The static load test and the finite element analysis of the multi-tower cable-stayed bridge with tie-down cables are carried out. The test and analysis model of the bridge is created by referencing to the actual structure of a Changjiang River bridge. The static mechanical behaviors of such bridge with tie-down cables and the normal multi-tower cable-stayed bridge are comparatively analyzed by the static load test and the finite element analysis. It is shown that the structural system of the cable-stayed bridge with tie-down cables can effectively improve the structural rigidity and reduce the bending moment of the main beams, pylons and piers. According to the results, the best scheme about the location and number of tie-down cables is proposed.  相似文献

The dynamic finite element model (FEM) of a prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge (PCCGB), named Zhangjiagang river main bridge, was established and updated based on the results of field ambient modal testing using real-coded accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA), which objective function was defined based on frequency index and correlation coefficient index for evaluating the updated FEM. The dynamic FEM of the bridge was updated based on seven experimental modal parameters. The prediction ability of the updated FEM were evaluated based on three experimental modal parameters. The updated results and prediction ability of updated FEMs indicated that they can reflect adequately the dynamic characteristics of actual PCCGB by using the above objective function and RAGA.  相似文献

为有效并准确诊断出斜拉桥损伤,对基于模式识别的斜拉桥损伤诊断方法进行了研究。选取易于测试出的低阶模态频率和部分关键点竖向振型数据为动力指纹,无需模态扩展或模型缩聚。研究并采用全因子设计进行动力指纹库的创建,可精确评估设定的损伤因子及其交互作用对损伤识别结果的影响。设计并增加了带随机误差的动力指纹库样本集。编制了基于Matlab的模式识别的多种算法,重点研究了精确度高的多层感知器识别算法及其提高该算法预测准确率的装袋集成算法。最后给出一座单塔双跨双索面斜拉桥的多种识别算法的损伤诊断过程和结果,得到一种可包容测试随机误差的高精确度斜拉桥损伤诊断评估模型。  相似文献

Jinma bridge is a long span cooperative-system cable-stayed bridge with one tower cooperated with T frames on both sides.Owing to artistic form and lying in typhoonprone area,it is essential to process the buffeting analysis.In this paper,the turbulent wind velocity was first simulated with cosine wave superposition method as multi-correlated random processes;then,the time domain expressions for the buffeting and self-excited forces were given.On this basis,the buffeting analysis of Jinma Bridge was made.The results show that the anti-wind capacity of the cooperative-system cable-stayed bridge is ensured although the torsional resistibility of the main girders of this bridge is not good.  相似文献

In the process of damage identification for high-order nonlinear structure such as cable-stayed bridges by the standard genetic algorithm, premature convergence would appear. In order to avoid this, an improved hierarchic genetic algorithm was proposed. The cable force change was used to establish the optimization function and threetypes of standard genetic algorithm were combined with variable fine-tuning and hierarchic strategy.To establish a hierarchical genetic algorithm with catastrophe characteristics A single-tower cable-stayed bridge model was used in the numerical simulation and the result showed that the probability of premature convergence was reduced in the improved hierarchic genetic algorithm and and the cable-stayed bridge damage was identified effectively. The finite element model is developed for the multi stage planetary gearbox housing in shield tunnelling machine (STM), and the the eigenvalue problem is solved by using block Lanczos method, and then the low order natural frequencies and corresponding modes are extracted. Based on the theory of experimental modal analysis, the modal testing is made for the gearbox housing by pulse excitation method. The least squares complex frequency domain (LSCF) estimation method is used to analyze the modal data, and the natural characteristics of housing is obtained. According to the modal assurance criterion (MAC), the experimental modal parameters are validated. Modal analysis shows that the experimental data is coincided with analytical results, which indicates the accuracy of the theoretical model and testing method. The coupling sympathetic vibration is disappearing between the gears train and housing, the local vibration is large at the high speed side of gearbox housing, and the torsional mode is outstanding under operating condition. The research results provide theoretical basis and experimental support for the structural optimization of the gearbox of STM.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of railway bridges (dynamic deflection and acceleration) is one of the running safety control indices for high speed trains. Therefore, the dynamic behavior of railway bridges is studied based on the concept of the dynamic signatures of the train and the bridge. By simplifying the train excitation as a series of moving concentrated forces, the mathematical expressions of the dynamic signatures of the train are obtained through theoretical derivations, and then a method is presented for calculating the resonance speed of trains and the maximum vertical acceleration of the bridge. With this method, the dynamic responses of the simple supported bridge can be calculated quickly. The feasibility of this method is validated through some examples, in which the resonance mechanism of train bridge system and the influencing factors are investigated. In addition, the effect of high frequency components to the bridge acceleration is also analyzed.  相似文献

Dynamic performance test methods and experiments of motorcycle engine are investigated. The models of clutch, transmission and brake are simulated by changing the resistance torque imposed by the dynamometer to the engine and with the moment of inertia and road resistance data, the model of a 125 mL motorcycle is established on the dynamic engine test bench. On this basis, the road tests are simulated with models of different inertial mass. Compared with the experiments on the drum tester, the results show that when the inertial mass is set to 1.1 times the datum mass of the motorcycle, the deviations of its maximum speed, sliding distance and acceleration time are no more than 3% and the fuel consumption of 100 km is no more than 5% except the speed of 35 km/h. Through driver operational model, the effect of different gear change models on vehicle acceleration performance is studied. Finally, the regulatory driving cycle for motorcycle is implemented on the dynamic bench and the measurements show that it has high ability to accurately control speed.  相似文献

The main arch of a long-span arch bridge is a compression member. The static wind loads on the bridge not only causes changes of dynamic characters, but also leads the structure to collapse or buckling. Especially, when the arch bridge has longer span and less lateral braces,its stability is much different from the long span cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges. This paper takes Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangzi River Bridge as a typical example and conducted the wind section tunnel tests. The displacement response of the bridge is obtained and its yield and static stability mechanism under static wind is analyzed. The results show that those factors, such as initial attack angle of the static wind, material yield strength and the static forces coefficients, have great effects on the aerostatics stability of a long span half-through arch bridge.  相似文献

The characteristic and shortcoming of the common algorithm of constrained two-dimensional Non-Guillotine Optimal cutting stock problem are analysed. Base of designing a model of cutting stock problem, a new heuristic algorithm applying column generation algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is shown. The presentation of the processing steps and the data structure prove that the algorithm has fast computing speed and excellent result. Ordering dominant markers in F2 populations is considered a difficult problem. The difficulties arise from the fact that recombinations cannot be observed directly from the data. In general, the multi-point maximum likelihood would be the appropriate criterion for ordering markers. This criterion takes into account all available information present in marker data. However, calculation of multi-point maximum likelihoods is very time-demanding, especially if the number of markers is large. In this paper, ordering markers by minimising the number of recombinations between adjacent markers is used as a simple alternative to multi-point maximum likelihood. Contrary to multi-point maximum likelihood, this method does not involve any probability assumptions about the occurrence of recombination events. Simulated data indicate that the minimum number of recombinations between adjacent markers is approximately a linear function of the map length obtained by multi-point maximum likelihood. As a consequence, it will lead to more or less the same optimum marker orders. Optimisation of marker orders with regard to the number of recombinations between adjacent markers is carried out by a modified form of simulated annealing. The reliability of the resulting marker orders is studied by generating marker orders that are plausible with the data using a Metropolis algorithm.  相似文献

The mesh stiffness of gear tooth is simulated by spring elements, the connected bolt between various housings are simplified as bar elements, and the sliding bearing and rolling bearing are simplified as spring dumping elements. Based on them, the gear-shaft-bearing-housing coupled finite element model and boundary element model of GWC6066 marine gearbox are established. Finally, the dynamic response under internal dynamic excitation is analyzed and the vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise of the gear system are forecasted. Through the experimental modal analysis of gear system, and the test of vibration response and air pressure, the natural frequencies, vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise are obtained. Compared with numerical results, two results show good agreement.  相似文献

Based on a spatial nonstationary model of seismic ground motion, the seismic acceleration time history are simulated by the wave superposition method. And then taking CaiYuanBa arch bridge in Chongqing as original model , this paper utilizes time history analysis method to analyze the seismic response characteristic of this type of long span arch bridge by support consistent or multi support seismic excitation .The numerical results indicate that the spatial variation of seismic ground motion have significant effect on the response of the arch bridge. Thrust of arch rib and vertical displacement, internal force of arch crown are increased greatly, but most internal forces of stiffener support are reduced.  相似文献

To explore the vibrating frequencies and rational impact factors of multi-span skew bridge, the recursive algorithm of vibrating frequency and finite element formulations of static and dynamic analysis are established for uniform section multi-span continuous skew bridge. The first five order frequency changes of equal-span multi-span continuous skew bridge and unequal-span multi-span skew bridge are compared. The interaction of vehicle-bridge system for two-span skew bridge is analyzed. The history curves for deflection and moment of middle-span are presented. The influence of obliquity on dynamic deflection and dynamic moment as well as the influence of vehicle velocity and obliquity on impact factors of deflection and moment are investigated. Results show that the fundamental frequency of multi-span skew bridge is identical to that of single span skew bridge. The higher order frequencies of single span skew bridge are distributed in frequencies of multi-span skew bridge, which mix other vibrating frequencies. The more the span number is, the more the other vibrating frequencies mingle. Obliquity has an important influence on dynamical characteristics of skew bridge. Impact effects of vehicle have no harmonious changing rule with vehicle velocity and obliquity. The impact factors of deflection and moment are different for skew bridge.  相似文献

Topology optimization for constrained damping material in structures is investigated in order to suppress structural vibration through the optimal placement of constrained damping material in structure. A mathematical model to describe the topology optimization problem is established. In the topology optimization approach, structural modal damping ratio is designed as objection function, while constrained damping material consumption is considered as constraint condition. The sensitivity of modal damping ratio to the place is analyzed. An evolutionary criterion for placement of constrained damping material in a structure is presented. The formula of sensitivity is derived and used to determine the optimized placement of constrained damping material in structure. The topology optimization problem is further solved by evolutionary structural optimization (ESO) method. The numerical examples are given. The results show that a stable and dramatic increase of the modal damping ratio during the course of iterations can be observed. Therefore, an optimal layout of constrained damping material in structure is obtained. The comparison of amplitude frequency characteristics with the optimal and fully covered layout validates the effectiveness of proposed topology optimized approach.  相似文献

The emergence of large-span bridge and extreme weather attract much more attention of researchers on the bridge buffeting problem. One of the most important factors that affect bridge buffeting response is wind velocity spectrum. In the precious investigations, wind velocity of various frequency has impact on the bridge buffeting response. While Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD)method is proposed to decompose the wind velocity to solve the above problem and a cable-stayed bridge was used to investigate the contribution of effective model to bridge buffeting response. The result showed that not all frequency ranges of wind velocity spectrum contributed to the response which had relationship with both structural self-vibration mode and turbulence effective mode coefficient.  相似文献

To deal with failure of wet joint between a closure segment and its neighboring segments of main girder in an existing prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, the technology on replacement of closure segment was presented. In order to analyze structural characteristics of this technology, its technical approaches and construction key points were introduced. Then a FEM model for a typical prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge was established, and a construction stage analysis method was given in detail, including establishing a structural basement calculation model for replacement of closure segment and simulating its construction procedures. Based upon calculation results, variations of some structural state parameters with construction stages, such as deck deflection of main girder, longitudinal horizontal displacement at the top of pylons, cable forces, were analyzed. The results showed, this method could reflect actual change process of structural state and existing inspected results of cable-stayed bridge, and FEM results could well meet with construction monitoring results during replacement of closure segment. Thus variations of structural characteristics with construction stages could actually be revealed. This method could provide references for design and construction control of replacement of closure segment in existing prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridges.  相似文献

In this article, modal analysis technology about dynamic analysis was studied. Free interface model comprehensive method was used to dynamic analysis and design of automobile structure based on theory background of model analysis, test technology conditions, data reliability and precision. In order to test the efficient and possibility of the method, main vibration features about space double layer has been calculated based on this method, comparing this with the precise solution of finite element method, the result shows that this method is suitable not only for simple interfaces between components but also for high reductive interfaces. In addition, the method also has high comprehensive precision. Furthermore it creates conditions to dynamic analysis in automobile structures.  相似文献

With the development of modern construction technique and the application of new material,arch bridges which progress towards small rigidity,long span and light weight,what's more is that long span bridge's rigidity under construction is much less than that in use stage.So it is very necessary to study the aerodynamic characteristics of long span bridge.The regularity of the three dimensional static component forces coefficient varying with attack angle and the girder's flutter properties of Caiyuanbai Bridge over Yangtse River are investigated with segmental molding's static wind-tunnel test and segmental molding's dynamic wind-tunnel test.Eight derivatives of the girder are also identified from the segmental molding's dynamic wind-tunnel test.Finally the assessment to wind resistant properties of the bridge is given based on detailed analysis of the test results.The conclusion which gets from analysis can provide an suggestion to design and construction this kind bridge.  相似文献
