面向对象的单元测试和集成测试技术研究

面向对象的开发技术有力的推进了软件产业的迅速发展。针对面向对象的开发方法的特点,传统的软件测试技术无论从方法上还是从思维方式上都要做相应的改变,从而形成一种新兴的软件测试技术一面向对象的测试技术。本文主要介绍了面向对象的单元测试和集成测试方法,并且针对这两种方法对面向对象的测试与传统的测试进行了比较探讨。     

油菜抗倒伏测试风洞关键部件仿真与试验

为解决现有油菜抗倒伏品种选育周期长、难度大等问题，依托计算流体力学软件Fluent建立油菜抗倒伏测试风洞模型，对风洞扩散段、稳定段、收缩段等关键部位进行参数设计及仿真试验，分析该模型对风洞流场品质的影响，最终通过正交试验选择最佳设计方案。结果显示，单因素试验中，收缩段长度Lc增加，风洞出口风速变异系数增加，气流品质下降；随稳定段长度Lw增加，风洞出口风速变异系数先减小后增加，稳定段长度1 000 mm时，风速变异系数最低，气流品质最佳；阻尼网距稳定段出口长度增加，风洞出口风速变异系数先降低后增加，阻尼网距稳定段出口0.65Lw时，风速变异系数最小。正交试验结果显示，收缩段长度600 mm、稳定段800 mm、阻尼网距风洞出口0.65Lw时，对应风洞试验区风速平均变异系数为0.139，风速较其他方案更稳定，气流品质最佳。实测验证发现，与仿真结果相比，实测风速大小无明显差别，且实测结果中各截面风速变异系数略优于仿真值，整体仿真结果与实测效果拟合较好。     

农业机械检测现状与检测装备研发

农业机械化是我国农业现代化的重要组成部分,农机试验鉴定为我国农机化发展提供了重要保障。经过几十年的发展,我国农机试验鉴定体系、法律法规不断完善,鉴定单位的鉴定能力、可鉴定产品的数量不断提升。但从农机化高质量发展的角度,我国农机试验鉴定还存在检测手段和方法传统、检测劳动强度大、人为检测误差大、采集数据时间长、历史试验数据难以追溯、检测技术相对落后等实际问题,解决这些问题需要进行农机检测装备研发。研究认为农机检测装备研发应基于检测指标的需要,坚持模块化、智能化、便捷化、通用性原则,根据农机检测过程中数据采集、计算与统计分析、结果保存等环节,运用无人机拍摄图像采集、图像识别、数据传输与软件系统设计等技术,选择合理研发策略,才能提升检测装备研发速度,满足检测发展需要。     

Development and testing of AIDS vaccines

Recent advances in delineating the molecular biology of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) have led to innovative approaches to development of a vaccine for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). However, the lack of understanding of mechanisms of protective immunity against HIV-1, the magnitude of genetic variation of the virus, and the lack of effective animal models for HIV-1 infection and AIDS have impeded progress. The testing of AIDS vaccines also presents challenges. These include liability concerns over vaccine-related injuries; identification of suitable populations for phase 3 efficacy studies; balancing the ethical obligation to counsel research subjects to avoid high-risk behavior with the necessity to obtain vaccine efficacy data; and the effect of vaccine-induced seroconversion on the recruiting and welfare of trial volunteers. Several candidate AIDS vaccines are nevertheless currently under development, and some are undergoing phase 1 clinical trials. Rapid progress will depend on continued scientific advancement in conjunction with maximum use of resources, open information and reagent exchange, and a spirit of international collaboration.     

Precision optical testing

Increased performance requirements for modern optical systems have necessitated the development of more precise optical testing techniques. The need for accurate and rapid measurements is being met by the use of laser interferometers, microprocessors to gather test data, and computers to analyze the data and remove errors in the test equipment.     

Benefits and costs of HIV testing.

The benefits and costs of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing in employment settings are examined from two points of view: that of private employers whose profitability may be affected by their testing policies and that of public policy-makers who may affect social welfare through their design of regulations related to HIV testing. The results reveal that HIV testing is clearly not cost-beneficial for most firms, although the benefits of HIV testing may outweigh the costs for some large firms that offer generous fringe-benefit packages and that recruit workers from populations in which the prevalence of HIV infection is high. The analysis also indicates that the testing decisions of unregulated employers are not likely to yield socially optimal economic outcomes and that existing state and federal legislation related to HIV testing in employment settings has been motivated primarily by concerns over social equity.
