磷素子粒生产效率不同品种的小麦磷素吸收利用差异 总被引:2,自引:3,他引:2
盆栽试验研究了130份小麦不同生育时期的干物重、磷素含量、子粒产量等指标,采用组内最小平方和的动态聚类方法将供试品种按磷素子粒生产效率从低到高依次分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ 6个类型,研究不同类型磷素吸收利用的差异。结果表明: 1)供试品种的磷素子粒生产效率差异较大(CV=1660%),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ类品种的平均磷素子粒生产效率为P 13629、15167、16916、18589、20132、24466 g/g。子粒产量随磷素子粒生产效率提高呈增加趋势(r=03203**)。2)不同生育时期,小麦植株磷浓度与吸磷量类型间差异显著或极显著。成熟期磷素子粒生产效率与植株磷浓度极显著正相关(r=06969**),子粒产量与抽穗期、成熟期植株吸磷量显著或极显著相关(r=02966*、r=09271**)。3)不同生育时期磷素干物质生产效率的类间差异均达显著水平; 成熟期磷素干物质生产效率与磷素子粒生产效率极显著正相关 (r=07391**)。4)拔节期、抽穗期和成熟期干物重均表现出随磷素子粒生产效率增加而增加的趋势,成熟期尤为突出。拔节期成熟期磷素吸收量是影响子粒产量形成的重要因素,磷素子粒生产效率高的品种在拔节期后有较强干物质和子粒产量形成能力。 相似文献

以9 个旱地冬小麦品种为材料, 通过田间试验研究不同产量水平冬小麦品种氮磷钾累积和转移的差异。结果表明: 高产冬小麦品种的花前氮累积量随养分投入水平提高而增加的幅度明显高于中、低产品种, 具较高的花前氮累积量, 但其花前磷累积量无明显优势; 高产冬小麦品种花后能累积较多的氮磷, 但其氮磷转移量、转移率、转移氮磷对籽粒的贡献率均低于中、低产品种; 高产冬小麦品种花前钾累积量和钾转移量无明显优势, 但其籽粒对钾的保存能力较高, 花后钾损失较少。因此, 较高的花后氮磷累积量、较低的花后钾损失量是旱地冬小麦品种高产的重要原因。 相似文献

Abstract By applying nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) fertilizers at different rates and times to high-yielding rice cultivars, we determined the absorption of N, P, and potassium (K) in relation to the grain yield. The results showed that, at a higher top-dressing rate of N, the grain yield increased and the absorption of N, P, and K was stimulated, whereas top-dressing of P did not significantly increase the grain yield and nutrient absorption. The absorption of N, P, and K differed markedly among the cultivars, even at the same level of grain yield in the same field (for Yangdao 4 and Suweon 258). N absorption in line 9004 was 29.2 g m?2 for a paddy grain yield of 1,250 g m?2 (brown rice: about 1,000 g m?2), being much higher than the value reported in the literature. The ratio of N : P : K absorption at different yield levels revealed that, with the increase of grain yield of the cultivars, the absorption of P and K relative to the absorption of N decreased. The absorption amounts and ratios of N, P, and K depended on the cultivars, yield levels~, and possibly, soils of the field. 相似文献

The application of zinc (Zn) fertilizer to lentil is an agronomic strategy that has the potential to improve yield and enhance grain Zn concentration. A pot study was conducted to determine if Zn fertilizer applied to three popular Saskatchewan lentil cultivars could increase yield and concentration of Zn in the grain. The effects of soil and foliar applied Zn forms, including ZnSO4, Zn chelated with EDTA, Zn lignosulphonate, and a control were evaluated. Forms of Zn were not found to significantly increase yield (P = 0.828) or grain Zn concentration (P = 0.708) in any of the lentil cultivars tested. Fertilization with soil applied ZnSO4 resulted in significantly (P < 0.0001) higher amounts of residual available Zn in the soil relative to other Zn treatments. Soil fertilized with ZnSO4 had 1.13 mg kg?1 diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA)-extractable Zn compared to 0.84 mg Zn kg?1 and 0.77 mg Zn kg?1 in the soil and foliar applied chelated Zn, respectively. 相似文献

通过田间试验研究了西北旱地4个主要冬小麦品种在不同供氮水平下对氮素的吸收、累积和转移特性。结果表明,增施氮肥显著地促进了小麦地上部分氮素累积总量,子粒氮素累积量在施氮量180.kg/hm2时最高,再增加氮肥用量子粒氮素累积量降低;施氮明显增加了收获时茎秆氮素的残留量。不同品种间氮素累积量差异显著,其中小偃22最高,其后依次为陕253、小偃503和陕229;小偃22的氮肥利用率、氮肥农学效率和氮肥生理效率均高于其它几个小麦品种。不同器官相比,开花前氮素主要累积在叶片中,茎秆的累积量在开花期达到最大。不同部位氮素转移效率为叶片穗茎秆;叶、茎、穗氮素转移效率存在基因型差异。 相似文献

Summary A set of 109 durum wheat accessions, selected from a world collection for their adaptation to dry environments, were further evaluated under moisture-limiting conditions. The entries were subdivided into 9 gene pools based on their country of origin. Data are presented to assess the phenotypic variation and distinctiveness of these pools for some spike and grain features. Analysis of variance revealed highly significant differences among materials of diverse origin for all traits except protein content. Within-country variation was generally wide as regards spike length and 1000-kernel weight. The Ethiopian germplasm presented a remarkable variability and distinctiveness. Entries with interesting values for breeding purposes were detected in most country gene pools. In general, selection of germplasm adapted to harsh environments did not result in a loss of variability for the considered traits, with the possible exception of protein content. Ethiopian entries presented the highest number of significant pairwise character correlations. The two most important traits in a discriminant analysis by country of origin were spike density and 1000-kernel weight. Diversity among gene pools was further assessed by a canonical analysis. The first three canonical variables explained 90% of the total variance. The gene pools of Ethiopia, Greece, Egypt and Jordan appeared clearly distinct from the other germplasm subsets studied. Geographically distinct patterns emerging from this study could be the result of the combined effect of natural and human selection. 相似文献
