of ADY group(P<0.05);The content of CH4 of YC group was significantly increased and content of H2 and CO2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of H2 in ADY group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the content of CH4 and CO2 were not significantly changed(P>0.05);The pH and total VFA of rumen fermentation fluid in ADY and YC groups were not significantly changed(P>0.05),while the concentration of NH3-N of the two groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).ADY had no significant effect on individual VFA(P>0.05),whereas YC tended to increase the ratio of acetic acid and decrease the ratio of isobutyric acid;Comparing to CON group,the OMD,ME and MP of ADY and YC groups were not significantly affected(P>0.05), while that of YC group were all significantly increased than ADY group(P<0.05).In conclusion,there were certain differences in the effect of ADY and YC on gas production,concentrate of gas,the rate of gas production and parameter of rumen fermentation. 相似文献
