通过对哈素海渔业资源的分析研究,依据水库养殖生态学原理,在哈素海水库进行粗放式养殖,网围养殖,池塘养殖,垂钓养殖,得出提高哈素海水库养殖产量和经济效益的可行性生产模式,使渔业生态效益和经济效益提高到更高水平.     

The Source of Metropolitan Growth: The Role of Commuting

Over the past few years, a large number of studies have focused on whether population or employment is critical to the source of metropolitan growth. However, only few attempts have so far been made to additionally consider the suburbanization stage and pattern of commuting, which may both enable us to explore this “chicken–egg” issue a little further. The purpose of this paper is to compare dwelling‐based (housing) with job‐based (job) employment to evaluate the net commuting. The Taipei metropolitan area, for example, now lies at the initial suburbanization stage with only population decentralization and massive in‐commuting to the central city. The estimation results based on a co‐integration system reveal that the central‐city employment can be regarded as an engine of this metropolitan economy. Besides, we also find that dwelling‐based employment distorts the causality between population and employment, especially from the variance‐decomposition accounts. Therefore, the importance of commuting to investigating the evolution of metropolitan economy should not be overlooked.     

铜胁对油菜种子萌发期生理生化指标的影响

在恒温培养箱条件下,研究了铜胁迫对两个油菜品种矮脚黄、矮抗青种子萌发的影响。结果表明：随着铜胁迫浓度的增大,种子电解质外渗率增加,相对渗出率也逐渐增加;较低浓度铜胁迫下油菜种子的可溶性糖含量增多,之后,随着铜浓度的增加,可溶性糖含量逐渐减少;两种油菜种子的总淀粉酶、α淀粉酶活性均在铜浓度为40μM时最大,之后随着铜浓度的升高,两种酶活性逐渐降低;油菜种子中丙二醛（MDA）的含量随着铜浓度的增高而升高。     

鲁西地区新生代农民工教育培训需求分析

民工荒的实质是技工荒。在农民工中,有60%的是新生代农民工。鲁西地区是劳动力输出大市,为了了解新生代农民工的教育培训需求,我们就鲁西的新生代农民工的培训意愿、培训费用支付、培训内容、培训时间地点选择以及方式进行了调查。     

The Implementation Study on The Modeling of Drected-gragh With Weightings Based on The BOM of Product

The nodes of BOM may appear repeatedly in the different layers. While the structure of traditional tree model can not express the relation between these nodes expediently. By analyzing the localization of tree model BOM, this paper studies the essential structure of BOM and puts forward the drected-gragh with weightings of BOM. Then it provides corresponding realization of relation database and studies the method of maintenance. It also discusses the expansion of attribute based on enterprise' s requirement. Finally it provides the thinking of searching, relevant algorithm and the method of programming language realization. This kind of BOM offers foundation for the integration of information and data in PDM/CAPP/CIMS/ERP.     

种子净度分析的三个关键环节

种子净度分析是测定供试样品不同成分的重量百分率和样品混合物特性,并据此推断种子批的组成,因此,净度分析结果将影响种子质量评价和种子利用。为保证检测结果准确可靠,在种子净度分析时必须把握好3个关键环节,即:称量及小数位数的保留、净种子区分和数据处理。注意操作的严谨性和科学性,使其能为后续检测项目提供可靠的结果。     

新形势下南繁基地建设面临的重任

阐述了南繁基地的战略地位和重大意义,针对南繁的发展现状、现实问题和面临的新形势,提出了建设现代化南繁基地的对策措施,作为推进我国现代种业的重要工作。     

茄子花培后代的观察与应用

对从长茄杂交种“牟尼卡”（编号06-1001）进行花药培养获得的花培品系二代（DH2）和三代（DH3）的主要植物学性状进行了观察与比较。结果表明,从同一接种材料可以获得不同类型的花培品系,其始花节位、果形指数和单果重变异幅度很大,15个二代品系中,有46.7%的品系始花节位与接种材料达到显著或极显著差异标准,有40.0%的品系果形指数与接种材料达到显著或极显著差异标准,有33.3%的品系单果重与接种材料达到显著或极显著差异标准。同一品系不同世代间始花节位、果实横径、果实纵径、果形指数和单果重能稳定遗传;品系内个体间始花节位、果实横径、果实纵径、果形指数和单果重变异系数较小(<10%),系内整齐一致。此外,初步选育的花培品系“06-139”和以花培品系为亲本的杂交组合“05-203”开始在农业生产中应用。     

仙客来栽培研究进展

主要从生物学特性、环境调控、激素调控等几方面对国内外仙客来栽培方面的研究情况进行了综述,同时对研究中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了今后的研究方向和思路。     

木薯叶片可溶性糖含量与块根淀粉积累的关系

试验以辐选01，华南5号(SC5)，新选048，新选056，南洋红（SC201），华南205(SC205)，GR891，华南124（SC124）为材料，分别在块根形成期、块根膨大期和工艺成熟期测定叶片可溶性糖含量和块根淀粉含量，探讨木薯叶片可溶性含量与块根淀粉积累的关系。结果表明，从块根形成期到工艺成熟期，叶片可溶性总糖含量与块根淀粉积累都逐渐增加，叶片可溶性总糖含量与块根淀粉积累呈正相关，从块根膨大期到工艺成熟期，叶片还原糖含量逐浙增加，与块根淀粉积累呈正相关，而叶片蔗糖含量逐浙降低。与块根淀粉积累呈负相关。8个品种都有同样的趋势。     

控水灌溉对水稻根系生长影响的试验研究

采用单因素重复试验,探讨不同控水灌溉方式对水稻根系生长的影响。研究结果表明,不同灌溉方式对水稻根系影响不同,适当的控水灌溉可以增加水稻根系长度、数量、根体积及干物质的重量,同时能够增强水稻根系活力;控水灌溉能够节约用水2625m3/hm²,提高水稻产量580.35kg/hm²。
