A soil survey was conducted in Zhangzhou City,an important agricultural region in south of the Fujian Province,China.93 surface soil samples were collected in the paddy fields,vegetable lands,orchards and tea plantations from Zhangzhou City.An additional soil profile was sampled in a paddy field as previous research had indicated high concentrations of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in the paddy fields.Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes(DDTs) ranged from 0.64-78.07 ng g 1 dry weight and hexachlorocyclohexanes(HCHs) ranged from 0.72-30.16 ng g 1 dry weight in the surface soil of the whole study region.Ratios of α-HCH/γ-HCH < 4 and o,p-DDT/p,p-DDT > 1 in all soil samples suggested that lindane and dicofol were widely applied in this region in the past.Concentrations of HCHs and DDTs in soils from the four land use types followed the orders:paddy fields > vegetable lands > tea plantations > orchards and tea plantations > orchards > paddy fields > vegetable lands,respectively.Analyses of the data showed no correlation(r < 0.1) between elevation and OCPs contents in paddy fields,orchards and vegetable lands,indicated no significantly different features in distribution of HCHs and DDTs in the soils from low lying plains and mountains and the unsystematic usage of OCPs,and highlighted the fragmented nature of agricultural production in Zhangzhou,as well as the reemission of OCPs from the soils,where high OCPs concentrations were found,in Longhai of Zhangzhou.In addition,no obvious relationship between the OCPs and total organic carbon(TOC)(r < 0.3) was observed in the soil profile.The mean contribution of dicofol in total DDTs was 66% in the whole Zhangzhou region.The approximate burdens of HCHs and DDTs in the surface layer of 0-20 cm were 0.44 and 1.55 t,respectively.The storage of both HCHs and DDTs in soil surface layer(0-20 cm) accounts for 40% burden of the soil layer of 0-50 cm(1.10 t HCHs and 3.87 t DDTs),in which the highest concentrations of OCPs were observed in soil profile. 相似文献

2005—2008年在辽东半岛和山东半岛15个市县采集了265个土壤样品,对其10种有机氯农药进行了分析,研究该地区土壤中硫丹、HCH和DDT残留情况及其空间分布特征。结果表明,山东半岛土壤中硫丹残留量为6.30μg kg-1,为辽东半岛的9倍;HCHs残留量为4.82μg kg-1,为辽东半岛的1.3倍;辽东半岛土壤中DDTs残留量为45.70μg kg-1,为山东半岛的2.5倍。山东半岛α-HCH、p,p′-DDE、p,p′-DDT的检出率均高于80%,辽东半岛β-HCH、p,p′-DDE检出率均高于80%。不同种植方式,辽东半岛土壤OCPs残留量:果园玉米地菜地草地水稻田;山东半岛土壤OCPs残留量:果园菜地玉米地麦田棉田。与国内其他地区相比,该地区硫丹残留量相对较低,HCHs和DDTs残留量超过国家《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-2008)一级标准的土壤样品分别占样品总数的4.53%和9.05%。 相似文献

High-resolution electron capture gas chromatography was used to determine residue levels of organochlorine pesticides in 13 commercially important fish species collected from the NW Arabian Gulf. While most of the residues were below the detection limit of 1 μg kg?1 wet weight, relatively low concentrations of ΣDDT, endrin and dieldrin were detected in the edbile tissue of these fishes. The ΣDDT residue levels ranged from 2 to l 1μg kg?1 wet weight, endrin ranged from none detected (nd) to 45 μg kg?1 and dieldrin from nd to 5 μg kg?1. A definite correlation was established between total organochlorine pesticide residues and lipid content (r = 0.6) for the NW Arabian Gulf fishes. Comparison with fish from Hor-al-Hammar Lake (an area that used to be sprayed with pesticides) has shown that the latter contained significantly higher residue levels. The ΣDDT residue levels ranged from 5 to 45 μg kg?1 wet weight, endrin from 3 to 83 μg kg?1 and dieldrin from nd to 4 μg kg?1 Based upon the observation that the original DDT (p, p′-DDT) was identified in the NW Arabian Gulf fishes, it has been concluded that there was a recent input of DDT to this region. Since DDT application has been banned in Iraq, consequently it was assumed that DDT must originate from a more remote source. 相似文献

Twenty-eight surface soil samples from 5 functional zones (park, traffic roadside, business/residential area, rural area, and industrial area) of Ürümqi, China were collected and analyzed for the concentrations of 14 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), such as 3 isomers of hexachlorocyclohexane (HCHs) (α-HCH, β-HCH, and γ-HCH), 4 dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs) (p, p’-DDT and its metabolites p, p’-DDD (1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(p-chlorophenyl)ethane) and p, p’-DDE (1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(4-chorophenyl)ethylene), and o, p’-DDT), and methoxychlor, aiming to survey the residue levels and compositions of these 14 OCPs, to identify possible sources of the OCPs, and to assess their potential risks to human health and the environment in surface soils of Ürümqi. The concentrations ranged from non-detected to 30.86 μg kg-1 for HCHs (sum of α-, β-, and γ-HCH), from non-detected to 40.03 μg kg-1 for DDTs (sum of p, p’-DDT, p, p’-DDD, p, p’-DDE, and o, p’-DDT), and from non-detected to 11.95 μg kg-1 for methoxychlor. The total concentrations of the OCPs ranged from 16.40 to 84.86 μg kg-1, with a mean of 41.89 ± 16.25 μg kg-1. According to the measured concentrations and occurrence rates of the 14 OCPs, DDTs, HCHs, and methoxychlor were the most dominant compounds. Among the 5 functional zones, the total concentration of OCPs was in the order of rural area > traffic roadside > park > business/residential area > industrial area. The different compositions of DDTs and HCHs indicated that the residues of these compounds in most soil samples originated from historical application, besides slight recent introduction at some sampling sites. The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that soil total organic carbon played an important role in the residue levels of HCHs, but such relationships were not found with DDTs or other OCPs. The soil quality of Ürümqi was classified as Class I based on the guidelines of the Chinese Environmental Quality Standard for Soil (GB15618-1995), indicating that the residue levels of OCPs have little risks to the environment and human health in the study area. 相似文献

A method for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil samples combining microwave assisted micellar extraction (MAME) with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and high-performance liquid chromatography-UV has been developed. A mixture of two nonionic surfactants (polyoxyethylene 10 lauryl ether and polyoxyethylene 10 stearyl ether) was used for the extraction of pesticides from agricultural soils, and different types of SPME fibers were compared. The different parameters which affect extraction efficiency in the SPME procedure were optimized such as extraction time and temperature. The method developed involves extraction and preconcentration for the target analytes in soil samples. The analytical parameters were also studied and good recoveries obtained, RSD being lower than 10% and detection limits ranging between 36 and 164 ng g(-1) for the pesticides studied. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of some organochlorine pesticides in several kinds of agricultural soil samples with different characteristics. 相似文献

为加强有机氯农药(organic chlorinated pesticides,OCPs)的污染预防与控制,该研究分析了新疆典型农业地区有机氯农药的污染状况并对其进行了风险评价。采集表层土壤样品36个,分析其中15种OCPs的残留状况。六六六(Hexachlorocyclohexanes,HCHs)、滴滴涕(dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes,DDTs)、氯丹类化合物、硫丹和硫丹盐的质量分数范围分别是0.37~22.82、0.91~858.47、0.15~47.08ng/g、N.D(未检出)~16.27和N.D~73.83ng/g。对OCPs的来源进行分析,发现HCHs来源于历史上工业HCHs的使用或近期林丹的输入,DDT来源于工业品的违法使用和三氯杀螨醇的使用,研究区域氯丹存在新的来源,而硫丹新来源较少。通过主成分分析,从15种OCPs中提取了5个主成分,总方差解释量达到了79.93%。5个主成分分别归因于DDT和工业HCH s的使用、OCPs原料的差异以及研究区域内病虫害的发病特征等。利用灰色关联分析研究区域内OCPs污染状况,结果表明石河子污染水平最高,各研究区域土壤均需要采取进一步的污染控制措施。 相似文献

Heavy metal pollution of soils and sediments in Liaoning Province, Northeast China, was investigated. Fifty seven samples of agricultural soils and 8 samples of sediments were collected in 1996 from paddy or upland fields and irrigation channels, respectively, in Shenyang, Fushun, Liaoyang, Anshan, and Tieling regions, and concentrations of total and 0.1 mol L-1 HCI-extractable Cd, Cu, Pb, and Zn were analyzed using ICP spectrometry. Seventeen samples of unpolished rice were also collected from selected paddy fields and total concentrations of the four elements were determined.– Both paddy and upland soils were polluted with Cd: average total concentration was 0.70, 0.57, and 0.53 mg kg-1 in the western and southern parts of Shenyang, and Anshan, respectively, and significantly higher than the background level of 0.32 mg kg-1. Cd concentrations of four samples exceeded even 1 mg kg-1, which corresponds to the critical level of Cd contamination in China. About 65% of the total Cd was extracted with 0.1 mol L-1 HCI, suggesting that Cd was relatively mobile compared with other metals. The level of Cd pollution was, however, lower than that previously reported and serious polIution was not observed for Cu, Pb, and Zn. Accordingly, Cd concentration in upland rice was within the range of the unpolluted level in this study. Nevertheless, Cd concentration in a sediment of irrigation channels in the western part of Shenyang exceeded 16 mg kg-1, indicating the possibility of further contamination of agricultural soils. In conclusion, soils and sediments were still polluted with Cd in the southern part of Shenyang, Anshan, and especially in the western part of Shenyang, and further countermeasures are urgently required to ensure safe food production in these regions. 相似文献

Magnetic susceptibility (χ) was measured on subtropical soils formed on a range of parent materials in Zhejiang Province, China, to demonstrate the influence of parent material lithologies on the amount and vertical distribution of χ in the soils. We found that the χ values of soils vary by up to two orders of magnitude with their parent material lithologies. Soils formed on igneous rocks with high χ values showed high absolute χ and distinctly decreased χ compared with χ values of parent materials. The χ values of soils formed on basalt, andesite and granodiorite were >250×10−8 m3 kg−1. The χ values of soils formed on granite, and other neutral and acid igneous rocks ranged from 50×10−8 to 120×10−8 m3 kg−1. In most of the soils formed on sedimentary rocks, χ enhancement in upper horizons of soils was found compared with parent material χ. This enhancement was believed to be pedogenic formation of superparamagnetic (SP)–stable single domain (SSD) magnetic grains, which are characterized by high values of frequency dependent susceptibility (χfd) and anhysteretic remanent magnetization (ARM). Soils formed on sedimentary rocks with a very low initial χ and iron content showed a low χ value throughout the profile. It was found that there is a highly significant relationship between the χ values of soils and their dithionite–citrate–bicarbonate solution (DCB) soluble iron contents (Fed). The χ values of soils in chronosequences formed on alluvium and two marine deposits increased as soils became older. It is suggested that the χ values can be used as a tool for determining the relative age in chronosequence studies. 相似文献

Soil samples with three fertilization treatments (no fertilizer, corn straw and farm manure) collected from a Lou soil (Eum-orthic Anthrosol classfied using Chinese Soil Taxonomy) in northwestern China were analysed for residual levels and their characteristics of organochlorine pesticides (α-HCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH, δ-HCH, HCB, o,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDT, o,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDD, a-endosulfan, dieldrin and endrin). Organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were detected in all soil samples except δ-HCH and their total concentrations ranged from 159.31 ± 9.00 to 179.77 ± 2.58 ng g-1 with an order of HCHs > DDTs > (dieldrin + endrin) > HCB > α-endosulfan. Among all the compounds, γ-HCH had the highest concentration followed by p,p'-DDE. The residual levels of HCH isomers and DDT as well as their metabolites in soil with different fertilization treatments were in the order of γ-HCH > β-HCH ≈ α-HCH > δ-HCH and p,p'-DDE > p,p'-DDT > o,p'-DDT > p,p'-DDD ≈ o,p'-DDE, respectively. DDE/DDT ratios ranged from 1.59 ±0.13 to 3.35 ± 0.16 and endrin/dieldrin ratios from 1.40 ± 0.06 to 9.20 ± 4.05, both indicating no new occurrence of these pesticides in these soils, while α-HCH/γ-HCH ratios of 0.04 indicated a new input of lindane (almost pure γ-HCH) in the past several years. The farm manure treatments showed lower DDT residues than samples without fertilizer. Also addition of corn straw and farm manure increased soil organic matter content and decreased the soil pH which could retard the degradation of DDT in the soil. 相似文献

Effect of different shading levels (no-shading,80% shading,and 40% shading)on photosynthetic and stomatal responses in cotton leaves were investigated under conditions of different soil water contents in summer midday.All cotton leaves exhibited similar basic responses to shading,including decreased net photosynthetic rates,a tendency to decrease in transpiration rates,and increased stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration.The leaf conductance of 80% shaded and 40% shaded plants increased by 28% and 16.7% compared with no-shaded plants at high water,respectively,but the net photosynthetic rates of 80% shaded and 40% shaded plants declined by 50% and 14.73%,respectively,Results showed that combined effect of soil moisture and shading on photosynthetic and stomatal responses in cotton leaves was very remarkable. 相似文献

The organochlorine pesticides are lipophilic and persistent and tend to accumulate in soils and growing plants. The contamination of growing plants occurs by adhesion of volatile substances from the air to the plant surface and by the migration of contaminants through xylem in inner ascendant transport. Persistent organochlorine pesticides (HCB, alpha,gamma-HCH, pp'DDE, op'DDT, pp'DDT) levels were determined in soils and rye plants. The aims of the study were the monitoring of organochlorine pesticide concentrations and the comparison of these levels among soil, rye straw, and rye grains. Fifty soil samples and 50 rye plant (50 straw and 50 grains) samples were taken. The GLC-ECD chromatographic results indicated the following contamination levels distributed among soil, straw, and grains: HCB (0.7-1.2-0.7 microg.kg(-1)), alpha-HCH (0.6-3.4-1.2 microg.kg(-1)), gamma-HCH (1.8-27.3-4.4 microg.kg(-1)), Sigma-HCH (2.5-30.7-5.6 microg.kg(-1)), pp'DDE (1.0-7.8-5.5 microg.kg(-1)), op'DDT (16.1-20.4-17.0 microg.kg(-1)), pp'DDT (38.0-41.7-49.6 microg.kg(-1)), and Sigma-DDT (54.2-63.2-72.1 microg.kg(-1)). The study verified the presence of organochlorine pesticides in the Mexican agricultural environment and their migration from soil to the growing rye plants. However, DDT has been banned since 1999 for sanitary reasons, and Lindane is applied only in some cases as a seed dresser. The determined organochlorine pesticide levels in rye plants are low, at residual levels that are below Codex Alimentarius Commission maximum residue limits. 相似文献

Problems associated with organochlorine pesticide (OCP)-contaminated sites in China have received wide attention. To solve such problems, innovative ex-situ methods of site remediation are urgently needed. We investigated the feasibility of the extraction method with different organic solvents, ethanol, 1-propanol, and three fractions of petroleum ether, using a soil collected from Wujiang (WJ), China, a region with long-term contamination of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs). We evaluated different influential factors, including organic solvent concentration, washing time, mixing speed, solution-to-soil ratio, and washing temperature, on the removal of DDTs from the WJ soil. A set of relatively better parameters were selected for extraction with 100 mL L 1 petroleum ether (60-90℃): washing time of 180 min, mixing speed of 100 r min 1 , solution-to-soil ratio of 10:1, and washing temperature of 50℃. These selected parameters were also applied on three other seriously OCP-polluted soils. Results demonstrated their broad-spectrum effectiveness and excellent OCP extraction performance on the contaminated soils with different characteristics. 相似文献

To evaluate the current state of the environmental quality of agricultural soils in Taiyuan City, a hotspot for China’s industrial development, the concentrations of 8 heavy metals in soils were investigated by means of extensive sampling in farmlands, forestlands, and grasslands in the city. Statistical analyses and spatial distribution maps were used to identify the most significant heavy metal pollutants. The mean concentrations of As, Cd, Cu, Hg, Pb, Zn, Ni, and Cr were slightly higher than their background values in Taiyuan’s topsoil, but were lower than the maximum permissible concentrations in the Chinese Environmental Quality Standard for agricultural soils. Farmland soils in Taiyuan had the highest average Cd, Cu, Hg, Pb, Zn, and Cr concentrations, but the As and Ni concentrations did not differ significantly among the farmland, forestland, and grasslands. Soil contamination by Cd, Cu, Hg, Pb, Zn, and Cr was mainly derived from farming practices, especially the use of sewage water for irrigation. In contrast, As and Ni might derive mainly from the soil parent material. The identification of heavy metal sources in agricultural soils may provide a basis for taking appropriate action to protect soil quality. 相似文献

对惠州市6个样点的农业土壤剖面样品的17种有机氯农药残留量进行了测定,探讨了土壤剖面有机氯农药的残留现状和分布特征.结果表明,有机氯农药的检出率为100%,含量范围0.25~64.16tμg·kg-1.有机氯农药残留总量沿土壤剖面总的垂直变化趋势为随深度增加而下降.各组分在不同土壤深度具体变化特征因受多种因素影响而有所不同,HCHs峰值多出现在土壤亚表层,含量随深度变化幅度不大;DDTs在土壤深层的残留量远低于表层.从HCHs和DDTs的异构组成来看,DDTs残留主要是过去施用的残留物,HCHs可能与土壤新的林丹输入有关,需要进一步加强监管力度. 相似文献

The contributions of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) from the subtropical regions of China to pollution of the global environment have been paid great attention; however, little is known about the state of POPs in agricultural ecosystems within these regions of China. This study primarily revealed the state of the contamination and distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in agricultural soils in the subtropical regions. 115 surface soils (0-20 cm) were sampled in the breadbaskets of these regions. The concentrations and types of PAH were determined using gas chromatography linked to mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The total PAH concentrations ranged from 22.1 to 1 256.9 ng g^-1 with a mean of 318.2 ± 148.2 ng g^-1. In general terms, the current PAH concentrations were lower than most PAH levels reported in a number of investigations from different countries and regions. PAH isomer ratios indicated that pyrolytic origins, such as fossil fuel combustion related to vehicle tail gas and industrial emissions, were the dominant sources of PAH in the southern subtropical areas of China. Although PAH concentrations decreased with decreasing pollution, population, and traffic density, to a great extent PAH compositions were similar throughout subtropical soils, with naphthalene, phenanthrene, fluoranthene, and benzo(b)fluoranthene being dominant. 相似文献
