史氏鲟、达氏鳇的资源现状与研究进展 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
史氏鲟(Acipenser schrencki),达氏鳇(Huso dauricus)属鲟科鱼类,是黑龙江的主要经济鱼类之一。由于近年来过度捕捞,资源遭到一定程度的破坏。本主要通过对黑龙江某江段上的捕捞生产调查统计,评估其现有资源状况,并提出了五个方面的建议。同时介绍了我国目前对鲟鱼研究方面的进展情况。1957年黑龙江水产研究所成功地进行了史氏鲟的人工繁殖试验,以后除了五十年代和七十年代的一些调查工作外,基本上中断了对这条鱼的人工繁殖试验工作。1989年,黑龙江省国营农场总局在勤得利农场建立了第一个史氏鲟放流试验站,当年就进行了人工繁殖和放流工作。四年中,向黑龙江放流鲟鱼苗累计达107万尾。在此期间有关的科研和生产单位利用这一条件开展对鲟鱼的研究,本还介绍了正在进行的“史氏鲟活体取卵手术技术研究”、“鲟幼鱼人工饲料研究”和“人工养殖技术研究”等。 相似文献

The main aim of the present work was to evaluate the effect of dietary butylated-hydroxytoulene (BHT as an antioxidant) and dietary lipid level on flesh lipid quality of Beluga sturgeon during frozen storage. An initial 135-day feeding trial evaluated practical-type diets containing 0 or 250 mg BHT kg?1 with two lipid levels (12 and 24% diet on dry matter basis) in a factorial arrangement. Fillet samples were analyzed fresh or after storage at ?18 ± 1°C for 12 months. Dietary antioxidant supplementation had no significant effect on fat content and fatty acid composition in the studied fish muscle, but increasing the lipid concentration in the feed increased muscle lipid concentration. Lipid oxidation in fish muscle is related to increasing lipid concentration in the feed. In addition, oxidation was reduced for fish fed BHT. Results showed that dietary BHT supplementation can slow down the level of lipid oxidation in Beluga sturgeon muscles during frozen storage, but it had a direct relationship with dietary lipid level. 相似文献

Effects of light and tank colors on stress response of juvenile beluga sturgeon, Huso huso, was investigated by the measurement of some sero-haematological parameters and carcass chemical analysis. The analysis was based on the responses of 64 specimens (initial weight 98.83 ± 1.42 g) reared under white, red, green, or blue light, and 48 specimens reared in white, black, or blue tanks, all for 12 weeks. Blue/green light and black tanks produced positive effects on cortisol that can be related to physiological condition and stress. 相似文献

Effect of different levels (0%, 0.15%, 0.25%, 0.35% and 0.50%) of Optimûn, a commercial nucleotide (NT) product, on the growth performance, body composition and fatty acid profile of juvenile Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso) (12.57 ± 0.5 g) was investigated over a 62‐day period. This experiment was done in fifteen 600 L tanks, each stocked with 30 fish. Fish fed nucleotide showed significantly better growth performance (P < 0.05). Incorporation of 0.25% and 0.35% NT resulted in whole body protein content elevation, but the other proximate composition indices were not influenced by dietary nucleotide treatments. There were significant differences in saturated fatty acids (SFA) and total unsaturated fatty acids (TUFA) levels among fish fed on different experimental diets, while monounsaturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), n‐3 PUFA, n‐6 PUFA, n3/n6 and eicosapentaenoic acid + docosahexaenoic acid were not influenced by NT. The results showed that diet supplementation with 0.35% Optimûn (NT) enhance growth performance, also administration of 0.25% and 0.35% affected chemical composition, as well as decreased SFA/TUFA ratio of Beluga juvenile. 相似文献

The amino acids (AA) and fatty acids (FA) of Beluga (Huso huso) flesh at different ages were investigated as a source of AA and FA for human consumption. The analysis of Huso huso lipids (chloroform extracted) showed significant differences (p < .05) for specific FA with age. At all ages, the major saturated FA in Huso huso fillets was palmitic acid and the major unsaturated FA were oleic and docosahexanoic acid (DHA). Protein analysis indicated that the Huso huso muscle is well balanced with good levels of essential AA and appears to be a source of high quality protein (tryptophan was not measured) with methionine/cysteine as the first limiting AA. The major AA were glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and lysine. The results obtained from the present study show that Huso huso is an excellent protein and fat source when compared with other sturgeons. 相似文献

A comparative study of some hematological features in young reared sturgeons (Acipenser persicus and Huso huso) 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The physiological condition in fishes required for their selection as broodfish can be determined by hematological studies. The present study aims at examining the hematological indices in juvenile sturgeons at different stages of growth. The main blood features, such as total albumin content in blood, hemoglobin concentration and the erythrocyte and leukocyte count, were measured in a total of 54 specimens of 1-, 2- and 6-year old sturgeon (Persian sturgeon Acipenser persicus and beluga Huso huso), artificially produced at the Shahid Dr. Beheshti Fish Breeding and Rearing Center located in the Gilan Province.In the Persian sturgeon specimens studied, the total albumin concentration in the blood increased from 26.05 to 52.50 g l–1, the hemoglobin concentration increased from 42.2 to 65.8 g l–1, the erythrocyte count increased from 240 to 452.5 thousand cell ml–1 and the leukocyte count increased from 13.43 to 46.48 thousand cells ml–1. The total leukocyte was composed of 73.25 to 82.70% lymphocytes, 12.3 to 20% neutrophils, 2.25 to 6.50% eosinophils and 0.2 to 2.5% monocytes.In the beluga specimens studied, the total albumin concentration in the blood increased from 20.05 to 42.20 g l–1, the hemoglobin concentration increased from 46.3 to 78.6 g l–1, the erythrocyte count increased from 495 to 735 thousand cells ml–1 and the leukocyte count increased from 31.6 to 57.7 thousand cells ml–1. The total leukocyte was composed of 54.5 to 67.5% lymphocytes, 22.63 to 33.86% neutrophils, 6.60 to 13.7% eosinophils and 0.6 to 2.25% monocytes.This research reveals the trends of some hematological features during the growth and development of sturgeons in the South Caspian Sea, reared in artificial conditions. Salmonid aquaculture has focused for many years on enhancing the quantity of fish produced. However, optimization of the quality of salmonids may lead to improved consumer acceptance and higher prices for the farmed product. The present review evaluates how the quality of salmonids is affected by parameters such as feed type, level of dietary intake (ration) and growth. Feed composition has a major influence on the proximate composition of salmonids. In particular, whole body lipid as well as the lipid content in the edible fillet is directly related to dietary fat content, while the fatty acid composition of the fish flesh is also strongly influenced by the dietary fatty acid profile. While fish body composition appears to be largely influenced by feed composition, an increase in other parameters such as feed ration and fish size also results in enhanced adipose deposition and decreased water content in the fish body. The protein content, however, remains more or less stable. An increase in fish body lipid content is not necessarily a negative factor, depending upon the processing procedure that follows. However, an increase in body fat content is generally accompanied by a reduction in slaughter yield, owing to an increase in the weight of viscera in relation to body weight. Although salmonid flesh quality with respect to levels of proximate constituents and yield appears to be under the strong influence of feed composition and feed amount, the sensory characteristics, such as odour, flavour, texture, etc., are only governed by these factors to a small degree. Tactics for the rearing of salmonids for specific purposes should therefore take into consideration the fact that the level of proximate constituents in the whole body as well as the fillet are readily manipulated by feed composition and feeding strategies, whereas the sensory parameters are less affected by these variables. 相似文献

The influence of stocking density (1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 kg m?2) was investigated on haematological parameters, growth and fin erosion of great sturgeon (Huso huso) juveniles for a period of 8 weeks. The mean weight of fish at the start of trial was 93.13±1.04 g. After 8 weeks of rearing, the mean weight was 362.4, 319.7, 267, 242.1 and 211.1 in densities 1–8 kg m?2 respectively. The results of this study showed that growth parameters, including condition factor, weight, weight gain, feed conversion ratio, specific growth rate and body weight increase, had a statistically significant difference among treatments (P<0.05). A significant difference (P<0.05) was observed in haematocrit, but the other haematological parameters, including red blood cells, white blood cells (WBC), haemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular haemoglobin, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration and differential WBC count, showed no significant effect with stocking density (P>0.05). At the end of the experiment, stocking density had no significant effect on plasma cortisol and glucose concentration. The fin length (dorsal, anal, ventral, pectoral and caudal) of fish was measured to calculate the fin index. According to this index, dorsal, anal, ventral and pectoral fins showed no significant difference among treatments (P>0.05), but the erosion of the caudal fin was significantly different between fish held on 6 and 8 kg m?2 (P<0.05). These results showed that rearing density has a major effect on the growth indices of H. huso. Unlike many other fish, great sturgeon exhibited lower stress responses to high stocking density. This indicates that they are more tolerable to rearing conditions in high stocking densities. With respect to the various effects that density causes on growth, fin erosion and physiological and haematological parameters, better understanding of these phenomena considering different levels of density could have a beneficial impact on many rearing steps of this species. 相似文献

The aims of this study was to assess the effect of two lactic acid bacteria (LAB), Lactobacillus curvatus and Leuconostoc mesenteroides, originally isolated from gastrointestinal (GI) tract of beluga (Huso huso) and Persian sturgeon (Acipenser persicus), respectively, on growth, survival and digestive enzyme (amylase, lipase and protease) activities and the population level of LAB in the GI tract. The treatments included 10 different groups; control, separate supplements of L. curvatus and Leu. mesenteroides at three different counts [2 × 109, 5 × 109 and 9 × 109 colony forming units (CFU) per gram food] and three combinations of the two LAB (2 × 109 + 2 × 109, 5 × 109 + 5 × 109 and 9 × 109 + 9 × 109 CFU per gram food). The bacteria used in this study were added in lyophilized form to chopped Chironomidae. In the beluga study, highest specific growth rate, survival and improved intestinal enzyme activities were noted in the rearing group fed 9 × 109 L. curvatus per gram food. In Persian sturgeon, the inclusion level of 2 × 109 Leu. mesenteroides had similar positive effect. The ability of LAB to colonize the digestive tract seems to involve host specificity, and our bacteriological results are relevant to initiate future probiotic studies in sturgeons and future directions will be discussed. 相似文献

Abstract Seasonal variation in capelin was examined by measuring chemical and lipid composition, including anti- and pro-oxidants. Lipid oxidation and other deterioration products were monitored. Results on chemical changes during landing of whole capelin indicated that the spoilage processes were intensive. This was evident by decomposition of endogenous antioxidants and gradual onset of rancidity and spoilage. Capelin from each season was found to have some distinctive chemical characteristics. High autolytic activity as well as high content of astax-anthin was found in the heavily feeding summer capelin. Autumn capelin contained the highest lipid content and the lowest stability towards lipid oxidation. The most uniform quality was observed in the winter capelin, while the spawning, fat depleted spring capelin contained the highest content of tocopherols. 相似文献

This research investigated the proximate chemical composition of whiting roe from October to April. The highest water content (83.99%) was found in March, while the lowest (72.40%) was found in December. The highest protein (14.54%) and lipid contents (9.71%) were found in December, while the lowest protein content (7.35%) was found in January and the lowest lipid content (0.38%) in April. Crude ash content of whiting roe changed from 0.86 to 1.49%. The highest (154 kcal/100 g) and lowest energy values (64 kcal/100 g) were determined in December and April, respectively. Whiting roe can be used as a source of valuable nutrients for human nutrition. 相似文献

Slices of Huso huso were fried, chilled, and then reheated to evaluate for the changes in lipid characteristics. The total lipid content of raw sample was 3.09 g/100 g which consists of 29.1 g/100 g saturated fatty acids (SFAs), 42.554 g/100 g monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs), and 28.126 g/100 g polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). In fried samples, levels of C18 fatty acid groups, MUFAs, PUFAs, and n6/n3 ratio increased while SFAs, EPA, and DHA content decreased. Upon chill storage, C18:2 fatty acid and n6/n3 ratio decreased while n3 fatty acids increased slightly. 采用生化分析方法对工厂化养殖的1龄和2龄俄罗斯鲟的肌肉营养成份进行检测。结果表明,1龄鱼的水分含量为80.84%,蛋白质含量为16.10%,脂肪含量为2.14%,灰分含量为0.92%;2龄鱼的水分含量为79.96%,蛋白质含量为15.00%,脂肪含量为4.08%,灰分含量为1.26%;1龄俄罗斯鲟肌肉中蛋白质含量高于2龄,脂肪含量低于2龄,且差异均显著;1龄和2龄俄罗斯鲟肌肉蛋白质中都含有18种氨基酸,平均含量分别为15.60%、14.46%,其中8种人体必需氨基酸平均含量分别为6.30%、5.95%,4种呈味氨基酸的平均含量分别为6.70%、6.26%;1龄和2龄俄罗斯鲟肌肉中都包含有9类脂肪酸,脂肪酸总量及各类脂肪酸含量都非常接近。 相似文献

Surimi was prepared by washing with single washing cycle with cold water (T-1), alkaline saline (0.2% NaHCO3 and 0.15% NaCl; T-2) solution, and with calcium chloride and salt (0.2% CaCl2 and 0.1% NaCl; T-3), respectively, and compared with conventional washed (CW) surimi. T-2 exhibited significantly (p ≤ 0.05) increased moisture content, which correlated with increased yield, pH and also significantly decreased lipid and ash content. A significant (p ≤ 0.05) decrease in expressible moisture content was also observed in T-2, which suggested higher water holding capacity compared to other treatments. Heat-induced surimi gels exhibited highest L* (p ≤ 0.05), followed by surimi in all the treatments. In the case of L*, T-1 showed highest lightness, followed by T-2, which was comparable to CW. The lowest myoglobin content was exhibited by CW surimi (p ≤ 0.05), which is due to repeated washings. T-2 gel showed higher elasticity, texture, and overall acceptability than others (p ≤ 0.05), except for the whiteness. In all the aspects, T-2 was comparable with CW. Washing with one cycle of T-2 solution can not only improve the quality of surimi but can reduce the wastage of water that is released into the environment without further treatment. 相似文献

Proximate chemical composition and fatty acid (FA) profile of different parts and sexes of ray (Raja clavata) were compared. The proximate values of liver samples significantly differed from other body parts (p < 0.05). Pectoral fin had the highest moisture, protein, and ash contents (78.6, 20.5, and 1.2%, respectively). The highest fat content (39.7%) was observed for liver samples. A significant variation was also observed between sexes in terms of proximate and FA values (p < 0.05). The levels of saturated (SFA), monounsaturated (MUFA), and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) varied between 27.1–32.1, 14.9–19.0, and 34.3–39.5%, respectively, in total fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). The highest total PUFA and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) values were observed in the edible portion of liver for both sexes due to high contents of fat, despite the low values of % total FAME in comparison with other body parts. Significant variations among FA levels were observed for different body parts (p < 0.05). The highest DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) values were found in the edible portion of the liver and calculated as 6.8 and 2.3 g/100 g, respectively, indicating the importance of utilizing the liver of this species. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe squat lobster Munida gregaria has been recognized as a potential resource in several countries. However, data about its composition and nutritional value are scarce. This study provides information about the nutrients and nutritional quality of M. gregaria meat. Meat yield, proximate composition, cholesterol content, and fatty acid (FA) and amino acid (AAs) profiles were analyzed, and nutritional quality indexes were estimated. The average meat yield was 9.93%. The yearly average of the proximate composition of the M. gregaria meat (g/100 g meat) was moisture = 77.6, protein = 13.7, lipids = 3.84, and ash = 2.19. The average annual cholesterol content was 6.60 mg/100 g. The predominant FA (%) was C20:5ω3 (23.6), followed by C18:1ω9c (20.9), C22:6ω3 (18.5), and C16:0 (16.3); the unsaturated fatty acids were 72.8% of the total FA. The main AAs (g/100 g protein) were glutamic acid (15.1), leucine (9.47), and aspartic acid (8.51). Regarding the nutritional quality, the polyunsaturated FA/saturated FA ratio (1.99), ω3/ω6 ratio (8.62), atherogenic index (0.26), thrombotic index (0.56), hypocholesterolemic/hypercholesterolemic ratio (4.07), and polyene index (2.58) showed that M. gregaria meat provides lipids that are beneficial to the human diet. Effects of dietary ascorbic acid (AA) supplementation were carried out on growth performance and physiological indices in juvenile beluga Huso huso fed different levels of dietary L‐ascorbyl‐2‐polyphosphate as AA source consisting of 0 (control), 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1600 mg AA kg?1 diet for 16 weeks. No significant differences were found in growth performances between treated groups except for condition factor. Using AA caused significant differences in haemoglobin, number of red blood cells, white blood cells, aspartate aminotranspherase and lactate dehydrogenase, while no significant difference was found in haematocrit, mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration, differential white blood cells count and alkaline phosphatase activity at the end of the experiment. Lysozyme activity after 8 weeks was significantly affected by dietary treatments with the lowest value in fish fed control diet, but not at completion of 16‐week feeding trial. Liver AA concentration showed a significant increase in correlation with dietary AA increase. Air exposure stress test showed significant differences among the treatments in case of cortisol and glucose concentrations. Also between pre‐ and post stress, significant changes were observed in some of treatments. The lowest and highest levels of cortisol were 9.2 ± 3 (in 200 mg kg?1) and 16.8 ± 5.1 ng mL?1 (in control), 6 h post stress (P < 0.05) respectively. Also, the lowest and highest levels of glucose were measured in fish fed 200 and 800 mg AA kg?1 respectively. The obtained results showed that most growth parameters were not affected by dietary AA, but some physiological and immunological parameters of this species were influenced by this vitamin. We suggest that under rearing conditions, AA should be added to the diet especially during early life stages for improving health status and resistance to stressors. 相似文献

A 10‐week feeding trial was carried out to evaluate the optimum dietary protein level for the maximum growth of juvenile beluga, Huso huso. Fish averaging 1.34 ± 0.07 g (mean ± SD) was randomly distributed into 18 circular fibreglass tanks of 500 L capacity (20 fish per tank). Six iso‐caloric diets were formulated to contain 30 (CP30), 35 (CP35), 40 (CP40), 45 (CP45), 50 (CP50) and 55% (CP55) crude protein (CP). Fish were fed each of the six experimental diets in triplicate groups. At the end of feeding trial, weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) in fish fed CP40 and CP45 diets were significantly higher than those of fish fed CP30, CP35, CP50 and CP55 diets (P < 0.05). Lipid retention increased significantly from 24.7% to 31.6%, but protein retention decreased from 54.6% to 35.6% with increasing protein levels from 30% to 50%. Muscle total essential and non‐essential amino acid (EAA & NEAA) concentrations increased with the dietary protein level up to CP45 diets. Muscle total EAA concentrations (%) of fish fed CP45 were significantly higher than those of fish fed CP30, CP35, CP50 and CP55, but there was no significantly different between those of fish fed CP40 and CP45. Muscle total NEAA concentration (%) of fish fed CP45 were significantly higher than those of fish fed CP30 and CP35 diets. Broken‐line analysis of WG suggested that the optimum dietary protein level could be 38.9% for maximum growth performance in juvenile beluga (1.3–77 g). 相似文献
