通过急性试验确定内皮素(Endothelin,ET)对试验肉鸡肺动脉压的升压作用及其量效关系;在肉鸡快速生长期长时间给予ET,观察试验鸡发病率变化。结果表明:(1)在25ng/kg剂量静脉给予时,可引起肉鸡肺动脉压升高并达到与发病鸡相近的水平。(2)长期给予ET后,试验组30d发病率为6.7%,44d发病率13.3%,对照组发病率为0。同时,试验组红细胞压积(PCV)、腹水心脏指数(AHI)亦显著高于对照组。此结果表明,ET-1可通过缩血管效应引起肺动脉压升高,是致发肉鸡腹水综合征的一个重要因素。 相似文献

低温诱发肉鸡肺动脉高压综合征(PHS),动态观察限制光照对肉鸡PHS发病率及体内脂质过氧化作用的影响。将320羽1日龄肉鸡随机分为4组。常温组按常规饲养,24 h连续光照。3个低温组从14日龄起逐步降温诱发PHS,并于9~30日龄分别在夜间停止光照0、35、h。结果,低温组PHS发病率、右心全心比(RV/TV)、肺厚壁末梢血管百分率(%TWPV)和丙二醛(MDA)水平显著升高,而血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低。限制光照组SOD活性升高而PHS发病率、RV/TV、TWPV和MDA显著降低。间歇光照组早期生长速度减慢,后期体质量得到补偿性增长,并在44日龄与连续光照组差异不显著。这一结果表明,减轻体内脂质过氧化作用,提高机体抗氧化酶活性并减轻以非肌型肺动脉肌型化为特征的肺血管重构,可能是限制光照使肉鸡PHS发病率降低的机理之一。 相似文献

N, N‐dimethylglycine (DMG) is an intermediary metabolite in cellular choline and betaine metabolism. The present trial aimed to evaluate the effect of dietary DMG on nutrient digestibility and development of pulmonary hypertension syndrome in broilers. A total of 64 14‐day‐old broiler hens (Ross‐308) were raised until age 40 days under cold environmental temperature conditions (15 °C) and were fed a high energy feed in order to incite pulmonary hypertension. Birds were randomly assigned to two groups of which each group had eight replicate pens of four birds each. Test diets contained 0 or 167 mg Na‐DMG (Taminizer ® D; Taminco N.V., Ghent, Belgium)/kg feed. N, N‐dimethylglycine supplementation resulted in a significant improvement in apparent faecal digestibility of crude protein and nitrogen‐free extract. Further, fulminant ascites was numerically lowered by DMG and incidence of pulmonary hypertension decreased significantly from 44.8% in the control group to 14.6% in the DMG group. Finally, fasted plasma level of non‐esterified fatty acids (NEFA) was twofold in the control group in relation to the DMG group. In conclusion, these data demonstrate beneficial effects of DMG on digestibility of non‐fat fractions, on fat metabolism and on progression towards broiler ascites syndrome. 相似文献

This study was designed to determine whether calcium antagonists, diltiazem and nifedipine, can depress low temperature‐induced pulmonary hypertension (PH) in broilers (also known as ascites) and to characterize their efficacy on hemodynamics and pulmonary artery function. Chicks were randomly allocated into six experimental groups and orally administered with vehicle, 5.0 mg/kg body weight (BW)/12 h nifedipine or 15.0 mg/kg BW/12 h diltiazem from 16 to 43 days of age under low temperature. The mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP), the ascites heart index (AHI), the erythrocyte packed cell volume (PCV) and the relative percentage of medial pulmonary artery thickness were examined on days 29, 36 and 43. The data showed that administration of diltiazem protected broilers from low temperature‐induced pulmonary hypertension and vascular remodeling. Although nifedipine prevented mPAP from increasing during the early stage, it did not suppress the development of PH during the late stage and did not keep heart rate (HR), PCV, AHI and the thickness of pulmonary small artery smooth muscle layer at the normal levels. Taken together, our results showed that diltiazem can effectively prevent low temperature‐induced pulmonary hypertension in broilers with fewer side‐effects and may be a potential compound for the prevention of this disease in poultry industry. 相似文献

为了研究肉鸡肺动脉高压综合征(PHS)的抗病育种情况,试验采用静脉注射纤维素颗粒的方法诱发PHS,比较发病前后非易感组肉鸡和易感组肉鸡右心室与全心室重量比(RV/TV)值,心电图Ⅱ导联S波、R波和RS综合波波幅,红细胞比容(PCV),血红蛋白(HB)和血清蛋白含量。结果表明:静脉注射纤维素颗粒明显提高了肉鸡PHS的发病率。发病后腹水组肉鸡PCV、HB含量和RV/TV值升高,血清蛋白含量降低,心电图Ⅱ导联S波、R波和RS综合波波幅均升高,符合肉鸡PHS的特点;但发病前易感组肉鸡与非易感组肉鸡相比,PCV、HB含量、血清蛋白含量和心电图Ⅱ导联S波、R波和RS综合波波幅均无显著差异。 相似文献

A reduced‐protein diet (designated as RPD) was prepared and its effects on growth performance and the development of pulmonary hypertension syndrome (PHS) were evaluated in broiler chickens compared to a normal‐protein diet (designated as NPD) or to the RPD supplemented with CoQ 10 alone (30 mg/kg) or in combination with vitamin E (30 mg/kg CoQ 10 + 100 mg/kg vitamin E). The RPD had 30 g/kg less crude protein compared to the NPD. A total of 208 1‐day‐old male broilers (Ross 308 strain) were used in a 42‐day trial. Serum concentrations of uric acid (UA) and nitric oxide (NO) significantly (p < 0.05) declined when chickens fed on the RPD. However, supplementing RPD with the antioxidants significantly (p < 0.05) increased the serum NO concentration. Although serum malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration was significantly (p < 0.05) higher in the RPD than the NDP, supplementing RPD with CoQ 10 and CoQ 10 + VE decreased serum MDA concentration to similar levels found in the NPD. Significant overexpression in GPX1 gene observed in the heart and lungs of broilers fed on the RPD, which was effectively restored by supplementation of CoQ 10. The right to total ventricular weight ratio (RV:TV) was significantly (p < 0.05) increased in birds fed the RPD, which concurred with an increase in mortality from pulmonary hypertension syndrome (PHS). However, a significant decline in mortality from PHS was observed when birds on RPD received CoQ 10 or CoQ 10 + VE. In conclusion, antioxidant supplementation effectively improves pulmonary hypertensive response in broiler chicken fed of reduced‐protein diets. 相似文献

以肉鸡为动物模型,探讨了日粮中添加不同配比油脂后对其脂肪代谢的影响。648只1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,试验期为42 d。CON组为对照组(饲喂基础日粮),SO组为正对照组(日粮中添加豆油),LO组为负对照组(日粮中添加猪油),COP、COC、COV组分别在日粮中添加以棕榈油为主的配比油脂、以椰子油为主的配比油脂、多种植物油配比的油脂。结果表明:42 d,各组腹脂重、皮下脂肪厚度与肌间脂肪厚度、胸肌含脂率、腿肌含脂率均无显著性差异(P>0.05);SO、COP组总甘油三酯含量低于COV组(P<0.05);COP组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量低于LO组(P<0.01)与CON组(P<0.05);COP组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的比值高于LO、COC、COV组(P<0.01),SO组显著提高(P<0.05);SO组肉鸡血清中总脂酶活性高于CON组(P<0.05),肝脏中COP、COC、COV组脂蛋白脂酶、肝脂酶与总脂酶活性都显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:配比油脂组与豆油组在不影响脂肪沉积的情况下,改善了肉仔鸡的体脂分布,且对脂质代谢具有很好的调节作用,其中豆油组与以棕榈油为主的配比油脂组效果较好。 相似文献

1. This study aimed to investigate the effects of carnosine supplementation on meat quality, antioxidant capacity and lipid peroxidation status in broiler chickens. 2. A total of 256 1-d-old male Arbor Acres broilers were randomly assigned to 4 treatments consisting of 8 replicates of 8 chickens each. The birds were supplied with 4 different diets: a basal diet or a basal diet supplemented with 100, 200 or 400 mg/kg carnosine, respectively. The whole experiment lasted 42 d. 3. The results showed that dietary supplementation with carnosine linearly increased the values of pH45 min and redness and reduced drip loss of breast meat. Dietary carnosine increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes in liver, serum and breast meat and decreased the contents of lipid peroxides at 21 and 42 d of age. 4. These findings indicated that dietary supplementation with carnosine was beneficial to enhance meat quality, antioxidant capacity and decrease lipid peroxidation status of breast meat. 相似文献

Abstract AIM: To determine the effects of Cu and levamisole on concentrations of Cu and Fe in plasma and liver, and the effects of levamisole on lipid peroxidation induced by Cu intoxication in broiler chickens. METHODS: In a 2×4 factorial study, 80 one-day-old Ross PM3 broiler chicks were fed diets for 21 days containing either 8 mg/kg Cu (Low Cu) or 250 mg/kg Cu (High Cu) and were treated with 0 (L0), 4 (L4), 8 (L8) or 16 (L16) mg/kg bodyweight levamisole per day from Day 7 of the study, on three consecutive days in their drinking water. This treatment was repeated three times, at 3-day intervals. On Day 21, blood samples were collected from each bird for analysis of concentrations of Cu, Fe and malondialdehyde, and activities of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). The birds were killed and liver samples collected for analysis of Cu and Fe. RESULTS: Mean concentrations of Cu and Fe in plasma, and Cu in liver, were increased overall in the High Cu groups compared with the Low Cu groups (p<0.001). Compared with the L0 treatment group on the High Cu diet, treatments L4, L8 and L16 decreased concentrations of Cu in plasma, and L8 and L16 increased concentration of Cu in liver (p<0.05). Mean activities of AST and ALT were increased in untreated birds (L0) fed the High compared with Low Cu diets (p<0.01). In birds receiving the High Cu diet, treatments L4 and L8 decreased activities of AST, and L4 and L16 decreased activity of ALT, compared with L0 (p<0.05). The High Cu diet induced an oxidative stress characterised by increased mean concentrations of malondialdehyde and decreased activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and GSH-Px (p<0.001). Concentration of malondialdehyde, and activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase were not changed following levamisole treatment in birds on the High Cu diet, and activity of GSH-Px was decreased by the L4 and L8 treatments compared with the L0 group. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: The results of the study suggest that treatment with levamisole might alleviate the harmful effects of Cu on the liver, as demonstrated by decreased activities of AST and ALT induced by a diet containing 250 mg/kg Cu. 相似文献

对环境低温诱发肉鸡肺动脉高压综合征(Pulmonary hypertension syndrome,PHS)过程中肺小动脉壁c-mycmRNA的表达变化进行了研究,从而初步确定原癌基因c-myc在环境低温诱发肉鸡PHS过程中的参与作用,为肉鸡PHS发生机制的研究提供基础。120只雄性AA商品代肉鸡15日龄时随机分为对照组((22±1.5)℃)和低温组((11±2)℃)。15~50日龄,每周每组随机取6只,肺组织做石蜡切片,应用原位杂交染色法进行c-myc mRNA杂交,并结合图像分析法,测定环境低温诱发肉鸡PHS过程中肺小动脉壁原癌基因c-myc mRNA的表达情况。结果显示,低温组肉鸡PHS发生率(15.00%)极显著高于对照组(1.67%)(P<0.01);低温组肉鸡肺小动脉壁c-mycmRNA的表达从22日龄开始较对照组明显增加(P<0.05),从29~50日龄较对照组极显著升高(P<0.01)。结果表明,环境低温明显诱发了肉鸡肺小动脉壁c-myc mRNA的表达,且c-myc mRNA的表达参与了环境低温诱发的肉鸡PHS的发生发展。 相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the effect of l -carnitine and energy level and on oxidant/antioxidant balance in laying hens subjected to high stocking density. A total of 176, 32-week-old laying hens were assigned to eight groups with four replicates and hens in four groups were placed at the normal stocking densities of 500 cm 2/hen (four hens per cage) and in the remaining four groups were placed at the high stocking densities of 287.5 cm 2/hen (seven hens per cage). Hens received diets of high (2,850 kcal/kg ME) or normal (2,650 kcal/kg ME) energy which are supplemented with 0 or 200 mg/kg l -carnitine for 70 days. Results showed that exposure to high stocking density increased ( p < .05) plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) levels and decreased ( p < .05) erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (GPx) activities. l -carnitine supplementation increased ( p < .05) erythrocyte SOD, CAT and GPx activities, and decreased ( p <.05) MDA and NO level in high stocking densities. The oxidan/antioxidan balance of birds was not influenced by increasing dietary energy level. The results of the present study indicate that the supplementation of l -carnitine to the birds subjected to high stocking density could effectively reverse the negative effects of high stocking density by improving oxidant/antioxidant balance. Therefore, l -carnitine supplementation at level of 200 mg/kg to diet may be as a favourable alternative to deal with oxidative stress caused by high stocking density in laying hens. 相似文献

We evaluated the effects of supplementing betaine on growth performance, fat deposition and lipid metabolism status in broilers kept under chronic heat stress. Five hundred and forty chicks were randomly divided into six groups and the two normal temperature groups were held at normal ambient temperature and fed the basal diet (CONT) and basal diet plus 0.1% betaine, respectively. Heat stressed (HS) broilers were held at 32 ± 1°C from days 22 to 42 and fed the basal diet containing variable levels of betaine. Broilers were examined at days 28, 35 and 42 for body weight, feed consumption, fat deposition and serum lipids. The CONT and betaine‐supplemented groups showed higher ( P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) feed consumption, body weight gain, and lower feed : gain ratio compared with the HS‐CONT group. Meanwhile, heat stress increased abdominal, intermuscular and subcutaneous fat deposition, whereas the supplemental betaine significantly decreased those compared with the HS‐CONT group. Additionally, betaine supplementation significantly decreased triglyceride, free fatty acids, low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol and high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol compared with HS‐CONT. Chronic HS reduces broiler production performance. However, betaine can reverse these negative effects partially and thus improve carcass composition by changing lipid metabolism. 相似文献

将240羽14日龄艾维茵-2000商品代肉鸡于14d时随机等分为常温对照组(NT组),低温组(LT组)和低温加L-精氨酸组(LA),白14d起,LT和LA组舍内温度从28℃以1~2℃/d的速度下降,至21d降至12~14℃,并维持到试验结束。此外,LA组自14d起在饲料中按100mg/kg剂量添加L—Arg,直至试验结束。记录肺动脉高压综合征(PHS)发病率,并分别于24、32、39和45d测定右心室/全心室质量比(RV/TV)、血浆NO、肺小动脉管壁面积/管总面积(WA/TA)和平均中膜厚度(mMTPA),并用原位缺口末端标记法(TUNEL法)对肺小动脉凋亡平滑肌细胞进行染色和计数。结果:LT组肉鸡PHS发病率、RV/TV、mMTPA和WA/TA值较NT组升高(P〈0.05);LA组肉鸡PHS发病率较LT组降低(P〈0.05),mMTPA和WA/TA值与LT组相比呈下降趋势,在32d时显著降低(P〈0.05);LT组血浆N0浓度总体上与NT组差异不显著(P〉0.05),仅在39d时降低(P〈0.05),而LA组血浆N0浓度自32d时起较NT和LT组显著升高(P〈0.05);LA组肉鸡肺小动脉平滑肌凋亡细胞百分率较NT组和LT组均显著升高(P〈0.05),但LT组与NT组之间相比无显著差异(P〉0.05)。上述结果表明,L-Arg/NO通过促进肺小动脉平滑肌细胞凋亡,从而在一定程度上抑制了肺血管重构的形成。 相似文献

本试验研究了肉鸡腹水症(PHS)对组织钙磷分布及饲料钙磷利用率的影响。120只1日龄艾维茵(AA)肉鸡随机分成2组,即对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验组采用低温(LAT)和饲粮添加三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3,1.5mg/kg)诱导产生腹水症。试验期为21d。试验结果表明:1)14日龄时,试验组肉鸡的心脏、肝脏、十二指肠中钙含量与对照组相比,有增加趋势,胫骨、血清钙有下降趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验组肉鸡的心脏磷含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),十二指肠磷含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。饲料中钙磷利用率,试验组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2)21日龄时,试验组肉鸡的心脏、肝脏中的钙含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。十二指肠、胫骨、血清中的钙含量两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。十二指肠、血清磷含量试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其余组织磷含量两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。饲料中钙磷利用率,试验组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。3)血清碱性磷酸酶含量14、21日龄试验组和对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。 相似文献

1. Three experiments were conducted using a low temperature model to induce pulmonary hypertension (PH) and ascites in broiler chickens. Diets containing 25 g or 50 g flax oil/kg food and control diets with an equivalent amount of animal/vegetable (A/V) blend oil, with and without supplemental antioxidants (vitamin C and vitamin E) were used. The amount of PH was assessed by the ratio of right ventricle weight to total ventricle weight (RV/TV ratio). Birds were considered to suffer from pulmonary hypertension syndrome (PHS) if the RV/TV ratio was greater than 0.299. 2. In experiment 1, the test diets contained 50 g oil/kg food and were given during the grower period only. Birds fed on the flax oil diet tended to have a lower incidence of PHS, ascites and lower RV/TV ratios than birds fed on the control diet. However, when the flax oil diet was supplemented with antioxidants, the incidence of ascites, PHS, haematocrit and whole blood and plasma viscosity increased compared with birds fed on the flax oil diet without antioxidants. These effects were not seen in experiment 2, when the test diets containing 30 g oil/kg food (25 g flax oil plus 5 g A/V blend oil/kg food compared to 30 g A/V blend oil/kg food) were given during the grower period. However, in experiment 3, when the test diets containing 30 g oil/kg food were given from day 1 to week 8, birds fed on the control diet supplemented with antioxidants had a higher incidence of PHS than those fed on the control diet alone. 3. In all 3 experiments, there was no significant effect of dietary fat source or supplemental antioxidants on total food intake or food conversion. 4. We conclude that diets containing 50 g flax oil/kg food tend to reduce the incidence of PHS and ascites in broilers using a low temperature model but the results were not statistically significant. In some cases, supplementing diets with a combination of vitamin E and vitamin C increased the incidence of ascites and PHS. 相似文献

We investigated the effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on fatty acid composition and lipid oxidation in breast meat of broiler chickens. Broiler chickens (28-day-old females) were fed diets containing experimental oils at 20 g/kg diet for 28 days. The experimental oils consisted of either a 2:0, 1:1, or a 0:2 (wt : wt) ratio of safflower oil (high linoleic acid content) to a commercial CLA mixture. In this study, dietary CLA supplementation significantly increased the composition and content of CLA in chicken meat. The predominant CLA in meat from birds with supplemented diets was the cis -9, trans -11 isomer. The proportion of saturated fatty acid in meat significantly increased with increasing CLA supplementation, with a corresponding decrease in monounsaturated fatty acid. Dietary CLA also reduced thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) values in raw meat during storage at 4°C for 5 days. These results provide evidence that CLA feeding is a practical strategy not only for adding nutritional benefits to chicken meat but also for improving meat quality including oxidative stability. 相似文献
