Effects of L-carnitine on fetal growth and the IGF system in pigs   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The effects of L-carnitine on porcine fetal growth traits and the IGF system were determined. Fourth-parity sows were fed a gestation diet with either a 50-g top dress containing 0 (control, n = 6) or 100 mg of L-carnitine (n = 6). At midgestation, fetuses were removed for growth measurements, and porcine embryonic myoblasts (PEM) were isolated from semitendinosus. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to measure growth factor messenger RNA (mRNA) levels in the uterus, placenta, muscle, hepatic tissue, and cultured PEM. A treatment x day interaction (P = 0.02) was observed for maternal circulating total carnitine. Sows fed L-carnitine had a greater (P = 0.01) concentration of total carnitine at d 57 than control sows. Circulating IGF-I was not affected (P = 0.55) by treatment. Supplementing sows with L-carnitine resulted in larger (P = 0.02) litters (15.5 vs. 10.8 fetuses) without affecting litter weight (P = 0.07; 1,449.6 vs. 989.4 g) or individual fetal weight (P = 0.88) compared with controls. No treatment effect was found for muscle IGF-I (P = 0.36), IGF-II (P = 0.51), IGFBP-3 (P = 0.70), or IGFBP-5 (P = 0.51) mRNA abundance. The abundance of IGF-I (P = 0.72), IGF-II (P = 0.34), and IGFBP-3 (P = 0.99) in hepatic tissue was not influenced by treatment. Uterine IGF-I (P = 0.46), IGF-II (P = 0.40), IGFBP-3 (P = 0.29), and IGFBP-5 (P = 0.35) mRNA abundance did not differ between treatments. Placental IGF-I (P = 0.30), IGF-II (P = 0.18), IGFBP-3 (P = 0.94), and IGFBP-5 (P = 0.42) mRNA abundance did not differ between treatments. There was an effect of side of the uterus for IGF-I (P = 0.04) and IGF-II (P = 0.007) mRNA abundance; IGF-I mRNA abundance was greater in the left uterine horn than in the right uterine horn (0.14 and 0.07 relative units, respectively). Placental IGF-II mRNA abundance was greater (P = 0.007) in the left than in the right uterine horn (483.5 and 219.59, respectively). The abundance of IGFBP-3 was not affected by uterine horns in either uterine (P = 0.66) or placental (P = 0.13) tissue. There was no treatment difference for IGF-I (P = 0.31) or IGFBP-5 (P = 0.13) in PEM. The PEM isolated from sows fed L-carnitine had decreased IGF-II (P = 0.02), IGFBP-3 (P = 0.03), and myogenin (P = 0.04; 61, 59, and 67%, respectively) mRNA abundance compared with controls. These data suggest that L-carnitine supplemented to gestating sows altered the IGF system and may affect fetal growth and development.  相似文献

Two experiments were performed to study the relationship between leukotriene B4 (LTB4) synthesis and placental separation and uterine involution in the cow. In experiment I, the concentration and synthesis of LTB4 by caruncular tissue was lower in cows with retained fetal membranes (RFM cows, n = 11) than in cows that expelled the fetal membranes normally (NFM cows, n = 19). The presence of bacterial cell wall, especially of alpha-hemolytic streptococci and coagulase positive staphylococci enhanced LTB4 synthesis by allantochorion only in NFM cows. In the RFM group, Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide decreased allantochorionic LTB4 synthesis. With caruncle, only epidermal growth factor increased LTB4 production in NFM cows. In experiment II, the caruncular and endometrial secretion of LTB4 was lower in cows with subuterine involution (SUI cows, n = 5) or cows with SUI and RFM (SUI+RFM cows, n = 4) than in cows with normal uterine involution (NUI cows, n = 8). This decrease was especially noticeable in the previously gravid horn. In the three uterine involution groups, there were no differences in LTB4 synthesis by caruncular tissue taken from the previously gravid horn. However, progesterone and a bacterial suspension of E. coli reduced the synthesis of LTB4. Estradiol had no effect on LTB4 synthesis at the end of the postpartum period. These results suggest that LTB4 may play an important role in both placental separation and uterine involution in cattle and LTB4 synthesis may be modulated by endocrine and bacterial factors.  相似文献

A decrease in insulin-like growth factor (IGF) binding protein (BP) amount occurs within the follicular fluid of dominant ovarian follicles. At the same time, concentrations of follicular fluid IGF-I do not change. The mRNA for IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-2, and IGFBP-3 in dominant and subordinate follicles were measured to determine if changes in IGF or IGFBP gene expression are associated with follicular dominance. Heifers were ovariectomized during a follicular wave, either during early-dominance (emerging dominant follicle, 9 mm diameter) or mid-dominance (established dominant follicle, 14–16 mm diameter). Follicles were classified as either dominant (DF), subordinate (SF), or not-recruited (NRF; small antral follicles). mRNA was localized by in situ hybridization and measured by image analyses. The IGF-I mRNA (granulosa cells) was greatest in DF and increased in DF, SF, and NRF from early- to mid-dominance. Likewise, IGF-II mRNA (theca cells) was greatest in DF compared with SF or NRF. The IGFBP-2 mRNA (granulosa cells), however, was nearly undetectable in DF, whereas adjacent SF expressed abundant IGFBP-2 mRNA. The NRF were not uniform in their IGFBP-2 expression because only 5 of 13 NRF had IGFBP-2 mRNA. The IGFBP-3 mRNA (granulosa cells) was found only in two NRF, suggesting that local synthesis is not a predominant source of follicular fluid IGFBP-3. These data show that changes in gene expression for IGFBP-2 are opposite to those for IGF-I or IGF-II. Increased IGF-I and IGF-II mRNA and decreased IGFBP-2 mRNA within the DF may be one mechanism leading to follicular dominance. The opposite pattern of IGFBP-2 gene expression in SF and some NRF may lead to follicular atresia.  相似文献

Components of the insulin-like growth factor (IGF) system were investigated in chondrocytes isolated from the avian growth plate. The genes for IGF-I, IGF-II, type 1 IGF receptor (IGF-R), IGF binding protein-2 (IGFBP-2), IGFBP-3, IGFBP-5 and IGFBP-7 were found to be expressed in both proliferative and hypertrophic chondrocytes. The expression of IGF-II in proliferative chondrocytes was extremely high relative to IGF-I. Although IGF-I expression was significantly increased in hypertrophic chondrocytes, the level was still low relative to IGF-II. In cell culture, IGF-I stimulated proteoglycan synthesis and increased the expression of Indian hedgehog (Ihh) and type X collagen, markers of chondrocyte differentiation. IGF-II was found to be equally efficacious in stimulating proteoglycan biosynthesis. These observations suggest that IGF-II may play a significant role in avian growth plate physiology, which is consistent with several reports on mammalian endochondral bone growth.  相似文献

Exogenous somatotropin alters IGF axis in porcine endometrium and placenta   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The aim of this study was to examine whether exogenous somatotropin (ST) can alter the insulin-like growth factor (IGF) axis in the porcine epitheliochorial placenta. Crossbred gilts were injected either 6 mg of recombinant porcine ST or vehicle from days 10 to 27 after artificial insemination (term day 116). Control and ST-treated gilts were euthanized on day 28 (8 control/5 treated), day 37 (4 control/6 treated), and day 62 (4 control/6 treated) of gestation. Endometrium and placental tissue samples were collected and subjected to mRNA analyses. In control gilts, somatotropin receptor (STR) and IGF-I mRNA abundance in the endometrium decreased with gestation. Conversely, the amounts of IGF-II mRNA and of IGF binding protein (BP)-2 and -3 mRNA, which were analyzed in endometrium and placental chorion, increased with gestation. The endometrium contained less IGF-II mRNA but more IGFBP-2 and-3 mRNA than the placental chorion. In response to pST treatment, the amounts of endometrial STR and IGF-I mRNA were lower at days 28 and 37, but higher at day 62 of gestation. The content of IGF-II mRNA was higher in the endometrium of pST-treated than control gilts on day 37. The amount of IGFBP-2 mRNA was increased on day 37 in endometrium and placenta of pST-treated gilts, whereas no changes in IGFBP-3 mRNA were observed. The IGF-II/IGFBP-2 ratio was higher in the placenta in response to pST on day 28 of gestation. Results show that pST treatment of pregnant gilts during early gestation alters IGF axis in maternal and fetal placental tissues and suggest pST may exert an effect on fetal growth by altering the relative amount of IGFBPs and IGFs at the fetal-maternal interface.  相似文献

The role of IGFBP-5 in mammary gland development and involution   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) plays an important role as a survival factor during mammary gland development and remodelling during involution of the mature/lactating mammary gland, and elevated concentrations have been associated with increased risk of breast cancer. The actions of IGF-I are modulated by a family of binding proteins (IGFBPs) and we have shown that IGFBP-5 is associated with cell death in the mammary gland and more recently provided the first evidence that it is causally related to apoptosis of the mammary gland. A transgenic mouse expressing IGFBP-5 on a mammary-specific promoter led to impaired mammary development involving inhibition of IGF-signalling and involving members of the Bcl-2 family. Subsequent studies in vitro and in vivo using exogenous IGFBP-5 treatment have added support to this concept. Although the effects of IGFBP-5 did appear to involve inhibition of IGF action, a role for IGF-independent effects cannot be ruled out. Such IGF-independent effects involve potential interactions with components of the extracellular matrix involved in tissue remodelling including plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1). In addition, intracellular events involving nuclear localisation of IGFBP-5 have been shown to have the ability to inhibit cell proliferation. Thus, IGFBP-5 seems important for regulating both apoptosis and cell proliferation in the mammary gland during development and post-lactation involution.  相似文献

Transition from pregnancy to lactation in dairy cows involves considerable metabolic adaptation. Additional stress is incurred during infections such as periparturient mastitis. Multiparous Holstein-Friesian cows kept under normal production conditions (n = 15) were used to evaluate changes in circulating metabolite and hormone concentrations from 5 days before to 5 days after calving. Insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) profiles were also monitored. Marked time-related changes were observed for plasma thyroid hormone, IGF, cortisol, insulin, beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) and non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA) concentrations but not for plasma leptin. A decrease in IGF-II concentration and maximal intensity of the putative IGFBP-1 band occurred at parturition. When compared with the five healthy cows,low IGF-II levels were prolonged to day 2 post-partum in five cows with Escherichia coli-associated mastitis. However, marked decreases in IGFBP-2 band intensity were evident only in two of the four cases examined. Individual total ligand (IGF-I + IGF-II) concentration and IGFBP pattern prepartum were largely regained 5 days post-partum in all cows. Hormone and metabolite concentrations in the two cows with Staphylococcus aureus-associated mastitis were very similar to those in the five healthy cows. Plasma thyroxine (T4) was lower 2 days prepartum in the cows, which later developed Gram-negative mastitis. Multiregression analysis showed that variance in T4 concentration was significantly and independently associated with triiodothyronine (T3) and IGF-I positively and with cortisol negatively (R2 = 0.648). This study confirms the close inter-relationship between the thyroid hormone and IGF axes in cattle and indicates possible effects of Gram-negative mastitis infection on IGF-II metabolism.  相似文献

The effects of fasting on insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-I, IGF-II, and IGF-binding protein (IGFBPs) mRNA in channel catfish were examined. Fed control fish (Fed) were compared to fish that had been fasted for 30 d followed by 15 d of additional feeding (Restricted). Sequence alignment and similarity to orthologous proteins in other vertebrates provided structural evidence that the 3 catfish sequences identified in the present research were IGFBP-1, -2, and -3. Prolonged fasting (30 d) reduced body weight approximately 60% (P < 0.001) and decreased IGF-I mRNA in the liver and muscle (P < 0.01). Fifteen days of re-feeding restored concentrations of hepatic and muscle IGF-I mRNA. Liver IGF-II mRNA was not affected by fasting but was increased 2.2-fold after 15 d of re-feeding (P < 0.05). Abundance of muscle IGF-II mRNA was similar between the fed control group and the restricted group throughout the experimental period. Fasting also increased liver IGFBP-1 mRNA (P < 0.05) and decreased IGFBP-3 mRNA (P < 0.01), whereas abundance of IGFBP-2 mRNA was not significantly affected. Interestingly, re-feeding for 15 d did not restore concentrations of IGFBP-1 and IGFBP-3 mRNA relative to fed control concentrations. The IGF results suggest that IGF-I and IGF-II are differently regulated by nutritional status and probably have a differential effect in promoting muscle growth during recovery from fasting. Similar to mammals, IGFBP-1 mRNA in catfish is increased during catabolism, whereas IGFBP-3 mRNA is decreased during inhibited somatic growth. The IGFBP results provide additional evidence of the conserved nature of the IGF-IGFBP-growth axis in catfish.  相似文献

The effect of parity on the cervical and uterine involution was studied in 79 Finnish dairy cows on a research farm. The cows were examined clinically by rectal palpation 3 times a week during 8 weeks postpartum. The diameters of the cervix and uterine horns were estimated manually. The parous uterine horn was compared with the non-parous one. The results were separately analysed in primiparous cows (n = 18) and in those with the third calving (n = 61). A significant difference (p less than 0.001) between the parous and non-parous uterine horns was obtained until 21 days. Thereafter, involution still continued and equal diameters for the horns were not found until 5 weeks after parturition. A decline of the cervical diameter continued until 30 days after the delivery. The parity had no significant effect on the swiftness of uterine or cervical involution. However, in multiparous cows the cervical diameter remained larger than that in the primiparous animals still at 8 weeks postpartum.  相似文献

The somatotropic axis regulates growth of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). In addition, colostrum feeding and glucocorticoids affect maturation of the GIT around birth in mammals. We have measured mRNA levels of members of the somatotropic axis to test the hypothesis that colostrum intake and dexamethasone treatment affect respective gene expression in the GIT. Calves were fed either colostrum or an isoenergetic milk-based formula, and in each feeding group, half of the calves were treated with dexamethasone (DEXA; 30 microg/kg body weight per day). Individual parameters of the somatotropic axis differed (P < 0.05) among different GIT sections and formula feeding increased (P < 0.05) mRNA levels of individual parameters at various sites of the GIT. Effects of DEXA on the somatotropic axis in the GIT partly depended on different feeding. In colostrum-fed calves, DEXA decreased (P < 0.05) mRNA levels of IGF-I (esophagus, fundus, duodenum, and ileum), IGF-II (fundus), IGFBP-2 (fundus), IGFBP-3 (fundus), IGF1R (esophagus, ileum, and colon), IGF2R (fundus), GHR (fundus), and InsR (esophagus, fundus), but in formula-fed calves DEXA increased mRNA levels of IGF-I (esophagus, rumen, jejunum, and colon). Furthermore, DEXA increased (P < 0.05) mRNA levels of IGF-II (pylorus), IGFBP-3 (duodenum), IGF2R (pylorus), and GHR (ileum), but decreased mRNA levels of IGFBP-2 (ileum), and IGF1R (fundus). Whereas formula feeding had stimulating effects, effects of DEXA treatment on the gene expression of parameters of the somatotropic axis varied among GIT sites and partly depended on feeding.  相似文献

The components of the IGF-system were shown to be differentially regulated in bovine antral follicles and corpora lutea (CL) during different stages of the estrous cycle, and to have important functions for specific stages. The aim of this study was to investigate the detailed pattern of mRNA expression of most constituents of the IGF-system and their possible involvement in prostaglandin (PG)F2-induced luteolysis in the bovine CL. Therefore, cows in the mid-luteal phase (days 8–12) were injected with the PGF2-analogue Cloprostenol, and CL were collected by transvaginal ovariectomy at 2, 4, 12, 48 and 64 h after PGF2-injection. Real-time RT-PCR using SYBR Green I detection was employed to determine mRNA expressions of the following factors: ubiquitin (UBQ), insulin-like growth factor I (IGF I), IGF II, IGF-receptor type 1 (IGFR-1), growth hormone receptor (GH-R) and IGF-binding proteins-1–6 (IGFBP-1–6). Total extractable RNA decreased with ongoing luteolysis. IGFBP-1 mRNA was significantly up-regulated at 2 h after PGF2 and maximal at 4 h with a 34-fold increase. IGFBP-5 mRNA was significantly up-regulated after 12 h with a maximum of an 11-fold increase at 64 h. For GH-R, IGFR-1, IGF II, IGFBP-3 and -4 mRNA expression, we found a significant down-regulation in certain stages. There was a significant up-regulation for IGFBP-2 and -6 mRNA at 64 h after induced luteolysis. There were no significant changes in IGF I mRNA expression. In conclusion, the IGF-system with all its components seems to play an important role in the very complex process of PGF2-induced luteolysis in bovine CL.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To investigate changes in concentrations of insulin-like growth factors I (IGF-I) and II (IGF-II) and the expression of IGF-binding proteins (IGFBP) in synovial fluids from dogs with naturally occurring osteoarthritis (OA) of the canine stifle joint secondary to cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) rupture. STUDY DESIGN: Prospective study with synovial fluid sampling from diseased and contralateral unaffected joints at 0, 1.5, and 5 months. SAMPLE POPULATION: Eleven dogs with unilateral CCL deficiency, with unaffected contralateral joints. METHODS: IGF-I and IGF-II concentrations in synovial fluids were estimated by radioimmunoassay at 0, 1.5, and 5 months; Western ligand blotting was performed for intact IGFBPs at 0, 1.5, 5, and 9 months. Both stifle joints were radiographed at 0, 7, and 13 months. RESULTS: The IGF system is altered after CCL rupture and during development of early OA. Mean IGF-I and IGF-II concentrations in index stifle joints at study entry were 201.6 microg/mL and 345.7 microg/mL, respectively, compared with 57.7 microg/mL and 79.4 microg/mL, respectively, for contralateral joints. Index joint IGF concentrations increased after surgical treatment and then declined, although they remained higher than contralateral joints. Index joints had increases in IGFBP-3 and -4, and a decrease in IGFBP-2 expression compared with contralateral joints. CONCLUSIONS: Although IGF concentrations are increased in canine OA, alterations in IGFBP profiles may limit the tissue availability of IGF. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Manipulation of the IGF system may provide an opportunity for novel treatments of OA in dogs.  相似文献

Growth hormone (GH) plays a specific role to inhibit apoptosis in the bovine mammary gland through the insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-I system, however, the mechanism of GH action is poorly understood. In this study, we show that GH dramatically inhibits the expression of IGFBP-5, and GH along with IGF-I enhanced the phosphorylation of Akt through the reduction of IGF binding protein (IGFBP)-5. To determine how GH affects Akt through IGF-I in bovine mammary epithelial cells (BMECs), we examined the phosphorylation of Akt in GH treated BMECs and found that IGF-I induced phosphorylation of Akt was significantly enhanced by the treatment with GH. We demonstrated that GH reduces mRNA and protein expression of IGFBP-5 in BMECs, but it does not affect the expression of IGFBP-3. To determine that the enhanced effect of the Akt phosphorylation by the treatment of GH is due to the inhibition of the expression of IGFBP-5, we examined the effect of IGFBP-3 and -5 on the phosphorylation of Akt through IGF-I in the GH-treated BMECs. The phosphorylation of Akt was inhibited in a dose-dependent manner when IGFBP-5 was added at varying concentrations and was also inhibited in the presence of IGFBP-3. The results of this study suggest that GH plays an important role on mammary gland involution in bovine mammary epithelial cells.  相似文献

子宫复旧是奶牛产后生殖器官恢复的一个重要时期,复旧时间的长短会直接影响产后第一次发情的时间。本试验为研究雌激素和孕酮在子宫复旧过程中的变化规律,选择了年龄、胎次相近,健康状况良好的产后奶牛15头,应用放射免疫分析法在子宫复旧期间每3d对雌激素、孕酮测定一次,前后持续10次,由试验数据可得出,雌激素、孕酮在子宫复旧早期阶段呈下降趋势,但在18d时浓度都达到了一个峰值,至末期时雌激素水平开始下降,而孕酮水平开始逐渐上升。  相似文献

Morphological changes to and collagen loss from the rat uterus during postpartum involution were investigated. The expression patterns of collagen type III and myeloperoxidase (MPO) were also determined. Morphological changes were studied on days 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 22 and 25 postpartum. As a control, diestrus rats’ uterine were used. Specimens from the uterine horn were embedded in paraffin, cut into 8 µm coronal sections, and stained with hematoxylin‐eosin. The thickness of the longitudinal and circular smooth muscle layers and of the endometrium were measured. The collagen content was determined using hydroxyproline analysis. Immunostaining was used to examine the expression of collagen type III on days 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 postpartum; and MPO on days 1, 3, 5, 10 and 22 postpartum. The thickness of the smooth muscle layers was found to decrease rapidly postpartum: the circular smooth muscle layer returned to that of a non‐pregnant, control uterus by day 5 postpartum and the longitudinal smooth muscle layer by day 15 postpartum. Eosinophilic cells were observed in the endometrial stroma adjacent to the myometrium on days 10, 15 and 20 postpartum, and were confirmed as collagenous cells. Immunostaining identified collagen type III positive cells in the vessel‐rich layer adjacent to the placental site on days 1, 3, 5 and 10 postpartum, and these cells were confirmed to be phagocytic. Postpartum reduction in the weight of the uterus was accompanied by decreases in both the collagen content and the thickness of the longitudinal and circular smooth muscle layers. Furthermore, the phagocytic cells were shown to express MPO during postpartum involution of the uterus.  相似文献

In this paper, a new uterine discharge index (D‐index) was created and tested. It was based on a principal component analysis (PCA) of clinical findings of classical uterine discharge symptoms and rectal temperature during the postpartum period of dairy cattle. The PCA analysis revealed how uterine discharge features relate to each other and how they cluster together possibly representing different degrees of uterine inflammation. The D‐index was the result of the multivariate PCA‐analysis, and the D‐index gives a continuous value between 0 and 10. It was demonstrated that the same scale, i.e. the D‐index, can be used without any adjustment from 1 to 6 weeks post‐calving. It is valid for any type of uterine discharge without defining the type of infection or differentiating between infection and contamination. The D‐index was tested using the uterine involution data. Uterine involution was significantly delayed in the high‐D‐index group of cows. Similarly, in the test with all cows, involution was progressively delayed and the rate of involution of the pregnant horn was slowed down with the increase of the D‐index values. It is concluded that the D‐index can be a new practical, universal, tool for improved management of dairy cows in the postpartum period under commercial conditions.  相似文献

To determine breed differences in ovarian function and endocrine secretion, daily rectal ultrasonography was conducted on multiparous lactating Angus (temperate Bos taurus; n = 12), Brahman (tropical Bos indicus; n = 12), and Senepol (tropical Bos taurus; n = 12) cows during an estrous cycle in summer. Blood was collected daily to quantify plasma concentrations of FSH, LH, progesterone, estradiol, GH, insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-I, IGF-II, IGF binding proteins (IGFBP), insulin, glucose, and plasma urea nitrogen (PUN). Numbers of small (2 to 5 mm), medium (6 to 8 mm), and large follicles (> or = 9 mm) were greater (P < .05) in Brahman than in Angus and(or) Senepol cows. Length of the estrous cycle (SEM = .6 d) was similar (P > .10) among Senepol (20.4 d), Angus (19.5 d), and Brahman (19.7 d) cows. Senepol cows had greater (P < .05) diameters of the corpus luteum (CL) and a delayed regression of the CL as compared with Angus cows. The secondary surge of FSH (between d 1 and 2; d 0 = estrus) was greater in Angus than Brahman or Senepol cows (breed x day, P < .05). Between d 2 and 14 of the estrous cycle, concentrations of progesterone, LH, IGF-II, and binding activities of IGFBP-3, IGFBP-2, and the 27- to 29-kDa IGFBP in plasma did not differ (P > .10) among breeds. Concentrations of GH, IGF-I, insulin, and PUN were greater (P < .001) and binding activities of the 22-kDa and 20-kDa IGFBP tended (P < .10) to be greater in plasma of Brahman than in Angus or Senepol cows. Plasma glucose concentrations were greater (P < .05) in Senepol than in Brahman or Angus cows. In conclusion, Brahman (Bos indicus) and Senepol cows (tropical Bos taurus) had greater numbers of follicles in all size categories and greater diameter of CL than Angus (temperate Bos taurus) cows. These ovarian differences may be due to changes in the pattern of secretion of FSH, insulin, IGF-I, and GH but not LH, IGF-II, or IGFBP-2 or -3.  相似文献
