随着"汽车时代"的到来,能耗与日俱增,自1993年起,我国已成为石油净进口国,2001年进口7000多万t,占我国石油加工能力的36%,能源安全已面临挑战.由于汽车尾气排放出大量的污染物,使大气中CO2的含量增加,加剧温室效应和导致酸雨的危险,尾气排出的铅,更遗害无穷.甜高粱(Sorghum bicolor(L.)Moench)具有极高的光合速率,故有"高能植物"之称.在我国,甜高粱的单位面积酒精产量远高于玉米、甜菜和甘蔗,更由于甜高梁耐旱、耐涝、耐盐碱,特别适于我国栽培,加之在甜高粱研究与新品种选育这一领域我国居世界领先地位,开发甜高粱酒精燃料的时机已经成熟,它将对我国产业结构的调整、能源安全、环境保护起举足轻重的作用.  相似文献

Abstract

During the past century, changes in cropping systems have led to selective pressure on weed flora. The number of competitive species with decreased susceptibility to herbicides has increased, at the cost of more susceptible species. For a long period, the economically important perennial weed species Cirsium arvense (L.) Scop. and Sonchus arvensis L. have mainly been controlled by the herbicide MCPA (phenoxy-acetic acid), which stimulates the weed plant to abnormal growth. However, it has been reported from Sweden, Great Britain, Hungary and North America that C. arvense has become less susceptible to MCPA since the 1950s. Therefore, two greenhouse experiments were performed at Uppsala, Sweden with clones of C. arvense and S. arvensis. The purpose was to study whether ecotypes (clones) from high input farmland, where herbicides had been used intensively and regularly for a long time, were less susceptible to herbicide (MCPA) treatment than ecotypes from low input farmland. Sixty clones of C. arvense and 36 clones of S. arvensis were treated with nine different doses of MCPA. The results supported the suggestion that a shift towards less MCPA-susceptible ecotypes of C. arvense had occurred on high input farmland. Clone material from such farmland had, on average, significantly higher dry matter content after herbicide treatment than ecotypes from low input farmland. Similar decrease in susceptibility was not detected for S. arvensis. This was probably due to S. arvensis generally being less susceptible to MCPA than C. arvense. Sonchus arvensis has therefore being exposed to a lower selection pressure than C. arvense.  相似文献

The N requirement of rice crops is well known. To overcome acute N deficiency in rice soils, this element is usually supplied to the rice crop as the commercially available fertilizer urea. But unfortunately a substantial amount of the urea-N is lost through different mechanisms causing environmental pollution problems. Utilization of biological N fixation (BNF) technology can decrease the use of urea-N, reducing the environmental problems to a considerable extent. Different BNF systems have different potentials to provide a N supplement, and it is necessary to design appropriate strategies in order to use BNF systems for efficient N supply to a rice crop. Research has been conducted around the world to evaluate the potential of different BNF systems to supply N to rice crops. This paper reviews salient findings of these works to assess all the current information available. This review indicates that the aquatic biota Cyanobacteria and Azolla can supplement the N requirements of plants, replacing 30–50% of the required urea-N. BNF by some diazotrophic bacteria like Azotobacter, Clostridium, Azospirillum, Herbaspirillum and Burkholderia can substitute for urea-N, while Rhizobium can promote the growth physiology or improve the root morphology of the rice plant. Green manure crops can also fix substantial amounts of atmospheric N. Among the green manure crops, Sesbania rostrata has the highest atmospheric N2-fixing potential, and it has the potential to completely substitute for urea-N in rice cultivation.  相似文献

A method has been developed for the extraction of capsaicinoids from peppers by pressurized liquid extraction (PLE); these compounds are determined by reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with detection by fluorescence spectrophotometry and mass spectrometry (MS). The stability of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin has been studied at different temperatures (50-200 degrees C), and several extraction variables have been assayed: solvent (methanol, ethanol, and water), different percentages of water in the methanol (0-20%) and in the ethanol (0-20%), and the number of extraction cycles. The study has evaluated the repeatability (RSD < 7%) and the reproducibility (RSD < 7%) of the method. Finally, the PLE method developed has been applied to quantify the capsaicinoids present in three varieties of hot peppers cultivated in Spain, quantifying five capsaicinoids: nordihydrocapsaicin, capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, an isomer of dihydrocapsaicin, and homodihydrocapsaicin.  相似文献

为了探讨臭氧气体对切分蔬菜贮藏品质的影响,该文以青椒为材料,分别研究了2.14、4.28、6.42和8.56mg/cm3质量浓度臭氧气体处理下切分青椒在5~8℃贮藏条件下的硬度、叶绿素含量、Vc的含量、菌落总数和感官品质的变化。试验结果表明:适当浓度的臭氧处理可显著抑制切分青椒叶绿素含量、Vc含量、感官品质和硬度的下降,并对微生物有明显的杀灭作用;以6.42mg/cm3臭氧质量浓度下处理15min,切分青椒5~8℃下贮藏6d感观评价得分为32分,基本保持了新鲜青椒色、味、香品质;2.14mg/cm3的处理组臭氧浓度过低保鲜效果不明显,8.56mg/cm3的处理组因臭氧浓度过高,贮藏效果低于未处理组。研究结果可为切分蔬菜的保鲜贮藏提供参考。  相似文献

Abstract

The current study aimed to evaluate the effect of split application of potassium (K) fertilizer on the production and quality of sweet potatoes. Ten treatments were evaluated in factorial design (3?×?3?+?1): three doses of potassium (60, 90, and 120?kg K2O ha?1); three application types (100% applied at planting; 50% applied at planting and 50% was given as topdressing; 25% applied at planting and 75% was given as topdressing) and one control (without the application of K2O either at planting or topdressing). The experiment used a randomized complete block design and four repetitions. The following parameters were studied: root number; root fresh matter per plant; total dry matter; yield; total macronutrient extraction; sugar content of starch; and commercial starch. The production characteristics of the roots presented a significant interaction between the factors doses of potassium and application types (parcelaments). Finally, better results were obtained when potassium was applied 50% at planting and 50% as topdressing.  相似文献

The development and ripening process of sweet cherry (Prunus avium L. cv. 4-70) on the tree was evaluated. For this purpose, 14 different stages were selected in accordance with homogeneous size and color. Some parameters related to fruit quality, such as color, texture, sugars, organic acids, total antioxidant activity, total phenolic compounds, anthocyanins, and ascorbic acid were analyzed. The results revealed that in sweet cherry, the changes in skin color, glucose and fructose accumulation, and softening process are initiated at early developmental stages, coinciding with the fast increase in fruit size. Also, the decrease in color parameter a was correlated with the greatest accumulation of total anthocyanins. Ascorbic acid, total antioxidant activity (TAA), and total phenolic compounds decreased during the early stages of sweet cherry development but exponentially increased from stage 8, which coincided with the anthocyanin accumulation and fruit darkening. TAA showed positive correlations (r(2) = 0.99) with both ascorbic acid and total phenolic compounds and also with the anthocyanin concentration from stage 8. Taking into account the reduced shelf life of sweet cherry and to ensure that these fruits reach consumers with the maximum organoleptic, nutritional, and functional properties, it is advisable to harvest sweet cherries at stage 12 of ripening.  相似文献

Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) is used in enriched foods; however, very little folic acid occurs naturally in fruits and vegetables. For the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Food and Nutrient Analysis Program, a number of fruits and vegetables have been assayed for endogenous folates, by a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method, to evaluate the accuracy of existing data for total folate determined by standard microbiological analysis. Folate in red and green sweet peppers (Capsicum annuum) differed notably (70.2 and 20.7 microg/100 g, respectively) and exceeded existing values determined by microbiological assay (18 and 11 microg/100 g, respectively). 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate was the predominant vitamer, but a significant amount of 5-formyltetrahydrolfolate and some 10-formylfolate were present. These findings may assist in making dietary recommendations or developing research diets related to folate. The data from this study have been used to update the folate values in release 19 of the USDA Nutrient Database for Standard Reference.  相似文献

Consumers demand organic products because they believe they are more flavorful and respectful to the environment and human health. The effects of conventional, integrated, and organic farming, grown in a controlled greenhouse, on color, minerals, and carotenoids of sweet pepper fruits ( Capsicum annuum), cv. Almuden, were studied. Experimental results proved that organic farming provided peppers with the highest (a) intensities of red and yellow colors, (b) contents of minerals, and (c) total carotenoids. Integrated fruits presented intermediate values of the quality parameters under study, and conventional fruits were those with the lowest values of minerals, carotenoids, and color intensity. As an example, the concentrations of total carotenoids were 3231, 2493, and 1829 mg kg (-1) for organic, integrated, and conventional sweet peppers, respectively. Finally, organic red peppers could be considered as those having the highest antioxidant activity of all studied peppers (agricultural farming and development stage).  相似文献

An extract of red bell peppers ( Capsicum annuum) was prepared by simultaneous distillation-extraction (SDE, Likens-Nickerson). In addition to the already known (3 E)-3-hepten-2-one ( 1), the unsaturated C9-ketones 1-nonen-4-one ( 2), (2 E)-2-nonen-4-one ( 3), and (2 E,5 E)-2,5-nonadien-4-one ( 4), 2-methoxy-3-isobutylpyrazine ( 5), and heptane-2-thiol ( 6), we identified 19 new thiols (the aliphatic saturated and unsaturated thiols 14- 16, and 22- 27, the mercapto-ketones 12 and 13, the mercapto-alcohols 17, 18, and 30, the dithiols 19 and 28, the methylthio-thiols 20 and 21, and the thiophene-thiol 31) and the two new dithiolanes 10 and 29. All of them are structurally related to the unsaturated C7- and C9-ketones 1- 4. The free thiols were enriched using Affi-Gel 501 ( p-aminophenyl-mercuric acetate grafted on an agarose gel). The new compounds were confirmed by syntheses and were organoleptically evaluated.  相似文献

Sweet peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) cv. Vergasa have been studied at four maturity stages (immature green, green, immature red, and red). The individual phenolics (hydroxycinnamic acids and flavonoids), vitamin C (ascorbic acid and dehydroascorbic acid), and individual carotenoids were characterized and quantified. Five hydroxycinnamic derivatives and 23 flavonoids were characterized and quantified from the pericarp of sweet pepper by high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry. Identification was carried out by their UV spectra, chromatographic comparisons with authentic markers, identification of hydrolysis products, and tandem mass spectrometry analysis. Hydroxycinnamic derivatives, O-glycosides of quercetin, luteolin, and chrysoeriol, and a large number of C-glycosyl flavones have been characterized. Some of these compounds were found for the first time in nature. Clear differences in the individual and total phenolic content were detected between the different maturity stages. Immature green pepper had a very high phenolic content while green, immature red, and red ripe peppers showed a 4-5-fold reduction. Ascorbic acid was the main form of vitamin C, and its content increased as the pepper reached maturity. The red ripe stage had a relevant impact on the carotenoids content. Thus, immature green peppers showed the highest content of polyphenols, while red ripe fruits had the highest content of vitamin C and provitamin A.  相似文献

为了提高甜高粱秸秆乙醇生产中茎汁和茎渣的利用,以甜高粱茎汁及其渣为发酵原料,对茎汁茎渣混合原料同步糖化乙醇发酵的工艺条件进行优化研究。采用Plackett-Burman(PB)筛选设计试验筛选出影响甜高粱茎秆渣汁同步糖化乙醇发酵的显著因素。采用响应面法建立了同步糖化发酵乙醇生产的乙醇产量数学模型。根据该模型进行了工艺参数的优化,以乙醇产量为指标,试验所得甜高粱茎秆渣汁同步糖化化乙醇发酵的优化工艺条件为:发酵温度36.58℃,混合纤维素酶添加量=23.5(FBU/m L)/35.25(CBU/m L),甜高粱渣汁质量体积比为8.2%,理论预测乙醇产量为89.2%,在此条件下进行验证试验,乙醇产量为88.98%,平均质量浓度,验证了数学模型的有效性,为提高甜高粱茎汁及茎渣混合原料同步糖化发酵产乙醇和提高发酵效率提供参考。  相似文献

油井采出液中微生物群落结构的T-RFLP分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用末端标记限制性片段长度多态性(Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism,T-RFLP)和克隆文库分析,以微生物群落16SrRNA基因(16S rDNA)为目标,对大庆油田过渡带油井采出液(于2005年7月和10月取样)中的微生物群落结构进行了解析和比较。T-RFLP分析表明,2005年7月和10月油井采出液中古菌群落结构较为单一,随时间变化不大;而细菌群落结构较为复杂,不同时间群落中的优势菌有明显的差别。古菌和细菌16S rDNA片段测序和系统发育分析表明,大庆油田过渡带油井采出液古菌群落中的优势菌均为产甲烷菌;细菌群落中的优势菌则与β、γ、δ、ε变形杆菌(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌(Bacte-roidetes)和脱铁杆菌(Deferribacteres)有较高的相似性,细菌群落中检出了大量的未培养微生物(Deep-branching lineages)。  相似文献

Four new acyclic diterpene glycosides named capsianosides (1-4), together with 12 known compounds, were isolated from the fresh sweet pepper fruits of Capsicum annuum L., a plant used as a vegetable food, spice, and external medicine. The chemical structures of new natural compounds, as well as their absolute configurations, were established by means of spectroscopic data including infrared, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and one- and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance and by chemical derivatization. The known capsidiol (11) showed bacteriostatic properties in vitro against Helicobacter pylori with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 200 microg/mL when compared with the commercial drug metronidazole (MIC, 250 microg/mL). Some purified components were also tested for their antioxidant activities.  相似文献

The separation of butter or margarine into polar (soluble in water) and apolar fractions (soluble in chloroform) and subsequent analysis of these fractions by (1)H NMR permits a comprehensive analysis of its constituents. In the polar fraction the preservatives benzoic and sorbic acid, the organic acids citric, lactic, butyric, acetic, and formic acid, and, furthermore, the carbohydrate lactose were quantified. In the apolar fraction the conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) rumenic acid, diglycerides, and linoleic acid were quantified. Rumenic acid is a characteristic component of ruminant fats and was found in all butter samples. The levels varied between 0.50 and 1.08%. Ten brands of Brazilian butter were investigated as was one brand from Norway. Also, two brands of margarine were investigated for comparison. A large variation in especially polar constituents was found between the butter samples, revealing the presence of preservatives in five brands of butter from Brazil, remarkable because these additives are legally not allowed. Furthermore, the levels of organic acids and lactose permitted conclusions about the production process and quality; for example, the presence of higher levels of free butyric acid indicate lipolysis, leading to a lower quality, and low levels of lactose indicate that after churning the residual milk fluids have been removed by an additional washing step in the production process.  相似文献

In an effort to characterise and select promising sweet stem sorghum genotypes with enhanced biofuel productivity, the present study investigated phenotypic variability present among diverse sweet stem sorghum genotypes based on ethanol production and related agronomic traits. One hundred and ninety genotypes were evaluated. Data were subjected to variance, cluster, correlation, path coefficient and principal component analyses. Significant differences (P?<?0.01) were detected among tested genotypes for all measured traits. Days to flowering varied from 62 to 152 with a mean of 93. Plant height varied from 90 to 420?cm with a mean of 236?cm. Stem diameter ranged from 7 to 31?mm with a mean of 16?mm. Biomass yield varied from 6.668 to 111.2?t?ha?1 with a mean of 30?t?ha?1. Stalk dry matter content ranged from 17.2% to 44.2% with a mean of 29.8%, while fibre content varied from 8.92% to 34.8% with a mean of 17.2%. The stalk brix yield varied from 3.3% to 18.9% with a mean of 12.1%. Ethanol productivity ranged from 240.9 to 5500?l?ha?1 with a mean of 1886?l?ha?1. The best ethanol producing genotypes were AS203, AS391, AS205, AS251 and AS448. Days to flowering, plant height, stalk brix and stem diameter exerted the greatest indirect effects on ethanol production through higher biomass production. Biomass yield had the greatest direct effect on ethanol production. Therefore, the above traits should be considered during breeding sorghum for bio-ethanol production. Also, the traits had high heritability values, hence selection should provide for good genetic gains. Overall, the above sweet stem sorghum genotypes are useful genetic resources for breeding of sorghum with enhanced bio-ethanol production.  相似文献

The productivity of cotton is lowest in India and far below that of the world average productivity. Suitable management practices like intercropping and judicious combination of organic and inorganic manures are considered as yield improvement technologies and can avoid environmental pollution. However, which intercrop is suitable for the study area and what combination of nutrients will perform better needs to be investiaged. With this background and to test-verify the same, field experiments were conducted on cotton with split plot design to evaluate cotton based intercropping system along with nutrient management practices for enhancing the cotton productivity. Five intercropping systems viz., sole cotton, cotton + onion, cotton + blackgram, cotton + greengram and cotton + lucerne were included in the main plot. The subplot consisted of combinations of inorganic and organic manures namely, 100% recommended inorganic nitrogen (N), 75% inorganic N + 25% N through poultry manure, 75% inorganic N + 25% N through sunnhemp, 75% inorganic N + 25% N through farm wastes, 75% inorganic N + 25% N through weed compost. The results revealed that sole cotton followed by cotton + blackgram intercropping and 75% inorganic N + 25% N through poultry manure recorded better growth and yield attributes, higher cotton yield during both the years. Cotton + onion resulted in the maximum cotton equivalent yield of 2396 kg ha?1 followed by cotton + blackgram (2240 kg ha?1). Better N use efficiency and post-harvest soil available N, phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) was also associated with cotton + blackgram intercropping and 75% inorganic N + 25% N through poultry manure. Benefit: cost (BC) ratios were also higher in the same treatment. It could be concluded from these results that the cotton productivity is higher under the sole crop of cotton, however, the cotton equivalent yield is significantly higher with intercropping and these treatments proved that soil fertility status can be sustained with integrated plant nutrient management practices and intercropping systems.  相似文献

Ethylene production was monitored in 12 desert soils. In all but two soils with high organic matter content, C2H4 production was low. Statistical analysis showed a good correlation between organic matter content and C2H4, production. Minimum levels of C2H4 were observed in saline and sodic soils.Addition of l-methionine to soil significantly increased C2H4 formation, indicating its possible role as a precursor for C2H4.Addition of salt to the high C2H4-producing soils suppressed C2H4 production most probably because of a direct effect on C2H4-producing microorganisms through toxic salt levels, high osmotic pressure, increased pH or a combination of these factors. Leaching of four saline soils and subsequent incubation resulted in significant increases in C2H4 in two soils. Ethylene producers, previously inhibited by salinity, were probably reactivated when the salts were removed.A Fusarium isolated from the high C2H4-producing soil, produced the most C2H4 in pure culture followed by isolates belonging to the genera Aspergillus, Penicillium, Curvularia and Rhizopus.A sterilized saline soil produced significant C2H4 when inoculated with spores of Mucor hiemalis or the Fusarium isolate, indicating an originally low population of C2H4-producing organisms in the saline soil. The two high organic matter soils when sterilized and similarly inoculated produced only a fraction of the C2H4 produced in non-sterilized samples, indicating the involvement of a number of species in the production of C2H4 in these soils.  相似文献

Soil cultivation caused a great change in the ecological state, from a situation with the soil surface protected by vegetation to a situation with bare soil exposed to climatic forces during part of the year. Annual crops require annual soil cultivation, and the increased mineralization of organic matter and the loss of soil productivity by erosion, leaching and other degradation processes remain a problem for sustainable food production. The challenge for the future is to manage the agricultural landscape in units which are catchments. These units would contain intensively drained and cultivated areas, permanent vegetation zones, as well as natural and constructed wetlands working as condensors and self-purifying units. The management would be differentiated according to a land suitability approach with intensity of use based on productivity and requirements for maintenance of environmental quality.  相似文献
