New Rural Community Planning to Cope with the Coordinated “Threezation”

The paper targets at reasonable planning and construction of new rural communities on the basis of coordinated three-zation(new urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, hereinafter referred to as three-zation). Through summarizing the connotations of new rural community construction coping with the coordinated three-zation, and analyzing the role of new rural community in the three-zation, planning and design of Gaocun Community was taken for example to propose strategies for the planning and construction of new rural communities, and promotion of the coordinated three-zation.     

New Demands of Community Plan to the Societyin the Transformation Period

China is in period of transformation, so some new social demands appear, producing great influence on society and the function and status of the community in this period. The community plan must aim at the characteristics of the new society's demand and gives the person concern in material and social aspects, some measures at above two points were expounded.     

Disscussion in the Rural Power Network Construction in the New Rural Construction

To adapt to the continuous improvement of rural power consumption level in the new rural construction,in particular,with the continuous development of the rural economy,the actual operation of the rural power network has emerged as the high loss of electrical power which leads to a greater cost of the electricity,lower power supply reliability,the supply voltage and frequency do not satisfiy with requirements,etc.Through analysis of a typical rural power network,from the overall planning of the transmission to distribution equipments(such as lines,transformers and reactive-load compensation devices),the author proposes some specific measures such as reducing power loss and improving the voltage quality and reliability methods.Through calculation for lines power loss rate and percent of voltage pass,the results show that the methods proposed by the author are effective.The directions to the development trend of the rural power network is given.

Urban Thermal Environment Planning of Yunyang County Assisted with the Computer Simulation

With the computer simulation of the thermal environment in the Yunyang County,combined with the data of measurement on the spot,the thermal environment of the actual state is analyzed,and some advice to urban planning are given from the viewpoint of outdoor thermal environment.It is proven that the computer simulation is an advantageous means to help the analysis of the thermal environment in urban planning.

While the building is to protect the united to make them preserved in its essence. Heidegger points out the fact that architectural technology alienation and the “rootless” status, which is embedded in forgetting “the significance of the existence”. However, the architectural thinking of starting point and the theme is “one of the poetic dwelling”, which means, as the starting point of the “mortals” locking up to degree of communication. Even, its “poetic dwelling” and “others” coexistence of conflict.If built symbolizes human existence , then , it is in the direction of poetic dwelling, at the same time, forgetting building activity occurred in the city-the historical background, so the “Earth” as the historical background in the search for meaning in the forgotten, thereby, the pursuit of the meaning of building still fundamentally is broken.     

New Method of Founding Profile Equations and Pressure Angle Formula to the Cylindrical Cam Mechanism with Slide Roller-Follower

According to existent problems on design and application of the cylindrical cam mechanism with the slide roller-follower, the one correct concept about profile design and pressure angle is presented. Based on this concept, the theoretical profile,practical profile,meshing surface equations and pressure angle formula of the cam mechanism are built up by using opp.rotation analysis and offset surface principle. This method is very simple and clear, and avoids the abstract analysing process in meshing principle. The mathematic models built by this paper can be used to design,manufacture and check this type of cam mechanism correctly, and also create conditions to make deeply meshing property analysis of this mechanism.     

Wavelet Analysis Methods to the Signals with Infinite Energy

We study the spectrum analysis to the signals with infinite energy using continuous wavelet transform,the concept of time-frequency power spectrum is presented,and the relations between the time-frequency power spectrum and classical power and average power are studied,the wavelet transform of self-correlation function is also presented, and the relations between it and time-frequency power spectrum are also studied.

Path for the “Interaction between Industrialization and Urbanization” in Low Hilly Areas of Sichuan Against the Background of New Urbanization: A Case Study of Overall Planning of Lianjie Town in Weiyuan County

Taking the practical experience of Lianjie Town, Weiyuan County for example, this paper analyzed regional characteristics of the low hilly areas in Sichuan and interaction mechanism of industrialization and urbanization, explored the path for the interaction between industrialization and urbanization from 5 perspectives, namely accelerating industrial upgrading, optimizing industrial structure, breaking through the dual system, industry back-feeding town, and protecting ecological background.     

Mechanical Model with On line Measuring the Cable Tension with “Three Point Bending” Method

To set up a mechanical model of three point loading for the intellectual measuring equipment of cable tension, the cases for elastic support with two ends of hinged support and those of fixed support with consideration of the influence of the cable were systematically studied. The equations for the upper and lower limits of the cable tension T as well as those for the real measured values have been obtained. A more rational equation for online measuring the cable tension by “Three point Bending Method” has been derived through secondary measurement.     

Using a Neural Network with Nonlinear Self-feedback to Solve the Maximum Clique Problem

As the MCP is NP-hard, an efficient approach to treating this problem is to design appropriate recurrent neural networks. We develop a new algorithm for the MCP, which can, to a certain extent, prevent the associated neural network from falling into local optimal points. The proposed algorithm incorporates nonlinear self-feedback into the SLDN algorithm and has distinguished dynamical characteristics. Simulation results show that the performance of proposed algorithm is statistically superior to the SLDN algorithm.     

Practical Method for Dynamical Analysis to the Interlayer Seismic Isolation Masonry Building with Frame Structure in the First Storey

Masonry buildings with R/C frame- shear wall in the bottom storey have been widely used in city construction, which include two kinds of lateral force resistant system. However, the seismic behavior of the building is poor. Based on the characteristics that the rigidity of the upper masonry structure is much bigger than the rigidity of laminated rubber bearings and frame structure. It can be referred to as system having a two degree of freedom. The dynamic behavior of this building is analyzed, the isolated vibration mode controls the response of system. The authors give apractical method for dynamical analysis to masonry building with frame structure in the first storey with laminated rubber bearings between the first and second storey , which submits efficient path to found applicable design means and to generalize interlayer seismic isolation structure.     

From “obligated embeddedness” to “obligated Chineseness”? Bargaining processes and evolution of international automotive firms in China's New Energy Vehicle sector

Over the past decades, the automotive sector in China has been characterized by the obligation of foreign manufacturers to enter joint ventures, transfer technologies, and localize production. Still, the Chinese automotive industry has remained dependent on foreign brands, capital, and technology. The advent of markets and supply chains for electric vehicles, however, changes the framework conditions for established foreign automotive firms in terms of competitive landscape and access to core technology components. This is mainly the result of political initiatives: Established automotive manufacturers are exposed to direct and indirect restrictions that influence their production of electric vehicles, their choice of suppliers, and their potential market shares in the future. This paper outlines multilevel bargaining processes of Chinese and foreign actors as they aim to maximize value capture in a fundamentally transitioning automotive sector. In contrast to the lead firm-centric focus of recent global production networks (GPN)-discussions, this paper argues that the determinants of how production networks evolve is first and foremost a question of the institutional environment. Focusing on power balances between state and firm actors in multilevel bargaining processes offers a way of explaining GPN-evolution in institutional contexts in which power concentrates in executive bodies and decision-making processes are often informal.     

Testing and Locating Variance Change Points with Application to the Volatility of Chinese Stock Market

Stock prices are different on a daily basis with small ups, small downs, or abrupt changes. While small fluctuations are typical according to economic theory and understandable to most investors, abrupt changes are unexpected and can be either harmful (if dramatic downward change occurs) to a society's economy (and investors) or beneficial (if vast upward change occurs) to a society's economy (and investors). We introduce the variance change point model (volatility change point model), and use it to analyze two stocks: Shanghai Stock Composite Indices and Shenzhen Stock Composite Indices from 1992 to 2002. The authors use a binary procedure combined with Schwarz Information Criterion (SIC) as in Chen and Gupta (1997) to search all the possible variance (volatility) change points exist in the sequence. Changes in both indices are successfully identified and their economic explanations are given.
