It is crucial for corporations to select a proper development mode in competitive market. Diversification has been one of the most popular development modes that corporations all over the world pursued since 1960's. The relationship between diversification and economic performance is also an important subject for the research in strategic management. This paper re-examines the economic performance of China listed corporations and designs the measure index system of diversification strategy and economic performance. Moreover, it adopts empirical study on the relationship between them through the approaches such as regression model, variance analysis. Considering the difficult of acquiring and transmission the signal from the moving equipment, a new fault diagnosis monitoring system is presented. The system acquires the state signal from the moving equipment by data acquisition module that based in W77E58 high-speed SCM, and transmits the data fast by wireless mode. The signal data can be use for fault diagnosis and precise analysis. The system has the ability for acquiring abundance of data with a high speed, the ability for high accuracy data conversion, and has a function of programme controlling gain and programme controlling low-pass filtering. The successful application of this system on the vibration monitor about the material-transporting bogie in an iron works of a domestic steel enterprise proves the stability and credibility about the design project, also testifies its practical value and versatility.  相似文献

After an analysis of the characteristics of impulse electro flotation wastewater treatment equipment, we discussed the factors affecting the efficiency of this technology. A simplified steel ball model was used in the construction of the free particle flotation removal model based on the kinematical theory of flocculation processes. Variation of the concentration of a free particle over time was stimulated. This mathematical model showed a significant role in the design of the flocculator parameter, and provided theoretical guidance on the choice of electric flotation parameters and the design of the electric flotation treatment equipment. The simulated results suggest that when the treatment time was between 20 and 25 minutes, the free particle removal rate could exceed 90%, a finding consistent with the experimental data.  相似文献

In measuring the steel wire rope, the key problem is to detect and eliminate the measure error for wheel spin. In order to measure the length of steel wire rope precisely, the velocity ratio of the wheel of steel wire rope and driving windlass is adopted for detecting wheel spin and the accumulated pulse error is also adopted to eliminate the round off error. Phase zero is used to remove the jam pulse of electromagnetism. The result shows the system works reliably and the measure error is less than 0.2%.  相似文献

To realize efficient operation, the production organization constraints of ironmaking/steelmaking interface, desulphorization basic oxygen furnace and decarburization basic oxygen furnace, refining equipment and casting/rolling interface of typical steel production process A are analyzed. Order planning model of iron and steel enterprises considering production organization constraints is established. The scheduling compact and coordination and the optimization of commissioning date of different production lines are fully considered in the model. Then, the model is solved by tabu search. Finally, three different sizes of actual production contracts which are randomly selected from the steel plant A are simulated. The results prove the presented model and algorithm can harmonize and optimize the production effectively and also realize the process running efficiently.  相似文献

通过对全国18个省、自治区和直辖市农户对农业智能装备应用和需求情况的问卷调查,发现农户普遍对农业智能装备的需求不强,环境保护意识低下,而这主要是由于农民收入低下、生产规模小以及农业机械化水平较低。未来,政府应出台一些农机购置扶持政策,鼓励和引导农户购置信息化设备,提高农户的信息意识和信息消费水平,逐步完成从传统农业向现代农业的转变。  相似文献

研究鲜切莲藕在不同贮藏温度下细菌生长趋势和感官质量的变化,建立微生物生长模型,预测鲜切莲藕的货架寿命;将莲藕切片经保鲜处理、包装后,置4、8和20℃贮藏温度下贮藏,测定贮藏期间鲜切莲藕中细菌总数,利用DPS软件,建立Gompertz模型;结果表明,试验中所建立的Gompertz模型能有效地拟合在不同贮藏温度下鲜切莲藕中细菌总数的动态变化;建立的微生物模型能预测不同贮藏温度下、不同贮藏时间内鲜切莲藕中的细菌总数,为快速、有效地评估鲜切莲藕的货架寿命和微生物安全性,提供了一个方便有效的方法。  相似文献

对20世纪50年代以来中国自育的110个棉花抗枯、黄萎病品种的抗病性、产量性状、早熟性状的遗传改良进行了分析。结果显示,抗枯萎病育种成效显著,品种对枯萎病抗性呈稳步上升趋势;品种对黄萎病抗性亦呈上升趋势,但进展缓慢。除20世纪70年代品种略有下降外,品种的单株生产力呈上升趋势。单株结铃平均数在年代间变化不大,衣分变化趋势呈“V”字型,90年代品种最高。20世纪50~90年代,品种生育期缩短,早熟性增强。株高、第一果枝距子叶距离、第一果枝节位变化趋势一致,呈下降趋势。  相似文献

The main contents of light and simplified cultivation (LSC) of cotton are discussed, and the LSC development is prospected in the paper. Light and simplified cultivation of cotton refers to the simplification and minimization of field management and operations, as well as the integration of agronomic technologies and agricultural machinery or good cotton variety to reduce production costs and labor intensity during cotton farming and cultivation, and to realize sustainable production. LSC is an important supporting technology for China's cotton production from the traditional labor intensive to the light and cost-saving, which is fully based on the national conditions of China. The new cultivation technology system was established after the innovation and transformation of traditional cotton cultivation technology. The LSC technology system mainly includes precision mono-seeding, simplified pruning or non-pruning technique, one-time fertilization technology or fertigation management technology, and optimization of boll setting through regulation of fruiting distribution and grouped harvesting technology. From the perspective of the future, we should further optimize the planting pattern, improve the key cultivation techniques of LSC, develop new material and equipment, promote the high fusion of agronomic technology and material equipment, and provide more powerful theoretical and technical support for LSC. Improved LSC will play more important roles in supporting the sustainable development of cotton production in China.  相似文献

Based on the kinematic and kinetic characteristics, the friction model of a metal pushing V(belt continuously variable transmission (CVT) is established in this paper. The relation between applied forces and speed ratio as well as transmitted torque is analysed. The coputational formulas on the tension forces of steel ring and compression forces between metal blocks are derived. 选取3种包装的36%~38%冷破番茄酱为研究对象,对比分析番茄酱产品出厂检验指标与存放1~2年后色差指标的变化。结果表明,220 L钢桶装和1 500 L铁箱装番茄酱产品在2年的保质期内,产品色差值下降分别为0.130和0.125;1 250 L木箱装番茄酱产品在2年的保质期内,产品色差值下降0.093。  相似文献

This paper constituted the FEM(finite element method) model of sticky steel reinforcement beam and the model was used to analyze the reinforcement effect of the beam sticking different layers'' steel plate. The result shows two layers of steel is better than others, which agrees with theoretic analysis. Aiming at real time diagnostic knowledge accumulation and updating in intelligent diagnostic system, to simulate the process experts accumulate and update fault diagnostic knowledge, a new real time diagnostic knowledge self learning model is proposed based on pattern comparing and updating. Abnormal distribution test of hypothesis is used to compare real time equipment fault pattern to equipment normal pattern of contingent knowledge. The algorithm of sample size estimation algorithm is used to calculate the number of samples which is used to obtain necessary diagnostic efficiency. Real time model updating algorithm is used to adjust the diagnostic knowledge model to actual equipment on the spot. Analysis to actual test data of equipment shows that the method could achieve new diagnostic knowledge accumulation and be adaptive to actual equipment on the spot.  相似文献
