To study the eccentric compression performance of autoclaved flyash lime brick masonry, and validate the applicability of current code’s calculation method, static tests on 36 eccentrically loaded puncheons of standard autoclaved flyash lime solid brick and KP1 type perforated brick with circular holes masonry are carried out by applying eccentric load on the top of the specimens. The bearing capacity of eccentric compression is analyzed using plane section assumption and ideal stress/strain curve. The features and shapes during the process of failure are obtained and the eccentric compression impact factor formula is also obtained by regression analysis of experimental data. With eccentricity increasing, cracking load and failure load are gradually decreased, and the failure features gradually change into large eccentric compression from axial compression. Most test values of bearing capacity under eccentric compression are higher than code calculating values. The average strain distribution in the section is in accordance with the plane section assumption. The theoretical analysis method used is feasible, current code’s formula can be used to calculate the bearing capacity of flyash lime brick masonry under eccentric compression.  相似文献

In order to improve the response speed of materials in silicothermic reduction process for magnesium production, a new technology-smelting reduction process is presented. Adding an appropriate amount of Al2O3 and SiO2 can make slag completely melt in whole reduction process, thus the reaction rate can be sped up. Through software simulation, thermodynamic analysis and experimental verification, it’s found that completely molten CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 slag can be got at 1 600 ℃ with appropriate material component. The new reduction process is thermodynamically analyzed, and the results show that in equilibrium state, when the reduction temperature is 1 600 ℃, the dew-point temperature of the magnesium vapor is 870 ℃. It suggests that the new technology is feasible.  相似文献

There is plenty of iron ore with arsenic in China. Because a proven dearsenization technique does not come into existence in now iron making and steel making processes and it is necessary for developing the dearsenization of hot metal technologics. A serial of dearsenization experiments are carried out on electric resistance heated furnace, it's found that arsenic in hot metal can be removed by CaO basis fluxes. X ray qualitative analysis of CaO basis slag after dearsenization revealed that the product of hot metal dearsenization with CaO slag is Ca 3As 2 and the dearsenization reaction is a reducing one. The thermodynamic conditions of dearsenization of hot metal using CaO basis fluxes are that the lower of oxygen fraction pressure of the system and [s] in hot metal, the higher of temperature of the system and basically of the slag, the dearsenization efficiency is better.  相似文献

基于Origin 7.0软件,非线性拟合热力学吸附过程不仅能够简单、准确得出热力学参数,且能将拟合效果直观表达出来。采用白浆土胡敏酸作为吸附剂,对Zn^2+进行了热力学吸附过程的研究,并结合Origin 7.0软件对吸附规律进行了2种方式的拟合描述。结果表明:3个温度(293、303、313 K)条件下,热力学等温线存在共性,较低Zn2+平衡浓度范围内,吸附曲线近似直线上升,而随浓度继续升高,吸附曲线上升程度减缓,随后渐趋平衡。相比较而言,随温度升高,胡敏酸对Zn^2+的吸附量逐渐增加,提升效果尤以高初始浓度条件下为最佳。运用Origin软件对热力学曲线进行拟合,可见Langmuir在描述两者间吸附规律的效果为最佳。同条件下,Origin自定义参数拟合的效果要优于软件自带方程。  相似文献

采用实验室模拟的方法研究了离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐对土壤蔗糖酶活性的影响及其动力学和热力学特征。结果表明,短期内不同浓度离子液体胁迫下蔗糖酶呈现激活效应,离子液体浓度越高,对蔗糖酶的激活作用越大。从长期看,低浓度(10 mg/kg)离子液体对土壤蔗糖酶前期和后期均表现出激活作用,而其他较高浓度处理均表现为激活-抑制-激活效应;不同浓度离子液体胁迫下蔗糖酶酶促反应的Km和Vmax发生一定程度的改变;热力学研究表明,蔗糖酶最适宜温度为320 K,对照处理土壤蔗糖酶酶促反应具有最高的反应活化能(Ea)和焓变(⊿H),不同浓度离子液体胁迫作用降低了土壤酶促反应的活化能,有利于酶-底物络合物的形成。  相似文献

It is shown that the alkalinity of pore fluid of high addition flyash concrete decreases more greatly than that of normal concrete after 7 days,closing to the threshold value of 11.5.Having added 10%lime and 1.5%Na2SO4 in flyash concrete,the alkalinity increased evidently without reducing its strength.  相似文献

Getting activity of component is an important aspect of researching the thermodynamic characters of alloy. Under each model of predicting the thermodynamics characters of alloy, Miedema model has been developing as comparatively a good and accurate model in recent years. In this work, the formation enthalpy of Mg - Zn alloy has been calculated, according to the Miedema model. Further, the activity curve of Zn in Mg - Zn alloy at 1 000 K is calculated. The calculating result is that, as the formation enthalpy of Mg - Zn alloy is small, and in the procedure of calculating activity, excess entropy attributes a lot to the result, after considering excess entropy, calculating results and experimental values match each other very well.  相似文献

On the base of non equilibrium thermodynamic theory and phase equilibrium principle, the physical mechanism of surface water evaporation and vapor diffusion is analyzed in the convective drying of porous material, and the thermodynamic condition of convective drying process is established. Author gives out his views of point on some fundamental concepts commonly used in soil mechanics based on author' s understanding. Discussed properties of soils include: ELAS- T1CITY and PLASTICITY, discussion is focused on how different definitions of elasticity have the effect on theory verification. HOMOGENEITY and MICROSTRUCTURE. Pore motion and evolution and the sublayer of microstructures, which consists of heterogeneity, is the essence of intricate mechanical behaviors of soils. MACRO-FIELD and MICROFIELD. The first is how to express micro-field complextely ,fractal may be a useful tool. The second is how to connect the complex index with macroscopic mechanical behaviors. A method is suggested which considers energy dissipation mechanism in microscopic scale. DILATANCY and DEVIATORIC PLASTICITY. A definite relation is verified by many experimental data. Author derived out it from a micromechanical model. Discussed recognition theories include two:RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DRUCKER POSTULATE, I-LYUSHIN POSTULATE and IRREVERSIBLE THERMODYNAMICS. The postulates are the direct sequence of entropy inequality, expressing complementary energy (Drucker) and free energy (I-Ivushin) reach maximum and minimum respectively,and are unnecessary for plasticity. So it is impossible to describe total behaviors of soils based on them. MACRO / MICRO COMBINATION THEORIES. A simplified micromechanics method, whose material functions and constants determined by macroscopic test data,makes micromechanics applicable in engineering. Thermodynamic approach is applied to energy utility of wasterater treatment process, definition and calculation of pollutants' chemical energy would be primary. According to the First Law of Thermodynamics, the concept of pollutants' chemical enthalpy advanced, and criterion for calculating chemical enthalpy is integrated, and enthalpy calculation method of complex organic substances established too in this paper. Then enthalpy was coulped with traditional water quality index-COD. Energy analysis conclusions of various processes in wastewater treatment and different classification energy can be comparable through the study, energy index becomes easy to be linked up with traditonal water quality mensuration.  相似文献

沸石粉是广泛用来控制和修复重金属污染土壤的无机材料,为了探究沸石钝化重金属Cu2+的作用机理,笔者通过批次振荡试验研究了沸石粉吸附溶液中Cu2+的热力学和动力学过程。结果表明,等温吸附过程极显著遵循Langmuir和Freundlich方程,沸石粉中Cu2+的最大吸附容量为3.839 g Cu/kg,为优惠型吸附。吸附动力学极显著符合Lagergren准二级、Elovich和双常数方程,为快速吸附过程,吸附速率主控步骤为液膜扩散。△G<0,△H>0,△S>0,表明沸石吸附溶液中Cu2+的过程为自发吸热熵推动反应。  相似文献

Hot metal silicon content in blast furnace is a main parameter by which product quality is measured and energy utilization ratio of blast furnace is reflected.The precise predicted results of hot metal silicon content can be used to direct batch operation and smelting operation of blast furnace.And the purpose of reducing hot metal silicon content is realized.The equations of thermodynamics and dynamics were deduced based on the reduction mechanism of silicon. And the predicting model of hot metal silicon content was obtained.With this model and the calculation methods of blast furnace's materiel and energy balance,the predicting system of hot metal silicon content was programmed.Real materiel conditions and operation parameters wre inputted into the system.And predicted values of hot metal silicon content were gained.Compared with measured values the deviations of predicted values were small.So it is testified that this predicting system has credibility in practice.  相似文献
