芒果可可球二孢蒂腐病菌生物学培养特性   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
对芒果可可球二孢蒂腐病菌(Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.)的生物学培养特性进行了研究.结果表明:菌丝生长最适温度30℃;孢子萌发最适温度30℃;菌丝生长最适pH值5~6,孢子萌发最适pH值7~10;菌丝生长的最佳碳源是棉子糖、葡萄糖,最佳氮源是牛肉浸膏、蛋白胨:光照及振荡培养对菌丝生长无显著影响;菌丝的致死温度为60℃,30 min或65℃,10 min,孢子的致死温度50℃,15min.  相似文献

 以约3 g精米粉为测试样品,研究了用近红外反射光谱(NIRS)技术测定稻米表观直链淀粉含量(AAC)的效果及影响校正的一些因素。对3种不同回归统计分析方法校正效果的差异比较表明,用修正的部分最小平方法(MPLS)、部分最小平方法(PLS)和主成分回归法(PCR)进行AAC校正时,校正标准误(SEC)、交叉检验标准误(SECV)和检验工作标准误[SEP(C)]均呈上升趋势,分别为0.83、1.75和1.09 (MPLS);1.73、1.98和1.74 (PLS)以及2.29、2.56和1.72 (PCR);相反,校正决定系数[WTBX]R[WTBZ]2和检验决定系数RSQ呈下降趋势,分别为0.983和0.91 (MLPS);0.927和0.84 (PLS)以及0.870和0.84 (PCR)。由此可见,用MPLS技术建立AAC回归方程效果最佳。而从两种校正群体选定方法对校正效果的结果看,用软件程序SELECT根据样品光谱特征选定的校正群体和用AAC测定值按比例选定的校正群体,在建立AAC回归方程时,前者的SEC、SECV和SEP(C)均比后者要小,而[WTBX]R[WTBZ]2和RSQ相仿,表明根据光谱特征选定校正群体效果略好。  相似文献

The protein quality of typical rice-based menu of Filipino preschool child and adult and cooked milled rice was assessed for true digestibility (TD), biological value (BV) and net protein utilization (NPU) in growing rats. Lysine and energy digestibilities were also determined. For the preschool child diet, TD was 88.8%, BV 90.0%, and NPU 79.9%. For the adult diet, TD was 87.3%, BV 86.6%, and NPU 75.5%, whereas cooked rice had 90.0% TD, 82.5% BV and 74.3% NPU. Lysine digestibility was 95.4% for preschool child diet, 95.7% for adult diet, and 100.0% for rice. Digestible energy was 91.3% for preschool child diet, 93.0% for adult diet, and 95.3% in rice. Amino acid scores were 100.0% for preschooler diet, 92.1% for adult diet, and 62.2% for rice. Protein quality based on amino acid score corrected for TD was 88.8% for preschool child diet. 80.4% for adult diet, and 56.0% for rice. If based on lysine digestibility instead of TD, protein quality would be 7.1% higher.  相似文献

The effects of moisture content (8%, 10%and 12%), variety (Tarom and Fajr) and parboiling on milling quality of rice as a function of milling recovery (MR), head rice yield (HRY), degree of milling (DOM) and whiteness were investigated. The parboiled grains was prepared with three soaking temperatures of 25 oC, 50 oC and 75 oC and three steaming times of 10, 15 and 20 min. As a result of parboiling, the increasing rates of MR and HRY values were 7.8%and 14.3%for Tarom and 9.8%and 10.0%for Fajr, respectively, and the decreasing rates for DOM and whiteness were 6.6%and 10.8%for Tarom and 6.8% and 10.5% for Fajr, respectively. Moreover, decreasing moisture content to 8%maximized MR (75.8% for Tarom and 74.3% for Fajr) and HRY (65.8% for Tarom and 57.0% for Fajr) while increasing that to 12%revealed maximum values of DOM (6.1%for Tarom and 6.2%for Fajr) and whiteness (24.8%for Tarom and 28.2%for Fajr).  相似文献

以优良玉米自交系许178背景的综3单片段代换系群体为基础材料,通过一年两点的田间试验,对株高、穗位高、总叶片数、穗上叶片数、叶面积等植株性状进行QTL分析。结果表明,利用显著性检验方法在两点共检测到5个株型相关性状的72个QTL,包括23个株高QTL、12个穗位高QTL、6个总叶片数QTL、15个穗上叶片数QTL、16个叶面积QTL,其中,有10个株高QTL、3个穗位高QTL、3个总叶片数QTL、2个穗上叶片数QTL和1个叶面积QTL在2个试验环境中同时检测到。  相似文献

 在30万蔸/hm2(早稻)和25万蔸/hm2(晚稻)密度下,以超高产早稻陆两优996、淦鑫203和超高产晚稻淦鑫688、天优华占为试验材料,研究了3个施氮水平下不同行株距配置对超高产早、晚稻产量的影响。不施氮时,供试的4个品种(组合)均在窄行距时产量最高;施氮条件下,淦鑫203在中行距时产量最高,陆两优996和天优华占在宽行距和窄行距时产量较高,而淦鑫688在窄行距时产量较高。不同行株距配置对陆两优996和天优华占产量的影响主要是通过影响有效穗数,对淦鑫203主要通过影响每穗粒数,而对淦鑫668则主要通过影响结实率来实现。品种间对行株距配置响应的差异与淦鑫203的每穗粒数较少、成穗率较低,而陆两优996和天优华占的每穗粒数较多、成穗率较高,淦鑫688的叶面积指数较高有关。早稻陆两优996的适宜行株距为33.0 cm×10.0 cm或20.6 cm×16.0 cm,淦鑫203为25.4 cm×13.0 cm;晚稻天优华占为40.0 cm×10.0 cm或20.0 cm×20.0 cm,淦鑫688为20.0 cm×20.0 cm。  相似文献

国家水稻数据中心(http://www.ricedata.cn)是一个以水稻为研究对象,融贯多学科的综合性数据平台。它创建了中国水稻品种及其系谱数据库,构建大品种指纹数据集和优异种质数据集,开发“系谱树”和骨干亲本算法;创建了水稻功能基因数据库,以文献析出的方式整合国内外报道的水稻功能基因,开发基于浏览器的遗传图谱生成程序和基因结构图生成程序,构建重要功能基因的分子标记数据集和育种上有利基因的整合数据集;自主开发了用于知识管理的本体系统,开创性地将此系统应用于水稻功能基因数据库和参考文献数据库的管理。平台致力于在生物数据与育种需求之间架起一座桥梁,目前已得到广泛应用,在国内产生重要影响。  相似文献

The oligosaccharide content was determined in 12 different cultivars of black gram. The effect of various treatments such as soaking, cooking, and enzyme treatment on the raffinose family oligosaccharides of dry seeds and flour was studied. Ajugose, a higher oligosaccharide (DP 6) found in trace quantities in seeds, was shown in black gram by HPLC. The percent reduction of raffinose, stachyose, verbascose, and ajugose after soaking for 16 hr was 41.66%, 47.61%, 28.48%, and 26.82%, respectively in Local-I variety and 43.75%, 20.58%, 23.60%, and 15.88%, respectively in Local-II variety. Cooking for 60 min resulted in decrease of 100% for raffinose, 76.19% for stachyose, 36.39% for verbascose, and 60.97% for ajugose in Local-I variety and 100% for raffinose, 55.88% for stachyose, 48.52% for verbascose, and 56.07% for ajugose in Local-II variety. Thin layer chromatographic analysis of 3 hr enzyme-treated samples revealed almost complete hydrolysis of raffinose family of oligosaccharides. Among the different methods employed, enzyme treatment was found to be the most effective for removing α-galactosides in black gram.  相似文献

香蕉枯萎病是引起香蕉产业全球毁灭性的病害,目前尚未有有效、彻底的根治方法,培育抗病品种是防治枯萎病的重要措施之一。本研究对3个香蕉抗病新品种(系)进行比较试验,调查了其生物学特性、农艺性状、产量及发病率。结果表明,‘南天黄’和‘桂抗2号’之间差异不显著,与‘中蕉9号’差异显著。‘南天黄’的生育期最短为383 d、‘桂抗2号’为393 d、‘中蕉9号’生育期最长,达447 d;‘南天黄’和‘桂抗2号’的农艺性状差异不显著,株型较矮,平均假茎高度分别为285 cm和298 cm,‘中蕉9号’假茎高平均为340 cm;‘南天黄’和‘桂抗2号’的果指数为21个左右,果型类似‘巴西蕉’且大小适中,‘中蕉9号’果指数为16个,果型直、大;‘中蕉9号’产量最高,平均单穗重24.9 kg,‘南天黄’株单穗重接近‘桂抗2号’,分别为23.5 kg和23.2 kg;试验中,‘南天黄’没有发病,发病率为0,‘桂抗2号’发病率为0.6%,‘中蕉9号’发病率为4.7%。综上所述,‘南天黄’和‘桂抗2号’更适合作为抗病品种(系),可进一步展开大面积示范工作。  相似文献

Thirty wild fruits, nuts, herbs, spices and leafy vegetables were characterized and their chemical composition determined. Some of them were not only used for food, but for medicine in minor aliments by the natives. Results of the proximate analysis showed that on dry weight basis, the crude protein content ranged from 4.6 to 22.1 percent for spices and herbs, 3.2 to 43.1 percent for fruits and nuts, and 15.9 to 35.7 percent for leafy vegetables. The fat (ether extract) ranged from 7.5 to 36.0 percent for spices and herbs, 1.8 to 72.6 percent for fruits and nuts and 10.6 to 22.6 percent for leafy vegetables. Total carbohydrate content ranged from 34.6 to 71.9 percent for spices and herbs, 11.3 to 76.1 percent for fruits and nuts, and 24.6 to 51.4 percent for leafy vegetables. The wild fruits, nuts and leafy vegetables are high in ascorbic acid (Vitamin C.) Ascorbic acid content ranged from 18 mg/100 g dry sample to 113 mg/100 g sample for fruits and nuts, and 23 mg/100 g to 232 mg/100 g sample for leafy vegetables. The levels for peroxide value and free fatty acids (as percent oleic acid) of the spices are generally low indicating good storage stability of these plant materials. The flavour imparting essential oils (as percent oleoresin) content of the spices/herbs were fairly high and ranged from 0.1 to 5.2 percent.  相似文献

通过人工接种,利用分离纯化的玉米大斑病强毒力菌株和混合菌株对2008~2009年从东北地区收集的269份玉米品种进行温室和大田玉米大斑病抗性水平鉴定。结果表明,温室鉴定条件下这些栽培品种对玉米大斑病抗性水平较低,田间人工接种和自然发病处理整体表现抗玉米大斑病水平较高。田间人工接种处理高感病品种(HS)占0.37%,感病(S)品种占4.83%,中抗(MR)品种占31.60%,抗病(R)品种占55.02%,高抗(HR)品种占7.80%;温室人工接种处理高感品种占64.31%,感病品种占21.56%,中抗品种占10.40%,抗病品种仅占3.72%;田间自然发病处理高感病品种为0,感病品种占1.11%,中抗品种占10.40%,抗病品种占22.68%,高抗品种占65.80%。  相似文献

采用常规方法从新组配的14个Reid类F1基础群体中选育自交系,对S4代选系与其他三大优势类群10个骨干自交系为测验系组配成的1 902个测交组合进行田间鉴定,分析从中筛选出428个优组合的子粒产量和百粒重表现及其与选系基础群体和测验系的关系。结果表明,来源于不同基础群体和同一基础群体的不同选系与不同优势类群和同一优势类群不同测验系间测交组合的子粒产量和百粒重均存在较大差异。来源于基础群体BP5选系子粒产量和百粒重的一般配合力较高,其与测验系昌7-2间子粒产量和百粒重以及与测验系浚926间百粒重的特殊配合力均较高;BP7群体选系百粒重和子粒产量、BP6群体选系百粒重和BP9群体选系子粒产量的一般配合力均较高;BP1、BP2和BP5群体选系与测验系浚926间组合的百粒重,BP6、BP7群体选系与测验系浚926间组合子粒产量,BP4、BP5、BP10和BP12群体选系与测验系昌7-2间组合百粒重,BP2和BP10群体选系与测验系昌7-2间组合子粒产量及BP4群体选系与测验系HL02间组合子粒产量的特殊配合力均较高。昌7-2、浚926和HL02是比较适宜的高效测验系。  相似文献

以窄叶青8号和京系17构建的加倍单倍体群体为材料,系统分析了稻谷粒长、粒宽及长宽比3个性状在北京、杭州、海南3个不同环境下的表现,并进行了数量性状基因位点的比较定位。检测结果表明,3个环境下共检测到18个QTLs,分布于水稻第1、2、3、4、6、8和12染色体上,其中与粒长性状相关QTL 3个,LOD值为2.69~4.75,贡献率为9.9%~18.4%;与粒宽性状相关QTL 9个,LOD值为2.43~5.77,贡献率为8.4%~25.6%;与长宽比性状相关QTL 6个,LOD值为2.44~6.02,贡献率为9.8%~22.7%。  相似文献

The evaluation of rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars assists breeders in identifying useful trait relationships and in selecting parents as donors of specific traits. This study was conducted to compare long-grain rice cultivars using genotype × trait (GT) biplot analysis and determine potential donors of traits related to grain yield and quality. Seventeen cultivars in the 2005 and 2006 Uniform Regional Rice Nursery in Beaumont, Texas, USA were analyzed for 20 traits using GT biplot analysis. The GT biplots showed the diversity among cultivars with regards to yield-related traits. Cultivars recommended as donor parents were: Trenasse, Spring, Presidio, and Cocodrie for high grain yield and head rice rate; Trenasse and Presidio for semi-dwarfness; Banks for tall plant height; Wells for high flag leaf area, panicle weight, and number and mass of filled grains per panicle; Hidalgo for high tiller density; Francis for high number of spikelets per panicle; Spring and Trenasse for short flowering duration; Cheniere for more days to heading and maturity and Spring for less days; and Spring and Hidalgo for high grain weight. Breeders can use these cultivars with specific traits to increase grain yield and quality.  相似文献

利用lx9801为遗传背景的昌7-2单片段代换系为基础材料,通过一年两点的田间试验,对粒重、粒长、粒宽和粒厚进行QTL分析。在两个试验点共检测到31个玉米子粒性状的QTL,包括12个粒重QTL、7个粒长QTL、8个粒宽QTL和4个粒厚QTL。其中,有2个粒重QTL、2个粒长QTL和1个粒厚QTL在两试验点同时检测到,可分别解释5.53%、9.09%、4.55%、4.18%和7.70%的表型变异。  相似文献

The effect of traditional food proceesing, preservation and storage methods on vegetable nutrients was studied using cassava, pumpkin and mwage leaves. Traditional cooking method for 90 min for cassava, 50 min for pumpkin and mwage leaves resulted in significant losses in protein, fats and vitamins. Sundrying using traditional mats caused losses of vitamin A of 36.3%, 38.0% and 50.3% for cassava pumpkin and mwage leaves respectively. Storage using earthenware pots for six weeks resulted in significant losses of vitamin C. In general, traditional methods for processing, preservation and storage of vegetables cause significant losses of nutrients, an effect that could account for poor, nutritional status in Morogoro region (Tanzania).  相似文献

Breeding value of 2n pollen from Phureja — haploid Group Tuberosum diploid hybrids (DHs) and Phureja was compared in crosses with tetraploid cultivars. Mean total yield for Phureja — derived (PT) hybrids significantly exceeded that for DH — derived (DHT) hybrids, and did not differ from that for cultivar parents. PT hybrids had the largest range for total yield, with 13% of the population between 4200 and 5750 gm/plant (0.8 and 4.6% for DHT hybrids and cultivars, respectively). Moreover, the tail of the frequency distribution of total yield for PT hybrids extended 920 gm/plant above that for cultivars. Mean marketable yield for PT hybrids significantly exceeded that for DHT hybrids, but was significantly below that for cultivars. However, the tail of the distribution of marketable yields for PT hybrids exceeded that of the cultivars by 820 gm/plant. Significant general combining ability among 2x and 4x parents for total and marketable yield indicates that the potential of specific crosses can be predicted by average performance of parents in test-crosses. Predictability of parental breeding value and exceptional yield potential of hybrids make 4x-2x breeding an attractive alternative to conventional approaches.  相似文献

The environmental yardstick for pesticides has been developed as a tool for farmers to select pesticides with the least environmental impact and to quantify the impact of their use at the crop/farm level, regional level and national level. For each pesticide the yardstick assigns environmental impact points for the risk to water organisms, the risk of groundwater contamination and the risk to soil organisms. It is presently used in the Netherlands as a management tool for farmers and technical consultants, as a tool for monitoring the environmental performance of farmers, as a tool for setting standards for ecolabels and as a policy evaluation tool.  相似文献
