用蛋白质水平分别为31.45%,36.37%,41.55%,46.13%,51.72%和56.86%的6种等能饲料,对初始体重为(11.86?0.11)mg的拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)幼蟹进行为期3周的养殖实验,考察饲料蛋白质水平对拟穴青蟹幼蟹生长性能、体成分以及消化酶活性的影响,以期获得拟穴青蟹幼蟹饲料蛋白质的适宜添加量。结果表明,饲料蛋白质水平对拟穴青蟹幼蟹的成活率影响不显著(P0.05);幼蟹的增重率和特定生长率随饲料蛋白质水平的提高先显著升高(P0.05)后稍有下降,最大值出现在蛋白质水平为51.72%的实验组;随着饲料蛋白质水平的提高,幼蟹粗蛋白质含量显著升高(P0.05)后趋于稳定,粗脂肪含量显著降低(P0.05),灰分含量先显著升高(P0.05)后显著降低(P0.05),水分含量则没有显著变化(P0.05);随着饲料蛋白质水平的提高,幼蟹蛋白酶活性显著升高(P0.05),淀粉酶活性显著降低(P0.05),各组脂肪酶活性也有显著差异(P0.05),但没有明显的变化规律。本研究条件下,饲料蛋白质水平在41.55%~56.86%,拟穴青蟹幼蟹均表现出较好的生长率,增重率和蛋白质水平的回归分析表明,幼蟹饲料蛋白质适宜水平为49.03%。  相似文献

Cannibalism is one of the main causes of mortality in the culture of the mud crab Scylla paramamosain, particularly in the early post‐larval and juvenile stages when the densities of hatchery‐reared crabs may be very high before stocking into ponds or release into the wild for stock enhancement. In a series of experiments investigating cannibalism mitigation, the influence of stocking density, the effectiveness of sand substrate, brick and shell shelters and feed type were compared in culture of crabs from instar 1 for short nursery periods of 15–30 days. Inclusion of brick and shell shelters significantly increased survival over sand substrate alone. However, inclusion of shelters did not affect growth rates. In scaled‐up nursery production in lined‐ponds, with shelters, live Artemia biomass and fresh chopped shrimp or tilapia were found to be equally effective feeds for juvenile crabs stocked at a density of 70 m−2 from instar 1 and grown for 30 days [52–66% survival, 21.6–24.6 mm carapace width (CW)]. In an extended nursery period for a further 30 days, crabs of 22 mm CW, stocked at 30 m−2 in the same ponds, attained a final size of 34.5–36.2 mm CW with a survival of 64.3–67.0% using the same feeds.  相似文献

A 6‐week study was conducted to determine the effects of different lipid sources in pelleted diets on juvenile mud crab Scylla paramamosain. Five isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets containing 8% level of fish oil (FO), lard (LD), safflower oil (SO), perilla seed oil (PO) or mixture oil (MO; VFO:VSO:VPO = 1:1:1), and a live food of marine bivalve Potamocorbula rubromuscula as the control diet (CF), were fed to groups of 25 juvenile crabs (average initial weight 7.4 g, carapace width 3.5 cm) in triplicate. The results showed that crabs fed MO had the highest survival (< 0.05). The moisture content was significantly higher in crabs fed LD, SO and PO (< 0.05). Crabs fed SO exhibited the lowest crude protein and lipid (< 0.05). Ash contents were obviously lower in LD group (< 0.05). Highest total lipid in the hepatopancreas and muscle was in LD and FO group respectively. Glucose, total cholesterol and low‐density lipoprotein were higher while high‐density lipoprotein was lower (< 0.05) in LD group. Tissue fatty acid compositions were consistent with those in diets. FO and MO diets had the same depression effect like CF on fatty acid synthase activity and mRNA expression in the hepatopancreas. The results of this study indicated that FO and mixed oil are suitable for preparation of pelleted diets with better effects for juvenile S. paramamosain compared with live food, and the ratio of n‐6/n‐3 fatty acids in pelleted diets must be <1.  相似文献

A 56‐day feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary cholesterol (CHOL) levels on growth performance, body composition and gene expression of juvenile mud crab (Scylla paramamosain). Four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated with 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2% and 1.6% CHOL supplemented, and the final dietary CHOL concentrations were 0.72%, 1.11%, 1.49% and 1.83% respectively. Each dietary treatment was performed with three replicates (28 crabs per replicate, initial body weight 0.04 g). At the termination of the experiment, although the survival had no statistic difference in all treatments, the mud crabs fed the lowest CHOL diet had the lowest survival rate. The weight gain (WG) of mud crab significantly increased with dietary CHOL level up to 1.11% and then significantly decreased with dietary CHOL level further increased. The total‐cholesterol (T‐CHOL) content in whole body had an increasing trend with the dietary CHOL level increased. Besides, dietary CHOL supplement generally increased the hepatic superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and the mud crabs fed diets CHOL1.11 and CHOL1.49 showed significantly higher value than those fed other diets. The hepatic aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity decreased slightly with dietary CHOL level up to 1.11% and then significantly increased with CHOL level further increased. The mRNA expression of ecdysone receptor (EcR) gene in the eyestalk obviously increased with dietary CHOL level up to 1.11% and then significantly decreased with dietary CHOL further increased. These results suggested that about 1.11% dietary CHOL seem fulfil to maintain good growth performance and healthy condition for juvenile S. paramamosain.  相似文献

The performance of hatchery‐reared juveniles either in aquaculture grow‐out systems or stock enhancement is likely to be dependent on a range of factors during the hatchery phase of production. With recent progress in the development of hatchery systems for the mud crabs Scylla spp., there is growing interest in evaluation of the quality of hatchery‐reared juveniles relative to wild seed crabs as currently used in aquaculture. Hatchery‐reared and wild‐collected Scylla paramamosain juveniles were stocked either together in ponds or separately. All crabs were tagged with microwire‐coded tags, so that origin could be determined in the mixed groups. Preliminary validation demonstrated that tagging did not affect survival or growth, with a tag retention of 94%. After 106 days of culture, there was no significant difference in survival at harvest between the two sources of crabs. The wild juvenile crabs had a significantly higher initial weight:carapace width (CW) ratio compared with those from the hatchery, indicating a difference in condition. However, where crabs were stocked separately, the hatchery‐reared animals exhibited significantly faster growth than those collected from the wild, both in terms of specific growth rate and CW increase per month. However, in the mixed ponds, where there was competition with wild crabs, there was no significant difference in growth rate between crabs from the two sources. Overall, the results demonstrate that the growth performance of hatchery‐reared S. paramamosain can at least equal that of wild‐collected seed crabs in ponds culture.  相似文献

Treated with combined bilateral eyestalk ablation and maintenance of water temperature at 22.5±1.5 °C, mud crab Scylla paramamosain females with mature ovaries were induced to produce eggs outside the natural spawning season in subtropical southern China. Newly extruded eggs from a crab were incubated in vitro at 10, 15, 20, 25, 27, 30, 35 °C, respectively, and the embryonic development was closely monitored. Abnormal cell division was observed at temperatures 10 and 35 °C. At 15 °C, development remained at the gastrula stage by day 32 post‐spawn, at which time the experiment was terminated. Hatching of in vitro incubated eggs occurred between 20 and 30 °C. An increase in incubation temperature from 20 to 25 °C reduced the incubation duration by 14 days, 2.6 times of that measured for a similar 5 °C increase from 25 to 30 °C. Embryonic development of S. paramamosain was divided into stage 0–10, and the duration of each stage was recorded for each incubation temperature. The information obtained allows accurate prediction of hatching time of female crabs incubated under variable temperatures. Larvae hatched from in vitro incubated eggs were reared to reach first juvenile crab stage and their dry weights were similar to those of larvae hatched naturally.  相似文献

为了给拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)苗种培育过程中饵料的合理投喂提供基础理论数据,采用投喂-饥饿和饥饿-投喂的处理方式对拟穴青蟹大眼幼体和Ⅰ期仔蟹分别开展营养储存饱和点实验(PRS)和不可恢复点实验(PNR),研究饥饿对大眼幼体和Ⅰ期仔蟹蜕皮和生长的影响。结果显示,大眼幼体的PRS实验中,投喂时间≤2 d时,大眼幼体的蜕皮率为0;投喂时间≥4 d时,大眼幼体的蜕皮率和发育时间与连续投喂组(F组)无显著性差异;但投喂4 d-饥饿组(F4S组)大眼幼体蜕皮后Ⅰ期仔蟹的增重率和个体大小均显著小于F组(P<0.05)。大眼幼体的PNR实验中,饥饿2 d时大眼幼体的存活率仅为(30.00±13.23)%。Ⅰ期仔蟹的PRS实验中,连续饥饿组(S组)Ⅰ期仔蟹的蜕皮率为0,而投喂2 d-饥饿组(F2S组)、投喂3 d-饥饿组(F3S组)和F组3组Ⅰ期仔蟹的蜕皮率均无显著性差异。投喂1 d-饥饿组(F1S组)和F2S组Ⅰ期仔蟹蜕皮后Ⅱ期仔蟹的增重率和个体大小均显著小于F组(P<0.05),且F1S组Ⅰ期仔蟹的发育时间显著延长(P<0.05)。Ⅰ期仔蟹的PNR实验中,除饥饿1 d-投喂组(S1F组)外,F组Ⅰ期仔蟹的蜕皮率显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);各组Ⅰ期仔蟹蜕皮后Ⅱ期仔蟹的增重率与饥饿时间呈负相关,而发育时间却与饥饿时间呈正相关;饥饿时间≥2 d时,Ⅰ期仔蟹蜕皮后Ⅱ期仔蟹的个体大小明显变小。拟合分析结果显示,大眼幼体的PRS;值是3.57 d,Ⅰ期仔蟹的PRS;和PNR;值分别是0.90 d和2.01 d。研究结果表明,新蜕皮的大眼幼体必须给予充足的饵料才可确保高的存活率,大眼幼体投喂6 d后可以适当减少投喂量,短期饥饿对Ⅰ期仔蟹蜕壳和生长的影响相对较小,Ⅰ期仔蟹的耐饥饿能力强于大眼幼体。  相似文献

研究了盐度突降对拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)大眼幼体生长发育和Na+/-K+-ATPase活性的影响。实验用水由海水和淡水配制成20%、40%、60%、80%和100%SW,其盐度分别为6.4、12.8、19.2、25.6和32.0。在不同环境盐度突降条件下,盐度6.4处理组拟穴青蟹大眼幼体在24 h内全部死亡;盐度12.8、19.2、25.6和32.0处理组拟穴青蟹大眼幼体的存活率无显著差异(P≥0.05),各处理组幼体蜕皮持续时间分别为2、2、3和4 d;当发育至C1期第2天时,盐度12.8处理组体重平均增量低于盐度19.2、25.6和32.0处理组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。盐度6.4处理组酶活性从实验开始即急速增加,至6 h时与其它各组呈显著差异(P<0.05);盐度32.0处理组酶活性从实验开始就下降,至72 h后变化趋于平缓;盐度12.8、19.2和25.6处理组酶活性在6 h内逐渐上升,之后迅速下降,于72 h时降至最低,之后酶活性变化趋于平缓。在96~120 h内,盐度12.8处理组酶活性始终显著高于25.6和32.0处理组(P<0.05)。结果表明,拟穴青蟹大眼幼体生长的最适盐度为19.2,适宜生长盐度下限在12.8~19.2之间,生存盐度下限在6.4~12.8之间。  相似文献

为探究饲料中添加花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,ARA)对刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)生长性能、抗氧化能力及脂肪酸代谢的影响,选用初始体重为(10.78±0.06)g的刺参为研究对象,以鱼粉和发酵豆粕为主要蛋白质源,小麦粉为主要糖源制作基础饲料,通过在基础饲料中添加不同比例的ARA-纯化油,制成ARA含量分别为0.02%(对照组)、0.17%、0.36%、0.51%、0.59%和0.98%(占饲料干重)的6组等氮等脂的实验饲料,在室内循环水养殖系统进行为期56 d的养殖实验。结果表明,随着饲料中ARA含量的升高,刺参增重率(weight gain rate,WGR)呈先上升后降低的趋势,0.36%和0.51%ARA饲料组刺参WGR显著高于其他处理组(P0.05),刺参的特定生长率(specific growth rate,SGR)和饲料效率(feed efficiency,FE)与WGR具有相同的变化趋势;刺参体壁粗脂肪含量随饲料ARA含量升高呈先降低后升高的趋势,在0.51%ARA饲料组含量最低,且显著低于对照组与0.98%ARA饲料组(P0.05);同时,随饲料中ARA含量的提高,刺参体壁中ARA和n-6多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids,n-6 PUFA)含量呈显著上升趋势,而二十碳五烯酸(eicosapentaenioc acid,EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)和n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,n-3 PUFA)含量显著降低(P0.05);抗氧化能力方面,0.36%和0.51%ARA饲料组刺参肠道中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和总抗氧化能力酶(total antioxidant capacity enzyme,T-AOC)活性均显著高于对照组与0.98%ARA饲料组(P0.05),而肠道丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量呈相反的变化趋势(P0.05);刺参肠道中脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FAS)和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(acetyl-Co A carboxylase,ACC)活性随饲料ARA含量的升高呈显著降低趋势(P0.05);刺参肠道中肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶-1(carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1,CPT-1)活性随饲料ARA含量升高呈先升高后降低的趋势(P0.05)。研究表明,在本实验条件下,饲料中添加适量ARA(0.36%~0.51%)能够对刺参生长、抗氧化能力起到一定的促进作用,同时结果显示,饲料ARA含量会对刺参肠道内脂肪酸代谢产生一定的影响。  相似文献

[目的]本实验旨在探讨饲料中添加串叶松香草对团头鲂幼鱼生长性能、抗氧化能力和脂代谢的影响。[方法]实验选取240尾初始体重为(3.85±0.5)g团头鲂幼鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每重复20尾鱼。各组分别投喂串叶松香草添加水平为0%(对照组)、2%、4%和6%的实验饲料,饲喂8周后测定鱼体生长性能、肌肉组成、血液生化、肝肠抗氧化和肝脏脂代谢相关基因表达。[结果]研究发现,相较于对照组,4%和6%串叶松香草组的增长率、特定生长率显著降(P<0.05),6%组的终末均重显著降低(P<0.05),饵料系数显著增加(P<0.05)。在抗氧化能力方面,2%串叶松香草组肠道过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在脂肪沉积和代谢方面,4%和6%串叶松香草组肌肉粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4%和6%串叶松香草组肠道脂肪酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。6%串叶松香草组血清中的甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4%和6%串叶松香草组肝脏中脂肪合成基因fas、srebp1c的表达量显著升高(P<0.05)。同时,6%串叶松香草组肝脏中脂肪分解基因lpl、cpt1a、pparβ的表达量显著下降(P<0.05)。应激24h后2%串叶松香草组累积死亡率低于对照组,肝脏SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]总之,在饲料中添加2%的串叶松香草对团头鲂幼鱼的生长和饲料利用无不利影响,并且能够提高肠道的抗氧化能力,而当添加量增加至4%和6%时会抑制鱼体生长,并引起团头鲂幼鱼脂肪沉积。[意义]本研究结果为串叶松香草在水产动物饲料中的应用提供了参考。  相似文献

A 70‐day feeding trial was conducted to investigate effects of dietary organic trace mineral (OTM) mixture levels on survival, growth performance, body composition and antioxidant capacity of juvenile turbot (Scophthalmus maximus). The commercial diet with 0.03% inorganic trace mineral (ITM) premix was used as the control, and other four experimental isonitrogenous (50% crude protein) and isolipidic (12% crude lipid) diets were formulated to contain 0.0375%, 0.075%, 0.1125% and 0.15% OTM mixture respectively. Results showed that there were no significant differences in survival among dietary treatments. However, the growth was not significantly different between the control and OTM supplementation diets. Especially, turbot fed the diet with 0.075% OTM had significantly higher specific growth rate than 0.15%, 0.1125% and 0.0375% OTM treatments (p < .05). Moisture, crude protein, crude lipid and ash of the whole fish body showed no significant differences among dietary treatments. Activities of superoxide dismutase in serum of turbot fed diets with 0.1125% and 0.15% OTM were significantly higher than 0.0375% OTM treatment (p < .05). Activities of total antioxidant capacity and catalase in serum were the highest, while the malondialdehyde content was the lowest when the turbot were fed the diet with 0.075% OTM. In summary, results of the present study suggested that the supplementation of 0.0375% or more OTM in diets could obtain similar performance to the commercial diet with ITM premix, and the optimal amount of OTM supplementation in diets of turbot was approximately 0.075% on basis of growth performance and antioxidant capacity.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of different forms of Artemia biomass as a food source on survival, molting and growth rate of mud crab Scylla paramamosain. Instar 1 crablets with a mean weight of 0.0082 ± 0.0007 g were reared both individually and communally and fed with different diets consisting of fresh shrimp meat (control feed), live Artemia biomass, frozen Artemia biomass and a dried Artemia‐based formulated feed for 40 days. The highest survival was obtained for crablets receiving live Artemia (92.5% and 75.8%) followed by the groups fed with frozen biomass (90.0% and 47.5%), the control feed (72.5% and 24.2%) and the dried Artemia‐based diet (60.0% and 21.7%) for individual and communal cultures, respectively. The intermolt period, the total number of moltings and the growth rate, which were determined on individually reared crabs, showed the same pattern as for survival. The results suggest that crab performance decreased in the following order: live Artemia>frozen Artemia > fresh shrimp meat > dried Artemia‐based formulated feed. Live Artemia biomass proved an ideal feed for nursery of Scylla paramamosain crabs. Frozen Artemia biomass may be an alternative in times of shortage. Our findings illustrate the high potential for local utilization of Artemia biomass in Vietnam for reliable production of mud crab juveniles.  相似文献

Natural food (NF, control), artificial diets (AD) containing total lipid levels of 10%, 12% and 14% (AD10, AD12 and AD14) and their combinations (AD10+NF, AD12+NF and AD14+NF) were fed for 112 days to pond‐sourced eyestalk‐ablated mud crab Scylla serrata (625±6.4 g) in tanks in order to determine their effects on reproduction and lipid profiles in broodstock tissues and zoeae. Crabs fed NF had the highest number of spawning followed by crabs fed AD10+NF and AD14+NF. Higher offspring production (number of zoeae) was obtained from crabs fed NF and AD+NF than from AD. As dietary total lipid levels increased, total lipid of broodstock ovaries, hepatopancreas, muscle and zoeae correspondingly increased in which AD+NF promoted higher levels than AD. Increased dietary total lipid levels enhanced lipid classes such as triacylglycerols and phosphatidyl choline levels in zoeae, all higher in crabs fed AD+NF than in AD. The major fatty acids in zoeae, particularly 16:0, 18:0, 18:1n‐9 and 20:4n‐6, 20:5n‐3 and 22:6n‐3, were higher in crabs fed AD+NF than in AD, the contents corresponding to broodstock dietary total lipid levels. A 10% total lipid in AD in combination with NF was sufficient to provide the essential lipids in crabs in the improvement of larval production and quality.  相似文献

The main objective of this investigation was to study the lipid requirements of the early juvenile (C1) swimming crab (Portunus trituberculatus) based on growth performance, survival, moulting and fatty acid profile. Four test diets were formulated with graded lipid levels (3.63%, 6.70%, 10.72% and 13.91%). Each diet was fed to 4 replicates of crabs (30 crabs per replicate initial weight (8.4 ± 0.1 mg). In this study, crabs fed diets with 13.91% lipid had significantly (< 0.05) higher survival than crabs fed with 3.63% lipid, but no significant (> 0.05) improvement of survival was observed when dietary lipid increase from 6.70% to 13.91%. Crabs fed diets with 10.72% and 13.91% lipid had significant higher weight gain(WG) than crabs fed with 3.63% lipid. While crabs fed with diets containing 6.70%, 10.72% and 13.91% lipid showed no significant (> 0.05) difference in weight gain(WG). Moreover, the lowest moulting number was observed in crabs fed diets with 3.63% lipid, but there was no significant difference (> 0.05) among other groups. The content of LC‐PUFA and DHA in the crabs fed diets with 3.63% lipid was significant (< 0.05) lower compared to other groups. But there was no significant (> 0.05) difference in EPA and ARA content among all groups. The activity of lipase increased as dietary lipid level increased (from 6.70% to 10.72%). However, beyond 10.72%, a significant (< 0.05) decreased in lipase activity was observed. The regression analysis of weight gain data indicated that crab fed diet containing 10.47% lipid level is considered as optimum lipid level for its maximum growth and moulting process.  相似文献

Five dietary lipid sources (fish oil, soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil and linseed oil) were evaluated in juvenile red claw crayfish, Cherax quadricarinatus, based on the response of growth, antioxidant capacity, intestine histology, whole‐body composition, fatty acid nutrition and lipid metabolism. Crayfish were fed in quadruplicate net cages for 8 weeks. Crayfish fed diets with fish oil, soybean oil and linseed oil obtained significantly higher weight gain and specific growth rate than those fed the other two diets. Survival, condition factor and hepatosomatic index were not significantly affected by lipid sources. Lipid sources also do not affect the whole‐body composition of crayfish. Serum SOD, T‐AOC and GSH‐PX activities of crayfish fed the palm oil and rapeseed oil diets had a significantly lower value than those fed other diets. The minimum concentrations of MDA have been observed in crayfish fed the soybean oil diet. The activity of ACC in the hepatopancreas of crayfish fed the linseed oil diet showed the highest value, and the CPT‐1 activity was not significantly affected by different lipid sources. Crayfish fed the soybean oil diet showed significantly higher TC and TG contents in hepatopancreas than those fed other diets. Crayfish fed linseed oil diet had a significantly higher percentage of EPA, C18:3n?3 and Σn?3 PUFA in muscle than those fed other treatments. Most of the fatty acid compositions in the hepatopancreas had a close correlation to fatty acid compositions in diets. All findings in this study indicate that soybean oil is the advantageous lipid source for juvenile C. quadricarinatus which can reflect in satisfactory growth performance, antioxidant capacity and fatty acid nutrition of edible tissues.  相似文献

试验选用体重(6.73±0.21)g的胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)幼鱼540尾,随机分成6个组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾试验鱼。以大豆油为脂肪源,配制成脂肪水平为2.04%、4.43%、6.88%、9.02%、11.98%、13.39%的半精制饲料,进行为期56 d的生长试验,研究脂肪水平对胭脂鱼幼鱼生长、体组成及机体抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示:饲料脂肪水平对胭脂鱼的生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05)。脂肪水平为6.88%时,胭脂鱼增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质沉积效率最高,饲料系数最低。脂肪沉积效率随脂肪水平的增加呈下降趋势。随脂肪水平增加,胭脂鱼全鱼、肌肉和肝胰脏脂肪含量逐渐上升,至6.88%组后稳定,而全鱼水分、粗蛋白含量没有显著变化(P>0.05)。胭脂鱼机体抗氧化能力随着脂肪水平的增加呈现先升后降趋势,脂肪水平为6.88%时,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)值最大,丙二醛(MDA)值最小,即抗氧化能力最强。以增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数进行回归分析并考虑脂肪水平对胭脂鱼营养组成和抗氧化能力的影响,确定胭脂鱼幼鱼适宜脂肪水平为6.62%~7.02%。  相似文献

拟穴青蟹ANT2基因在不同温度和盐度条件下的应激表达   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
采用qRT-PCR技术, 对不同温度(10℃, 15℃, 20℃, 25℃)以及低温(10℃, 15℃)和盐度(10, 35)联合作用下拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)(甲壳长3.7~5.8 cm, 体质量80~100 g) ANT2基因的表达进行了检测。结果表明: 4个温度下肝胰腺、肌肉、鳃中ANT2基因表达量依次为低、中、高, 存在组织表达特异性。随着温度降低, ANT2基因总体上趋低表达, 但在15℃ANT2基因在肌肉(1~12 h)和鳃中均显著高于20℃(P<0.05)。该结果提示, ANT2基因与能量代谢相关, 且在一定低温下被诱导表达, 可能参与低温胁迫的应答。相同低温下, 3种组织中ANT2基因在盐度10的表达量通常高于盐度35(P<0.05), 说明低温下低盐环境有利于提高青蟹体内代谢, 增强耐寒能力。  相似文献

A 30‐day experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of phospholipids (PLs) on growth performance, survival, fatty acid profile and gene expression of the early juvenile (C1) swimming crab (Portunus trituberculatus). Five semi‐purified diets were formulated with graded PLs levels (0%, 1%, 2%, 4% and 8%). Each diet was fed to four replicates of crabs (30 crabs per replicate, initial weight: 8.4 ± 0.1 mg). In this study, crabs fed diets with 2%, 4% and 8% PLs had significantly higher survival rates than crabs fed with 0% and 1% PLs. Crabs fed diets with 0% and 1% PLs had significant lower weight gain (WG) than crabs fed with 8% PLs. But crabs fed with diets containing 2%, 4% and 8% PLs showed no significant difference in WG. Besides, the content of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in whole body was higher than that in diets, but the monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) content showed an opposite trend. The EPA and DHA content in whole body increased with the increase in dietary PLs. Moreover, the moulting number increased with the increasing dietary PLs levels, the lowest moulting number was observed in crabs fed diets without supplementation of PLs. The ecdysteroid receptor (EcR) was found to be significantly up‐regulated by PLs levels. This study demonstrated that 2% PLs could meet the requirement of early juvenile (C1) swimming crab based on the growth and survival. And 4%–8% PLs supplemented in diets could reduce the leaching of feed.  相似文献

To investigate the effects of dietary reduced glutathione (GSH) on the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of juvenile Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), 396 juvenile fish with initial body weight of 143.07 ± 6.56 g were randomly distributed into four groups fed four diets with graded supplementation levels of GSH (0, 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg diet) for 83 days. The results showed that the appropriate GSH supplementation (100 and 200 mg/kg diet) significantly increased the growth performance, activities and gene mRNA expression levels of glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and glutathione transferase (GST), and the content of GSH and total antioxidant capacity (TAOC), whereas it significantly decreased activities and gene mRNA expression levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA; p < 0.05). However, the excess dietary GSH (400 mg/kg diet) had an adverse effect on the all above indexes. Interestingly, the dietary GSH had the opposite effect on GSH‐related antioxidant enzymes (GPx and GST) and other antioxidant enzymes (SOD and CAT). The results showed that the diet with 200 mg/kg GSH supplementation was optimal for the juvenile Atlantic salmon, which had a measured GSH content of 209.54 mg/kg.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary lipid sources on growth performance, antioxidant enzyme activities and biochemical composition of juvenile swimming crab Portunus trituberculatus of initial weight 2.34 ± 0.08 g. Four different diets were formulated to contain fish oil (FO), soybean oil (SO), linseed oil (LO) or palm oil (PO). The highest final body weight, weight gain, specific growth rate and molting frequency were observed in crabs fed the FO diet. Crabs fed the SO diet showed higher glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities in both serum and hepatopancreas than those fed the FO diet. The lowest malondialdehyde concentration in hepatopancreas and serum were occurred at crabs fed the SO diet. Crabs fed the LO diet had significantly higher SOD and CAT activities in hepatopancreas compared with those fed the FO diet. Crabs fed the PO diet had the highest activities of fatty acid synthase and carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1 activities in hepatopancreas among all treatments. Fatty acid compositions both in hepatopancreas and muscle reflected those of diets. Overall, these findings demonstrated that physiological–biochemical characteristics and lipid metabolism were significantly regulated by different dietary lipid sources. Moreover, dietary SO and LO supplementation could improve antioxidant ability.  相似文献
