鱼油中n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFA)是以甘油酯形式存在的。本文对鱼油保健品中n-3PUFA存在形式的选择,利用生物酶技术富集n-3PUFA的方法如脂肪酶选择性水解、脂肪酶选择性酯交换和脂肪酶选择性酯化进行了详细的综述,并对n-3PUFA甘油酯的前景进行了展望,为进一步开发n-3PUFA甘油酯产品提供参考。  相似文献

Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFA) with 20 or 22 carbons are considered important to the development of infants and sometimes added to infant formulae. In this study, two characteristic sources of n-3 LCPUFA (fish oil and microalgal oil) were orally administrated to rat pups of mildly n-3 PUFA — deficient dams to compare the consequences of the administration. The milk from the dams fed a n-3 PUFA — restricted diet contained less n-3 LCPUFA than that of the dams fed a control diet. Pups were administered 1 mg/g weight of the test oil at the age of 5–7 days. At the age of 7 days, they were sacrificed before or after the administration and fatty acid compositions of the stomach and serum lipid were studied. The administration changed docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 22:6n−3) levels in the stomach contents and serum lipids with time. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 20:5n−3) levels increased immediately after the administration of fish oil. The administration of microalgal oil also affected the serum lipid EPA level, in spite of a lack of EPA. In this study, both oils effectively supplemented DHA. Fish oil returned the serum EPA level close to the control value while microalgae oil had little effect.  相似文献

To examine the influence of the dietary ratio of (n-3) to (n-6) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) on the immune system of Atlantic salmon, Salmo salar L., two dietary trials were carried out in which parr were maintained on diets containing either fish oil [(n-3)/(n-6) PUFA = 5.2] or sunflower oil [(n-3)/(n-6) PUFA = 0.3] and assessed for differences in immunological parameters. There were no significant differences in blood cell counts, differential leucocyte counts or haematocrit values between dietary groups, and while no apparent differences were observed in the non-specific immune parameters measured, there was a significantly higher number of B cells responding to Aeromonas salmonicida, in the kidney and spleen of vaccinated fish maintained on high (n-3)/(n-6) PUFAs diets. There was also a significant difference (P≤ 0.01) between the dietary groups in trial 1 and trial 2 when non-vaccinated fish were challenged with Aeromonas salmonicida and Vibrio anguillarum, respectively, with the (n-6) group succumbing to the bacterium before the (n-3) group. The results suggest that Atlantic salmon fed diets with a low ratio of (n-3)/(n-6) PUFA may be less resistant to infection than those fed diets containing lipid with a high (n-3)/(n-6) PUFA ratio.  相似文献

为了分析饲料n-3/n-6多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)水平对黄河鲤幼鱼生长性能和生长相关基因的影响,实验以鱼油和混合植物油(花生油和紫苏籽油)为脂肪源配制5组等氮等能饲料。对照组(T1)以鱼油为唯一脂肪源,18:3 n-3/18:2 n-6为0.97,第二组(T2)以花生油为唯一脂肪源,18:3 n-3/18:2 n-6为0.02,其他3组实验饲料以花生油和紫苏籽油为脂肪源,且n-3/n-6比值分别为0.46(T3)、1.09(T4)和1.53(T5)。10周养殖实验结束后,分析各组鱼体的生长性能、血清中生长激素(GH)含量及不同部位肌肉中生长相关基因的表达水平。结果显示,与对照组相比,n-3/n-6对鱼体的脏体比(VSI)、饲料系数(FCR)、摄食率(FI)无显著影响,增重率(WGR)随n-3/n-6比值的增加先升后降,n-3/n-6比值等于1.09时,WGR达到峰值,为218.53%±24.32%。T2组血清GH含量显著高于其他处理组,随着n-3/n-6比值增大GH含量逐渐降低。背部肌肉中生长相关基因gh、ghr、igf-1和myod均表现为先升后降的趋势,igf-1r为先降后升,mstn无显著差异。红肌中gh、myod含量逐渐降低,ghr、mstn不存在显著差异,igf-1与背部肌肉相似,先升后降,igf-1r先降后升。腹部肌肉中gh、ghr和igf-1表达情况与背部肌肉一致,igf-1r和myod的表达不存在显著差异。T2组和T4组背部肌肉肌纤维数目存在显著差异,且T4组肌纤维较T2组粗。研究表明,n-3/n-6不仅在一定程度上提高鱼体的WGR,且不同比例的n-3/n-6水平会影响血清GH的含量,不同部位肌肉组织中GH/IGF轴生长相关基因的水平也受饲料中n-3/n-6比例的影响。  相似文献

European sea bass juveniles (14.4±0.1 g mean weight) were fed diets containing different levels of fish oil then of n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3 HUFA) for 12 weeks. The fish performance as well as fatty acid (FA) composition of neutral and polar lipids from whole body after 7 and 12 weeks feeding were studied. The requirements of juvenile sea bass for n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3 HUFA) were studied by feeding fish diets containing six different levels of n-3 HUFA ranging from 0.2% to 1.9% of the diet, with approximately the same DHA/EPA ratio (1.5:1).

The growth rate at the end of the trial showed significant differences. Fish fed low dietary n-3 HUFA (0.2% DM of the diet) showed significantly lower growth than the diet 3 (0.7%), then no further improvement (P>0.05) of growth performance was seen by elevating the n-3 HUFA level in the diet up to 1.9% (diet 6). No difference in feed efficiency, protein efficiency ratio or protein retention was observed among treatments, nor in protein and total lipid content. However, the n-3 HUFA levels in diets highly influenced fish fatty acid composition in neutral lipid, while polar lipid composition was less affected. Comparison of polar lipid content after 7 or 12 weeks indicated that DHA remained stable at the requirement level, while arachidonic acid decreased with time. Results of this experiment suggest that the requirement for growth of n-3 HUFA of juvenile sea bass of 14 g weight is at least 0.7% of the dry diet.  相似文献

The incorporation and metabolism of various (n-3) and (n-6) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) supplemented to the culture medium was investigated in a turbot cell line (TF). The distribution, and the occurrence and extent of further metabolism of incorporated PUFA via desaturation/elongation mechanisms in specific phospholipid classes was determined from the different fatty acid compositions. The cells contained Δ6 and Δ4 desaturase activities but were generally deficient in C18–20 elongase activity. Δ5 Desaturase activity was generally masked by this deficiency but was present. The compositional data indicated that there was a high degree of specificity between individual phospholipid classes and particular fatty acids probably driven by the specificities of the acylating enzymes. The highest percentages of the supplemented acids were generally observed in the phosphatidic acid/cardiolipin fraction (PA/CL), suggesting a role for PA in the incorporation of the supplemented acids into the phospholipid pool. PI had a characteristic composition consistent with a putative role as a pool of precursor fatty acid for eicosanoid synthesis. Mechanisms were evident for generating and/or maintaining this composition.  相似文献

A post-hoc study of the influence of dietary fatty acids of the n-3 and n-6 series on the growth of the prawn, Penaeus monodon showed a clear example of interaction by these nutrients to influence growth. Data from three independent growth studies examining the dietary requirements for linoleic (LOA, 18:2n-6), linolenic (LNA, 18:3n-3), arachidonic (ARA, 20:4n-6), eicosapentaenoic (EPA, 20:5n-2) and docosahexaenoic (DHA, 22:6n-3) acids were standardized through a common reference to allow comparison. Analysis of the variation within the experiments was able to define effects attributable to the individual experiments or the overall dietary n-3 and n-6 levels. A generalized additive model (GAM) indicated that both parameters (experiment, and n-3 and n-6 levels) had significant ( P  < 0.05) effects on growth. Loess nonparametric modelling of the data clearly demonstrates `the effect of relationship' on prawn growth to the levels of dietary n-3 and n-6 fatty acids. The response surface model shows clear effects of both n-3 and n-6, and that the effect of n-3 changes with the level of n-6 (and vice versa). Parametric examination of the relationship ( y =–37.149 x 3 + 160.84 x 2 – 118.64 x  + 290.6, r 2=0.492, P  < 0.05) between growth and the ratio between the two fatty acid classes suggested that the optimal ratio of n-3 and n-6 fatty acid is about 2.5 to 1. The results of this study demonstrated that the interaction of the dietary n-3 and n-6 fatty acid classes is an important factor of prawn fatty acid nutrition.  相似文献

The incorporation and metabolism of various (n-3) and (n-6) polyunsaturated fatty acids supplemented to the culture medium was investigated in the rainbow trout cell line, RTG-2. The distribution, and the occurrence and relative extent of further desaturation and elongation of the incorporated acids was determined in individual phospholipid classes by analysis of the fatty acid compositions. RTG-2 cells exhibited Δ6 and Δ5 desaturase activities whereas Δ4 desaturase activity was almost totally absent. The percentage of precursor acids was greatest in the phosphatidic acid/cardiolipin fraction (PA/CL), suggesting a role for possibly PA in the initial incorporation of these acids into the phospholipid pool. The compositional data indicated that individual intermediates and products of the desaturation pathways were associated with specific phospholipid classes probably via mechanisms depending upon the specificities of the acylating enzymes. The composition of phosphatidylinositol (PI) and the tightly controlled mechanisms for generating/maintaining it are consistent with a role for this phospholipid in providing precursor fatty acid for eicosanoid synthesis.  相似文献

This study evaluated the nutritional value of dietary n‐3 and n‐6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) such as linoleic (LOA) and linolenic (LNA) acids, and highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) such as arachidonic (AA), eicosapentaenoic (EPA), and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids for juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei, based on their effects on growth, survival, and fatty acid composition of hepatopancreas and muscle tissue. Diets contained 5% total lipid. A basal diet contained palmitic and stearic acids each at 2.5% of diet. Five diets contained 0.5% dry weight of LOA, LNA, AA, EPA, or DHA. An additional diet evaluated HUFA in combination by supplementing at 0.5% of diet, a mixture of n‐3 HUFA. All HUFA showed higher nutritional value than PUFA for shrimp and produced significantly (P < 0.05) higher final weight, weight gain, and total lipid in shrimp muscle. Fatty acid profiles of shrimp tissues reflected the composition of the dietary lipids. In general, saturated fatty acids were more abundant in the neutral factions, while PUFA and HUFA were more abundant in the polar fractions of tissues. Under these experimental conditions, HUFA had much greater nutritional value than PUFA for juvenile L. vannamei; moreover, dietary requirements for PUFA were not demonstrated.  相似文献

为研究饲料n-3/n-6高不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)对许氏平鲉幼鱼生长、体组成及组织脂肪酸组成的影响,配制了6种n-3/n-6 HUFA(D1:14.28,D2:9.26,D3:5.66,D4:3.06,D5:2.02,D6:1.50)的等氮等脂的实验饲料。以许氏平鲉幼鱼(36.30±0.03) g为研究对象,在网箱中养殖65 d,分为6实验组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。结果发现:①饲料n-3/n-6 HUFA对许氏平鲉幼鱼的成活率无显著影响。随着n-3/n-6 HUFA降低,幼鱼增重率呈先上升后下降趋势,饲料系数呈相反趋势,D2和D3组的增重率显著高于各组。②全鱼和肌肉粗脂肪含量呈先上升后下降趋势,分别在D2、D3组达到最大值。肝脏粗脂肪含量呈先下降后上升趋势,D2组显著小于其他各组。③各组织C20:4n-6含量随n-3/n-6 HUFA的降低均呈上升趋势,而C20:5n-3、C22:6n-3和n-3/n-6 HUFA整体呈下降趋势。④鱼体脂肪酸组成受饲料影响程度由大到小依次为腹脂、肌肉、全鱼、肝脏,且各组织C20:5n-3与饲料C20:4n-6均呈显著负相关。研究表明,在本实验条件下,饲料中适宜比例(5.66~9.26)的n-3/n-6 HUFA显著提高实验鱼的生长,改变体组成及组织脂肪酸组成,以增重率和饲料系数作评价指标,经一元二次回归分析得许氏平鲉幼鱼饲料中n-3/n-6 HUFA的适宜比例分别是8.93和8.70。  相似文献

The genus Chirostoma (silversides) belongs to the family Atherinopsidae, which contains around 150 species, most of which are marine. However, Mexican silverside (Chirostoma estor) is one of the few representatives of freshwater atherinopsids and is only found in some lakes of the Mexican Central Plateau. However, studies have shown that C. estor has improved survival, growth, and development when cultured in water conditions with increased salinity. In addition, C. estor displays an unusual fatty acid composition for a freshwater fish with high docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)/ eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) ratios. Freshwater and marine fish species display very different essential fatty acid metabolism and requirements, and so the present study investigated long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid (LC-PUFA) biosynthesis to determine the capacity of C. estor for endogenous production of EPA and DHA, and the effect that salinity has on these pathways. Briefly, C. estor were maintained at three salinities (0, 5, and 15 ppt), and the metabolism of 1?C-labeled 18:3n-3 was determined in isolated hepatocyte and enterocyte cells. The results showed that C. estor has the capacity for endogenous biosynthesis of LC-PUFA from 18-carbon fatty acid precursors, but that the pathway was essentially only active in saline conditions with virtually no activity in cells isolated from fish grown in freshwater. The activity of the LC-PUFA biosynthesis pathway was also higher in cells isolated from fish at 15 ppt compared with fish at 5 ppt. The activity was around fivefold higher in hepatocytes compared with enterocytes; although the majority of 18:3n-3 was converted to 18:4n-3 and 20:4n-3 in hepatocytes, the proportions of 18:3n-3 converted to EPA and DHA were higher in enterocytes. The data were consistent with the hypothesis that conversion of EPA to DHA could contribute, at least in part, to the generally high DHA/EPA ratios observed in the tissue lipids of C. estor.  相似文献

为探讨饲料中不同n-3/n-6长链多不饱和脂肪酸(LC-PUFA)对大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)幼鱼生长性能及饲料利用、体组成和消化酶的影响,配制了6种不同n-3/n-6 LC-PUFA比值(29.54,D1组;23.04,D2组;18.97,D3组;9.06,D4组;6.86,D5组;3.87,D6组)的实验饲料。以大菱鲆幼鱼[(12.18?0.01)g]为研究对象,在循环水养殖系统中开展了为期56 d的养殖实验。结果显示,n-3/n-6 LC-PUFA对大菱鲆幼鱼的成活率(SR)无显著影响(P0.05);增重率(WGR)随着n-3/n-6 LC-PUFA的降低呈先上升后下降趋势,D6组显著低于其他各组(P0.05);脂肪沉积率随着饲料中n-3/n-6 LC-PUFA的降低呈下降趋势,且D6组达到最小值,为14.80,显著低于其他各组(P0.05)。随着饲料中的变化,胰蛋白酶的活性呈先增强后减弱的趋势,且在D4组时达到最大值;脂肪酶活性呈上升趋势。随着饲料中n-3/n-6 LC-PUFA的变化,脂肪酸合成酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,最高值为D4组,显著高于其他各组(P0.05);葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的酶活呈先上升后下降的趋势,D3组为最大值,显著高于其他各组(P0.05)。随着饲料中n-3/n-6 LC-PUFA的降低,谷草转氨酶呈先上升后下降的趋势;总蛋白、白蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均随着饲料n-3/n-6LC-PUFA的变化呈先上升后下降的趋势,均在D5组时达到最大值。研究表明,饲料中n-3/n-6LC-PUFA的比例降低会导致大菱鲆幼鱼的脂肪沉积率降低。  相似文献

为探讨饲料中不同n-3/n-6高不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)对大菱鲆幼鱼生长性能、全鱼脂肪酸组成和血液生化指标的影响,配制了6种不同n-3/n-6 HUFA(D1:29.54,D2:23.04,D3:18.97,D4:9.06,D5:6.86,D6:3.87)的实验饲料。以大菱鲆幼鱼(12.18±0.01)g为研究对象,在循环水养殖系统中开展了为期8周的养殖实验。实验共分6组,每组3个重复,每个重复35尾鱼。结果显示:饲料中n-3/n-6 HUFA对大菱鲆幼鱼的成活率(SR)无显著影响;增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质效率(PER)呈先上升后下降趋势且D6组的显著低于其他各组,D2组蛋白质效率显著高于其他各组。全鱼粗蛋白和灰分均呈先上升后下降趋势;D6组肌肉粗蛋白和灰分显著低于其他各组。全鱼ARA含量随着n-3/n-6 HUFA的下降呈上升趋势;全鱼中EPA、DHA、n-3/n-6多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)和n-3/n-6 HUFA均随着饲料中n-3/n-6 HUFA的下降呈下降趋势。血清中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)随着n-3/n-6 HUFA的变化呈上升趋势;溶菌酶(LZM)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)呈先上升后下降的趋势,溶菌酶在D2组达到最大值,总抗氧化能力在D3组达到最大值。综上所述,饲料中n-3/n-6 HUFA在适宜范围(18.97~23.04)显著提高了实验鱼的生长性能和非特异性免疫力,改变了鱼体组织的常规成分和脂肪酸组成。  相似文献

为探讨饲料多不饱和脂肪酸n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值对罗氏沼虾幼虾生长性能、虾体肌肉组成、抗氧化能力、血清生理指标以及消化能力的影响,实验设计了n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值分别为0.37 (D1)、0.59 (D2)、0.93 (D3)、1.51 (D4)和4.38 (D5)的5种等氮等脂饲料饲喂罗氏沼虾幼虾8周,每组设4重复,每个重复40尾虾 。结果显示,饲料n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值对罗氏沼虾幼虾存活率 (SR)无显著影响;实验虾终末体重 (FW)、增重率 (WGR)和特定生长率 (SGR)随饲料n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值增加先升后降,均在D3组最高;且D3组虾有最大的肝胰腺蛋白酶活性及脂肪酸合成酶活性。虾体肌肉粗蛋白质、水分和灰分含量不受饲料n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值影响,但总脂肪含量在D3组显著高于其他组;各组虾体肌肉的n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值的变化趋势与饲料的n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值变化趋势呈正相关。随饲料n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值增加,实验虾血清和肝胰腺中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力 (T-AOC)和血清铜蓝蛋白 (CP)含量均呈现先升后降趋势,并在n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值为0.93~1.51时达到最大,但丙二醛 (MDA)含量持续上升;D1组血清总胆固醇 (T-CHO)和甘油三酯 (TG)含量显著高于其他组;血清谷草转氨酶 (AST)和谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)活性先降后升,且D3组最低。研究表明,饲料适宜的n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA可显著提升罗氏沼虾生长性能和抗氧化能力,对增重率和特定生长率进行折线回归,建议罗氏沼虾幼虾饲料中最适n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA比值为0.86~0.94。  相似文献

Atlantic salmon fry (4 g) were fed a semi-synthetic diet devoid of n-3 and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) for 4 months. External signs of nutritional imbalance during the period were slow growth rate and increased mortality. Some symptoms of essential fatty acid deficiency appeared in the fatty acid composition of the blood and liver during the fourth month. At that time, the percentages of n-3 and n-6 PUFA of triacylglycerols (TAG) were nearly exhausted, and the percentages of 22:6 n-3 and of 20:5 n-3 in phospholipids (PL) showed a marked decrease. This decrease in the PUFA level of the PL was paralleled by the appearance of 20:3 n-9, whereas in the TAG an increase in the percentage of 18:1 n-9 was observed. After 4 months the monounsaturated fatty acid 18:1 n-9 constituted nearly 50% of the fatty acids in the TAG fraction of the liver. The time course of the changes in fatty acid composition of liver and blood lipids was quite similar, whereas the carcass lipid composition appeared to respond slowly to a diet devoid of essential fatty acids.  相似文献

Atlantic salmon fry (4 g) were fed for 4 months on semi-synthetic diets containing fatty acid methyl esters of either 18:2 n-6, 18:3 n-3 or a mixture of equal amounts of 20:5 n-3 and 22:6 n-3. The different amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids added were 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 2% (by dry weight). Increasing levels of dietary n-3 fatty acids up to 1% gave faster growth rates in salmon fry, and fish fed the mixture of 20:5 n-3 and 22:6 n-3 seemed to grow faster than fish fed only 18:3 n-3. No significant effect on growth rate was seen when the dietary level of 18:2 n-6 was increased. Dietary inclusions of n-3 fatty acids reduced the mortality of salmon, while dietary 18:2 n-6 had no such beneficial effects.
The dietary treatments caused substantial changes in the fatty acid composition of blood and liver phospholipids (PL), whereas the total lipid fraction of the carcass was less affected. Increasing doses of 18:2 n-6 in the diet resulted in an increased percentage of 20:4 n-6 in liver and blood PLs, while the percentage of 20:3 n-9 decreased. The percentage of 18:2 n-6 also increased in liver, blood and carcass. Dietary 18:3 n-3 resulted in increased percentages of 18:3 n-3 and 20:5 n-3 in liver PLs, while the percentage of 20:3 n-9 decreased. There was, however, no significant increase in the percentage of 22:6 n-3. Dietary 18:3 n-3 produced no significant changes in the composition of blood fatty acids, but increased the percentage of 18:3 n-3 in the carcass. The dietary combination of the n-3 fatty acids 20:5 and 22:6 resulted in an increased percentage of 22:6 n-3 in blood and liver lipids and a decreased percentage of 20:3 n-9, but there were no changes in the percentage of 20:5 n-3.  相似文献

Retentions of total n-3 and n-6 essential fatty acids (EFAs) were assessed in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.) parr held at 8 °C and 2 °C until they increased in weight from ca. 19 g to 38 g. Feeds contained sandeel oil or a rapeseed:linseed oil blend at 21 and 34% dietary fat. EFA retention efficiencies [(g EFA gained g EFA ingested-1) × 100] were estimated by the 'mass balance method' from measurements of feed intake, changes in biomass for each tank of fish, and fatty acid compositions of the feeds and fish. The n-3 EFA retentions were higher (overall mean 71%) across feed treatments and temperatures than the n-6 EFA retentions (overall mean 63%). Retentions of the n-3 fatty acids were higher in the fish given the feeds with the lower fat content (77% vs. 65%), implying improved retention with reduced n-3 EFA availability. n-3 EFA retention tended to be higher at 2 °C than at 8 °C, although this was not consistent across feeds. At low temperature there was very high retention of the n-3 EFAs in feeds containing sandeel oil (80%). Such high retention may represent an adaptation response to low temperature. Lower n-6 EFA retentions imply that more n-6 fatty acids were metabolized than n-3 EFAs. Feed oil influenced retention of the n-6 fatty acids, retention being lower for the salmon parr given the feeds containing sandeel oil (56% vs. 71%). This could indicate a higher tissue deposition of n-6 fatty acids when they are freely available via the diet. 为探讨饲料中n-3/n-6脂肪酸比值对日本沼虾生长性能、虾体肉质及血清抗氧化能力的影响,设计了5种不同n-3/n-6脂肪酸比值(D1:0.29、D2:0.56、D3:1.02、D4:2.20、D5:8.52)的等氮等脂饲料,进行了8周养殖实验,每组设4个重复,每个重复45尾虾。结果显示,饲料n-3/n-6脂肪酸比值对日本沼虾的存活率(SR)无显著影响;日本沼虾增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)随饲料脂肪酸比值的增加先升后降,D3组最高且显著高于D1组。饲料n-3/n-6脂肪酸比值对虾体粗脂肪(CF)和粗蛋白(CP)影响显著,D4组虾体粗脂肪显著高于其他各组;D3组虾体粗蛋白显著高于D2、D4和D5组。虾体肌肉脂肪酸比值受饲料脂肪酸比值的影响,肌肉中n-3/n-6脂肪酸比值与饲料中n-3/n-6脂肪酸比值存在显著的正相关关系。血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在D5组达到最高且显著高于D1、D2和D3组,但与D4组差异不显著;D3组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)最高且显著高于其他各组;D5组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于D1和D3组。饲料脂肪酸比值对日本沼虾肝胰腺抗氧化基因表达影响显著,D4组Hsp60表达量最高且显著高于D5组,但与D1、D2和D3组差异不显著;D2组Hsp70和Toll表达量最高且显著高于其他各组;D5组Myd88表达量最高且显著高于其他各组。综上所述,饲料中n-3/n-6脂肪酸比值为1.02~2.20,可以显著提高日本沼虾的生长性能和非特异性免疫力。  相似文献

Total lipid (TL), lipid classes and fatty acid composition of neutral (NL) and polar (PL) lipids were studied in the gonads, liver and muscle of gilthead seabream males ( Sparus aurata ) fed a control diet (diet C) or an n-3 and n-6 highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA)-deficient diet (diet D), at different stages of the reproductive cycle. Between pre-spermatogenesis (November) and spermatogenesis (March), the lipid content was high and particularly rich in cholesterol, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine in gonads from both dietary groups. At post-spermatogenesis (June), TL and especially PL dramatically decreased in the gonads from both groups. However, at this period diet C fish gonads were richer in triacylglycerides (TAG) than those from diet D fish. The liver lipid contents and particularly TAG were over 200% lower in June than in March for both groups. Nevertheless, the most noteworthy depletion of lipids during this period was achieved by the n-3 HUFA in diet D fish. Conversely, arachidonic acid (20:4n-6) did not decrease in NL or PL from gonads and liver in groups C and D. Muscle lipids from diet C fish were relatively insensitive to seasonal influences. However, in June, the muscle TAG content was significantly reduced in diet D fish.  相似文献
