In this paper, the historical reasons of formation of the village inside the city are analyzed. It is indicated that such situation for the villages inside the city are the result of joint action of both the villagers and the government. The foundation of villages inside the city laid on the simple compensation for farmers in confiscating the rural land and lack of intelligence aids. In this paper, the ideas and measures for their reconstruction are put forward based on consideration of the reasons of their formation and difficulties in the reconstruction. 相似文献

In this paper, the problems to be studied and solved after China entered the "Aging Society" are presented. Then, based on analysis of the living mode of aged, the complex mode of providing for the aged by combining the family supporting with social supporting is presented. Finally, to study, design and construct the housing suitable for the complex mode of providing for the aged, the welfare building and recreation center for aged is suggested. As an architectural style from the growth period in Shanghai, Shikumen houses will influence the city image of Shanghai for a long time. Today, a further understanding of Shikumen houses will help us comprehend local characteristics and the meaning of city culture, to uphold the image of the city, and to keep the lifestyle lively. In this case study, we paid attention to city context. By proposing a method of partial preservation and partial reconstruction of a Shikumen house, we tried to realize humanistic communion space with different layers, such as an upright lane and aerial yard. 相似文献

A contradiction existed in "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone(JGJ-134-2001)" is pointed out through calculations and the contradiction is perfectly solved by means of interrelation principle between window and wall.At the same time the constant form principle of equal thermal resistance in parallel connection between window and wall is advanced to make the controlling indexes for enclosure in buildings satisfy perfectly the requirement for energy efficiency. 相似文献

农村居民点空间布局重构对于指导区域农村居民点整理规划、实现土地可持续发展具有重要意义。笔者以黑龙江省明水县明水镇为研究区,通过计算研究区空心化程度、农村居民点整理的重要性指数、迫切性指数、整理时序指数,对农村居民点的整理时序进行划分,提出农村居民点的整理迁移方案。研究结果表明:研究区各村屯农村居民点空心化现象明显,向阳村张奎英屯空心化率最高;在空心化趋势预测结果中,规划近期城北村空心化增强趋势变化最明显,规划中期互助村空心化增强趋势变化最明显,规划远期向阳村空心化增强趋势变化最明显;在农村居民点整理时序上,保留农居点占总数的35.29%,近期整理农居点占总数的9.8%,中期整理农居点占总数的23.53%,远期整理农居点占总数的31.37%。最后提出合理的整理迁移方案,研究成果为指导县域农村居民点整理规划提供参考和科学依据。 相似文献

Migration for the reason of zoological environment is the measure for solving the crisis of zoological environment. Nowadays, governments play the chief role in the Migration for the reason of zoological environment, but the migration themselves do not have the freedom to decide whether migrate or not. Because the activity of migration is related to the restraint of economy, culture, law, etc. It is the object of migration that protect the zoological environment and improve the welfare of habitant, which must be concerned when constructing the systems of migration. This paper proves the possibility of contracting for migration based on the methodology of the cost-income analysis. On the other hand, it also argues for changing the mode of migration from that controlled by governments to being decided by habitant themselves. 相似文献

高铁肌红蛋白还原酶是和肉色相关的一类酶,它可以阻抗引起肉品褐变的高铁肌红蛋白的生成,从而延长肉品货架期。对高铁肌红蛋白还原酶活力的测定方法进行优化,结果表明,在测定高铁肌红蛋白还原酶活力的标准反应物中,酶粗提液的添加量为0.3mL,以牛心为材料,高铁肌红蛋白的添加量为0.1mL,以牛背最长肌为材料,高铁肌红蛋白的添加量为0.05mL,NADH的添加量均为0.2mL;测定酶反应的最适温度为25℃,保温时间为25min。在酶标准反应物中,只有NADH是必须的起始物质,以前报道过的电子传递体K4Fe(CN)6并非必须反应物质,但它和底物高铁肌红蛋白和EDTA都有增强酶活力的作用。 相似文献

1986-1989年采用自然鉴定和人工土壤接种鉴定的方法,对602份玉米材料的青枯病抗性进行了鉴定。人工接种鉴定397份,其中204份材料表现抗病。在正常年份,人工接种鉴定效果明显好于自然鉴定,但在重病区或青枯病流行年份,在尚未具备人工接种条件时,利用自然发病作为选育抗病材料仍有一定效果。玉米苗期接种青枯病重于成株期 相似文献

为了筛选合适的氮素施用量,研究氮素营养和甜菜蔗糖代谢的关系。以尿素为氮源,采用HI003为试材,研究了不同的施氮水平对甜菜叶片和块根可溶性糖含量、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、蔗糖合成酶活性的影响。结果表明:在生育期初期,叶片和块根中的可溶性糖含量随着施氮量的提高降低,后期糖分积累期,施氮量(40~160kg/hm2)可以提高块根的可溶性糖含量,超过160kg/hm2可溶性糖含量降低;叶片中,整个生育期施氮肥处理增加了蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性,蔗糖合成酶在生育期前期随着施氮量增加活性降低;甜菜块根中,氮素处理在生育期初期,降低了蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶的活性,适宜的施氮量(120~160kg/hm2)可以提高甜菜生育期后期块根中的蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性;试验发现较高的施氮量不利于糖的积累,适合的施氮量为120~160kg/hm2。 相似文献

在综合分析城市公园绿地健康促进效应和相关评价模型研究的基础上,对健康视阈下的城市公园绿地休闲游憩适宜性评价指标体系及评价模型构建进行探索。(1)在综合运用文献分析法和专家咨询法的基础上,构建城市公园绿地健康休闲游憩适宜性评价指标体系,共包括6个准则层、15个要素层和和40个指标因子。(2)采用层次分析法、熵值法确定评价指标体系中各指标的权重,准则层中健康功效感知(0.2663)和大众审美(0.2470)列前2位;要素层中排名靠前的评价指标为生理健康(0.1332)、植物景观(0.0988)、空气质量(0.0926)和游憩空间(0.0871)。(3)借助场地使用者问卷调查评分,对杭州城北体育公园绿地的健康休闲游憩适宜性进行实证评价,评价整体得分为4.1996,属于优良水平,但水体景观、基础服务设施等存在问题。针对评价结果,提出了5个方面的优化发展策略。 相似文献

对江淮下游稻麦两熟高产优质种植模式周年气候资源分配和利用特征的探究,可以为当地机插水稻–小麦周年产量和气候资源利用效率的提高提供一定的理论依据。在泰州兴化市,水稻季以迟熟中粳南粳9108和中熟中粳连粳11为材料,设置5月22日(R-Ⅰ)、5月29日(R-Ⅱ)和6月5日(R-Ⅲ) 3个播期,小麦季以冬小麦宁麦13为材料,设置11月5日(W-Ⅰ)、11月15日(W-Ⅱ)和11月25日(W-Ⅲ) 3个播期,分析了不同播期下机插水稻–小麦周年高产优质形成与稻季、麦季资源分配特征。结果表明,水稻季,随着播期推迟,迟熟中粳南粳9108产量、温光资源量及其生产效率均显著下降,中熟中粳连粳11温光资源量呈下降趋势,但产量及温光利用率呈先升后降趋势,各播期迟熟中粳产量均高于中熟中粳。小麦季,产量、温光资源量及其生产效率均随播期推迟有不同程度降低。从周年生产看,周年稻麦产量随两季作物播期的推迟显著降低,其中迟熟中粳南粳9108播期R-Ⅰ与小麦播期W-Ⅰ组合在所有处理中产量最高。水稻产量占周年产量比例最高为62.99%,最低为55.86%。两季间积温分配率水稻季最高为68.38%,小麦季最高为34.14%。... 相似文献

为了提高兵团农场农业资源管理水平,实现农业资源数据的有效共享,为从农人员提供所需的农业信息服务,笔者根据新疆生产建设兵团新型农场的经营与管理体制,结合计算机数据库技术和GIS技术,以149团为调研单位,设计了兵团农场农业资源管理服务信息系统,分析了系统建立的必要性,阐述了系统初步设计方案,包括数据类型分析、系统概念设计、系统结构设计等,展示了部分系统应用实例图,建立了一个集管理功能和服务功能于一体的一站式农业资源管理服务信息系统,使兵团农场已有的农业资源信息能够统一存储、高效管理和便捷共享,同时动态地存入现时资源数据,提高了团场农业资源管理水平。 相似文献
