In this paper, a new microcomputer distance protection scheme with high property-cost ratio has been approached. The paper presents the performance equations based on the symmetrical components of current and voltage, proposes a new (1,a) coordinate plane and derives a Fourier symmetrical component algorithem with high accuracy and less calculation amount on the (1,a) plane. The protection program is debugged on the developing system of single chip computer. The digital imitation tests indicate that the proposed relaying system is satisfactory.  相似文献

To solve the problem that the existing method of extracting fault components is easily affected by power system swing,a new methed has been proposed in this paper,which can be used in high speed protection of transmission lines. This proped method ean greatly decrease unbal-ance outputs under power swing condilions without frequency tracking circuits,therefore it can make the protection using fault compnents operate correctly.  相似文献

植物新品种权属于种子领域一项重要的知识产权,对于保护育种权人利益和推动种子市场创新具有重要的意义。由于当前司法实践中植物新品种保护法律位阶低、种子市场品种同质化现象严重、育种权人维权困难等问题越发突出,如何在中国制度体系下完善植物新品种保护制度成为有效解决植物新品种保护纠纷的关键。通过分析现阶段植物新品种权制度存在的问题及原因,借鉴美国及日本同一制度的有关规定,探索符合中国国情和农业发展现状的植物新品种保护模式,以推动农业大国建设、提高国际竞争力。  相似文献

农政管理法制化,它是政府进行调控、干预、管理、监督农业经济活动的主要手段。日美国家为实施《农业基本法》、《农业法》专门修改有关法律和制定大量相配套的新法律。制定完善农业基本法,为农业各种政策提出一个基本方向;重视农业投入立法,建立完善投入机制;通过农产品市场立法,稳定发展农产品市场;加强自然资源保护和环境及其它方面的立法;制定调整农业经济关系和技术推广及强化农业主体、粮食保护等其他法律。 形成了较为完善的农业法律体系,真正实现了以法治农。  相似文献

Under the violent impact of the social transformation period,traditional cultural heritage faces a great crisis of protection,inheritance and development.In the context of collapse of basic structure of traditional rural society,the protection of traditional cultural heritage becomes an important task in the new period.Although both the state and the society attach great importance to the protection of intangible cultural heritage,it still faces a huge crisis of disappearance.In the system,this is because cultural elite list system and intangible cultural heritage protection system are confronted with many practical problems.The cultural elite of the rural society,as main group of intangible culture inheritance,is always ignored and this has become a hidden trouble for cultural heritage protection.In this situation,it is recommended to constantly restore excellent cultural ecological environment,improve the supporting facilities of the intangible cultural protection system,cultivate cultural elites of rural areas at the level of endogenous driving force,improve the rural centripetal force centering on cultural elites,restore its functions in transmitting culture and guiding value in rural society,and rebuild the folk cultural elite regeneration mechanism,so as to real y push the intangible cultural heritage protection towards the sustainable development of inheritance.  相似文献

Considering traditional current protection cannot satisfy the micro-grid, a system protection solution for the micro-grid is proposed. In this solution, the failure message with direction information can be exchanged among the adjacent protection units, so the fault coverage can be determined and the fault can be quickly cleared. By analyzing the movement of the protection in three kinds of fault conditions in the micro-grid that contains three branches and two micro-power based on inverter, the method has been proved that the fault can be quickly cleared and the protection has the same protection strategies for both islanded and grid-connected operation.  相似文献

As a main application of information hiding technique to multimedia copyright protection, the digital watermarking technique, which embeds an invisible signal (watermark) to the original multimedia data (image, audio, and video), has been proposed as a viable solution for the copyright protection and authentication of multimedia data in a networked environment since it makes it possible to identify the author, owner, distributor or authorized consumer of multimedia data. So it has drawn extensive attention in recent years and has been widely applied. A new image watermarking scheme is proposed by incorporating the DCT transform and an edge detection technique. Experimental results show that this method is more robust against the common signal processing attacks than the traditional Cox's method.  相似文献

传统光储微电网混合储能系统控制策略将蓄电池视为容量无限大的理想元件,而实际上蓄电池容量有限,当蓄电池剩余电量达到阈值无法正常工作时传统控制策略将不适用。在二阶低通滤波法的基础上提出一种光储微电网混合储能系统的新型控制策略,同时考虑超级电容与蓄电池的剩余电量,根据储能元件的荷电状态调整储能元件输出电流参考值,维持储能元件剩余电量,但在极端天气情况下,仍需与储能元件保护开关相配合。由于采用传统储能元件保护开关的储能系统需独立的充放电电路,存在成本较高、充放电不连续等问题,因此,对储能元件的保护开关进行了改进,利用开关与二极管并联使其具有4种工作状态,在储能元件剩余电量达到阈值时,可自动恢复电量,降低了成本,提高了并网输出电能质量。最后结合新型控制策略与改进的保护开关,提出整体的混合储能系统控制方案,并用Matlab/Simulink对其进行仿真验证,结果证明了所提方法的正确性与可行性。  相似文献

The ryegrass (Lolium) species, perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) and Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.), are the two most important pasture grass species for global temperate regions and are also useful for amenity purposes. Due to an outbreeding reproductive habit, high levels of genetic heterogeneity are present within cultivated varieties. A continual increase in delivery of new cultivars to the marketplace, along with limited capacity to discriminate on the basis of morphological characteristics in a grow‐out test, has caused difficulties for distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS) testing in the current plant variety protection (PVP) system. A range of genomic tools and resources have been generated for ryegrasses, which provide new opportunities and challenges to the current PVP system. In this review, the currently available genomic tools and resources are described, along with prospects for applications to the PVP system and testing for seed certification and purity accreditation.  相似文献

A series of works have analysed differential behaviour in terms of productive efficiency between companies inside a hypothetical industrial district and those outside the district. This objective has been addressed using measures of technical efficiency. The results obtained provide valuable information for quantifying the district effect at a given moment in time. However, constant changes in the market and business behaviour mean that it is worthwhile studying the business district effect from a dynamic point of view. In this study, we provide this new vision through the use of Malmquist productivity indices. This methodology enables us to analyse possible differential evolutions by comparing the productive efficiency of companies inside and outside a district over a period of time. An empirical application has been made on a set of small and medium‐sized Spanish ceramic producers during the period of economic expansion between 1996 and 2007.  相似文献

As a new kind of supporting member, a prestress self balanced cable truss has been widely applied in point supported glass curtain walls. The free and forced vibration behaviors were analysed. Taking the temperature effect and geometric nonlinearity into consideration, the nonlinear vibration equation was derived with continua theory for prestress self balanced cable truss support system in point supported glass curtain wall. By the Galerkin method, the partial differential equation was transformed into ordinary differential equation and then solved with L P method and KBM method. With the case study, the effects of temperature, amplitude, and exterior excitation on the nonlinear vibration were discussed. And it was found that the frequency would decrease with increase of temperature and the nonlinear vibration showed the characteristics of hard spring.  相似文献

自20世纪80年代以来,长江江豚种群量持续衰减,目前保持在1000头左右。近年来,长江江豚受到了极大的关注,研究也越来越多。2021年新修订的《国家重点保护野生动物名录》明确长江江豚正式升为国家一级保护野生动物。同时,随着2021年长江十年禁渔进入全面禁捕新阶段,长江大保护已由攻坚战转向持久战,长江江豚的保护工作也进入新阶段。本研究回顾了长江江豚的分类学、形态解剖学、种群生态学和保护生物学等方面主要研究成果,提出了相关研究展望。  相似文献

为解决中国农业长期粗放经营问题,研究中国耕地与生态文明协同保护体系,采用文献研究法和归纳演绎法,分析东亚地区代表国家环境保全型农业下的耕地农业协同体系。研究表明,日本的耕地农业环境保护支付制度、生态补偿市场认证体系、耕地农业法律制度保障,是建立在生态补偿原则上,经过实践检验行之有效的,能够提升市场参与度及农民自主性投入的耕地生态协同保护措施。中国在推广耕地合理利用实践方面做出了不懈努力,但是在建立耕地生态协同保护的休耕制度、因地制宜建立生态补偿体系、加快推进耕地生态协同保护专项基金的设立等方面还需进一步坚持和完善。  相似文献

随着农业领域国际竞争的日益激烈,作为增强农业综合竞争力的重要因素,世界各国越来越重视农产品区域品牌保护。近年来,日本根据本国国情和国际农业形势的发展变化,积极制定农产品区域品牌的保护制度以激励和保护本国农业的发展。本文通过对日本农产品区域品牌的保护制度进行分析和评价,从而得出其对我国的启示作用和借鉴意义。以日本为鉴,我国也应该从本国国情出发,完善区域品牌的相关法律、法规,发挥政府的职能,发展产品保护行业协会,强化安全质量标准体系的监控并大力开展市场推广与广告宣传。  相似文献

为了解槟榔江水牛养殖系统动态保护状况,更好地传承中国重要农业文化遗产,发挥其在农业生产中的重要作用,运用文献研究和实地调查相结合的方法,分析槟榔江水牛养殖系统动态保护现状。结果表明:通过品种保护、扩繁与利用,水牛代养模式,水牛奶乳制品特色产业的开发,槟榔江水牛养殖系统动态保护取得了一定成效,但仍存在水牛生存面临威胁、公众对农业文化遗产保护参与度不高、相关产业融合发展不够等问题,一定程度上影响了槟榔江水牛养殖系统的动态保护。据此提出加强槟榔江水牛养殖系统动态保护的相关建议:完善农业文化遗产保护政策措施,制定保护战略规划;加强对农业文化遗产的宣传普及,建立多方参与机制;实施多功能产业发展,建立农业多功能拓展的动态保护机制;构建利益共享机制,确保农民利益实现。  相似文献

In order to solve the problem of software system protection and recovery in large computer laboratory , this paper analyses the current state of software system protection & recovery technology and it's defects in safety and stability. The reason causing these problems are discussed. Some solution plans are suggested.The authors hold that there have two way to solve these problems completely , one is strengthening the support from hardware , particularly strengthening the support to recover card directly from BIOS, another is developing new Host/Terminal computer system , protecting software system by ARC.  相似文献
