响应面设计法在温室番茄栽培中的应用   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
为优化温室番茄的栽培条件,试验研究了不同栽培密度、施氮量和施钾量对日光温室番茄产量的影响。通过中心复合试验设计,构建三因素(栽培密度,氮肥,钾肥)五水平的响应面设计方法并建立番茄产量与三因子的二次回归数学模型。结果表明:三因素对温室番茄产量均有显著的影响(p0.01),影响的大小顺序为栽培密度施钾量施氮量;栽培密度与施氮量、施钾量之间存在显著的交互作用(p0.01),施氮量与施钾量之间的相互作用对番茄产量影响不显著(p0.05);多元二次回归分析结果显示,栽培密度、施氮量、施钾量与番茄产量之间的回归模型高度显著(p0.01)。统计分析确定温室番茄的最佳栽培条件为:栽培密度4.83万株/hm2,施氮量262 kg/hm2,施钾量513kg/hm2;在此条件下,温室番茄产量的预测值为119381kg/hm2,验证试验所得产量为121005kg/hm2。本研究为日光温室番茄高产、稳产和优质提供了理论依据。  相似文献

采用二因素二次通用旋转组合设计,研究了日光温室中膜下滴灌水肥耦合技术对番茄植株生长发育、果实品质和产量的影响。结果表明:灌水定额、施肥定额二因素与番茄植株生长发育、果实品质和产量之间存在极显著的回归关系,F回〉F 0.01(5,7)=6.1088,回归可靠;二因素的影响程度为施肥定额>灌水定额,由此提出了最优水肥组合方案,灌水定额为2704.5~2836.95m3/hm2,施肥定额为265.5~309.64kg/hm2。本研究为日光温室番茄膜下滴灌栽培生产提供了借鉴。  相似文献

北京地区温室地源热泵供暖能耗及经济性分析   总被引:21,自引:14,他引:7  
为研究地热在温室中应用的可行性,该文在北京地区一栋日光温室中采用地下水式地源热泵系统进行了供暖试验研究。试验结果表明,整个供暖期(2007年10月15日-2008年3月10日)地源热泵系统的供暖性能系数约为3.83,与燃煤热水采暖系统相比,地源热泵系统供暖可节约42%的能源消耗量,具有显著的节能减排效果。温室内单位面积的每日供暖耗电量约为0.15 kW·h/(m2·d),供暖费用约为0.12元/(m2·d)。地源热泵供暖、天然气供暖、燃煤热水供暖以及燃油热风供暖几种温室采暖方式的相对运行费用分别约为1.20、1.31、1.00与3.36,地源热泵供暖的运行费用略高于燃煤热水供暖,但低于天然气供暖和燃油热风供暖。  相似文献

设施蔬菜冬季生产中,土壤温度低是蔬菜生长的一个限制因子。该文在番茄冬季生产中应用微多孔陶瓷管负压加温栽培系统,试验表明通过循环温水利用同一根陶瓷管边灌水边加温是完全可行的;加温处理白天、夜间平均温度分别比不加温处理的高出2.7℃,1.2℃。加温处理的植株长势、果实中可溶性糖、滴定酸度的含量和糖酸比、产量、特别是前期产量显著高于不加温处理。在温室冬季生产中仅仅对土壤进行加温就可显著促进植株生长,提高果实的产量和品质。  相似文献

亏缺灌溉对温室番茄产量与水分利用效率的影响   总被引:13,自引:6,他引:7  
为了探讨西北旱区日光温室番茄节水高效灌溉模式,2008年进行了不同生育阶段水分亏缺对膜下沟灌番茄产量与水分利用效率的影响研究。结果表明,在番茄果实成熟与采收期亏水虽然可使果实早熟,增加收获期和市场高价位时期的重合度,但由于产量降低幅度较大,总体经济效益低,为不合理灌溉方案。相反,在对照处理灌水定额21 mm的基础上,苗期减少2/3灌水量、开花和果实膨大期减少1/3灌水量、果实成熟与采收期正常灌溉,是西北旱区日光温室番茄较适用的灌溉模式。即在番茄全生育期内灌水11~12次,灌溉定额为200~210 mm时,可实现市场产量170~180 t/hm2,毛效益31~34万元/hm2,水分利用效率和单方耗水毛效益分别为64~69 kg/m3和120~125元/m3,同时节约灌水量40~50 mm。  相似文献

主动蓄放热加热基质与加热空气温室增温效果对比   总被引:7,自引:6,他引:1  
为进一步提高日光温室内主动蓄放热热能的利用效率,该文以主动蓄放热加热基质系统(active heat storage-release substrate warming system,AHSSWS)提升栽培基质温度作为试验组,以主动蓄放热加热空气系统(active heat storage-release air warming system,AHSAWS)提升夜间气温处理作为对照组,比较了2种加温方式对基质温度、室内气温及番茄生长、产量的影响,并对2个系统的能量收支情况、设备投入、运行成本进行了比较。试验结果表明,相比主动蓄放热加热空气系统,主动蓄放热加热基质系统可提高基质温度2.5~5.3℃;与加热空气相比,加热基质处理可提高番茄株高及产量(增产43%)。连续晴天情况下,主动蓄放热加热基质系统的COP(coefficient of performance)为1.5~1.9,主动蓄放热加热空气系统的COP为3.0~4.0;连续阴天情况下,主动蓄放热加热基质系统的COP为0.5~0.9,主动蓄放热加热空气系统的COP为1.0~2.2。相对于主动蓄放热加热空气系统,主动蓄放热加热基质系统的集热效率、节能率、平均COP略低;但试验组的单位产量耗能量为0.7 k J/kg,低于对照组的单位产量耗能量(1.0 k J/kg),从单产能耗角度来讲,主动蓄放热加热基质系统更具优势,因此可根据番茄销售价格及当地电价来选择相应的加温系统。该文研究结果为主动蓄放热热能的高效利用以及主动蓄放热加热基质系统在日光温室冬春季番茄加温栽培应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

毛管埋深和层状质地对番茄滴灌水氮利用效率的影响   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:4  
为了确定不同质地土壤中地下滴灌的适宜毛管埋深,通过两年日光温室滴灌施肥灌溉试验,研究了毛管埋深、土壤层状质地和施氮量对番茄产量、品质及水分利用效率(WUE)、氮肥表观利用率(AFUE)和氮肥偏生产力(PFP)的影响。研究结果表明,均质壤土中,毛管埋深、施氮量及其交互作用对番茄产量和WUE影响不显著,地下滴灌番茄Vc含量比地表滴灌低;番茄AFUE随毛管埋深增加而降低,施氮量由150 kg/hm2增加到225 kg/hm2时,番茄PFP显著降低。对均质壤土,建议毛管埋深15 cm、施氮量150 kg/hm2,以获得较高的PFP。土壤的层状质地结构明显降低番茄的产量、WUE和PFP,与均质壤土处理相比,上砂下壤和砂土夹层处理WUE分别低32%和11%,产量和PFP分别低33%和12%,从提高水氮利用效率的角度出发,建议在上粗下细(上砂下壤)的层状土壤中慎重使用地下滴灌。  相似文献

以番茄为试材,采用2水平灌水量(W1:4541.0 m3/hm2、W2:2270.6 m3/hm2)×3水平氮肥追施量(N1:747.4 kg/hm2、N2:373.7 kg/hm2、N3:0 kg/hm2),研究了不同水分和氮素供应水平对日光温室越冬栽培番茄产量和品质的影响。结果表明,氮肥追施量较多(N1)时可显著提高番茄产量,减少灌水量并未导致产量的显著下降。高量施氮或不施氮,番茄果实Vc含量均相应下降。高量施氮可显著提高果实中游离氨基酸及可溶性蛋白质含量。增加施氮量和灌水量可显著提高果实中有机酸含量,但对可溶性糖含量无显著影响。加大氮肥追施量和减少灌水量可显著增加果实中硝酸盐含量。采用灰关联理论对不同水分和氮素供应条件综合评价,结果以灌水量2270.6 m3/hm2和施氮量373.7 kg/hm2为最佳处理组合。  相似文献

采用盆栽方法进行了不同施磷(P2O5)水平下,日光温室番茄产量、不同生育期番茄磷素分配、干物质积累、土壤速效磷含量和酶活性研究,并确定了适宜番茄生长的最佳施磷量与土壤速效磷含量。结果表明,随着磷肥施用量的增加,土壤速效磷含量及番茄各组织含磷量相应增加;当施用P2O5达到0.53 g/kg(处理5),土壤速效磷含量在60~77 mg/kg时,较适宜番茄生长,番茄产量和单果重达最高,根系和茎叶干物质积累也达到最好水平。当施磷量超过0.53 g/kg时,造成土壤和植株磷累积过高,易引起土壤盐害,降低土壤酶活性,从而降低干物质积累和番茄产量,影响土壤的可持续利用。  相似文献

在日光温室栽培条件下,研究了不同施氮模式对番茄产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响。结果表明,与当地习惯施肥模式(N1)相比,分别减施化肥氮26%(N2)、减施化肥氮26% 结合调节土壤C/N(N3)、减施化肥氮26% 结合调节土壤C/N和采用滴灌(N4)、减施化肥氮45% 结合调节土壤C/N和采用滴灌(N5)的集成模式对产量和品质无显著影响; 减氮模式下植物吸收的总氮量、氮素利用率和氮肥农学效率均高于习惯施肥模式,其中N5模式的氮素利用率和氮肥农学效率显著高于N1模式(P<0.05),说明减少化肥氮的施用量结合调节土壤C/N和/或滴灌措施能够保证番茄的产量和品质,达到减肥增效的目的。结果还看出,番茄拉秧后0—100 cm土层累积的硝态氮含量低于习惯施肥模式,对0—20 cm表层土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量和土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性的影响不显著; 减氮条件下,N3和N5模式土壤细菌/真菌比值高于N1模式。综上研究结果表明,N3和N5 两个集成模式具有明显优势。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

Abstract

A 3-year study was carried out to investigate quality parameters in 14 tree fruit and berry species grown in southern Norway. The species were blueberry, apple, aronia, sour cherry, sweet cherry, red raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, red currant and elderberry, harvested along with wild bilberry, cloudberry and lingonberry. Significant differences between species were identified for all quality parameters. The coefficient of variation between species was lowest for pH (12.5%), dry matter (18.9%) and soluble solids (25.3%), followed by titratable acids (59.3%), total phenolics (83.8%), antioxidant capacity FRAP (85.7%) and antiradical power by the DPPH-assay (97.8%), total monomeric anthocyanins (132%) and ascorbic acid (137%). Average coefficient of variation within species were lower and ranged from 4 (pH) to 62% (ascorbic acid). Only the FRAP values were significantly affected by harvesting year with lower levels in 2004 than in 2005 and 2006. There were significant interactions between species and harvesting year for dry matter, soluble solids, pH, ascorbic acid and FRAP. The results indicate generic ranges in composition within species independent upon growing location and climate, and the composition of the tree fruits and berries is not likely to deviate from these ranges. It is concluded that desirable composition of tree fruits and berries and their products should primarily be achieved by selection among species rather than searching fors broadened variation within individual species.  相似文献

Potassium (K) fixation and release in soil are important factors in the long-term sustainability of a cropping system. Changes in K concentration and characteristics of K fixation and release in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils in the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)–rice (Oryza sativa L.) rotation were investigated using a rhizobox system. The concentrations of different forms of K in both rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils decreased with plants compared to without plants, regardless of K fertilizer application. Potassium uptake by crops mainly came from the rhizosphere soil. In the treatment without K fertilizer (–K), the main form of K supplied by the soil to the crops was 1.0 mol L?1 nitric acid (HNO3) nonextractable K, followed by nonexchangeable K, and then exchangeable K. In the treatment with K fertilizer (+K), the main K forms supplied by the soil to the crops were exchangeable K and nonexchangeable K. The amount and rate of K fixation after one cycle of the rapeseed–rice rotation was greater in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The amount and rate of K fixation of soil in the +K treatment were significantly less than in the –K treatment. The cumulative amounts of K released with 1.0 mol L?1 ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) and 1.0 mol L?1 HNO3 extraction increased with the increasing numbers of extractions, but the K-releasing power of soil by successive extraction decreased gradually and finally became almost constant. The release of K was less in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The release of K in the +K treatment was similar to that in the –K treatment in rhizosphere soil, but the K release in nonrhizosphere soil was greater with the +K than the –K treatment. Overall, the information obtained in this study will be helpful in formulating more precise K fertilizer recommendations for certain soils.  相似文献
