Based on fuzzy Petri nets, a fuzzy reasoning Petri nets (FRPN) model is defined. And then, combining fuzzy Petri nets with matrix operation, an algorithm of formalized fuzzy reasoning process is proposed. Based on the fuzziness and uncertainness of the knowledge in the disassembly process of products, a decision making model in disassembly process is established. Furthermore, taking realistic disassembly as an example, an algorithm of decision-making in disassembly sequence is discussed. The result shows that the model of decision-making has strong parallel operation ability in the disassembly process sequence. It also can make intelligent decisions based on the product information originating from each disassembly step.  相似文献

According to the instant demand coming from the collaborative product development of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, this paper brings out a kind of a collaborative product development service-on-demand mode based on web-service, and a framework for this service-on-demand mode are also given. According to these, this research sets up a web based collaborative product development service platform, analyzes the function structure, service flow and the main implement techniques. The service pattern and the platform have already applied to collaborative product development in small and medium manufacturing enterprises and have helped to increase technique innovation, reduce the total time and cost in development process.  相似文献

The national structural codes GB50010-2002 and GB 50011-2001 have been modified in many aspects compared with the old ones. To verify the effectiveness of structural capacity design provisions in the new codes, firstly, two typical RC frame structures of Grade 2 in intensity-category 8 and Grade 1 in intensity-category 9 are designed according to the new codes. Then, nonlinear dynamic analyses of the two structures are carried out under excitations of several ground motions with the fortification and rare intensity levels. With the analysis results the availability of strong column weak beam is checked carefully, which is desirable with capacity design measures of RC frame in Chinese new structural design code. The conclusions drawn from the analysis are helpful to structural design and local modification of the codes.  相似文献

Distribution Network Structure planning is a complex combinatorial optimization problem, which is difficult to solve properly by using traditional optimization methods. The authors put forward Multiple Population Immune Genetic Algorithm (MPIGA)for optimal planning of distribution network structure, and do optimal search to different aspects of optimization goals. During the genetic evolution process, biologic immune mechanism is introduced to do some immune operator operation on chromosomes of each population, which can interact mutually by the shift of excellent units. By this way, it can effectively prevent population retrogression, promote diversity and the whole optimal searching ability of genetic algorithm. In order to minimize network annual expenditure, a mathematic model is established. The optimal solution is obtained by this algorithm, which has been illustrated effectively by specific examples at the same time.  相似文献

Distribution Network Structure planning is a complex combinatorial optimization problem,which is difficult to solve properly by using traditional optimization methods.In order to solve this problem,Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm is introduced to the distribution network optimal planning. Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm draws into the immune diversity and antibody's density mechanism to maintain the individual's diversity and remains evolution algorithm's global stochastic searching ability,so it can promote diversity and the whole optimal-searching ability of genetic algorithm.The optimal module takes the minimum annual cost as its object,and the capacity and voltage drop of feeder and the radiation of distribution network as its restrictions.According to the require of radiation of distribution network,the spanning tree of the alternative network is taken as the initial solution to speed up the calculation.And the branch-exchange method is used in designing crossover operator and mutation operator to avoid the radiation checking and enhance the optimizing ability.This algorithm has been illustrated effectively by examples,at the same time,the calculation example demonstrates that,the algorithm has higher calculation speed than the traditional immune genetic algorithm.  相似文献

The new material of graphite foam is a good thermal-conductivity material. With fractal theory, the fractal character of this novel porous material is discussed. Then a thermal-conductivity model of graphite foam is proposed. The relationship formula of effective thermal conductivity is presented by using thermal resistance method. The paper mainly analyzes and studies mode of bus communication based on optical fiber at one_point to multiple_point and mode of point_to_point communication based on wireless at one_point to multiple_point. The advantages and disadvantages of two communication modes are given. Considering the demands on FA data communication,the paper presents transmitting data based on network mode and connection mode,implementing application protocol based on object oriented mode and international standard. Considering the requirements of FTU unit for data communication, the paper proposes the network inner operating system in FTU unit, which is indispensable. Tourism development, as a novel approach in the reuse of industrial heritage, is conducive to the settlement of issues of urban industrial heritage conservation. However, in practical terms, the development of industrial heritage as tourist resources, has encountered problems including monotonous development projects, the lack of tourism facilities, low economic efficiency, poor sustainability of project operation, etc.. This paper, based on the transformation plan of Salt Manufacturing Plant in Qingjiang County of Zhangshu, Jiangxi, proposes that a leisure-holiday tourism complex can be used as the development model of the reuse of industrial heritage at a time when the reuse of industrial heritage is advised to shift from a single mode to a compound mode. Specifically, it is suggested that industrial raw materials are developed into tourism resources to fully excavate relevant history and culture, for the purpose of achieving the coordinated economic and social growth of the reuse of industrial heritage.  相似文献
