An Analysis of Impacts of Financial Engineering on Corporate Capital Structure

After reviewing the capital structure theories briefly,the paper researches the impact of financial engineering on corporate capital structure .The model analysis shows that financial engineering can decrease the cost of capital, then improve the financing capacity and effect the rate of debt.Executive Stock option improves managerial incentives and is a challenge to capital structure managerial incentives theory.     

The Capital Structure Choice of Financial Distressed Firms: Evidence from China

To study on how to choose the optimal capital structure for financial distressed listed firms,the difference of the factors influencing the capital structure and the adjusting procedure between non-distressed firms and distressed firms is analyzed.It shows that the high debt ratio of the distressed firms is significantly related with the proportion of the largest shareholder and the concentration of the share structure.However,the proportion of largest shareholder has little effect on the adjustment of capital structure.Therefore,to solve the problem of distressed firms,it will depend not only on the improvement of corporate governance,but also on the optimization of financial channels.     

国际金融危机对黑龙江省畜牧业的影响

在国际金融危机中,黑龙江省畜牧业也受到了多方面的影响。本文依据官方统计数据和资料,结合实证调查,分析了当前国际金融危机给黑龙江省畜产品出口、畜产品消费和畜牧业生产效益带来的不利影响和有利因素,并提出了应对金融危机的对策和措施。     

后国际金融危机背景下中国农业投资政策的经济影响研究

后国际金融危机时代,包括农业投资在内的＂三农＂发展问题仍然是中国经济政策制定的核心指向之一,为了有效支撑农业投资政策的制定,提出将农业投资的经济影响研究从传统的单区域局部均衡框架推进至多区域一般均衡的研究框架,并构建了一个中国多区域宏观经济可计算一般均衡模型。通过分析典型投资情景的政策模拟结果,建议应当继续加大农业投资力度,此外需注意保护城镇就业和农村退休人群的利益。

A Model of Venture Capital Project''s NPV Formula with Introducing Debt Capital

This paper CAPM and certainty equivalent wealthare applied because of NCF'S volatility of venture capital projects, on the basis of which, debt capital is introduced. the dissertation derives a levered risky project's NPV formula, which broadens applying range and lessens constrain conditions. For risky projects investment decision, the research provides a new theoretical basis.     

Hierarchical modeling and control of four-wheel-independent-vibrationabsorbing vehicle

By considering the vertical road roughness and accompanied lateral excitaion produced by tire effect,a traditional vehicle model with fourteen degrees of freedoms is adopted as background. Based on the space force analysis on sprung mass of the full vehicle,five body motions such as vertical,lateral,pitch,roll and yaw vibrations are studied,and ratio relations of coupling dynamics between a whole vehicle and each four quarter vehicles of vertical and lateral directions are deduced. A hierarchical parallel model which contains some independent quarter vehicles is formed. A concept of four-wheel-independent-vibrationabsorbing(4WIV) vehicle is proposed. The central level is founded by above coupling ratio relations and local control levels are constructed by quarter vehicles. Based on sophisticated robust control strategies under Matlab software environment,the control process of 4WIV vehicle is simulated. The results show that the system response could be quickened and ride comfort and handling properties would be improved due to parallel computation realization of local control parameters. The research on 4WIV vehicle in this paper lays the theoretical foundation for its application in automotive fields.     

Marriage Markets and the Intermetropolitan Distribution of Skilled Couples

Costa and Kahn hypothesize that the growing concentration of skilled couples in large cities is due to their migration to large cities to solve their dual‐employment problem. However, there is only limited empirical evidence in support of this hypothesis. This research tests an alternative hypothesis: The intermetropolitan distribution of skilled couples is largely the result of marriages among skilled singles in large cities. The relative merits of both the “co‐location” and “marriage market” hypotheses are evaluated by comparing the effects of migration and marriage on the intermetropolitan distribution of dual‐degree couples using data from the 2008 American Community Survey. Migration is found to have little effect on the distribution of dual‐degree couples. Rather, the concentration of dual‐degree couples is strongly related to the high rate of marriages among single college graduates in the same cities.

本文采用群体遗传学方法, 研究分析了6172份中国野生大豆资源的数量、 遗传多样性指数（Shannon指数）、 12个性状的综合变异系数及其地理分布。 结果表明： ① 42～47°N×122～127°E的东北中南部野生大豆资源分布极广、 遗传多样性丰富、 综合变异系数高; ② 34～35°N×113～115°E、 38～39°N×113～115°E和34～35°     

Hierarchical control method of low voltage looped microgrid

The low voltage (LV) looped microgrid has high reliability of power supply and good accessibility of the DG. The medium voltage distribution network with single loop network and multi sectioned & multi linked is studied to analyze the wiring mode of the LV looped microgrid. A research on the two hierarchical control scheme of the looped microgrid is conducted, and the sub microgrid, which meets island operation requirements, is divided according to their segments. Then the incidence matrix is formed based on the connection relation of different segments and components, and the plan for switching the microgrid operation status is concluded from the reform of incidence matrix on the basis of the judgment of island and reconnection segments. A resynchronization strategy using microgrid central controller is proposed. The MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of different operation status switching and synchronizing, and the results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed control method.     

Hierarchical self-localization of underwater wireless sensor network nodes

The follow-up application of underwater wireless sensor network is influenced by accuracy of self-localization of nodes. The self-localization of nodes is discussed in this paper. First of all, nodes of underwater wireless sensor network are classified into several levels according to the accuracy of position of nodes and the levels are from the first to the fifth in accordance with accuracy of nodes from high to low respectively. Secondly, the level of anchor nodes can be known by those unknown nodes from the information given by the anchor nodes themselves, At the same time the unknown nodes are able to be located in the area controlled by the first level of anchor nodes that are as the aggregation. Then the positioning algorithm is designed correspondingly in accordance with the accuracy level of nodes. Finally, the positioning algorithm is simulated and analyzed. The result shows that the unknown nodes can be located effectively by hierarchical control.     

中国柑橘砧木选择研究进展与展望

对国内柑橘砧木应用现状与在近20年内有关柑橘砧木选择的研究进展进行了总结。在应用现状上,中国柑橘的主导砧木枳砧存在嫁接后期不亲和、不耐深而板结的土壤、不耐盐碱土、不耐过大的温差剧烈变化、易感裂皮病、立枯病、青枯病和火疫病等,亟待改良或更换。在砧木选择研究进展上,中国调查出和引进了一些优良的柑橘砧木种质资源,通过体细胞融合选育出一些可作为柑橘砧木的柑橘体细胞杂种资源;在柑橘砧木资源的遗传稳定性、嫁接亲和性和矮化性等早期鉴定上,探索出一些有待完善的鉴定方法;在砧木选择上,选出一些具有某些优点的砧木,但尚不能冲击枳砧的主导地位,并且选择研究方法有必要把现行单纯的砧木比较改为与砧木种类、栽培技术或环境条件相结合进行比较。柑橘砧木种质资源的调查、引种、选育和利用研究仍是今后的研究重点和方向。     

Investment,Capital Stocks and the Age of Capital in U.S. Regions

ABSTRACT This paper outlines a conventional method of constructing regional capital stocks using investment and depreciation data. The method was used to estimate annual capital stocks for twenty (two-digit SIC) manufacturing industries in the nine census regions of the US. between 1955 and 1989. The novelty of the paper is the disaggregated capital stock data generated. Those data reveal that the industrial distribution of capital is becoming increasingly similar among regions of the U.S. They also show the familiar snowbelt-sunbelt shift of manufacturing capacity. Statistical tests establish that the redistribution of regional net capital stocks between 1955 and 1989 is significant in sixteen of twenty industries and that in ten of these sectors the most pronounced shifts in capacity occurred before the early 1970s. As investment moved away from the old manufacturing heartland, the age of capital in the mid Atlantic and east north central states increased and the age structure of capital stocks became relatively youthful in the west. Age pyramids reveal that regional variations in the age distribution of capital and the average age of capital were greater in 1989 than in 1955. Models of embodied technological change claim that the age of capital is a useful surrogate of best-practice technology.
