Rockburst Hazard and Its Forcast and Treatments in Underground Engineering   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Rockburst is a serious damage geologic hazard. According to the rockburst phenomenon in Erlangshan tunnel and the Jinping 2nd hydropower station and a large of rockburst data,this paper proposes that rockburst is a result that many factors synthesize. These factors include teconics ,epigenetic and superficial structure, wall-rock intensity, attitude of rocks, wall-rock state of stress, wall-rock deformation and underground engineering arrangement, etc. It is given that the mechanism of rockburst is a tension fracture damage under press.  相似文献

A technology of wastewater treatment compound artificial wetland was developed in connection with the characteristics of water pollution in small cities and towns in China. That compound system was composed of vertical baffled wetland filter under anaerobic conditions and lateral subsurface flow wetland bed under facultative conditions. By setting up the inner back flow system, the nature reoxygenation area and the gravel filler with a particle size of 8~30 mm, the dissolved oxygen(DO) division in the system was achieved with the optimization of the flow pattern and the increase of treatment efficiency. The application results indicated that, under the conditions that the water flow rate was 300~450 m3/d, COD, NH+4N and TP concentration of the inffluent were 60~250 mg/L, 4.5~23 mg/L and 1.5~8 mg/L respectively. And these values of the effluent were 20~30 mg/L, 2~4 mg/L and 0.3~0.5 mg/L respectively at low temperature and could fall below 30 mg/L, 4 mg/L and 0.43 mg/L at normal temperature.  相似文献

The critical phenomenon in rock failure is analyzed with renormalization model on the assumption that strength of rock fallows probability distribution and self-similar characteristic. The experimental results are introduced. The calculation results given by renormalization model are in good accordance with experimental results. This show that the theoretical failure point of rock and evolutionary process of rock mass can be simulated accurately by renormalization model. Normalization model can be adopted to judge whether the rock start to fail or not.  相似文献

The total requirement for affordable new housing in the world is extremely large, and in many countries presents major challenges to local building industries which-if they continue to use traditional building methods-will be unable to supply what is needed in terms of quantity, quality, performance or cost. In Europe, since the end of the Second World War, there have been numerous attempts to mass produce housing-mainly in order to build faster, overcome skills shortages and cut costs. The majority of those methods were based on the use of concrete and, for a variety of reasons, in the UK many of them performed badly [almost half the concrete tower blocks built in Britain the 1960s and 70s have already been demolished or are scheduled for demolition]. In the mid 1970's the Greater London Council [GLC]-already disenchanted by their experience of precast concrete building methods-experimented with volumetric/modular steel housing, and built a demonstration block of modular flats in the Borough of Hackney. The results were highly encouraging, but the programme was terminated when the GLC was closed down. However, that modular housing work attracted the attention of several large hotel chains that then used modular building techniques to construct several hundred budget price hotels in the UK. Today attitudes towards modular building methods have changed considerably, particularly among major developers. Most new hotels now incorporate pod bathrooms and large numbers of university students are being accommodated in new modular halls of residence. New material combinations and module production techniques have further increased the many advantages offered by modular construction, particularly in terms of higher acoustic performance and lower cost. The success of recent high profile modular housing projects in the UK and other EC countries bodes well for modular housing in Europe, and the PATH advanced housing technology initiative in the USA suggests modular is also poised to take off there in a big way. The funneling effect of noise is the main difficulty in two way CATV modification works. This paper discusses the source of noise and interference, the mechanism to form noise funneling, the regularities of distribution, the characteristics of the spectrum, etc. The purpose is to find the way of reducing funnel noise. The invading noise has the greatest effect on the upstream of two way CATV system, which mainly comes from the indoor of the users. The increase of the number of cable modem will not obviously make greater funneling noise. The cable connectors are the main source of producing and invading noise in outdoor cable network, which is a threat to the safty of the whole upstream channel.  相似文献

[Objectives]To investigate the expression and significance of miR-21 and P-gp in colon cancer cell line HCT-15.[Methods]RT-qPCR was used to detect the miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA expression level of P-gp coding genes in normal colon mucosal cell NCM460 and colon cancer cell HCT-15,and Western Blot was used to detect the expression of P-gp in these two cell lines.[Results]The results of RT-qPCR showed that the expression level of miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA in colon cancer cell HCT-15 was significantly higher than that in normal colon cell NCM460,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Western Blot results showed that the expression level of P-gp in HCT-15 was significantly higher than that in NCM460,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The expression level of miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA/P-gp in colon cancer cell HCT-15 was higher than that in normal colonic mucosal cell NCM460,and the relationship between miR-21 and multidrug resistance in colon cancer might be related to P-gp.  相似文献

Several conventional methods for preparing gold nanoparticles and their features are reviewed,Which are separated into physical metnods. The physical methods include vacuum evaporation,soft landing and laser ablation, and chemical methods the chemical ones have colloidal metheds,crystal species generating metheds,reverse micellar methods,phase transmission and model methods,etc..Gold nanoparticles with different size and shape can be produced by different methods. Peculiar physical and chemical properties of gold nanoparticles make them have wide applications in fields of chemistry, biology and medicine, especially in DNA detection. There are optical, electrochemical and piezoelectric methods for detection of DNA. Spray Forming technology gets involved with new materials preparation techniques in multiple domains such as powder metallurgy, fluent metal atomization, rapid cooling and non-equilibrium solidification. High performance alloy and metal matrix composite with high density, low oxygen content and microstructure featuring rapid solidification can be fabricated by spray forming. Spray forming, which is of short process flow, low cost, high deposition efficiency, flexible manufacture system, becomes a kind of near shape forming and rapid solidification technology with great prospect. Therefore the developing process history of spray forming technology is introduced and the current research and development status of spray forming technology in the fields of aluminum alloy, steel material, magnesium alloy, copper alloy and high temperature alloy and metal matrix composite is described. Multi-layer spray forming and in-situ reaction atomization spray forming are also discussed. In addition, evaluation and prospect for the technology are presented.  相似文献
